Karen would likely be charged with driving under the influence DUI due to clear signs of intoxication, refusing to submit to sobriety testing as required by law, and possibly causing a traffic accident if the investigation determined she was responsible. The exact charges would depend on local law and the severity of the crash. Everybody has an opinion, and the people who left comments below this video are no different. She sounds like she has smoked three cartons of smokes a day for several years now. The brain damage is strong with this and wasted. The lesson is that drunk driving and refusing sobriety tests quickly lead to arrest and serious legal consequences. If you enjoyed this, please subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so as not to keep everyone waiting too long. >> I'm doing it. Given the bizarre circumstances the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. Being faced down on a bar floor, being arrested, and calling the officer a loser. Like, wow. These idiots learned how to insult people in the fifth grade and never mentally developed after that. Imagine being this big of a loser with footage. Pathetic. This case shows that refusing to comply with the police while intoxicated can quickly lead to arrest and serious charges. This Karen is very obstinate, isn't she? For more stuff, subscribe to Law Frame if you like this. The next Karen will react much more violently, so keep an eye out. >> You dare. >> Just do what they say. >> No, it's not. This Karen was charged with domestic abuse, possession of a firearm, possession of a scheduled narcotic, and obstruction after being suspected of interfering with the investigation. Isn't this a crazy scenario indeed? After the video became viral, let's look at what others had to say about it. Why not an enhanced charge for attacking an elderly person? This woman is evil. How can anybody do that to their father? Absolutely disgusting. Disgusting. That poor man owes her nothing. Ban her from your house. If she still causes you grief, then ban her from your life. This is her own fault. Despicable. This case demonstrates the severe legal repercussions of using violence and defying law authorities. What do you think about these situations?
