Take off my shoes. >> My car. >> No, this one. >> Sit down. >> I don't know how to sit down. >> Sit down. Get in the car. >> I'm stupid. I don't know how to sit down. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. We're done. >> Oh, you put her feet. >> Hello, sir. >> Hello. >> For your service. >> Thanks. >> Yeah, she she she grabbed me by my arm and threw my arm. Sounds like battery. What an absolute idiot. However, on the way to the station, she continued to argue and resist behavior that can further violate the law and result in additional charges such as obstruction or resisting law enforcement. >> Are you there? >> Hello. >> Hello. Are you there? Hello. Piggy, are you there? Are you Hello. Fine. Miss Jenna, >> can you hear me? >> Can you hear me better now? >> Yes. >> Hey, so have you ever been arrested before? You're you're being charged with resisting with violence which is a thirdderee felony and then you're being charged with just the speeding the 50 m hour over. Okay. >> Okay. >> You got any questions for me? >> No sir. >> Okay. So, I don't >> Okay. >> Okay. >> This Karen was accused of violently resisting an officer, a severe crime that has substantial legal repercussions. She was also given a moving traffic infraction for exceeding the speed limit by almost 50 mph. Everybody has an opinion, and this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. I think I hate her. What does she think honking her horn is going to do? What a I bet she's the coworker everyone hates. The lesson is that reckless driving and refusing to cooperate with police only make the situation worse. If you enjoyed this, subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so that no one has to WAIT TOO LONG. I DIDN'T MEAN THAT. All right, I'll let go. >> On April 15th, 2023, police were alerted about a group of people illegally using drugs inside a building under construction and responded to disperse them. What's going on in there? >> Not too much. What the hell is this? >> I'll get everything. You got an idea. >> It's like sucks. >> I'm all right. Thanksgiving Daniel Edward Robert David Adam Ida Edward Lincoln is So, the reason that we're out here with you is because of this stuff. It's blocking egress. >> I'll get it moved out cuz we got cameras and stuff and we got people watching. We can't, you know, that's >> I'll get it moved out right now. >> I'm not. >> Thank you. No. Relax. Stop. >> I didn't mean you. >> All right. Let go. >> Let go. >> Ow. Ow. I still going to kill for sure. >> You need to stop. >> I need to be >> You're going to get charged. >> I AM THE WORST PERSON on this planet. I know. >> I'm so sorry. I am the worst person in the world. >> I'm going to jail for sure. Relax. >> DC, you touch the battery. Throwing dope in my face is not going to be a good thing. >> Oh no. >> Be okay. >> You're going to have to keep it right there. >> Take this towel. >> Ashley, stay in the corner. Hey, sit down. Let's go, too. >> Dad, get out of my thoughts. >> We're good right now. >> Stop kicking me. >> I did not kick you. >> Stop kicking. You're not playing. I know you are. >> Okay. >> I didn't say that. >> Okay, then. Relax. Don't kick us and then we'll kick you. >> All right. Respect. >> Respect. Okay. Deal. >> He'll take his leg off, but don't you kick that. >> Deal. Deal. You promised. >> I promise. >> Take a breath that you get [ __ ] on my face. >> Huh? She tried to rub that dope in my face. >> I got it. Take over. >> Do that. >> You promising you're not going to kick. >> I won't do it. >> What was on that tin foil? >> Was it heroin? I'm going to lose it. Heroin. >> What was in the tin foil? >> It was heroin. [ __ ] loser. >> 96 fingers. >> Shut up. >> No [ __ ] >> 96 fingers. >> Ashley, come on. Hey. Hey. Roll over. Come on. Come on. I'LL HELP YOU. COME ON. COME ON. HEY, COME ON. I'M not hurting you. Sit up. >> No. Sit up. [screaming] >> Ashley, sit up, please. >> Hold the door. >> Just come here. Stop running. What are you doing? >> I don't know. I'm Hold this. Just hold this. >> I said I wanted to try to rub dope in my face. >> After a forceful struggle to restrain her, the police escorted her to the patrol car. >> Sit up. >> Come for sit up. >> I really want to then sit up. Come on. >> Sorry. >> Sit up. Sit up. Sit up. >> Come on. Sit up. Here you go. Stand up. >> All right. I know you're sorry. Come on. >> I'm usually really >> Hey, what's up? >> Hold on. I'm stepping on it. >> No. >> There we go. It hurts. Just don't go. No, >> I don't see it anymore. [screaming] >> Come on. She was ultimately taken to the station for further processing in accordance with the law. >> He's on this side. >> Yep. >> Hey Ashley, how do you >> know what I mean? >> I've just transer transported her from hospital here. I wasn't really involved with the beginning stuff, but she's been cleared at Gunderson. Initially, she was pretty combative. is my understanding at least. But show >> I don't know what they gave her at the hospital. >> Leave this open. >> H you can shut it. Thank you. >> So that has a jacket, pair of pants, and then in the bottom of it wear is two or three things of tin foil. >> All right. that she had which is where she was screwing up. >> Correct. >> Whether there's stuff in there, I don't know. It just >> Thanks for telling me. >> This Karen was accused of interfering with law enforcement while they are carrying out their duty, a crime known as resisting or obstructing an officer. She was also accused of violating her probation, which can have even more dire repercussions because it shows that she disregarded earlier courtmandated requirements. In light of this bizarre circumstance, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. Imagine spending the rest of your life in and out of prison. What a horrible life. Don't do drugs. She sounds like a demon. Kids don't do drugs, otherwise you'll be in and out of jail as much as she has been. The lesson is that refusing to cooperate with police during illegal activity only escalates the situation and leads to serious legal consequences, especially for those on probation. This Karen is such a stubborn person. Get more stuff by subscribing to Law Frame if you like this. The next Karen will respond much more violently, so pay attention. >> No, please. Can I please? NO, I CAN'T. ON APRIL 22ND, 2024, when police found a young child wandering alone on the road, they stepped in for his safety and placed him in temporary care >> in the area other than like uh uh the Marlin. Basically, they're all behind the walls and stuff like that. >> He's just walking down the road. He walked across the street. >> Mom, what I think is pushing a twocar stroller, >> okay, >> down this road like a click, a fat >> sister looks a lot like brother. >> Sister looks a ton like brother. Um, only >> Oh, he's your son. >> He's your son. >> Yeah. >> My wife just left cuz she got scared. >> So, that was your wife that I was talking to. She worked at McDonald's. >> She used to, but >> I was trying to give her back her child. >> Okay. So, >> can you clear this up for me, please? >> Yeah. I was at home. >> Why is your son just walking right there? >> So, she said she said she was like on the phone and she was dealing with my daughter >> and and he ran off and then someone just grabbed him. >> So, but she thought she was going to get a good accuser or something, so she just run off. >> Okay. Wait. Uh, what's the story? What happened? >> Well, all I know is I was at home and she was she she walked over here with them. >> Okay. >> Um, and she came back home and she was like ran off and there was the police were there and they have and she >> and she didn't care whatsoever that her kid ran off. >> Well, she did. I mean, she >> Okay. How come you guys didn't call police? The kid runs off. Don't you think it makes sense to call police? >> Well, I mean, I came here right away. I live right there. So, >> so she's back home. >> Yeah. >> Where's home? on the next street here. >> On the next street here. Okay. >> Yeah, she walked up. >> Okay. So, what what do you say? Let's go. Let's go back home. Talk to Is she Is she intoxicated? >> No, I don't think so. I mean, no, she doesn't drink or anything. >> Okay. Does she do any kind of drugs? >> No. >> Has she ever done anything like this before at any point in time? >> No. >> Let's go home then. >> Sound good? >> Did you kiss your dad or what? What's the plan here? >> Yeah. Yeah. Uh you said you're in the next street over. Yeah. >> Are you going to walk or you want me to give you a ride? >> I have my car. I just go here. >> Where's your car? The blue key. All right. Yeah, you can give Charlie that. I'll just follow you home. Sound good? >> The police immediately reunited the boy with his mother and began questioning her. >> So, what's going on? Are you mom? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what what's what's happened? What happened? What's going on? >> I was just taking my kids to go get um a pizza from Hungry Hollis. >> Okay. >> And then >> one right here, I'm assuming. >> Yes. >> We still have to go get pizza. And then my son I was on the phone with his grandmother. I was trying to take get off the phone because he started running like really fast. My son in the stroller. >> Okay. >> Can you just go inside? >> I'm sorry. I just No, I can get the key. Can you just go inside? Huh? >> Does he have to listen? Does he have to be here? >> Is he the father? >> Yeah. >> Uh, >> okay. I'm sorry. >> I'm not going to force him to go inside now. >> If he wants to stay in there, he can. >> I'm sorry. It's just And then he started running off and then I was trying to catch up to him as soon as I can. Like I was running with the stroller and my daughter and then I he already had somebody else was already holding him and then I went up they went up to me and they were like trying to give him back and he that person was a police officer I guess and then >> yeah he's an offduty cop. Yeah. >> Yes. So he was just basically like saying is this your son and stuff. So then >> yeah I wasn't he just ran off. >> She then claimed that she became frightened and thought he was safe which led to more police intervention. >> So I understand that part. That's no problem. How did it get to the point where the offduty officer has your son and then you guys make contact? Why Why is the son not with you at that point in time? >> Well, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have taken him from him. I guess >> I'm saying why? >> I I just didn't like that somebody else like picked up my son. I understand he's a police officer. It just like bothered me because I don't know too many people. >> So, don't you think it would make sense? >> Yes, it would. >> Hold on. No, hold. I got to get the story straight cuz it's not making any kind of sense to me. >> Your son, please. >> Focus on me. I would not I can't keep doing this. If he's a father, he can stay out here if he wants to. I don't >> a lot of like negativity and a lot I should not get the wrong thing. It's just I'm getting it from I just >> There's no negativity. What's the negative my husband before? >> Okay, >> I'm sorry. >> All right. >> I was just feeling stressed like I should just make >> Okay, >> that's all that there is. >> I understand. So, walk me through it one more time. Hey, focus on me. He's He's the father. He can stay out here if he wants to. I'm not going to force him to go inside. Okay. So, all that negativity [ __ ] you're talking about, throw that out the window. I don't care. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You're walking with your son and your daughter in the stroller. >> Okay. You're going to Hungry Howard to pick up a pizza. >> Your son starts running off. You try to catch up to him. >> Yes. >> An offduty officer just so happens to grab your son, make sure he's okay. >> Walk me through what happened at that very moment. >> I just kind of panicked when he said it was a police officer because I trusted him at that point. Like I knew that if he picked him up that, you know, I I not that you could just stretch a stranger for saying that, but I just believed he was okay at that moment. And it just because I have bad like social anxiety sometimes and just with different things and I just I just like wanted to go home and just like you know I I don't know like it just I got scared because he was like saying you know and then and then obviously like I wanted to just go get my son so I had my husband go get him. But it's like I I just hate when that kind of stuff happens because it's like >> this happens often. You just lose your kids. >> No. No. Like I just hate when you're in public with someone and someone's like, "Oh, your son's missing." you know, just like I just that's what I felt. I'm not saying it was right. I'm just saying it's justified. Like, you know, I take my kids twice a day in the stroller all the way to my daughter's preschool, which is like a mile away, so it's like half an hour each way. So, it's like 2 hours in the stroller, and I take them all all over in the stroller, and they've never gotten lost before. I've never lost them. They've never had any kind of, you know. >> Um, >> real quick, what is your first name? >> Allison. Like, I'm a stay at home mom with them. I don't have a job. >> I got What's your date of birth? So, just to confirm I have the the story straight. >> Yes. >> You're walking with both kids going to hungry. >> Your son starts running. You try to catch up to him. An offduty officer is there. He grabs son, make sure son's okay. >> Yes. >> And then you thought at that moment that your son's safe. So, you decide to take your daughter home. >> It's not necessarily that I thought he was I mean, I did think he was safe, but that's not why I left. I just panic. >> So, why'd you leave? because I just panicked that there that the other people were like accusing me of like you know I don't know like losing my son or something and the fact that he was in this care of like the police officer was like okay like I'm just going to get out of here like you want to arrest me or like do whatever like I'm doing my best as a parent like I was on the phone with someone I was trying to get off with them I try to do this stuff all day. >> So you think it Oh stop stop I don't want to hear no [ __ ] story. It's not a bull. >> Officers found her explanation unreasonable and indicative of negligence, giving them legal grounds to take further action. And we have to go back to the point where >> I'm sorry for I shouldn't have left him. >> No, that's it. It is what it is. It happened. But cuz you said you were uncomfortable, but then you were comfortable. I'm a little confused at that point. Did Did the offduty deputy did he give you a badge or something? >> Not evident that I was having like a panic attack like I was just not doing the right thing then. But >> okay. >> He was in C. I mean, as far as >> Did he show you a badge or anything? >> No. >> Okay. >> That's why I don't even understand why. >> You're not going to go get him. >> So, he said that he was a cop and then What was your immediate reaction at that point in time? >> Well, he there was another person that was I I believed he was safe with the I believed he was a cop. I trusted his intentions. Okay. >> I just got nervous that I don't that it was >> ran off and >> Okay. >> So, why didn't you just bring him home. >> I don't know. I don't know. Like I don't have a good answer for that. >> Okay. >> I just don't like when other people like interfere with my own situations then, but I understand that it was >> So then walk me through what was going through your mind at that moment. Were you were just worried about getting your daughter home and then coming back or what was >> Yes. I I mean, I'm not sure. I just wish the whole situation never occurred because we were just walking a hungry house. >> No, I understand that. But >> Okay. So I I don't know. That's all. >> Okay. >> As a result, they decided to arrest the woman. She began to argue. >> Has that ever happened before? >> No. >> No. Your kids ever ran away before? >> Um, no. I I No. I mean, if it's just a different incident, but no, >> it's a different one. >> A different incident. I don't >> Are you Do you see where our concern is? >> Not really. I'm the best mom that I can possibly be to my kids. >> You left your 2-year-old. >> Okay. So, go ahead and arrest me. Go find someone better to take care of my children. I was on the phone with my husband's grandmother. >> You left your 2-year-old kid with a string. >> Do you want to talk to her? Do you want to talk to my other grandmother? And they all know that I'm the best. >> Our biggest thing. Go ahead and just go ahead. Just go ahead. Like, no. I mean, I don't mean that. Turn around for me. No, I don't mean that. >> I mean, you're still going to jail either which way. >> No, please. Can you just stop, please? We don't We don't need to do all this. >> No, please. I just don't Can you stop? >> NO, I CAN'T. PLEASE. I DON'T WANT TO do this. No. Please. No. PLEASE. NO. PLEASE. >> DO NOT scratch me. >> Please. I can't. No. Please. I just need a break. I'm sorry. She tried, but she didn't. Please. No. Please. I seriously I need Please. >> All right, Alison. Come on. >> No, please. I can't start. >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. You're all right. >> No, I'm not. Please. No. Please. Please. Can you just give me another chance, Mario? No. Please. I'm not going to go. >> Real quick. Do you also mind starting your front camera just FOR A QUICK? [screaming] PLEASE. >> CAN YOU STOP? >> NO. I need help. Please. Please. I need to go to the doctor. Like, please. >> Come here. You don't need no doctor. We're not doing that [ __ ] >> Here. Just fa face the card right there. All right. I'm just going to pat you down. But that camera's on. My camera's on. All my partner's cameras are on. >> No, please. >> Listen. Listen real quick. >> I'm scared to release my phone. >> Can you Can you calm down for a second? Do you have anything on you? Anything? Phone, wallet, keys, bomb, bazooka, anything like that? >> I have a phone. >> You have a phone? What pocket is it? >> This one. >> All right. Do you have anything else? >> Um, no. >> All right. I'm just going to pass you down with the back of my hand. All right. >> All right. I'll make sure I put all this back in the house for you. >> No. Like I'm scared to go. I want to go back with my kids. >> Okay. >> Can I just pin? >> I mean, in my personal opinion, if you wanted to go back to your kids, you wouldn't have left him and ran away. >> I got scared from that. I seriously >> mean you actually told the guy, "No, that's not my kid." And then kept going. >> I got scared because I seriously I've been having like a panic attack with certain things and I've been telling my husband I needed help like with mental health work and I >> honestly can you start moving please? and even resisted while being escorted into the patrol car behavior that can constitute resisting or obstructing law enforcement under the law. >> We're going to go in this car right here. >> My phone? >> Yeah. Do you want to take your phone? You want me to leave it here with your husband? >> Oh, can I have it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Take a seat for me. >> Where am I going to? >> You want to go to jail? Watch your foot. >> Where? >> Where? >> To the Pel County Jail off 49th Street. >> No, please. Can I please? No. I can't stop. [screaming] This Karen could be charged with child neglect or child endangerment for allowing her child to wander alone on the road along with additional charges for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing law enforcement during the arrest. I mean, isn't this a crazy situation? Let's look at the comments made by viewers after the video became viral. People need to stop blaming anxiety for their crappy behavior. There's no scenario where her story makes sense. What an idiot. What is wrong with her? She leaves her son with strangers because she has social anxiety. The lesson is that neglecting a child's safety and resisting police intervention only leads to more serious legal consequences. This Karen is a complete mess already. Please subscribe to Law Frame to keep up with more cases similar to this one. What will happen to the next one? Let's not stop observing. On October 6th, 2022, officers were summoned to a domestic violence incident in California. The lady was charged with resisting arrest and domestic violence. Copy. >> Is there injury? >> Where's these? >> I'm going to try to get up there. Could you Do you know where it happened? Are you late for work? >> It's fine. I I can show you. >> You saw her go up onto the curb. >> Yep. >> And then strike him. >> Yeah, she went up on the fence. I could not tell if it was a strike or he jumped, but then when we got up there, his shoe was off, his like it definitely looked like. >> So, left the roadway, hit him on the sidewalk. >> Yep. >> And just kept going. >> Yep. >> Okay. Drove all the way down here like that. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You mean behind this? I have a picture. I could not get an actual accurate photo of the license plate, but Okay. >> So, it was this guy, right? >> Like I said, it's like >> I tried to get it as quick as I could because he was pulling ass out of here, right? So we were behind there for about like 5 10 minutes and he was kind of swerving but not like obnoxious or crazy. >> He ran on the guard the you know the D. He ran on that on the highway >> and then turned off the highway came down this way was swerving. He was in this lane but swerving over. >> Okay. >> And then >> yeah like it it looked like that he just kind of like intensely hit him. That's what it looked like it. >> He ran up on the curb. >> So he's got significant lane travel like a DUI. >> Yes. drunk because this was occurring back on the highway continued to hear. So like >> this guy's random. He he hit this guy. >> Did you see him hit the guy? >> Yes. >> Where was he at when he got >> He was just walking. >> He was just facing this walk. The guy comes out behind him and hits him into the fence. >> Is this the car mark from the car that hit you? >> I don't know. You don't know? Okay. Um I know you already gave everybody your name and stuff. if I'm going to ask for it again. Uh the person in the car, we found it and the person's in custody. Okay. So, there's that. I don't know the story about that cuz I'm not there. >> But can I get your information? Were you walking this way? >> Yeah. I was just trying to get to trying to get downtown. >> Yeah. >> Well, I'm thankful these witnesses saw it on the highway >> and stayed. And how about an address for you? >> I mean, I don't really have one right now. Now, me and my girlfriend broke up, so I don't really have a place right now. >> Are you staying outside? >> Are you homeless? >> Last night? Yeah. >> Okay. As of last night. All right. >> You were on the sidewalk when this happened? >> I was. >> See these See these tracks on the on the sidewalk? Is this from the car? >> I don't know.
