The back window, too. >> You want to have them roll down the back window because I talked about this a couple of in a few videos. You can't see what if the windows are tinted, you can't see who's in the back. So, you want to get a good assessment of the whole entire video vehicle. So, you want to have them roll down the back windows and the front window. >> The back window? >> Roll down the back window. >> Why do I have to do that? >> I'm going to tell you one more time, roll down the back window. >> Why do I have to do that, sir? >> Roll down the back >> Oh, look at her starting to record. >> Roll down the back window. >> I'm asking. But you got to be defiant. That's it. This is Their goal is to just be defiant. A simple task like rolling down the back window, they're going to get all hung up on that. >> Turn the car off. >> Why do I have to roll down my window? Why do I have to roll down my >> Roll down the back window. >> Why are you pulling us over? I'm asking you a question. I'm asking you a question. You're being hostile. >> people. It be your own people. >> relax. >> I'm not with you. >> You're being hostile. You need to relax. >> You [ __ ] clown. You a clown. You had a [ __ ] attitude and decided to flip your [ __ ] lights. You a >> What did I say? >> You a >> I said you almost got into an >> You a [ __ ] goofy. >> You almost got >> You a [ __ ] goofy. >> Step out the car. Step out the car. >> Step out the >> Yeah, you do. You do have to step out of the car. >> Unlock the car door now. Unlock the car door now. >> The gloves are coming on, too. >> Unlock the car door now. Ma'am, get out of the >> You can tell her tone in her voice has changed a little bit cuz she was like you goofy and you're saying all these things and then all of the sudden now she's oh, for what? For what? The other chick is still chiming in. >> car now. Ma'am, get out of the car. >> I was just asking for ID, now you asking for >> Fulton County 321 radio. >> work cuz you want to be a >> Now, you're going to be late for work cuz you're probably going to go to jail. >> What's wrong with you? You >> Open the car >> I'm not getting out. >> Open the car door. >> getting out. For what? >> Just grab it and break it. >> Get out the car. >> Open the car door now. >> I'm not. >> Open the car door now. Open the car door now. Ma'am, open the car door now. Ma'am, open the car door. Ma'am, open the car door. >> They got their seats totally G riding. I I hate it when the seat is really back. I don't know how they drive like that. Clearly, they can't drive very well because they turned in front of somebody else's car cuz they can't see. >> Open the car door now. Open the car door now. Open the car door now. Open the car door. My color has nothing to do with this stop. Open the Open the car door. Open the car door and get out. >> Oh, yeah, you are. >> I'm going to charge you with obstruction. Get out of the car. I'm going to tell you one more time. >> Drag her out. >> Ma'am, back up. >> Oh, put her on the ground. >> Back up. >> You don't let them She can't get out and do that. This this trooper, cop, deputy is being very patient with them. Um giving them far too many chances, and when she got out of the car in an aggressive manner like that, this puts this whole thing in a very the officer safety issue here. Um Yeah, it Now he has to deal with her, too. >> Back up. Back up. Get out of the car. >> Very patient. He told her she can still record. >> Get out of the car now. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. He's going end up fighting with both of them. Oh, slam her down. >> Oh, yeah. >> You're not doing anything. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. >> You're not doing anything to me. >> Why are you touching me? >> You're not doing anything to you. >> touching >> She is obstructing. >> What am I getting out of the car FOR? >> GET OUT OF THE >> WHAT AM I GETTING OUT OF THE car >> What am I getting OUT OF THE CAR STOP PULLING ME. WHAT AM I GETTING OUT FOR? For what? >> It's not doing nothing to you. >> For what? >> He just keeps saying get out of the car. I mean, you've already said it enough. There's no more There's no sense saying it anymore at this point. Either get her out of the car, put the other chicken cops, whatever it is you got to do. There's no sense saying it anymore. >> I'm going to BE LATE FOR WORK. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> What are you doing? >> FOR WHAT? >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> FOR WHAT? >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> FOR WHAT? >> IT'S NOTHING. >> FOR WHAT? >> FOR WHAT? >> FOR WHAT? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> FOR WHAT? >> THERE WE GO. We got another guy there. Bam, put him in cuffs. Yeah, that's it. >> Seriously, officer? >> Oh. Oh. OH, HE ATTACKED. >> [screaming] >> WHY ARE YOU TASING HER? JUST ROUGH. LIKE that's You should be able to take her down, no problem. >> Get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. >> THE taser didn't EVEN WORK. >> HAHA. >> A MAN. TWO deserving ta- Two deserving arrests right there. >> What are you doing? I AM. THIS OTHER YEAH, HER GIRLFRIEND got her into this running her mouth from the start. She's not even She's the passenger in the car, and then this girl defiant and starts calling him names and and all sorts of stuff, and she doesn't get out of the car. Now, they're both arrested. And they should get charged with assault on law enforcement because the one was attacking this guy while he's trying to get the driver out until the other officer shows up. And then as soon as they started arresting her, she breaks away and pushes the um the other guy off. So, they're both catching it. >> What are you doing? What the hell ARE YOU DOING? WHY ARE YOU THROWING MY PHONE? Stop it. >> I hope you feel real good. >> Why are you throwing my phone? >> Yeah, I think most of us feel real good about this. >> What are you doing? >> To make yourself feel better. To make yourself feel better. >> Cuz you know why? You're getting a reality check that your actions have consequences. That's the problem with this entitlement here where they feel like they can just say and do whatever they want with zero consequences. Whoever raised these girls to act this way and to not just authority in general, but just in in public to act towards another person like this, especially cops, shame on them, too. >> To make yourself feel better. The hell out I got it. I'm throwing my phone. >> The other one's a mouthy little thing. She's too screaming. >> What are you talking about? YOU'RE HAPPY. SORRY, MY BAD. DON'T LET GO OF MY WRIST. >> THAT'S FINE. >> LET GO OF MY WRIST. I HAVE NEVER BEEN arrested in my >> I don't know. >> Why? >> STAY AWAY FROM ACTION. >> I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED IN MY LIFE. >> WELL, YOU did now. Fulton Fulton County Police, Georgia. >> All right, put her in. >> I DIDN'T DO Y'ALL. >> GOOD. >> I PROMISE YOU I DIDN'T DO Y'ALL. >> Get in the car. >> This is sad. Can I get my shoes and put them on? >> No. >> Sad, bro. Y'all sick. You sick. You a You a You a >> I want to chill with that. It got This is what got her into this. >> Shut up. >> Shut up. >> You still haven't stated what you pulled me here for. >> I told you why. >> CUZ OF YOUR PRIDE. CUZ OF YOUR PRIDE. CUZ OF YOUR PRIDE. >> IT'S SOMEWHERE AROUND >> THAT'S WHY. >> SHOULD BE somewhere around >> What's wrong with you? Going to jail for what? He literally drove past me, bro. I'm 23. He literally drove past me, said something out his window. I rolled up my window and he got mad. What the f- HOW DOES THAT WORK LIKE THAT? >> HOW OLD IS SHE? >> HOW DOES THAT WORK like that, bro? >> How old is she? >> Same age. She's 22. Said something to me. >> These are adults already in society, can't really even properly speak English, and then on top of that behaving the way they're behaving. I mean Back in the day, 22-year-olds were family people. They already had responsibility, and these are just children still. >> Out your window. But I rolled my window up, so you So I could flip your lights. >> All you had to do was pull over. You've been hostile from the beginning. >> For what? What did you pull me over for? >> I already told >> What did you pull me over for? >> I already told you you're not >> Why? No, you didn't. You didn't tell me why you pulled me over. That [ __ ] sad. >> Please, CAN I CALL MY GRANDMA, PLEASE? >> YOU CANNOT call anybody. You can call them from the jail. Actually >> What did I do, sir? What is your >> Haha. That's what I would have said, too. You can call them from the jail. That's it. >> Same. What's your name? Sergeant Holmes? >> Yummyon. >> Yummyon? I promise you I'm going to sue you. And what's your name? Officer Jones? I got you, too. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? L. WYATT? J. WYATT? >> What's your first name? >> telling you anything until I TALK TO MY MOTHER. SO YES, that's what I'm doing. >> So we did it right here. >> Talk to your mother? You're an adult. >> But like I said, she's I got her. >> Your mom's probably part of the problem. >> Do you have anything on you, drugs or weapons? >> So the taser was ineffective, maybe because of the baggy clothes, maybe they didn't get all the way to the skin or touch for pen for uh for good connection, but it didn't work on her. That her hair? That is her hair. That's sergeant. So, you got to do That's true. She's recording it. Now, if she tries to sue or anything, she's going to want She's that becomes evidence or whatever she decides. It's The crime commit was committed, so that's evidence. So, they're going to take that phone and impound it. So, she's not going to get her phone back. I called our doc and gave him a heads-up. I mean, he's not there, but of course he he's in charge of the ER. >> Okay. >> So, he knows he knows the guy that's in charge. I told him that we tased somebody, but it didn't go into her skin. So, >> Okay. >> hopefully they'll be able to get you in and out of there. >> them check the the legs, too, when she was on >> Yeah. How this going to work? You're going to do the rest of the incident report? >> Okay. >> And then you're going to do a use of force supplement. >> Okay. >> I'm going to do use of force supplement. >> Okay. >> And that's how that's going to work. >> Okay. >> But that's I mean >> All the paperwork. I think most the average person has no idea how much paperwork goes into something like this cuz we got the paperwork for the traffic stop, and then you know, this is a whole report cuz now you got to charge them with um assault on a law enforcement officer, obstruction, and then you had use of force, so deployment of the taser. Um even if you now they're making you do use of force reports just by throwing somebody to the ground and putting handcuffs on them anymore, but kind of ridiculous some of some of it, but on a taser deployment, you're going to do a uh of force report. >> But I mean, the thing is you also have to remember in this environment right here, your use of force is going to be a lot quicker because we're in the middle of traffic. And that is I mean, we're worried about their safety, we're worried worried about our safety. So, you got you got to make sure you're not chasing them around and I mean, when you use force, use force. Especially, you know, now if they're in an apartment, if they're on the third floor of the Budgetel, that's one thing. But when we're out in the middle of the roadway, you know, your use of force got to be instant. >> He is exactly right. The The sergeant is now good job on him. He's pulled this officer off to the side and said, "Hey, look, we're in the middle of the roadway. If you're going to use force, use it swiftly, quickly. Take them into custody quickly. You can't dilly-dally because you don't want to end up in the roadway, get hit by a car." So, I like what he's saying cuz you got to be quick with what your use of force in this situation. >> No, because I mean, the thing is especially once you put them in handcuffs. Cuz once they get handcuffs, they run, get hit by a car, that's on us. >> Yeah. >> The last girl you dealt with, he got to get done. >> have 30400. >> That way he can bring copies of the warrants. >> They'll take her, they'll take the other one to Grady. >> Grady is sorry, you're not. >> So, one of them has warrants, too. So, they one of them was going to jail. Sounds like the driver because the girl, the passenger said she'd never been arrested, but sounds like the driver's got warrants as well. >> They'll take the other one to Grady. Okay. Get her for reckless driving. >> was handcuffed. I don't know what she talking about her arm, but she was handcuffed. >> The driver was charged with obstruction and reckless driving, while the passenger was >> Okay, so obstruction, driver got obstruction, reckless driving, pulled out in front of the vehicle. Um two counts of obstruction because not only was she obstructing the one, there was another where she went and grab tried to knock the other cop the officer off of her girlfriend. >> charged with obstruction, but both the individuals remain innocent until proven guilty in a >> Well, looks like the other one just got charged with obstructing a police officer. Oh, here we go. Obstructing a police officer and reckless driving, okay. Look at that look on her face. All right, charged. And then this girl obstructing police, charged, good. They're lucky they didn't get assault on a police officer, honestly, but I don't know, I thought they they I would have handled this quicker. I thought that the sergeants um counsel was very wise. You know, look, in these situations, you handle it quickly. For one, they don't get the situation progressively gets worse. People get more We've talked about this a million times. They get more and more emboldened the longer you allow them to defy your orders. So, if you're going to give them orders, give them a few orders. Once they've not acknowledged or a heed those orders, you take action. Uh this would have saved the other girl getting out of the car. Uh this would have caused but the the longer it went on, the more orders he gave, the more loud and defiant they became. And ultimately, the scene ended up kind of chaotic, but they got them both arrested and uh they were both charged with obstructing. Should have been charged with assault on a law enforcement officer or resisting arrest. Um but I thought they handled it well and uh good learning experience for for this officer and the sergeant did a good job of uh pulling him off to the side and giving him some some pointers and some tips and some counsel. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. We'll catch you on the next video.
