Do you have any idea what this could be about? No idea. Something something online or something? Detective Blaine is going to Every question you have she'll have an answer for you, okay? >> Well, how about let's get to it? All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one is EWU body cam and it is teen uses AI to do the unthinkable. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> Girl, police the FIRE WITH SEARCH WARRANT. [screaming] KEEP YOUR HANDS UP AND COME OUTSIDE. What are you doing? What are you doing? Who else is in the house? Do you have any idea what this could be about? Did you something online or something? Oh, boy. This poor dad, look at the teen right there. You can just see. I mean, it Yeah. What was it? What what email? Um it was my uncle touched my wiener@gmail.com. >> Oh, boy. He's kid. Following an unthinkable discovery, SWAT descends an overwhelming force on the home of an unsuspecting teenager, quickly exposing his damning secret. I literally Imagine SWAT showing up at your house in the morning for your son. And he had finding out that he's got this email going on and who knows what else he's doing. So, I'm curious to see exactly what it was he was doing. I have a shirt in my room that says kill your local pedophile because I I don't like that. official police records and the footage has never been seen before until now. Please note that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. In April 2025, the Ocala Police Department investigated a cyber tip that included 50 media files allegedly containing child abuse material. After confirming the tip, a detective tracked down the source of the files to the home of 19-year-old David Edgar Joseph Rudder. Break the glass. Knock him out. Give me a good knocking him out. Now, forget the Girl, police the fire with search warrant. Couple more times, all right. GIRL, POLICE THE FIRE WITH SEARCH WARRANT. OH, THEY'RE ABOUT ready to bust your door in. You want to go? Hold on. Hold on. Open it. Come out. Come to the front door. Keep your hands up. Hands, buddy. Huh? Keep your hands up and come outside. Do you notice how they moved away from the window and they were standing in between the door and the window because the window is a dangerous place to be. If somebody starts shooting out the window, we've talked about this before. Now, they're going to take different positions of of advantage here as soon as the people start to come out the door. Girl, police What are you doing? What are you doing? Give me a good break. What are you doing? Who else is in the house? Who else is in the house? All right. So, everybody gets put in cuffs in a situation like this. Now, the first thing is you pull them out, immediately you start asking who else is in the house, who else might be there, children, dogs. You want to know everything. >> Sir, come out. Come out. Who else is in the house? >> No one. It's Any weapons in there? No, no. All right. What is that? What is going on? Somebody used a search warrant. >> warrant for your residence, sir. Huh? There's a search warrant for your residence. >> warrant? Yes, sir. What? I'll explain to you in a second, all right? You actually immigration or something you see on TV. Is that what this is? No, no, no. You guys are acting like I'm some kind of threat the country or something. All right. Like I said, it's officer safety. Huh? >> It's officer safety, okay? Officer safety? You guys act like I'm some kind of terrorist. Can you what the hell is going on? Oh, don't let him talk. What's swatting? An illegal and often dangerous prank, swatting involves the use of a hoax emergency call to send SWAT teams to the homes of online personalities like streamers as a form of harassment. Unfortunately for David, this is no prank. He's hoping that it was a swatting, but it's not a swatting. Do you have any idea what this could be about? No idea. Something something online or something? Detective Blaine is going to Every question you have she'll have an answer for you, okay? >> Well, how about let's get to it? >> She's pulling her car up right now. She's going to get you out of cuffs and talk to you, okay? Forensic detectives began locating devices inside the Rudder household to confirm the origin of the child abuse material. Meanwhile, David's father finally learns about the horrifying details of the investigation that led officers to his doorstep. So, I I investigate our what's called internet crimes against children. ICAC. The tip that ultimately led me to your residence regarding the the possession of what we refer to as child abuse material, also known as child So, the way they do this is there are images that are tagged um that if somebody downloads that image or shares the image, there's different ways, but this is one of the ways. And that video that image is tagged and so they'll get a notification, the FBI ICAC Internet Crimes Against Children, and it will notify um the local agency or the FBI will work in conjunction with them, and then they can go and get a search warrant. And now what they'll do is they will uh process those phones, download everything, and find the images that they may or may not have downloaded or shared online. served any child abuse material on any devices inside your home. >> No. No. Nothing with child, I mean Okay. >> I've watched I've watched >> Sure. Sure. But never nothing with kids. I would never do anything like that. Ultimately, the initial tip came in from that address with your son's name, date of birth, and like I stated, the um the child abuse material, those images were coming from your IP address. What was it? Uh What what email? Um it was my uncle touched my wiener@gmail.com. He's kid. Yeah. And I don't And you you've never seen anything on his device or anything like that that was concerning of any nature? Never. I mean I mean, look at the picture. Clearly this child is suffer is is disturbed. He's got some issues going on. He sleeps most of the day. Does he? Okay. Cuz I'll be honest with you, um obviously all of it's bad. This material is all under the age of nine. Oh. Um it's pretty significant. There's a lot of it. >> And why would you need even if even if he's looking at kiddie or something like that, why would you need to roll up with all those cars? >> Like I said, that's what we it's our agency protocol. It's what we do. Can't people put stuff on on your like people's internet and stuff? I mean, I don't know. I don't know. It's a mistake. While his father remains convinced it's all just a misunderstanding, David offers his own explanation for how such material Trust me, folks. If that SWAT unit shows up to your house, it's not a mistake. It's not a misunderstanding. They've got their everything dialed in. The fact that you would get a search warrant means you've already got the evidence necessary. It's tracking it to that IP address. That's you, buddy. And or your son. could have ended up on the devices he uses. What kind of cell phone do you have? iPhone. Um is it password protected? It is. What is that password? Do I have to give it to you? You don't have to give it to me. Um kind of like I explained to your dad, ultimately today we're here, we're going to um seize all electronic devices. We're going to examine those devices. The longer we're here, the longer it takes to get in, the longer we're here. I mean, I just I have pictures of myself in them. Okay. Naked. And we're not looking for for that, so. It's embarrassing. >> Ultimately, it's completely up to you. >> Okay. It's Okay. Makes it easier to remember, right? Yeah. We've received actually multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She did a really good job of getting that password because a lot of these phones are very difficult to get in without the password. She did a really good job of talking the password out of him. Um yeah, you use that tactic a lot where you're like, "Look, we're going to be here how you are you helping us will minimize the time that we're here bothering you and your dad and your family." And so, what she's about ready to explain it looks like is NCMEC, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and they must have been the one that gave the tip. children referring to what we call child abuse material, also known as child So, have you ever seen any of that? Look at his face. There's a lot, yeah, online. Okay. Notice how he didn't say no. He said, "Unfortunately, there's a lot online." So, he didn't say the average person would have been like, "No, I'm not involved in any of that." But he's like, "Unfortunately, there's a lot of that online." And that was after a pause. Have you have you seen it on any on any of your devices? Yeah. Okay. Talk to me a little bit about that. Well, because I go on these sites that have like a lot of videos that aren't allowed to be posted on like regular social media. Okay. Whatever the reason may be. And All right, folks. Let's be honest. The cost of living isn't just high, it's exhausting. And like a lot of Americans, you might be using credit cards to pay for even the basic necessities like groceries, gas, or utility bills. You're essentially paying a survival tax when you do that with into with rates in the 20s. Why keep giving your hard-earned money from your paychecks to the banks or these credit card companies when you can keep it with your family? That's why my friends at American Financing, they have a better way. They've been helping homeowners tap into their equity to pay off high-interest debt with interest rates now in the fives. And on average, American Financing is saving their customers about $800 a month. Now, that's nearly $10,000 more a year for you and your family by getting out from underneath these credit cards. So, there's no upfront fees, there's no obligation to talk to a salary-based mortgage consultant. I like that part. But here's the kicker. If you start today, you could actually delay two mortgage payments. Think about how much that will save you. American Financing is America's home for home loans. Call 888-995-2440. That's 888-995-2440, or go to americanfinancing.net/lamb. And let's get back to the video. A lot of times that slips through that includes, you know, I literally have a shirt in my room that says and this is a little counterintuitive, but it says kill your local pedophile because I Okay. >> You know, I'm I don't I don't like that It's I work at Spencer's, we sold it there. Um You sold the shirt? I'm hoping you meant Okay. Yeah. I was like not like I know, I thought the same thing when he said that. I would I'm glad that that she clarified that it's the shirt. child abuse material. Okay. Just wanted to clarify. But yeah, and Okay. >> Um yeah, a lot of that is seen online now and it's it slips through the cracks easily. It's very Okay. I am online, as are you all online. It doesn't slip through the cracks for an ordinary person. It slips through the crack cracks easily for somebody who is looking for it. In this particular case, he appears to have been looking for it and he's trying to downplay it. prevalent. >> So, let me ask you this. Um a Gmail account, do you recognize um my uncle's touch screen? That's the one. Little I knew that would be the same one. Yeah, that's the one that got hacked. Then all of a sudden I couldn't get back into it, so I don't know. Okay. That's something that a lot of these platforms will do when they locate accounts that are linked to child abuse material. So, that could be ultimately why you couldn't get back in. Talk to me about that account being hacked. >> A lot of my accounts have been just hacked for no reason. Okay. I don't even want to use the word hacked, but compromised, I guess, is the word Okay. >> to use, but yeah, and it happens a lot. I have to make new emails a lot. Okay. So, you don't remember recall ever Okay. Look, I'm sorry to keep pausing it, but the average person has had the same emails forever. But this guy, the reason he continues to make new ones is probably because he's getting on all these different sites and then they do get compromised when he goes on these sites. or searching out this material or having a conversation with someone and someone's sharing it with you. No. Some of our tips included reverse image searches using the Bing um reverse search engine from this uh residence. So, as >> If I've ever reverse searched anything >> Mhm. It's it would have been like I don't know. of myself to see if I was on Google. Half the time reverse image searches don't work for me. I've never tried it. Yeah. So, you don't recall ever taking an image of child abuse material and putting it into Bing to try to locate >> No. images or anything like that. Okay. So, will we be here until until the whole thing's done? Pretty much, yes, sir. Yeah. We take these investigations very seriously because they deal with the exploitation of children cuz all this material is somebody's real baby somewhere and it comes from somewhere. As David continues to deny the evidence presented to him by the detective, the forensics team on site begins examining all the devices recovered from the Rudder home. David and his father, seated on the street in full view of their neighborhood, slowly come to terms with the reality they've been trying to ignore. What's the, you know, the the procedure afterwards? So, if we locate any child abuse material, depending on whose device it's located on, um that individual obviously be placed under arrest. What's the the the like So, what they're doing right now is they are processing all those computers, cell phones to ensure cuz then they know that the IP address was the one sharing these images. Now, they're going to they're going to isolate them to these images or these um uh the different devices. If they do find it on the computer or the cell phones, they're going to charge him. They're probably going to charge him anyway and arrest him, but they're making sure that they have the evidence. The usual thing that happens. I'm just trying I mean, he obviously needs to get some therapy or something like that. He's not violent. He's never been in trouble before. He finished He thinks disaster. What Why would you even do this? He said He didn't even know. He's curious. Kids. >> While David's father claims he's never been in trouble before, the teen has had a few brushes with the law, the most recent being a petty theft charge following a shoplifting incident at a Walmart. His father doesn't appear to believe that today's situation is much more serious. Well, well, I know I know people who've got arrested for sex offender for grabbing somebody's butt. Not the same thing, Dad. And unfortunately, and you know what? Here's the kicker. I see that stuff. And when I was in the high school, we had like it was like a a big game. [clears throat] Like kids would run around with the girls and grab the boys' butt and the boys would grab girls' butt. Now, Yeah, you can't do that. you know, it's taboo. You you do that now. It's It's one thing to have you know, something on your computer because you were curious and you made a stupid mistake between knowingly doing it and sending it out or being the cause of it or being involved in it. It's It's a bigger thing now because, you know, now you got all these cartels trafficking kids. Yeah. That's probably why SWAT pulls up here, right? Hey, you're you're 19 years old, you made a mistake. You know, if you need therapy, get you get into therapy. That's It's a big mistake. Every one of those images he will carry sometimes in Arizona, I think they can carry a a sentence of 5 years per image. So, when you have There's people that have tens of thousands of images. I mean, disgusting. That's probably what they're going to have you do anyway, I would guess. He's worried about getting in fights and being attacked or something like that. As I said, you know, the jail setting is completely different than what you see on TV and all that stuff. As David and his father ponder his fate, the forensics team manages to locate 20 videos containing child abuse material on a phone recovered from David's room. The discovery makes it harder for either of them to claim he accidentally downloaded the material. So, the This is important because where the phone was found, it was in David's immediate the son's immediate control. So, he can't deny it's his phone. It was within his immediate control. And uh in the bed like that is, I mean, he's he's not going to be able to deny this. And I can tell you from looking at it, it wasn't where he was spammed or it was sent to him. It was accessed by him, reviewed by him. >> he told me that it popped up on the dark web and then he clicked on it and started looking at He said he don't even know why he did. Okay. Well, I can tell you from the volume and the different time frames that it was viewed and collected, it wasn't a one-time thing. So, there's an issue here. Dad, can I give you a hug before I go? I don't I don't know. Just don't. I I love you, too. I don't ever change. All right. All right. I'll talk to you soon. Following his arrest, David was charged with 20 counts of possession of child He pled not guilty and was a Okay, so 20 counts. This is hefty. This is not a This is not a small thing. Bailed out on bond on the condition that he refrain from unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. Had he refrained from committing any new crimes before his trial, David would have stayed out on bond. Unfortunately, meeting these conditions would prove to be difficult for him. So, he gets out on bond and is told you cannot get back online and do this again. And now, obviously, they got him again. In November 2025, detectives began tracking over 250 images and videos containing child abuse material, including AI-generated content involving child actors and animals linked to David's IP address. They also made contact with the father of a 13-year-old girl who expressed concern over David's interactions with her. Oh, jeez. You know, look, they had the guy, they give him out on bond, and him he gets out on bond and then goes back and downloads a 250 more images and then has an inappropriate interaction with a 13-year-old. What? Come out. Come out. Hold on. Please don't let him out. >> Ruder residence once again and collected several devices including a phone hidden in a bag of cat food in the garage. They soon learned that while out on bond, David had amassed a collection of child abuse material that included videos of the 13-year-old girl generated using her Facebook profile picture, a questionable number of produced videos of young girls, and printed photos of children and babies. Come out. This is the sheriff's office. Come to the front door with your hands up. Come out. Help, sir. Step back. Somebody Since he violated the conditions of his pre-trial release from his previous arrest, David's bond was revoked. Alongside the original 20 charges, David was charged with an additional five counts of possession of child Shh. as well as 13 counts of possession of 10 or more child images. Though he admitted to possessing child abuse material, David pled not guilty once again. This time he was denied a pre-trial release on bond. >> Good. According to an official release from the Marion County Sheriff's Office, due to the nature and volume of material found in David's possession, police have reason to suspect that he may have had access to live victims, indicating he potentially produced some of the content himself. He remains in custody awaiting trial and the investigation is ongoing. Wow. I don't know. I like the videos that are much more that are funnier. This one I didn't uh I don't know. If you guys stuck with me to the end of it, you probably wanted to see that he was held accountable. I doubt he's going to He's not going to get back out. He's going to spend a significant time in prison as he should. And then he was using the AI to produce images that he shouldn't have produced. This is one of the challenges we're facing right now as a society is the AI [clears throat] and what it can produce, these types of images. And that's one of the challenges that we face in law enforcement. So, this kid didn't learn his lesson when he had it the when he got it arrested the first time, I promise you the courts are going to throw the book at him because when he was arrested, he didn't learn his lesson. He went back out and did it. Not only did it, he did it worse. And then uh um actually started engaging with a live, you know, a real girl. And so this is a problem. I hope they did he goes to prison for a long time to be honest with you because he's not going to be a functioning member of society. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Were you as disgusted as I am with this? And um you know, folks, this is just something unfortunately we have to deal with in law enforcement. As a society, we got to do better. But in this in case, they got this one off the streets and he's going to be held accountable. And hopefully he doesn't see the light of free day for a long time. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. And we'll catch you on the next video and hopefully it's not like this one. Talk to you later.
