So, you need to know you cannot revisit the library for a year or you will be subject to arrest. That's all locations. You didn't even give me the trespass warning. You just told me to stop, but I have music on, so I can't hear any anything outside here. Okay, this is the trespass warning and you can appeal that by mail, email, or through the web. So, we'll give you this paperwork. Okay. And we're going to have to ask you to leave. Okay. It's fine. And then that's your um legal trespass paperwork from the city of Orlando. All right. What is his name? I'm sorry? What's his name? My money? No, the the person that What's his name? The person that complained? No one complained. You're just not following staff directive. And she just continues to act like she's in charge and that she is the the the author the person of authority in this position, and she wasn't. Now, you let's watch it. The stories that they would tell before, oh, I was mistreated, blah blah blah. And I was leaving, and they were arrested me anyway. Now, with body camera, which they thought they were going to you know, find the police doing bad work, now what we see is society is the one that is really doing the bad work in most cases, and refusing to follow orders or leave the establishment. And uh uh this is another instance where now her tone changes and she would would have absolutely uh tried to get these people in trouble later on, but the body camera is going to tell the whole story. That's it? BUT THAT'S I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I JUST LITERALLY I just literally told them that I'm about to get up. I I just wanted to get the name. Cindy was charged with trespassing in a structure and resisting without vi- So, it's trespassing in a structure, resisting without out violence. So, 1,000, 1,500 violence. Later on September 24th, 2025, nolo contendere. So, means she didn't contend it. She didn't And so, she was adjudicated guilty. So, if you don't know what the word adjudication is, I don't feel like I'm talking down to you, but adjudication means that this is they've come to it a final determination. So, they pled guilty, accepted a plea, went to trial, guilt They were found guilty. That's what adjudicated means. So, she was adjudicated guilty for trespassing occupied structure structure, refusing to leave, resisting officer without violence. She pled nolo contendere, and she was subsequently adjudicated guilty on both charges. She was sentenced to 5 days in the Orange County Jail, with 5 days time served, and paid $686.03 in court costs. So, both of those counts, if you saw it, ran concurrent, which means that she did them both at the same time. 5 days. Oh, man. Florida doesn't mess around. And she should have just left the library when she had the chance. All right. There you go. Look, folks, I look I don't like a police state. I really don't. But trust me, the police don't want it either. All we would like is if we come in and say, "Man, would you You need to come step out with us. You're you're They're trespassing you." Done. Pack my stuff up, walk out, be nice to the cop. Hey, thanks for, you know, standing by with me. I won't come back. Boom, that's it. But no, you got to get lippy, and you got to delay, and act like you're in charge, and then you're going to sue us, and all this junk. And then, ultimately, her refusal to leave, not only did she get arrested for it, she was adjudicated guilty for it. So, the courts thought the same thing. She got 5 days in jail for it. Let me know what you think. How did they handle it? I like this guy. He didn't mess around. He gave her ample time to get on on her own, but she could clearly see it wasn't going to get any better. And instead of letting it get worse, he took control of the situation and arrested her. Very calm, waited for backup, just to make sure that he didn't hurt her. And ultimately this was This was her behavior that caused this. It was her behavior of feeling entitled with zero accountability that got her trespassed. And then when she failed to leave in a timely manner after multiple attempts by the officer, she was arrested and ended up spending 5 days in jail. Folks, it's really simple. Just follow the law.
