Mhm. Go to the sidewalk now. Okay. Now. Good. You want to be funny? We tell you to get on the street, go on the [ __ ] street. All right, I'm getting out. Who do you think you are, bro? All right, everybody, welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Code Blue Cam, and it is cocky YouTuber finally gets what he deserves. I have not seen it, but I know who this kid is. He's a turd, and all he does is go around and stir up trouble. He's got bodyguards with him. So, I am anxious to see this video. It's got a ton of views already um out there. So, some of you have may have seen it, but I'm going to break it down. Let's go. I'm getting out the street. No, you're not. I'm [ __ ] off. After I [ __ ] do this, who the Who are you, bro? When an entitled YouTuber pushes officers too far, they decide to bring him in. But, they're unaware of the lengths he's willing to go to turn this situation into content. It is around 3:00 a.m. on the morning of Look, I I look, I'm on YouTube. I do content, but I'm not trying to be uh getting other people just be disruptive to other people. This is what this kid's whole thing is done on, being a little punk, disruptive other people, picking fights, chest shoulder checking people. That's what he does. And so, his whole platform is built on being a nuisance. So, let's see what happens here. Sounds like he finally got what he deserved. >> November 15th, 2025, and these Miami Beach police officers stationed on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida, have reached their patience limit with 22-year-old YouTuber Jack Doherty, who broke away from his group and attempted to engage officers to create content for his channel in the middle of the roadway, creating a safety hazard. Despite multiple warnings, Jack continued recording the video, even ignoring his friends as they told him to stop. As a final warning, officers told him that they would arrest him if he didn't comply, to which Jack replied, "Once I'm done with this, bet." >> [music] >> And now, as officers move to make good on that warning, they have no idea that Jack is far from done recording them on this day. Yo, bodyguard, get your ass out of the way. What? No. Hey, yo, yo, you don't want to go either. Back up. Back Get your hands off of us. Back up. I would absolutely arrest the bodyguard, or at least put him in cuffs in that particular case, because he tried to intervene and impede a police investigation, and obstructed, and put hands on the cop in an effort to try to stop this. Go to sidewalk Go to sidewalk now. You put him in cuffs, too. Go to sidewalk now. Okay. There we go. No, no, too late. You want to be funny, we tell you to get on the street, go on the [ __ ] street. Get his bodyguards out of there. Are you, bro? I was trying to walk on the street but you Doesn't matter, bro. All you had to do was get in the sidewalk. That's it. And you want to be funny. Yo, you should have got your man out the road. Now, as officers proceed to search him, they immediately find even more reasons to take him to jail, but Jack only sees it as another content opportunity, something the officers have yet to realize. I don't know what that is. Oh, no. Oh, cannabis. Huh. It's cannabis like a vape. I'm going to reserve my comments. Uh-oh. You really can't take it off that easy. Let me just slide it off, you know? No, no, no. Is that Miami Beach? I think so. Miami Beach. I would have put Look, that guy deserved to be in cuffs. The way he came in between, they should have absolutely Honestly, he probably should have got knocked to the ground cuz he put hands on the police officer and tried to intervene in the arrest. And he should have got knocked to the ground. He would have been a big hard as a big dude to knock to the ground, but they go still they still go down. You don't get to apologize for him, player. He uh he's responsible for his own behavior. He's an adult. Put that dude in cuffs. Should have already done it. They're being cool by not arresting that guy. Look at his little smug face. Yeah, I wouldn't. I would same thing. I wouldn't cuz you don't want to take a watch off, especially a high dollar a high value watch. If he has a high value watch on, I don't know if he does. And then you hand it over to somebody and then later on he's like, "Oh, I didn't you you gave it to somebody else. Now I don't have my watch." Just take it to the jail with him. No, this is not Get all these guys. With officers finding three hand-rolled suspected cannabis cigarettes and Uh cigarettes, not a vape. pill marked with a three consistent with a schedule two amphetamine, Jack is immediately brought to the station. And this is where his entitled behavior leads him to pull another move that he will soon regret. Um you'll ask them when you get a chance to. I don't know. As soon as the the judge call you in and then you'll be fine. I'll answer it. I'll answer it later on. Sorry. I cuz I don't know. I don't know what you what Probably no, probably tomorrow, maybe. Oh, no. This is just a pit stop. Yeah. So first you'll take him to the station, you'll process him, do all that, then he'll Sometimes these bigger agencies have their own little jails and so they'll they're like holding facilities and so the county takes the people takes all felonies, which this is obviously going to be a felony if he had MDMA. And and then the marijuana is probably a class six felony. I don't know what they have in Florida. Um or possibly a misdemeanor. I don't know what Florida does. But they'll book him in here and then they'll take all everybody they've arrested at some point and take them down to the Miami-Dade jail where he gets processed in at the county. That's typically how it works. How are you guys? Good. How are you, bro? Pretty good, man. All right. For now, you know. Sorry, bro. I just got to listen to You got to listen to me. We got you. So, where is he? You have the right to remain silent. Everything you will Right, cuz no one said anything. Then I'll question you. Oh, really? For how long? He's like, you didn't basically saying you didn't read me my Miranda and the cop says, "Cuz we're not questioning you." So, that's kind of how it works. How many times have I said that? Miranda is from when you're going to ask people questions. That's what Miranda's for. Brace. Is this first time you ever been arrested? That's right. Yes, it's my first time like that. Nothing to it. Are your guys' body cams on? 100%. I still don't know. >> [snorts and clears throat] >> It's tough. All right. See how it is. All right. This is what's going to happen. I'm going to remove the handcuffs from you. Listen. Oh, yeah, yeah. Then, take all your jewelry off. Okay. Socks, sneakers, put them on top of the car. Yes? Top of the what? Car. This might seem like a simple order, but to Jack, it's about protecting his jewelry and he won't even hesitate to instruct officers on how to preserve it. Not tonight. I'm going to hold it on you now, brother. When when do you think I will? Tomorrow's Saturday. Hopefully tomorrow. Okay, hopefully. We'll be really careful, you know, you know. I hope so. Sorry, sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so OCD and [ __ ] I'm going to get you a lawyer. Always trying to scratch my Oh, shut up. >> No, I'm I'm suing. All right, everything, bro. Take the jewelry off, please. Oh, yeah. I don't know what kind of watch it is, but it's probably pretty expensive. Take everything off? You guys You guys need like careful with it or no? No. No. I mean, we're going to put it in a bag. All right. We're going to get it documented, though. All right. Cool. I'm not signing about that. It's like the Can't like bend it, you know? All right. His friend His friend's outside? I don't know. Cuz I don't think he wants to have that all over him. Can I call anything to give him this so it doesn't have to be here? Please. If you give him the >> don't want to give him the jewelry. Just my jewelry. I'll do anything. >> I'm down for that. Let him He got his phone, right? Yeah, try here. Make a phone Let him make a phone call? Thank you. And you know, they can take all his jewelry. >> [clears throat] >> Dane says it's a Richard Mille watch. How much is it worth? Three to $400,000 watch is what he's wearing. Oof. What's your name? Jack. >> Yes, sir. When you giving the order, dog, you got to do that. Like, you could have avoided all of this. I know. I wish I could have. But like already right when I was giving the order, I turned around and boom, my security guard was there. But like it was I don't know. I don't know. I'm not going to like make excuses, you know? Yeah. You want to come to the station in the front? >> Yo, you want to come to the station? You got my location? Um Give me my address. How come? We're already on the way. >> Dave Dave has the location, but you can pick up my jewelry. 1100 You can pick up my jewelry, you know? Give me your address. You can pick up my jewelry. Yeah, you can pick up my jewelry. Matter of fact, yeah. Put that all in the bag. >> Yes. He's going to go back out and go into your car or whatever from there. Yeah. And then the guy will walk him in or whatever. Man, I don't know. >> just book it into the I mean, you don't want to be responsible necessarily for it at the A station, either, but this is a lot of hoops to jump through. He's like, "Hey, you can get this and this and and get his Get his all his the person he's giving it to all that personal that goes in the OR. I don't want nothing to come up on this guy. Sir, I'm I'm trying to tell him to come here. All right. Yo, can you hear me? Hello. Hello. Hey, no video. Just phone calls. This is not working. Here, I'll put it right here. He just said no video. He just said no video. This is This is why this kid's in this predicament cuz he doesn't listen to anybody. He had no respect for anybody. Sorry, sir. I'm just trying to tell him to get here. Just take off while you're doing that. Take off your >> Hang up. We got his 13, no? Not yet. Yo, can you hear me? Yeah, we're good. Okay. All right, where are you? We're walking there right now. He knows what he's doing. He's recording. >> His driver's license and everything ready. ID. Do you have your ID? What is it? Hang up. >> just have Dave or whoever has her ID? You do? I bet. How much was it again? 440. 100. 100. Oh. Sorry, sorry. I know you had the cash score. You guys got that. No. Look, 300. 1 2 3 4 Check the phone, man. It's all It's all right. Get your hands off of the stuff. No, no, no. I thought we were giving it to him. Yeah, you are. We're going to have to keep it nice and neat. Yeah. Okay, so one here. All right. No, no. Can I just give it to them hands? We have to do this. Okay, two. All right. All right. Listen, if you're going to wear expensive jewelry and then you don't want it to get like you don't want to deal with this where people have to put it in a bag, then don't get arrested. You know, listen to the cops. Listen when they're telling you giving you a command, a lawful command. They were patient with you. That's how you protect your jewelry, but no, he had to push the envelope. Two right here. Four Thank you. How much was it? We got a separate bag first so it don't scratch it up, you know? You don't got a separate bag? The what? Cuz it's going to scratch it up. You can't scratch This All right, thank you so much. Did you find out how much it was? Yes. Your cell is right. Can you uh There's a problem, right? We met on reception for you to make a phone call. Yes? Yes. And I told you not to record, but you are recording. I didn't know. So, you know what's going to happen now? They're going to impound your phone. The UK. We're not giving this to anybody else. I could just delete the video. No. Take your shoes off. Bro, what? So, now basically what he's saying is because he was recording, they told him not to record, but basically recording in the jail and everything. They're going to impound the phone now because it's evidence. And so that's what happens, you know? You should have listened. Take your shoes off. Take your shoes off. But aren't you guys recording, too? Uh take [clears throat] your shoes off. My shoes are off. Take your socks off. All right. Hey, call the sergeant. Tell him to go 10-7, uh somebody picking these socks going to the UK. The what? Uh turn around. Dude, really, bro? You guys really got to do that, dude? Like I just want to Change your [ __ ] attitude, man. I'm not resisting. Come on. Good. Now they're getting in They're getting irritated with him. What are these socks? What are these socks? Four. More. All right. Hey, it's going to the UK. Everything's going to the UK. All right, way to UK. Henry Miles, 15031.5. It's all right. Everything Everything's going to the UK. Yeah, yeah. My hand got stuck, though. Oh, yeah. Okay, cool. Even better, yeah. Hey, get in there. Probably fine. So, this is one of those holding cells at the at the police station I was telling you about that eventually he'll get transported over to the jail. Bro, he's trying to get your phone, he's not. Okay, come. It was like 250, 350, 400 dollars. >> Dayton says that the watches are like 250, 350, 400,000 and he has three Richard Mille watches. Shh. At least three. Dang. [clears throat] That tells you how much money these kids are making on this stuff. So now basically they're going to hold him as long as they can before they transfer him or before he sees the judge. So they're going to make this a They're going to This is what normal people go through anyway. They tried to be cool with them and then he was he was not being cool. Get his friend out of there. Get What is going on? Get out of here. No. Resistance one of them. Possibly potential possession. Possibly possession. Possession of substance. I caught it. You understand that? Yes. Even after realizing the full impact of his actions, Jack's desperate attempt to apologize only becomes another display of his vanity. I had a chance to wipe my phone clean. I know I [ __ ] up filming in the film. I get it. >> [snorts] >> You're taking [clears throat] it with you to the TUK room. Because you now you can charge him with introducing contraband into a detention facility if you really wanted to. I mean, because he took the phone. Even though they helped let him bring it in, they were going to put it in his stuff. Actually, they were going to give it to the friends. Because he recorded, he now introduced contraband into the jail. Well, what does that mean? It go with you. It goes to TUK with you. But then when I like leave, I just get it? Yeah, they'll give it to you back. Yeah, of course, man. All right. Yeah. I just got to like get my release processed out. No, no, no. They give it to you when you get released. All right. Yeah. I don't know, man. I would have impounded it as evidence. I mean, later on and if it exists it goes to court, they're going to ask for that video. And if he's deleted it, then you know, you don't have it anymore. So, how are you going to charge him with anything or what? I don't know if they will or won't, but this you got to retain for evidence cuz he was filming inside the facility. Huh? No, when I get out. Hopefully tomorrow, man, but probably not in the morning anymore, you know? When I'm released, who knows what will happen. I don't know what I'll do. Hey, I'll try to help you, man. Ultimately, Jack Doherty was charged with felony possession of controlled substance without prescription, misdemeanor resisting without violence, possession of cannabis. He was later released on a $3,500 cash bond. Which is no big deal for him. But true to his nature, Jack continued milking the incident for content after his release, even uploading footage officers had accidentally recorded on his phone after not realizing the camera was still running. In a later interview with TMZ, Jack described the arrest as the worst day of his life, claiming he was stuck in a small cell for 5 hours before >> He was all by himself in a stall. Most of the time you go into a like a gen pop thing where there's a ton of people in a stall, that same size stall. Um Yeah, for 5 hours then shuffled off for mugshot and fingerprints before spending another 10 hours at There you go, in the big holding room. for being moved to a larger holding room for another 10 hours. He even warned others to stay away from jail while still managing to put his entitlement on full display. It now seems like Jack is using the experience to create even more police-related content for his channel, continuing to profit off the incident, at least until another group of officers decides [music] to draw the line and take him in again. Eventually, I I Look, I hope these courts hold him accountable for this because uh if he catches a felony, like this just starts it to where now every time he's getting arrested or all of that, he's not going to be able to uh uh carry a gun, which I don't know if he does. He's got I mean, obviously any drug possession charges after that, he's going to have a problem with, so um let's hope that they hold him accountable. I don't have high hopes anymore for the justice system. You know, we put people in front of them and the attorneys drop the charges or the courts decide they're not going to do anything to them, so we'll see what happens on this. Maybe they decide, "Hey, we're going to teach teach this kid a lesson." We'll see what happens. Let me know what you think. Did you enjoy seeing this kid get arrested? I know I did. I've seen his videos. I don't really watch a lot of them, but I've seen enough to know he's a little punk. And um I think that his bodyguard is lucky. I would have absolutely have arrested his bodyguard for interfering, putting hands on the other cop, and um and trying to obstruct that arrest. So, he I would have arrested him, too. Um, besides, you don't really want to have to deal with him. Put him in cuffs, like I always say, put him in cuffs, so that you're not dealing with him all of a sudden, um, trying to attack the cops while you're dealing with this jack. So, uh, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you on the next video.
