Like, why am I being arrested? >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> I LEFT THIS I LEFT everything in time. >> Everything. biting someone's hand and snatching their property, verbally abusing police and refusing to leave, stealing and fleeing. These Karens should have been dealing with animal control, not the police. At lawframe, we reveal what happens when ego meets the badge. Let's find out in when entitled Karens Learn important means nothing to cops. Starting with the first incident. >> Right hand right here. You called the cop. >> A violent altercation broke out over parking at a library in New Mexico. Before police pulled over her U-Haul van, the lady acknowledged stealing the other person's phone and biting her hand. >> Hi. >> Uh, so what happened? >> I just was simply trying to explain so that cuz she was working. >> Was she the one involved? >> It was both of us. Okay. >> So she the lady came up and she had parked her van super crooked which we bought pictures of and everything >> and she had >> That's all I was trying to take photos. Okay, just breathe for me. Okay, >> she swung her door open and hit her mirror. So, all we were doing was taking pictures of it. >> So, she swung her door open and hit her mirror. >> And all I was going to do was all you guys to make reports. That's it. >> And she saw us taking pictures. She came out and she started to call her white trash and get super mad while I was recording it. And then she was trying to record it as well. And in that process, while she was holding her son went after her, took her phone, >> show me took off with my phone. So I took him and then she got in her van with the phone and in the process of her trying to get it back, she bit her >> she bit the my hand, slammed her door continuously >> into my car over and over again against my mirror and into my car and then slammed her door and tried to run me over in the process of trying to take off while her door was open. I was in between her open. The sequence of events, including the physical battle and the biting incident, was confirmed by witness testimony and video footage from a bystander. Emergency medical personnel verified the victim's injuries and property damage was recorded. >> Now, >> no, it's all right. We already have we already have pictures. >> Record it touching like it was. >> It's okay. >> We already have pictures of it beforehand. It's fine >> because you clearly didn't do anything wrong. Don't pull that race car [ __ ] on you. Yeah. You want to call her white trash again? >> I have no problem. >> Okay. So, if you have no problem, pull out of the parking lot. Goodbye. >> Don't tell me what to do. Get out of here. >> I don't want to >> because you damaged my car and now you're high up. >> Your car is perfectly fine. >> There's pictures now because she also just watched. >> She just wiped it off. >> Then it touches. It doesn't hit it. >> Yes, it does. You're not getting it. >> No, I'm calling you. You're kidding. >> Well, if you're not concerned, then why are you standing here having a fight about it if you're not worried? >> It's all right. The library has recording. I've got photos of how she thinks it's okay to double the park. >> She's perfectly fine. >> Perfectly fine. What if she had to take her son out on that side of the cart? How do you expect her to get her child out if you're parked that close? >> She finds the claws you call. So, she has she knows that she's supposed to be parking correctly and she's not. And she's hitting my car and she thinks it's okay. So, she will be contact I will be contacting you and she'll be liable for damages. It's fine. >> And again, if her son was on that side of the car, how do you expect people to take their kids out of the car when you're parking like that? >> I have three children. What if I had to get my daughters out on that side? I can't because you're just parking like a dumbass. >> She doesn't care. She's too busy standing here calling people white trash. >> I got all day. It's fine. I got nowhere to be right now. Put you in the shade though, huh? >> Yeah. Put you in the shade. >> Call me white trash. Let's figure out what you are. >> Mhm. >> So funny how other races can pull the race card, but the second we do it. >> Oh, look. She thinks this is okay. It's fine. All I have to do is tell you how she's not parking properly, and that's it. >> Library and there are two women harassing me. >> Oh, yeah. were harassing you for defending the fact that you hit a car. >> We're not You can more than welcome leave. I want you to leave. >> And they're like threatening that they hit their car, which is to >> threatening. How is that threatening? No, we're making a statement that you hit the car. >> So, just don't be checking the security. >> It's all right. It's going to be like 4 hours. >> That's okay. I'm standing here recording the whole thing was from the beginning. Pretty sure I got white on the video, too. So, if we want to talk about harassment, >> I'm going to let the officer know, too. She is more than welcome to leave. She can leave this entire time. I was not blocked. >> I also have it on video that we asked her to leave. >> And we're not blocking her. She can leave. She's been able to leave this entire time. Nobody has blocked her in. >> She is more than welcome to leave and has been able to leave this entire time. >> Like trying to like >> Nobody's harassing anybody. >> Manipulate the situation. But you're going to sit here and say that we're harassing you. >> But you're sitting here calling names, calling people white, but we're harassing. So funny how people want to twist the situation the second they got on the phone with the cops. because I damaged her, which is not true. And I want to have an officer, too. They're getting inside my vehicle. >> She's not getting inside of it. Quit crying, wolf. >> And now she's going to get up and Are you kidding me? >> Don't hit her. She has a kid in her hand. >> My phone and threw it. Give me my phone. >> She has a kid in her hand. You don't do [ __ ] like that. >> And she shoved me. Give me my phone. You >> I got a video. Come here. You're okay, baby. >> Give me my phone. She's over here attacking my sister with her kid in her hands. >> Yes, please >> get my phone out of the truck. >> Where is it? >> She has it in the van. I CAN'T GET MY VAN. LIKE, >> I can't do anything. >> She's biting me and she took my phone. IT'S IN THE VAN AND I [screaming] CAN'T GET IT. >> ARE YOU SERIOUSLY BITING HER? >> Give me my phone. >> Did you seriously bite her? >> She bit my hand right here. You call the cops. She bit me. My phone is on the floor of her U-Haul and she's continuing to hit my mirror. >> Damaging it. Give me my phone and you can get out of here. It is right there on the floor. >> I'm not going to touch you. Give me my phone. >> It's on the floor right there by your hand. Give me my phone. >> Give me MY PHONE. YOU'RE HITTING MY CAR. >> Give me my phone. Give me my phone. >> Give me my phone and you can get out of this parking lot. Quicker than I said. >> Give me my phone. >> It's right there on the floor by your stupid hand. Give me my phone. >> She bit me. [sighs] >> Yeah, you were pulling my hair. >> I'm going to have the cops. >> Give me my phone because you stole my phone. >> You're trying to take off with my phone. So, as soon as you stand there with her door open, >> this woman right here bit me. >> She thinks it's okay. Don't know where she's going. Dropped off some books. Thinks it's okay to park right next to my car, damage my vehicle, and bite me. >> I know she's going to get in trouble, but >> No, you have my phone. Give me my phone. You're not shutting your door until you give me my phone. You're damaging the out of my car. Give me my phone. >> Let's close the mirror. >> No. Give me my phone. >> Listen. >> Don't touch me again. She bit me. I want DNA tests, too, because she's getting charged for this [ __ ] I'm not okay with that. And she has my phone. She's holding my property trying to take off with it. >> Don't touch me. She's going to take off with my phone in her hand. >> Get out of the way. Get out of the way. >> Fine. Get out of the way. >> YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. >> It's all right. It's on video. Come here, please. [screaming] >> After watching the video, the police immediately approached the woman for questioning. Hi there. >> How's it going? >> Doing good. >> Do you mind stepping out real quick? >> Yes. >> 130 PD. All their music is in code one time. >> So, what's going on? Do you have your ID on you? >> Ask me question first and then answer. >> Okay. >> What was it? questions, please answer. >> Okay. Well, I need to identify who you're talking to. Right now, we're in Vic investigating a possible crime. >> Okay. >> And so, you fill the description. I'll be 1995. It's a U-Haul van. So, that's why we get called out here. >> Yeah. >> So, I'll I'll be more than happy to answer your question. >> I need to know what happened. >> That's why you guys are here talking to me. >> Why we're here? Because we got a call from our dispatch saying that there was some sort of interaction between there. Yeah. >> Yes. I was parked I'm making sure there's no one in there. That's why I'm opening the door. >> It's not your property. Two holes. >> Well, I rented so what I was saying. >> So, I was parked over here. >> You want to stand in the shade that way we can see better? >> So, I was parked over here and these women start like making a really big deal out of my parking job. Okay. >> And I don't think it was bad, but they said I was hitting their mirror. >> Okay. >> Wait, there's a video. >> Hey, I'm talking to you. >> Fine. And then she said I was hitting her mirror >> and then she opened the Uh hole and then she started recording me on the face and I took her phone and I went inside and then she started pulling my hair. The window was down. a bit of her hands and then she like the door opened like so much that at this point like the mirror was like in between >> it was making contact with it because she opened the door >> because she opened like fully open the door. that um I did call her white and then um they kept recording me and they and another person came out, a man from the library and I just pulled back >> and now the door doesn't close and the little guys came. >> Okay. >> She repeatedly tried to portray herself as the victim. >> The initial confrontation started because she thought you were over the line too much. She said that I that I was hitting her mirror and I had to take a video and I told her that's not true and I'm going to show how it is in truth. >> Mhm. >> Then there was like two women with kids. One was standing behind the car. The other one was here. So recording it and I took both away and was all unit and >> so when she opened the door you were already sitting inside. >> Okay. feel like before when I was trying to, you know, capture the way I was parked, she opened the wheel hole. >> Okay. >> And then as far as taking the phone, you weren't you weren't taking the phone in the sense of using it for your own property? >> No, no, no. Because she was pulling my hair and she started recording me, so I bit her. >> Okay. >> And that's what >> Do you have any physical injuries on you? >> No, but she paused because I did her hair. >> Okay. >> But I do have like someone definitely pulled my hair. >> Okay. So she pulled your hair and >> like she was outside when she came over. >> She was standing here, right? >> She was here >> from the outside. >> Cuz the window was open. Correct. >> Okay. And then from that point, you guys were arguing. Did she pull your hair before you took her phone or after you took her phone? >> No, she stopped pulling my hair cuz I took her phone. >> Okay. >> So, she started recording cuz I was ready to go. I was like, I'm not doing anything to your car. I have videos. My car job is good. Mhm. >> As far as her pulling your hair, do you want to press charges for that? >> I'm leaving tomorrow. This is for >> you. So, you don't live here? >> No, I don't. But I would like to press charges if this is what's I'm happy to. >> Okay. And again, I can't speak for the court. So, they they might say you a person. Do you want to press charges for her pulling your hair? She's our >> Okay. And I'll get her side of the story as well, just so it's fair from there. >> Yeah. >> The lady who drove the U-Haul was taken into custody for robbery based on the statements and evidence gathered at the site. We need to see cuz they are having conflicting stories about where >> cuz in that video she's the one that's closing distance. That's what she takes the phone. >> Said that she's she said she was in the car and the lady had the phone in her face while she still seated in the car in the video. She's >> standing grabs her from her by force >> then. You want to step on your phone? >> Let's go ahead and place your phone over here. Um, turn around real quick. You have anything on you? >> No. My wife. >> So, you're being arrested for robbery. Okay. like >> so based off the video and other statements, witness statements, stuff like that. It's not okay cuz you initially told me that you were sitting in the vehicle, right? When you took >> Yeah. When I took the >> Okay. Well, the video that's on the phone or the video we have, you're standing there close distance on the female and then take it from me. Yeah, it'll be so most likely just to back to them. >> Can someone drive? >> I'm going to open some windows for you. Get your AC going and then we'll be headed out there soon. >> Everyone has their opinion and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception, just evil. Shame on her. This is a true sociopath. Like scary sociopathic. What a horrendous monster. She displays pure narcissism. It's astonishing how composed she remains. This Karen was accused of robbery. If found guilty, there might be severe legal repercussions. The charges based on claims that the suspect used force, threats, or intimidation to take property from another person unlawfully. The lesson is that never let a minor dispute escalate into violence or theft as it can lead to serious criminal charges. Subscribe to Law Frame for more articles if you like this. Why? With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. I'm not sure why anyone would even want to get that drunk. She's drunk as a skunk at a treatment center, not a motel. She's exhausting. No wonder her family friends don't want her back. They've dealt with her for far too long, and she is not the slightest bit interested in helping herself and getting sober. This Karen could face charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and trespassing for refusing to leave the motel, causing a disturbance, and strongly resisting arrest. The lesson is that refusing to leave, causing a disturbance, and resisting arrest can quickly turn a simple situation into serious criminal charges. What a stubborn Karen, right?
