Anybody go ahead and force me in. That's the only way you're going to get into this [ __ ] [ __ ] torture. I'm not going in there willingly. You can [ __ ] force me in. I'm not going in willingly. I do not want to be here. >> No. I want to talk to him. I want I told you I >> No. No. This isn't how this works. You need to You need to stop. It's honestly laughable how these very powerful Karens think they can challenge the cops and get away with it. Spoiler alert, they can't. >> I don't know. I >> I just >> Ryan, come me. What the [ __ ] >> Ryan, no. Record this [ __ ] >> Record this. >> At Law Frame, we reveal what happens when ego meets the badge. Let's see how that attitude quickly turns into pure humiliation in when very powerful Karen challenges cops and gets humiliated. Starting with the first incident. >> Anybody go ahead and force me in. That's the only way you're getting into this [ __ ] [ __ ] torture. I'm not going in there willingly. You can [ __ ] force me in. I'm not going in willingly. I do not want to be here. I'm not going to. On January 29th, 2024, following reports of a lady fainting inside a club, officers arrived for a welfare check. >> When she said this man, then came back and then everything. No, she didn't come back. So, we found her. We were at the Jones. She was with this guy at the bar, making out with him, etc. They leave. At some point, we didn't even see them leave. We're going to get blessed. Someone calls me from her phone and said, "Are you friends with I'm like, "Yes, I'm friends with >> Well, she got really upset. She needs help." Blah blah blah blah. And I'm like, "Where is she?" Okay. >> Okay. So, the guy that she was >> Would you, one of you, whoever saw the guy at the Jones Assembly, would you mind? >> Sure. >> He was wearing a blue suit. >> Well, he's wearing a blue suit. >> The one by the door inside. >> Is he with anybody else? Yeah, we have a picture of a guy who was a shirt on. >> He has a dress shirt on. >> You have pictures of the guy that was >> Yeah, I do have a picture of the guy shoe. >> After officers approached the woman following a medical evaluation, she continued to cause a disturbance and failed to comply with lawful instructions. >> Our assistance at all. >> The normal thing he does are going to [ __ ] me up. Yes or no? >> [ __ ] carrots. You're literally telling them we were all right about you. >> No, dude. You were up and it was like that. >> Yeah, exactly. And they do not care. They do not care. >> This [ __ ] man just [ __ ] >> Just stop. Just stop. >> He doesn't care. >> What do you want to get arrested? >> I know. I don't want to be treated like I'm a [ __ ] person on the side of the road that's homeless. He's going to be taken in. Just want to be >> treated like I'm a [ __ ] human being. >> You care if I get home, >> dude. Needs to be extracted from the situation. You're going to jail. >> Please allow us to help you. I'm going to take >> I'll take it back. Listen, I'm going to go get this back and I need you in that car by the time I get back. If not, we're going to jail. >> I'm going back in that car. >> Okay. Give me a second and I'll put you in handcuffs. Dear Lord, >> guys, if not to you. >> I'm just telling you that's the best option. >> I'll take go to jail. >> I don't care. >> You do care. You'll care in the future. >> You will care. >> I've been there. Been there, done that. Okay. >> Whatever. >> You can go home tonight. >> What home am I going to? >> I don't care. >> The car or jail. >> Please look at me. Come on. Take me for jail for what? >> Clip on the game talks. >> Okay, go ahead. >> At that point, police determined they had legal grounds to place her under arrest. >> Let's go. >> Get up. >> This is her phone. Do you want that? >> Yeah. >> I have her purse as well. >> Do you want that? Her ID and everything. >> Just Yeah. >> 22. Can I get a case number in DC, please, to make sure I'm primary? >> Have a seat. >> I will touch the dishes. >> Yep. >> Although officers transported her back to the hospital for a second examination to ensure her well-being, this decision proved problematic as she repeatedly disrupted the staff and officers. >> Please stop. Don't act like that. >> No, you don't want to act like that. So, there you go. >> Please step out. >> You going to force me out. >> No, that's all you want to do. You don't give a [ __ ] >> Please step out of the car. >> You don't care. No. Force me out. >> That's all you've done. The only thing you've done is force me. So, go ahead. >> I have not at all. >> I was drugged. Oh, great. Okay. Force me out, then. >> Will you please step out? >> I was forcibly put something in my drink. So, go ahead and forcefully put me out. >> Will you please step out of the vehicle? >> I was forcibly put something in my drink, and now I've been treated like a [ __ ] criminal. >> Will you please step out of the vehicle? >> No, because I'm not a [ __ ] criminal. I was supposed to be in my fighting drink and now I'm feel like a [ __ ] animal. >> Will you please step out of the vehicle? >> Force me out. Go ahead. I'm not doing anything for you guys. >> This has been my drink and now I have to [ __ ] decipher for that. No. >> Would you please step out? >> Force me out. If you all want to play this role, play that role. Play it. >> Okay. Why are you making this more difficult? >> I'm just saying y'all made it difficult. I was [ __ ] drugged and y'all want to put me in Hank House and [ __ ] force me out. >> I gave you a ride. I gave you an option of what? No options were given. I was drugged and I gave no options. I have no options. >> Well, you're at the hospital. They can check it for >> Okay, then great. Check it, babe. >> No. Force me out, babe. I'm not giving y'all nothing. Nothing. >> Go ahead. >> Come on. Come on. >> Nope. >> Let me just check. >> What now? >> Like I said, you can request the >> I did nothing. What did I do? What did I do? >> What did I do? What you're doing now? >> Why? Refusing to bring y'all to put me in a [ __ ] mental hospital. Do you realize that what you're doing right now is not beneficiary to anybody? Anybody. Go ahead, force me in. That's the only way you're going to get into this [ __ ] [ __ ] torture. I'm not going in there willingly. You can [ __ ] force me in. I'm not going in willingly. I do not want to be here. I'm not going to be here. >> Period. Okay, then force me in. I don't care. Then do it. Go ahead. >> [ __ ] useless. You're a piece of [ __ ] You're a piece of [ __ ] Look at you. >> [ __ ] worthless. Worthless. >> Are [ __ ] worthless. What do you do? All you do is [ __ ] pause for her. Yeah. I'm gonna be my last to give yourself a [ __ ] 24 so I can be for seven to two [ __ ] >> No, I don't want to. >> Okay, I am done. Do you got it? Do you got it? >> I don't care. >> You're not going to be kicking crap. >> I don't care. >> What is >> Are we going to act right? >> There's nothing. >> Are we going to act right? [screaming] >> Let's try acting right. >> [screaming] >> Please, please, please, please, please. >> You are a [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [screaming] >> I'mma pass this one to you. Okay. >> [ __ ] you. You you and you. Not you, but put it in the bed. >> You guys are [ __ ] disgusting. I don't need your These men are [ __ ] disgusting. Not her. She was the only one that showing any type of [ __ ] human decency. These men do not give a [ __ ] about women. Let me tell you that right now. The only person who gives a [ __ ] about women is a [ __ ] woman. You I want you to know that you're the only one who makes anybody feel validated. Them? >> No, they don't. You are the only one who even chosen [ __ ] this. >> How many times? >> Play all the way back. Please >> force me. >> Play all the way back, please. >> This will be forcible. I do not want to be here. Yeah, force that. Also, where are your people? My thing's been [ __ ] blink blink wink blink. Where are you guys? >> You don't give a [ __ ] You literally watch people die here in this bed. >> So that's not for any of that stuff. Okay. >> Really? What's important then? >> Yeah. Nothing. Nothing important. >> What? >> Or they >> So I'm not important. Great. >> You are important. They're just >> really am I? Cuz this shit's been [ __ ] blinking in my ear the whole time. >> Yeah, you guys are [ __ ] pathetic. You guys are doing such justice to the [ __ ] system. >> [ __ ] cop. >> I'm not I'm not a cop. >> You're pathetic. You are. What am I doing here? What am I doing here? >> You are under arrest in your med clear. >> For what? >> Public drunkenness. >> What? >> Please stop. >> No. >> You're going Why? >> Cuz you're going to hurt your >> no matter what. You guys are [ __ ] pathetic. >> You think this helps anybody? Do you think this helps me? >> You were in soft restraints until you took them off. >> I wasn't. >> She was. >> I was already toughed up. >> That's why the soft restraints were there. So you would have let them go. >> And you got out of those. So now you're in the real thing. >> So please, please stop. >> Don't [ __ ] yourself. >> Ultimately, upon arrival at the station, the woman continued to act flippantly, showing a lack of seriousness toward the booking process and law enforcement authority. Please sit down right there. >> Sit down. Come here. >> Right here. Right here. Right here. >> Are you still? >> No. Just get her >> for real. >> Yeah. >> Come on. Let's go this way. >> I feel like we could be friends, but no. DUI of the night. >> I She been screaming and I can barely hear now. So what? >> Said second DUI of the night. >> Oh, listen. Sometimes you got to go. >> Yeah. Thank you so much. >> And un and last time you was trying to give me their attention. Didn't think so. So, put it in the bag, please. >> I told you we'd be friends in a different life. Where >> I'm about to put this in the bag. Plesque. Plesque didn't exist. You know, they were friends. Pac, are you Polish? >> Check. >> Oh, you're married. >> Don't exist. >> She's probably miserable, >> man. She hangs around. So, she hangs around. That's her own fault. >> Babes, I lasted around for a lot of years with the shitty men. So it doesn't really >> this Karen was accused of public intoxication after police saw her acting erratically generating a commotion that upset those around and was clearly inebriated in a public setting. Everybody has an opinion and the people who left comments below this video are no different. I get that she's drunk, but she's a genuinely terrible human. She wasn't drugged. She's just a vile human being making fun of the jail nurse for having a job. This officer is so frustrated she's a walking nightmare. The lesson is that refusing to cooperate and behaving disorderly, especially while intoxicated, can quickly turn a welfare check into an arrest in criminal charges. If you enjoyed this, please subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so as not to keep everyone waiting too long. >> No, I want to talk to him. I want I told you I >> No. No, this isn't how this works. You need to you need to stop. >> On September 5th, 2022, officers were called to a fight. The caller said that his girlfriend prevented him from leaving. The caller also claimed to have overheard a woman in the background asking him to give her a debit card. [clears throat] >> Hey, Gordon. Hey. What's going on, y'all? He wants to go buy alcohol with my debit card. On Friday, $962 went into my checking account. >> And it's my debit card. It's got my name on it. >> The money in the account is my name. And I'm not buying you beer no more. >> Okay. >> No more beer. >> Brenda, can I talk to you out here real quick? And this other officer will talk to him. >> No, I'm not coming out of the house. I know what happens when you come out of the house. I watch you, not cops. Oh, well, do you think that's what happens every day? I guess. Gordon, will you talk to me out here? >> So, do you guys have like one account or something like that or >> Yeah. Are y'all married? I don't remember. >> Okay. >> An officer spoke to the husband outside after separating the pair for in-depth interrogation. He appeared composed. Do >> y'all both deposit your checks in there or what? >> Okay. >> So, has anything been physical between y'all? She No, >> she just doesn't want you to leave. >> Yeah. >> Okay. How many have you had today? I can see your eyes are watery and stuff like that. >> I got whatever upset earlier. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, nothing physical between y'all? Any threats or anything like that? >> Okay. So, she's just upset about get loud and and I put up >> to death. >> I just wanted to go to Golden. I walk. >> Okay. >> Because I was going to drive. >> That's my main thing. You're just walking up walking up there to the store. >> I would just suggest you, you know, I guess that one's already got your name on it. Does the account have both your names? >> It does have both your names on it. >> I mean, if this is a >> if this is a recurring issue for y'all, then I would just >> No, it's first time. account. >> See, if it comes up again or even as a preventative measure, you might want to just open your own account and start putting yours in a different one. You know, >> I started to do that the other day because they said if uh well starters said if I put 25 bucks in to open my own account, they give me 250 bucks. >> Okay. >> So, I started to do that. >> Okay. >> So, and my brother and both my nephews are off cops. >> Okay. >> Yeah. and lose out. >> Is um so I think you said you've had a couple beers. >> Um has she had anything today? >> She don't do nothing. >> Okay. >> Is she supposed to be taking something she's not taking? >> What's she supposed to be taking? >> I have to empty out the closet. I mean, she's got >> I love him to death and do anything for him. >> I didn't hear what she said. >> She said, "I'll love you to death. I'll do anything." >> The camera is >> I open I'm the non >> I don't do violence. >> So she's the violent one. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Y'all had hands on each other before in the past about stuff. Has she had hands on you? >> No. So when you say she's the violent one or the nonviolent >> on the other hand, the wife was noisy and a little more combative inside. >> I love him to death. I do anything in this world for him, but I'm tired of the >> You guys ever thought about like getting different >> Have you guys ever thought about like getting different checking accounts and each other's names? >> I guess both your names >> or like Yeah, getting like accounts in different names, stuff like that for the future. >> He wants to do it, but he needs me to go to the bank with him. >> Why is that? because the account is mainly mine. It was mine >> before him. >> Okay. >> So, I would have to go to the bank. >> Okay. >> But this started last night because he had somebody upstairs to go with my >> Okay. >> And everything has went downhill since last night. And I'm not doing it. I'm not buying him beer no more. I'm not buying him cigarettes no more. I'm done. >> Okay. >> I love him to death and I do anything in this world for him. >> Well, could you get a different account just by yourself? >> The account is mine. >> Okay. >> I opened it in 2015 in Tallahassee, Florida. >> Okay. And you're not allowed to like just cancel it or put him off of your by yourself? Yes, he has to do that. >> No, we have to go to the bank together. >> But you know what? You know how hard it is to go to a bank when you're your >> one? >> How do you think you guys could obviously get him to quit drinking, I'm guess, and stop spending money and get a job, right? Then his ultimate goal. >> That was the ultimate goal was for him to stop his drinking so early in the morning so he could get a job every time. It's bad when you get up at 6:00 in the morning and there's beer bottles. beer can sitting on the table next to the bed because he'd rather have beer than do anything else. >> He'd rather have the alcohol than be with me. >> Well, Officer Lester might have already brought it up to you, uh, Miss Brenda, but I mean, it might be a good idea in terms of just the financial part of it. You know, I know you guys have both your names on the account is what you're what he's saying. Is that correct? >> Account is originally Mayan. Both of your names are currently are on it, right? >> Yes. I opened it in 2015 in Tallahassee, Florida. >> Okay. So, what I would just suggest is when it comes to the money part, if y'all both have your name on it, um that's kind of more of a civil thing. So, I would just suggest that you maybe make a new account. I said the same thing to him. Maybe he can make a new account. One of y'all. And um or maybe both. Y'all can put joint money in the joint account and your money in your account, his money, his. You know, it's up to you guys to figure that stuff out. The main thing is we just want to make sure everybody's feeling safe here. Okay. And I can tell you're obviously you're up here real upset and I heard what you were saying just a minute ago about, you know, you feel like he's got a significant drinking issue and I don't know if you remember me, but I talked to you one time and you said that you were um recovered or in recovery. >> I haven't had anything to drink in seven years. >> Yeah. >> And right now I can go for it. >> So that probably makes you feel a certain type of way when he keeps drinking around you, doesn't it? He just don't care about me. If he did, he would respect me. >> Mhm. >> You know, because I asked him not to call me, not to call me stupid, not to call me a >> Okay. >> Don't accuse me of sleeping with this guy. Don't accuse me of sleeping with that guy because I don't do it. When I'm with somebody, I'm with that person. But yet, every time he don't get his way, I'm >> just give him a minute. >> I love him. I love him to death. If I didn't love him, I wouldn't have gave him money when he was in jail. I would have helped him pay off his fine. I love him more than anything. I would do anything for him. I'm at the point I'm tired of buying alcohol. >> Especially if you don't if you're not drinking it, right? >> Why should I keep dishing out money? >> Right. That's kind of a a thing that you guys are going to have to work out. But if he's trying to leave, you know what? What happened? I want the card because I know the more he's out of here, he's going to go over here to Wells Fargo and he's [clears throat] going to withdraw money. >> Well, you can't prevent anybody out of money. >> Please, you cannot let you cannot make somebody stop if they're trying to leave. Unless it's your child, you cannot prevent him from going somewhere. Okay? >> It's a debit card. That's That's between y'all to figure out >> taking money out of my checking account to drink on the night. >> Okay. That's between y'all to figure out though. Okay. >> Do you understand that you cannot prevent him from leaving? >> He won't get his clothes or anything. >> He can go, but he ain't getting anything out of this house. >> I don't think he's trying to leave leave. I think he's just trying to go somewhere where >> he wants to leave. He's separate from me. That's another thing with Gordy. >> Okay. >> Every time Gordy gets back, I'm out of here. I'm leaving. Goodbye. >> Well, you can't if he does that, you can't keep him here. >> No, he can go, but he ain't getting his clothes. >> So, when he's trying to leave today, what was different? >> I want the debit card. >> Okay. >> I have $118 in that checking account right now. >> Mhm. >> Okay. The other yesterday there was 230 118 230. >> Mhm. >> I would bought a computer. >> Okay. So, did y'all buy a new computer or what? >> That came out of the checking account on the third. We pay for that on the third. >> That was a different transaction. >> Okay. So, again, >> to is all he wants to do is drink. >> Okay. So, if you if you have an issue with the account, what I'm telling you is you you cannot let him you cannot keep him here if he's trying to leave. And if he's trying to leave, let him leave. If there's an issue with the account, call them, shut the card off. Okay? And then if y'all need to separate your money and separate your money, can y'all do that or can you do that? >> Because it's it's going to be a a two-way street. Y'all both got to work together. Even if it means you're you're splitting things. Okay. >> He can't work with anybody. It's always his way or the highway. >> All right. >> I'm putting my foot I'm putting my foot down now. >> So whose way is it? If he's trying to walk out the door and you're standing in front of >> I want the debit card. I want the >> the debit card has his name on it. Brenda, >> the money in the checking account is mine. >> And we're pass. >> The moment he leaves here, he's going to [laughter] go get money out of the checking account for alcohol. I'm not paying for his alcohol anymore. >> I've been doing it since December and I'm tired of it. >> Okay. So, are you going to be able to call them and separate your accounts? Call the bank and take care of the bank and they're not open today. You can shut the card off from your phone. I'm fairly certain. >> No, I have to go to the bank. >> You should be able to call them and and do that. Do you have cell service? >> No. >> Yeah, I have to go to the bank cuz I already went through all this over the phone with the bank. I have to go to the bank and close my account and then I have to have him with it to close the account. >> So, that's different than shutting the cards off. So, I would just call them and ask them about doing that. Just shutting the cards off. Okay. even if they have to shut all of them off, the the account will still be there, but there won't be any cards to go with it until you you can go in there and get a new one and do what you need to do. But if he's trying to walk walk this off, I mean, I understand he's he's done a lot of things that have upset you, but if somebody's if you're going to be here continuously yelling at him about the things that you're upset about, it's pretty natural reaction for somebody to just want to walk away. And it's it's not a bad reaction to have either. I'm sure you wouldn't rather him want to fight you about it. I'm used to being beat up. Then don't bother me no more. >> You don't. That's not the way we want it to go. Okay. So, if he wants to walk, you know, walk away and everybody can calm down, you should just let him do that. >> You guys got one of my exes in jail now. >> Okay. >> It don't bother me. >> Every man I've been with has tried to kill me. Don't remember. >> Okay. So, >> that's the issue. >> If he's if he's going to leave, he you know, you can't lock him out either. Okay. You understand? You want to bet this >> jail? >> This place is in my name. >> Do you want to go to jail, Brenda? You will go to jail. I promise you that right now if you lock him out. >> He goes, he ain't coming back in. >> That's not how it works. >> Yeah, this can evict my name. >> All right, then you can evict him. Y'all have been living here together for how long? >> Too long. I don't I don't want him around me no more. >> Okay, >> if that's if that's the case, look, he has equal right to this property unless you evict him. He does. He knows he's >> if my landlord told I needed to put him on the lease and I haven't done it because >> we're not your landlord. >> Okay. >> Let you back in. Call us. >> Do you understand? >> I'm not letting him back in. >> Then you will go to jail. Do you understand how that works? >> You'd be interfering with property. Okay? Even if he's not on the lease, y'all share this residence. Okay? If you do that, you will go to jail. >> I'm not letting back in. This is my apartment. >> All right. Ultimately, the cops had to take the woman into custody after she persisted in making trouble and screaming at her husband. >> You're not getting any clothes out of here. >> Stop. >> All right, Brenda. >> No, he's not getting any clothes out of here. I'm tired. >> Put your hand Stop. >> You're going to get extra charges if you don't calm down. >> Are you happy now, Gordon? >> No, I'm not. >> Stop. You need to close now. >> You need to stop. >> I'm telling you right now. Stop. >> Get cuffs. I got her. >> Stop. Got it. >> Let me get on. >> You know what, Gordy? >> You owe me $1,500 and I want it out of your next check. >> This is good. >> All you had to do is let him get his stuff out. >> And long as I ask for that debit card >> because you know what he's going to do now? I'm going to jail and he's going to take my money. >> He's going to take my money, >> right? You're going to take my money now, right? Do you have anything you need to take with you, Brenda? >> My ID. >> Okay. Where's it at? >> In my purse. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Purse looks like >> Yeah, I know. Come on. >> No. >> Let's go, Brenda. >> Brenda, you don't want to make this harder than it has to be. >> You know what? >> Brenda, quit. >> No, because you don't love me anymore, >> do you? >> You want to look for her purse for us? What's her purse look like? >> This is good. I'm going to jail. He's being jail because you didn't listen to what we told you to do. >> Yeah. It doesn't sound like good relationship, bud. >> What? >> That her purse? >> Is this her purse? >> You can do this the right way or we can do this the wrong way. You chose the wrong way. >> First of all, I didn't invite you into the house. >> So, you have to do it right. >> He did. >> He don't care. >> We're going with him to get his stuff and you won't let him get it. That's >> absolutely >> that's a problem. >> No. >> Get in the car. >> No. >> Get in. >> At this point, things are becoming worse. She was seen by the police as she slid out of her shackles. Jesus Christ. >> You getting ready? >> Yeah. Did she have a purse? Yeah. She want to take that whole thing? >> I talk to him for a minute. >> No. Do you want to take her whole purse? >> I want to talk to him. >> She slipped her cuffs. >> What? >> She slipped her cuffs. I'm going to pull her out this side. >> Okay. Or that side. >> No. I want to talk to him. I told you I >> No, no. This isn't how this works. You need to You need to stop. >> I told you I'd listen if I can talk to him for a minute. >> I would do whatever you want if I can talk to him for just your options. >> It's not how this works anymore. >> Please. >> No. >> I need to talk to him for just one minute. >> No. >> Can I talk to you for one minute, please? Can I please talk to you for one minute? for you. >> Hey, man. Have >> a seat. >> Get over there. >> Have a seat. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet into the car. We'll lower the window. Put your feet into the car. We'll lower the window. >> Talk to him for one minute. >> Put your feet in the car. We will lower the window. >> I will if I can talk to him for one minute. >> I'm not negotiating. Negotiation. >> I want to talk to you for one minute. >> I want you to come in and get in the car. >> I want to talk to you for one minute. >> Get in the car. >> Can I talk to you for one minute? >> Watch your face. This Karen may be charged with resisting arrest for creating a commotion, blocking officers, and trying to get out of handcuffs, as well as disorderly behavior, and interference with public duties. Depending on the seriousness in any past violations, penalties could include fines of up to $4,000 in a year in prison. It's true that this is a crazy scenario. After the video was shared, let's look at the comments made by viewers. Jesus, it's so much easier to be alone than to be in this mess. This type of stuff makes me proud to be single. Toxic, I cannot do at all. If he's got to deal with this crazy old bat, this guy needs his beard. This shows that not cooperating with police and resisting arrest only worsens the situation and leads to harsher penalties. Already, this Karen is a complete disaster. Please subscribe to Law Frame to follow more cases similar to this one. What about the next one, then? Let's continue to observe. >> I don't know. I I just want to throw up. >> On May 13th, 2025, when police went to a vandalism disturbance report, they found that a female suspect had purposefully broken the windows of her ex-boyfriend's Tesla after a domestic argument about a new partner. Yeah. One of these things. >> All right. Just walk into the park. >> Okay. >> Huh? >> You have any any weapons on you? Anything? >> This is my phone right here. So, this stuff is mom's. >> Yeah, I'll get you there. I'm sorry you got to go through this, but mom wants you to have this, but I will take her phone when you're done. And then you need the the truck or you need this? >> This? Yeah. by all. >> Do you need Do you need anything else out of here? >> Um, it's that bag, too. That's just clothes and stuff. >> Okay. And I mean, she's even stolen property. >> Yeah, she has a growing history, too. So, I I don't just come from it, too. But what was that? Yeah. Um, so there's this stuff. I think brand use. >> Yeah. >> Good catch on. >> Well, I just uh I wanted to help that little girl out and get her stuff and Yeah. >> Like so if you want to ask her real quick. Um I'll be with you. Okay. Let's see. So we're helping your daughter get some stuff out of the car. There's a bunch of clothes with tags on them still. There's no bags. There's no receipt. Your daughter said you guys just got got back from Kohl's. >> What's What's up with that? >> Do you have a receipt? >> No bag or anything. That stuff would have came in. >> No. >> Why did you pay for it? >> That stuff I got a while ago. I just got your makeup. I mean, have you guys got any reports or anything? I said, is there any reports or >> Well, I'm going to call I got to call now, but I mean, that just doesn't make any sense to me. >> Okay, I can steal it now. >> What is this original warrant for? >> Um, I don't even remember. It was a 2023 the court case. >> You have no idea what the original charges were? I believe it was for Seth. Honestly, apples. >> Do you see? >> I get it. I understand. >> And here's the thing. Here's what I have some trouble, too. >> I This poor girl is upset because mom mom already lied. This car is getting towed. She just told me you guys came from Kohl's, which you're saying was just some makeup and stuff, but you only have a receipt for that. You just throw the receipt away as soon as you leave. Soon as you got out the front door. That doesn't make sense to me. >> Sorry. I mean, I understand now what it looks like. >> So, when when did you buy it? >> Last week. Yeah. >> And how did you how did you purchase it? >> So, would you have that transaction on your car on your phone? >> Like through your bank? >> What's that? >> She seems to always be an answer to it. So, we're going to call Kohl's and we're going to contact LPD and see if they had any. So, they're going to check. They'll check the cameras. So, I mean, we've already lied to us a bunch of times. So, >> her daughter's claims when questioned by the police verified that the mom had stolen. >> So, it just kept changing. >> Yeah. Hey, real quick. I couldn't remember. Did you say you were Did you go in with mom or you just stayed in the car? Was that right before like you guys got pulled over? Okay, sweetie. Thank you. So, she'll be able to tell us. So, she stayed in the car. So, your description would be this female by herself probably either with a book bag or a large black purse. She's saying that she was in there with her mother-in-law. >> No, she said her mother-in-law bought all that stuff that we just added up a few a few weeks ago. >> Oh, that doesn't make any sense. It's just that >> when questioned once more, the woman persisted in refuting the accusations. >> Are the clothes stolen? >> No. >> You sure? >> So, if I go to Kohl's and I say, "Hey, did did a blonde girl with glasses just pay for all this stuff?" What are they going to tell me? >> I didn't get this. >> Where'd you get it? >> I got it from both. >> The Lorraine or the Eva? >> Line. I was like >> Oh, you were just at Kohl's before they stopped. >> Yeah. I didn't get those clothes right then and there. >> Okay. >> I already said that. >> You got makeup? >> Yes. >> Did your daughter go in with you or No. >> Yes. >> There's no bag. You don't have a bag? I mean, like, typically when you get checked out, they fold it up real nice, put it in a bag, a plastic Kohl's bag with a receipt. Well, I got those 12 days ago and so >> what about the receipt for the makeup today? >> I don't know. >> And she went in with you? >> Yes, she did. >> That's weird. >> If you if you have a way to if you have some way to prove that all this stuff belongs to you, we'll give it back to you. But at at the present time, we suspect that it's very likely that the stuff is stolen because of the way it's laid out in the car. It was all stuffed in that backpack. That's not a Kohl's bag. It all has the tag still on it. It's very clear that it's brand new clothing. Okay. So, if it turns out to be stolen, you will be charged with receiving stolen property at a later time. >> Okay. So, that's what you told me is that's all you want to say? This Karen was accused of driving under suspension due to revoked privileges, operating a vehicle with expired license plates, failing to comply with registration regulations, and interfering with law enforcement in order to disrupt official activity.
