Sorry. >> Okay, what is your name? >> Please excuse me. Do not block my way. Okay. That is kidnapping. >> [sighs] >> The entitlement of this men of so much mental health in this generation are these these folks. Nobody ever told them no. No conflict resolution. They don't know how to handle life. And they think that everything everybody owes them something. No, it's not. What is your >> doors. What is your name? What's >> Luckily I know. I just got threatened with that charge 3 weeks ago. >> Okay, what >> Perfect, she's out of the house now. My name is Ellie. Okay. If you don't give me your name, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> a whole lot of nerve to call somebody fat when you're the same size as me, you dirty done. WHAT GO RIGHT AND FIND OUT. THEY CALLED her fat. And she's like, you have a lot of nerve calling somebody fat since you're the same size as me. She should be sweet as pumpkin pie. Um is really what she should be, but she's not. Go right and find out. Who is it? Who is it? See who is Put your STUFF >> TO FIND OUT? You want to actually find out one of these days? Put your stuff >> You want to actually find out? Oh, crap. >> find out. No, it's not how this works. Not really threatening, but she's certainly being disorderly. Hands off of me. You're not. Get your your hands off Hey. Arrest her already. Here comes the other guy. I get YOU ARE BLOCKING MY TRUCK. >> LISTEN. BACK. Get your hands off of me. We're done with this. Keep your hands off of me. You're not allowed in my truck. You're not allowed in my Sheriff's or no? Boom. There we go. See, now you have the child hitting the police officers. This is what kind of behavior traumatizing for THE THE CHILD. >> [screaming] >> SOMEBODY HAD TO COME GRAB THE CHILD. OH, now you want help. What happened to the attitude? I need to just call THE PHONE IN CHARGE. WHY YOU PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON ME AND pushing me? You were pushing me. Okay. YOU COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL of this by How much crap does she have in her hands? Yeah, it looks like she's got like a uh vape and keys and all sorts of other junk. She's got a death grip on it, too. grown man by pushing me off OF MY CAR. YOU WERE PUSHING ME AWAY FROM MY VEHICLE. YOU PUSHED ME. YOU WERE putting your hands on me. Okay. You They were pushing Step back or be you arrested. Get the OFF OF ME. IF YOU DO NOT STOP IT, YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO YOU. YOU You're the same piece of who wrote me that ticket yesterday. You were the or not me. You. All right. Need to stand up. You. >> STAND UP. YOU. >> [screaming] >> AM I SUPPOSED TO STAND UP while you are yanking me? This was a real peach. Pushing me off of my car. Pushing me. You are literally using unnecessary force on A MENTALLY ILL 28-YEAR-OLD WOMAN. SHE definitely is mentally ill. Um society is not helping this mental illness. She clearly is probably the parents are probably fed up with her. She thinks that everything's entitled to her. Doesn't even have to pay the power cuz the light got shut off. And not once have I seen concern for her child. Have you heard her ask about her child? What's going to happen with her child? Nothing. She's mad because she thought she was roughed up too much. Trust me, they did not use excessive force. What the HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? DID SHE SPIT IN HIS FACE? YEP. ASSAULT. Aggravated assault. >> Yeah. Using unnecessary force on a mentally ill 28-year-old woman. He's going to cut the bag off. That's what he's doing right now. Breaking all my [ __ ] >> 10-61 Logan. Me just getting spit in the face. Put a spit mask on her. I told you this before, but uh I won't say his name, but we we had a guy that worked where I started on the reservation. When you get a spit mask, what you're supposed to do is take the spit mask and put it over the suspect. So, he's on the training and they say, "Hey, go grab a spit mask cuz the guy was spitting." So, he runs in, grabs a spit mask, comes back out, he's wearing the spit mask. >> [laughter] >> He sends now a firefighter. Brother, I love you if you're watching this, but that's not how the spit mask is used. You're supposed to put it on the suspect, not on your the actual cop. So, always a funny story. I think of that every time when I think about a spit mask. I don't even know where I am exactly, so Same one that lost her. Stop. Huh? Can we request SAS? For? >> For her. Well, I just got spit in the face, so we're going to handle that first. Oh, she assaulted Yeah. Look at these Folks, please, if the police are doing their job, unless you're a witness to a crime, can you just leave them alone? Can you not come up and inject yourself into the business? This lady comes up and can we please request SAS, which I'm a guessing is mental health. No. No, she spit in the face of the law enforcement officer. She's going to jail. After we search it. Ma'am. Walk away. Well, she just got a felony cuz she spit in my face. Lady I'll do a 61. Get her away from that car. Send her medical for any about. Have you ever heard her ask about her child? Beth, no. Lady, get Please get her out of there. >> She needs She needs She needs mental getting a medic coming. assessment. a mental health assessment She needs mental help. >> We're getting an ambulance here to have her go out and be evaluated. Can you go out to the hospital with us? >> Yeah, I I need She needs help. She needs help. She's She needs help. She definitely needs help. Lady back off. Yes, she needs help. Absolutely needs help. She needs help. But I'm sorry that she did that to you. What is wrong with these people? Can I request her to be admitted? Well, that's why I'm going to have you go to a hospital, cuz that's where we're going to go. We're going to have an ambulance come here first. Okay. And then cuz she's an adult Uh-huh. I need a parent, someone another adult to talk to and find out I mean, she's going to have to She's obviously We're going to get her out >> She should have her child taken away. Honestly, that person screaming in the back of a car like that behaving the way that she is behaving does not I just don't think that if you have mental health problems like that and you can't keep your power on, you're being arrested I don't think that you should you should be raising a child, you know? So, somebody's maybe the parents or somebody's going to have to take temporary custody. And I'm all for parenting. I am not for the government getting involved, but what's going to happen is we're going to raise another person with mental health um if they if she continues to see this type of behavior. That's fine. And I'm sorry. I really And my guess is we, the taxpayer, by the way, are paying for this gal cuz I'm I'm sure she used this as this mental health excuse to not work as well. >> She's just She's out of control. suicide watch on her? No, I'm going to have her go to the hospital. I'm going to have her Did you see the lady's shirt? The lady's shirt was very appropriate for this call. Let me see if I can get it back to it. Bam. F around and find out. That's what the shirt says. And this girl did definitely. Ali, whatever her name is. Uh shirt's so appropriate. Okay, here's grandpa. Look like unmarked cars, so Okay. At least she's finally now asking for her child. And she's really not wanting her daughter because she's separated from her daughter. She's wanting her daughter in what I can see because she doesn't want the daughter to go with the parents. Okay. And we see that. The suspect was charged with obstruction and battery on a police officer. So in Arizona, that's agg assault when you spit on somebody cuz bodily fluids can contain HIV, can contain hepatitis, um it can contain other things. And so that can be agg assault, which is a felony above and beyond normal assault. So let's hope that that's stuck on her. We don't have the outcome of this. So YYC Bodycam, YYC Bodycam, uh great video. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. How did they do on this? I thought that the uh the officers, deputies, I couldn't tell. Seemed like they had a a deputy star. If so, deputies did a great job. Um they were very patient with her, but they put her in cuffs when they needed to. And uh you know, it's sad to see what happens when a person with mental health acts this way in front of their child and now creates a traumatic experience that this child will never forget and will view the police as the enemy because they we had to hold or they had to hold the mother accountable. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you on the next video.
