I have a first amendment right. I say I can say I don't. >> Yes, you can. Yes, you do have. But until 8:30, it's a private event, so it's not public property. So, they don't want you here. So, you're trespassed. >> Oh, no. Oh, you must leave. No, this is not public. >> Yes. Listen. Until 8:30 p.m. It's not public. >> Okay, then I'll step over here. >> No. All this area is Mom. >> No, it's not. >> You're going to leave or you going to go to jail? I don't care. It's up to you. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. >> No. How is this public? >> From 6:30 till 8:30. It's a private event, so you must >> Instead of enjoying the scenic sunset, she decided her real calling was harassing local vendors. flat out ignoring the officers and attempting a grand escape that practically begged for an immediate arrest. >> Don't walk away from me. Stop. >> You are detained. Stop. Stop. >> Hey, look. Right here. I'm right here. I'm right here. >> Hey, look. Hey, go to the ground with your hands. Hey, your back now. your back. >> I told you not to go. I told you to stop >> for what? No. >> No. I'm not trying to I'm not trying to be mean. >> I'm going to I'm going to get my lawyer. >> I'm going to get my lawyer. >> I'm going to get my lawyer. This is ridiculous. Get out of here. >> It's going to be 134. >> No, this is ridiculous >> because what? >> I'm going to get my blur and then assume it. >> No, I'm not trying to like take you know who that lady is. I cannot wait to tell the city of Key West >> why I'm being arrested because I said there are paintings were ugly. >> Are you going to just let me go? >> Why sir? [music] >> I I I cannot wait to get my lawyer. >> Sure. But are you going to be serious about this? I said their paintings were gross. >> So serious. >> Then let's see. Come on, guys. >> After her failed getaway, she was thoroughly searched and given a private escort to the patrol car like a true VIP of the festival. >> You have anything illegal in your backpack? >> Uh yeah, what do you have? Two knives and a weed pen. Okay. >> You just can't take it off my back. >> Yeah, I'm doing it. No. >> No. You just can't take it off my >> I can't because >> you can't because it's the the thing. It's not going to work like that. >> Like that. >> No, we got to take off the cops, dude. >> Dude, like why do you think I'm a >> You realize that lady is not like that. Hey, there's one more in there. There's a vibrator. >> Nice. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, listen. I'm going to remove one. You're gonna >> We're going to remove the backpack. All right. >> Listen. Do not do not do anything stupid. All right. Go to the ground. >> I I still am going to pursue this. >> You can do whatever you want. Stop. I'm not I'm not doing anything >> because I said they don't like >> like why am I being like cuz I >> trespassing and resisting. >> I want to see my stuff picked up. >> I'll take your stuff over there. >> Please. >> No. Why am I being arrested for trespassing? >> Trespassing. Resisting. Have a seat. >> I was not resisting. >> Yes, you were. So, have a seat, please. >> How was I resisting? >> Have a seat. Can I get all my glasses? >> Yes, it's all going to go with you. Just move >> one one thing at a time, man. >> I think you just are uh >> what doing doing my my job. That's what I'm trying to say. >> How was I resisting my friend? During the ride, she turned the back seat into her personal sound stage, keeping up a non-stop high volume performance of screaming and arguing with the officers up front. >> Sir, how is this arrestable offense being sitting here and just saying somebody does not like their art? How is that an arrestable offense? >> I will get you. Yo, what the Yo, that was not cool. That was not cool, bro. You know you're doing wrong, bro. Sorry. I know it's your job, but like you know you're doing wrong. Like they would say her artwork is ugly and I was sitting there. She just couldn't handle I don't know who she knows, but like this is [ __ ] up, bro. I'm not supposed to just like be sitting there and have an opinion and then thrown in jail. That is not This is like authoritarian [ __ ] I can't I don't even know what to do. All I can do is get a lawyer and like like explain I know who she is and I'm going to bring you up. I'm going to find out who you are as a like the officer that clapped me up. You know this is wrong. I didn't like her art. So what? I'm allowed to say that. That's my first amendment right. This like trespassing. How is that a trespassing? This is a public area. I'm like seriously going to bring your name up when you I'm going to go to a lawyer and I can't help it. You are in it now. My parents own half the island, bro. I [snorts] can't wait. I can't wait to get your badge number and all that stuff for you. Not even just saying to me to move along. Move along, not to arrest me. What was I doing? Was I hitting anybody? Was I doing anything inappropriate? Was I drinking in public? No, I was sitting there and I told her art was ugly. And you know what that does? She rides around on that little like her little scooter in the middle of the road like not even stopping at stop signs. I don't know who the she is, but she thinks she's somebody. And I really don't like jail, man. Can you just drop me off at my house? Or kind of just get processed or like whatever. I can't deal with jail. I don't deal with it. Well, and like the only time I was there was cuz I actually did something wrong. Like this is stupid. I cannot wait to go to the lawyers. This is ridiculous. I can't wait to get you the city like everybody. I want to become I hope you have your like your stuff on cuz this is ridiculous cuz I was sitting there and I said she had ugly art and now I'm being arrested. I'm gonna call my lawyer as soon as I can. And I think you know as a matter of fact that you know you're doing wrong person sitting there just because they don't look their heart. You know what that little girl needs to like get a lesson to the [ __ ] out of her and the city. You're dumb ass. You're being dumb. I cannot wait till you ask me to move. Like if you're a trespass violation, you have to ask them to move first. You don't just take them right to jail and you know that I've never had a trespass violation on your house. Makes you feel good, right? Doing like exactly what you know is wrong. Must be hard to be a cop. I get it. You know, having to do what you're told all the time. Never have any autonomy or like, you know, decide like, oh, that person is actually right. And I almost had my cuff off, but I didn't want to do it because I knew that would probably be worse. Oh, I can't wait. I'm gonna this up cuz I know law. That was a false incrimination. If I have to go through this, I have to deal with like, you know, going to jail. I was sitting there. What do you see? Like, how was I like like an Oh, resisting arrest by what? By saying I don't want to get arrested. Did I hit you? No. All I did was like, "No, I don't want to be arrested." Like, deal with this [ __ ] Like, let's talk. That's not resisting arrest. That's you being a You know, you are good little Keep it. Yeah. Keep your like stuff on. I hope like everybody hears and sees everything and they know what little tiny you have because you couldn't even let a girl go because some little lady in a handicap chair didn't like the fact that I didn't like her art. I'm happy. I I will I'm so glad and I am going to get lawyers, lawyers, lawyers. Everything about this is unjust and just like you know it's wrong. That's why you ain't saying [ __ ] is because you know you're like in like you got to do your job and you're wrong. >> Ultimately, her sunset celebration was upgraded to a late night booking session as she arrived at the station to process her formal event ban. >> All right. Now, listen. So, we're going to go upstairs. They're going to remove handcuffs over there. Okay. In a couple minutes. >> I still I'm going to charge you guys. >> That's fine. All your stuff, cell phone, it's all here. Okay. Step outside, please. >> I'll try my best. >> Yeah. You You need help? >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> There you go. Of course, ma'am. This is so stupid. Yo, >> I just said I didn't know it like her. >> Listen, I explained to you it's not I private until 8:30. >> No, it doesn't matter. You should have asked me to leave. >> I told you several times. >> No, you did not. You just arrested me. All you did was said put your hand behind the back. You're done. >> You see? You hear that? >> Hear that? This truck. >> You did not. You just said you just took that lady. No, no, no, no. You took her. She's a and you just to hook her a bird. I was sitting there. I didn't leave. I said, "Come on. If I wanted to, I could have left. I wasn't being mean. >> There's a bench to the right." >> Everybody has an opinion. And this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. She is the drunk girl you don't want to talk to at a bar. Damn, she's annoying. I love how these drunken idiots all have lawyers on call. The energy in that room was toxic. Was she the victim of a mob mentality, or did she get exactly what she deserved? I'll see you in the comments. This Karen was eventually charged with trespassing and peacefully resisting an officer after she disobeyed police orders and persisted in interfering with the authorities attempts to settle the dispute. She was arrested as a result of her actions, which intensified the interaction. The lesson is that refusing to leave and disobeying police can quickly turn a simple dispute into an arrest and criminal charges. Subscribe to Law Frame if you love watching armchair lawyers get their degrees revoked in real time. Next scenario starts now. Let's see what law they decide to invent today. On December 25th, 2024, officers were called to a disturbance where the caller said that his child's mother had been physically abused by her new boyfriend while inebriated. >> All right. Are you the one that called? >> I did. >> Okay. What's going on? >> My So, I called non I called I was on my way to come pick up my son. I called non-emergency. She He He lives with me. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Um you know, everything is in my name. She's court ordered to pay me child support. She hasn't been paying. That doesn't matter. The point is I let her come and see I drop him off. Let her see my have time with her son. >> You know what I mean? I don't fight with her over that. But the problem is her and her ex-boyfriend are constantly fighting with each other. >> Okay. >> So she calls me up, says come pick us both up. I don't want her at my house. >> You know what I mean? And she's like, "Well, you got somebody else over there." I'm like, "That doesn't matter. That that that you know, it doesn't matter if I have somebody or not." >> Okay. I'm taking this house. >> No, I live I live in Clear Water. Okay. I just came to pick him up. Well, I pull I call on emergency. They told me to call them back if you know when I when I'm like 5 minutes away or around the corner, right? I pull up. She's laying on the ground over here and I see my son running around the house. No shoes, no shirt. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like freaking out. She's got dried blood on her lips. >> Okay. >> Uh I don't know what's going on. I just I when I called non-emergency, it was because I wanted to come pick up my son without no issues. >> Yeah. >> So, I got him. He's with me. After chatting with the boyfriend, officers quickly uncovered the festive plot twist. The whole dramatic emergency was actually just a drunken shouting match with the ex, who naturally was the brilliant genius who dialed 911 in the first place. >> Hey, can I talk to you for a second? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you stop right here for me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You got to Can you tell me what happened? >> Yeah. My baby daddy is a jealous piece of, too. This is stupid. >> All right. All right. Well, just stay stay right here with me. Okay. >> That's That doesn't really tell me what happened. Can you Can you kind of give me more detail? Do you remember me from earlier? Do you want me to call you an ambulance? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. No. I'm not angry with you. >> I know you're not. >> What's your name, babe? >> Punj. >> Of course I can give me another officer. >> When officers gently probed into the origin of her minor battle scars, she suddenly put on a master class in dodgeball, skillfully dodging basic questions like a seasoned politician. All right. >> My teeth are shaking. >> Okay. How about I just call you an ambulance and come check you out. Okay. >> No. >> I think I I think I'm going to call you an ambulance. >> No, I don't want an ambulance. >> You're You have dried blood over your mouth. So, >> okay. Damn, it's so sad how hammered this woman is. No wonder she lost custody of her child. Hopefully the father does a much better job. God protect our kids. She is drunk and has her kid is ridiculous. She is hammered. No wonder she lost custody. Ma'am, it's 100 p.m. on Christmas Day. WTF? Are you doing be with your kid sober? This Karen was charged with violence on an officer, endangering a youngster, resisting arrest, and disorderly drunkenness when her behavior became more aggressive throughout the interaction. Her actions put a youngster in danger, created a dangerous situation, and got worse when she resisted and attacked one of the officers. The lesson is that alcohol-fueled aggression and resisting police can quickly turn a disturbance into serious criminal charges, especially when a child is put at risk. Jumping straight into the next case. No delays, just pure reality checks. >> Because you were you were deemed intoxicated. >> No, that's not the same thing. >> On July 31st, 2025, a female passenger who had just been removed from an airplane prompted Tampa International Airport Police Department officers to be sent to the airport. >> I definitely need by back up. The lack of emotional control is astounding. It's disgusting to think people like this are walking among us in public with no more self-control than a spoiled rotten 5-year-old. That female is a real mess. It's a fine line between standing up for what's right and just being part of the noise. Which one was it here? I'll be in the comments. This Karen was accused of resisting arrest, drug possession, violence on law enforcement, and possessing a firearm by a convicted felon when the altercation got out of hand. Numerous significant accusations were brought against her for her hostile behavior against officers and unwillingness to cooperate with the authorities. The lesson is that illegal weapons, drugs, and resisting police can quickly turn a traffic stop into serious criminal charges. Next disaster starts right now. >> Have you ever had a DUI before? >> No. >> Okay, >> so we'll get you. >> On July 11th, 2024, a report of a possibly drunk driver was brought to Officer Finn's attention. He saw the automobile had nearly hit a curb when he saw it at Route 176 and pulled it over near McDonald's. Hello. >> Hi. Can >> I have your license and insurance, please? >> Um, yeah. >> Where are you coming from tonight? >> Um, I just Well, I just bought the car, so I have my insurance on the on my my phone. >> Okay. >> Amanda calmly assured Officer Fins that her erratic curb grazing path was just a simple late night craving run to Golden Arches after a fine dinner at Cooper's Hawk. It's not when I asked you though. I said, "Where are you coming from tonight?" >> I was at dinner. >> Okay. >> Um >> Okay. >> Driving there. >> What? Uh you going straight to straight home? >> Yeah. I just moved to >> Okay. Were you stopping anywhere in Wakanda here? >> No. >> Okay. This seems like an odd route that you took getting off by J&D's on old rand, you know. >> Um, this just the way that I know to go home cuz I just get on to Rand. >> Okay. >> From here. >> Yeah. >> Buy McDonald's. >> Okay. >> I was going to get McDonald's. So, >> okay. >> I was shopping for food. >> Okay. Well, you just said no, but all right. We'll go with that. So, uh, you were called in as all over the road. Okay. When I got behind you, you were again all over the road. You almost You were like next to rubbing the curb with your outside tires there. Okay. So, you're not driving very well. Any reason for that? >> Uh reason? No. I just got this car and I'm I'm learning it. I got the CarMax, you know, the temp lights. >> Yeah. >> License plate on. So, um >> Well, I can I can tell you I could hop in any car and keep in a in a straight line. I mean, this is a nice new car. There's no issues, no reason you shouldn't be able to keep it in a straight >> spotting her obvious signs of impairment. Officer Finn got her to confess that her dinner had come paired with a little preliminary wine sampling session. >> Um, how much you had to drink tonight at dinner? >> Two glasses of wine. >> Two glasses of wine. Okay. What time was that at? >> Within the last 4 hours. >> Okay. >> Cuz I got to dinner at 5:30 and >> 5:30. Okay. And when was your last glass? >> 30 minutes ago. >> 30 minutes ago. >> Yeah. >> Unimpressed by her gourmet taste, the officer invited her to step out of her ride and put on a roadside balancing performance. >> Cuz you had something to drink tonight and you're driving. >> Yeah. >> Um and a couple of my other observations. I want to make sure you're okay to drive if I let you drive away from here. Okay. Um, so we're going to do a few exercises and then we'll see where we go from there. All right. So, I'm going to have you step out. Okay. Keep your feet together and your hands by your side. Okay. So, are you wearing contacts? >> No. >> I want you to focus on the tip of my finger here. Okay. Can you focus on the tip of my finger? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you normally wear glasses? >> I do have contacts. I am not wearing them right now. And I do have glasses. I'm not wearing them right now. >> Okay. Can you focus on the tip of my finger? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what I'm going to do is move it side to side several times. It's going to take about a minute and a half. I want you to focus on the tip of my finger >> with just your eyes, keeping your head still as I move it. You understand those instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay. Have you had any concussions or like eye issues? Anything I should be aware of? >> No. >> Besides wearing glasses? No. >> Okay. We're going to begin here. >> Just keep your head still. Okay. Just follow with your eyes. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. I have you do is you're going to take your right foot, put it in front of your left foot, heel to toe, and keep your hands by your side. So, I want you to get in that position right now for me. Okay. >> Uh, which foot? >> Your right foot. In front of your left foot. >> All right. Heel to toe. If you feel more comfortable taking your shoes off, you can do that, too. >> Okay? Keep your hands by your sides. Don't use them to balance. All right? I want you to stay in that position till I completed this. All right? >> So, you're going to, when I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps forward. >> You're going to do a turn as I instruct you to do. Then, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps back. While you're doing this, you're going to be watching your feet while you walk. You're going to count each step out loud so I can hear You're going to stay on the line. Again, they're going to be heel to toe steps. And I don't want you to stop until you've done the whole exercise. Okay? It's going to go like this. One 2 3 4. Once you get to that ninth and final step, you're going to take your your back foot, keep your front foot planted on the line, make several small pivot steps till you're facing the opposite direction. Do the same thing back. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 nine. >> Okay. >> Do you have any questions on that? >> Nine hill toe. Yeah. >> Hit nine hill to toe. >> Again, counting each step out loud. >> Okay. >> Staying on the line. Don't stop until you've gone done the first nine. Turn. Come back. Done the second nine. Um, do you have any health issues, leg issues, back issues, anything that would prevent you from performing this exercise? >> No. >> Okay. Any questions? >> Not right now. No. >> Okay. You can begin. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. >> Okay. And then next one I'm going to have you do, you can relax with your hands by your sides here. So, uh, you're going to do a, uh, one leg, it's called a one leg stand. All right? So, I don't want you to do anything till I've demonstrated and instructed it for you. You're going to pick one foot off the ground about 6 in like so. You're going to count out loud like you're counting seconds. You're going to count 1 1 2 100 3 100 4 100 until I tell you to stop. You're going to go about roughly 30 seconds. Okay? You're going to keep your hands by your side while you're doing this. You're going to again be watching your foot while you're counting out loud. I don't want you to put your foot down till you're done. Okay? You're going to keep both legs straight. You can pick Whichever leg you prefer, it's up to you. Okay. >> Should I do a is like 10,000 11,000 12,000? >> Yes. >> Do you have any questions on that? >> Up to 30. >> I'll tell you when to stop, but you're going to go about 30 seconds. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I got to time it, though. Okay. >> My knees are shaking. Like, is that normal or >> It's all right. I mean, it's >> my adrenaline is up right now. >> It's all right. If you need to take a breath, you can take a breath and >> calm down if you need to. >> I'm obviously nervous. >> I hear you. >> Okay. >> All right. Ready? Begin. 1 1,00 2 100 3 100 4 100 5 100 6 100 7 100 8 100 9 100,000 11,000 12,000 13,000 14 100,000 15,000 16 1,000 17,000 19,000 21,000 21,000 22 100,000 23 100,000 24 1,000 25,000 26,000 2,000 2,000 29,000 31,000 and 3 1,000 32 100 33 100 34 100 >> After flunking the physical showcase, Amanda was offered a quick breathalyzer test, which she wisely declined, as if saying no thanks would erase the last 20 minutes. >> The last thing I'm going to have you do is take a breath test. Okay. So, this will really tell us exactly where we're at. >> I'm sorry, but I'm not going to do that. >> You're not going to do that? >> No. >> Okay. So that's up to you. But that means I have to make my decision based on what I've seen already. >> I know. I understand that. >> So I I don't think you had just two drinks tonight based on my observations. Okay. If you did, you may have just pounded them right before you got on the road because what I'm seeing is more than two glasses of wine. >> Is that the case? >> No. I've been at dinner for 4 hours. I've had three and a halfish glasses of wine. You know, I did I did a tasting before I had dinner. >> Dinner, I had two glasses of wine. So, before that, I had a tasting and I don't really know how many glasses I had at the tasting. So, I'm not trying to lie to you, >> okay? >> Either. But, um >> I'm I'm not about the Lizer at at this time. So, I I get it. >> But, um and I know my car is obviously it's a new car. It's Target. But uh >> I mean that's not you know that excuse doesn't really get very far with me you know you so >> no I'm not trying to give you an excuse I just >> Officer Finn wrapped up the night by gifting her a brand new pair of DUI bracelets >> based on the rest of my observations. >> Okay which are not good. Okay. >> Um so that being said turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You are being arrested for DUI at this point. Have you ever had a DUI before? >> No. >> Okay. So, we'll get you out of here. You'll be home in the next hopefully hour and a half cuz I want to get you out of here as soon as I can. >> Supposed to be off like in 5 minutes myself, I think. So, there won't be any bond. So, you won't have to pay anything. We just have to go back, do some paperwork. Is that too Those aren't too tight. Those too tight on you. This one a little bit, but this one I'll just turn my wrist. >> I That's >> Well, actually, probably too loose. But I'm going to lock it there. >> No, I'm I'm saying to go a little tighter. >> Oh, okay. I thought you said my bra. >> Okay. >> Oh, don't try not to twist them. >> Yeah. >> So, what's going to happen is your car is going to be impounded for 12 hours. All right. Um Okay. Okay. We're going to go this way. Do you have anything on you? Any knives, needles, firearms? >> Nope. >> Wow, this is filthy. >> Yeah, let's put you in another one. I don't know why that's so dirty. >> Thank you. >> Actually, I do. I think a dog was in it. I'm so sorry. >> That's not cool. If you were some other people we deal with, I might put you in there. But I >> I feel like you're being nice that I appreciate it. >> I No reason not to. We're going to put her in yours. >> That was a little better. Watch your head. >> Uh >> your phone and wallet are in your car. >> Yeah. You got something in the car you need? >> Um all of it? Yeah. Is in the car. Phone, wallet. Well, that's about all we're going to take. Unless you got like cash or something in the car. Uh, >> my cash would be in the purse. So, I'll have it in. >> This is an absurd situation, isn't it? Let's see what other people thought of the video once it became viral. This woman is rude as hell. I hope her charges aren't dropped. She needs to realize that it is the consequences of her own actions that have caused this situation. Not the cop's fault, but hers. Seriously, you drank. You drove your drunk, get over it. She sure thinks highly of herself. This Karen was officially accused of driving while drunk in violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-501A2. She was additionally cited for improper traffic lane usage under 625 ILCS 5/11-79A after she nearly struck a curb while driving. This incident teaches us that even a tiny quantity of alcohol can have detrimental effects. Always comply with legal tests and never drive after intoxication.
