Um, now we're just doing our criminal investigation on her. Um, she was found at fault for the accident and speaking with the third party independent witness as well as uh talking to 911 dispatch about what happened. I found her at fault for basically break checking you guys and causing the accident. >> We even have pictures even before she like she was literally going in between lanes. Like >> yeah, he uh he said he got them and he's going to upload them to >> So this is your driver's exchange of information. It's got your information, her information, everything you needed. All you got to do is call your insurance company, let them know you were involved in an accident. Uh, she does not have insurance. Okay. So, she will be getting a ticket for that. All right. >> Before making her grand arrival at Booking, she scores a pit stop at the hospital for a routine checkup, refusing to hit the mute button and causing a full-blown spectacle every step of the way. >> So, here's >> That's crazy. >> Please sit. I think she's uh she works here. >> She's here. >> Everybody has an opinion and this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. It's very scary that someone like that works in the jail demonstration on how to tank your career. She's so gross. Grow up. The energy in that room was toxic. Was she the victim of a mob mentality or did she get exactly what she deserved? I'll see you in the comments. This Karen was charged with DUI related crimes, careless driving, refusal to submit to testing, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and resisting without violence. The lesson is to cooperate with officers and stay calm. Resisting or becoming aggressive can turn a simple crash into serious criminal charges. >> You're hurting me and you're causing a scene. Get away from me. Get away. On December 31st, 2023, when a lady repeatedly refused to leave a business in Lakew Worth Beach, Florida, police were summoned to the scene. >> Good evening. Good evening. Who just who just follow who who who's who's the new >> choosing total defiance over a simple exit. Our stubborn protagonist forced officers to upgrade her shopping trip to an immediate arrest, greeting the handcuffs with a full body wrestling match. >> Who just landed the light? >> Turn around. >> You're arresting what? We got stuff. >> In light of this bizarre circumstance, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. They walk among us. That's a large three-year-old child. She's completely nuts. This Karen could face charges of trespassing, resisting an officer, and disorderly conduct after repeatedly refusing to leave the business, and resisting police. This case shows that refusing to leave when ordered and resisting police can quickly turn a simple situation into criminal charges. It's frustrating dealing with people who challenge the police. But those who constantly harass and curse at their neighbors are just as annoying. Let's take a look. >> You're a [ __ ] liar. You weren't outside, [ __ ] >> Stop. You're not helping. >> She's lying her ass off. On July 24th, 2026, after months of minor arguments turning into many death threats, a group of neighbors phoned 911 about an annoying couple. >> Kill her. Yeah. Then my dog and she's [ __ ] you up. >> Yeah. And then those neighbors came over there to try to deescalate. I don't want to talk to >> like you looking at >> I'll kill your dog. Kill my dog. >> You thought he moved out here. >> Just moved. He just moved back in. just moved back home at one time. >> Are the kids here? >> No. Who >> else has kids? >> I figured two, right? Son and daughter. >> After getting the scoop from the fedup neighborhood audience, officers confronted the loudmouth duo who immediately cranked up the volume before the lady finally agreed to stick around for questioning. >> What's up, Brian? >> Hi. How you doing? >> You all right? I'm >> good. What's the problem? >> We're trying to figure that out. We got called out here. >> I don't For what? >> Who calls you? >> What's that? Who called you? >> Who called you? >> Your neighbors called. >> Oh. Oh, they called over there. >> No, I'm not Brian. >> Oh, they called over there. >> Brian Chuck, let me tell you. >> Oh, last night I got chased by uh guy came to my house to my door. He was threatening me. I told him to leave my house. That's what I >> And he held the door open. Hold on. >> The door open. Were you able to come in like like Brian? Like your mom said, >> he's a [ __ ] too. >> Yeah. Can youbody come on fat ass? Come on. You doing your >> 31. You may want to >> You may want to come out here. >> Yeah. >> That's why it's not It's not helping the situation. >> That's why property manager is after you. >> [ __ ] do something. >> Do you want to start? >> Yeah. Um, last night I got chased by a Rottweiler inside the house. His dog lunged at me on the front porch. I had to run inside and I tripped over the stairs and like fell down and scraped up everywhere. The cops took pictures of me last night. >> Um, I found a complaint. Like he didn't even apologize. He just stayed outside. And last night when I looked out the window, I seen him outside with his dogs off the leash again. >> I'm sorry. Who was this? >> Oh, okay. I'm sorry. And then the neighbor next door, I guess next door to them, the the back the back guard that he came over, he'sing huge. And I opened the door cuz I thought it was his uh somebody that he was waiting on. And I [snorts] looked out the window and I'm like, uh, and Brian got in front of me cuz he he knew who he was and he started threatening. I'm like, why the why the is your mom yelling at my mom and [ __ ] like that. And I was like >> I I was like, it's none of your business what happened last night. Stop being a nosy n like stop being nosy. Like please get off our property. >> The other guy. >> The other guy. Yeah. And I was like, "Please get off our property. Like you're stressing him out. You're stressing my mom out. She's already about to have a nervous breakdown. This isn't right." >> Mhm. Who are you to Brian? >> I'm his girlfriend. >> Okay. >> And I just don't understand how like uh why anybody's being called out here for anything. If anything, we should have been calling you guys cuz he comes in, holds the door open. I was standing right where mom is right now and I opened the door and dude held the door open and refused to close it. The black guy next door. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Like this handprints [snorts and clears throat] are on my door and I asked him to wipe the hands off the [ __ ] door. >> And I asked him to get off my property and he wouldn't. >> And it's the other neighbor, right? The other one you're talking about. Okay. >> These are the ones that have their dog and chase me. >> Where's the issue with with these people right here? He's got gasoline right next to the house within 50 ft of her within 50 ft of her house. It's a fire hazard. Number one. Number two, it looks like [ __ ] >> So, she called the the homeowners people were >> Mom. Okay. >> And last night he came or the night before last night, he came in the yard and knocked all the sprinklers towards our property. So, we were getting sprayed from his property all the way over here. Like me and Brian were standing here hugging and then all of a sudden like there's we're getting lit up by a geyser. Like the cops I saw you saw. >> Okay. Oh, so we were out last night. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then he comes >> and I just like >> Well, when you came out with that, was it just like that? Like when you were when they confronted you, did you just have that like that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, we got called saying that she might have a switchblade on it. We don't know if it was displayed. >> No, it didn't sound like they said it was displayed. >> Just for our safety and your safety. >> Yeah. And I'm I'm highly upset. Like the officers that were here last night, like who is he to hold the door in and get in my face? I'm 5 foot nothing. You're 220 some odd pounds. >> Jumping in my face telling me you won't shut the door. >> So then of course Brian gets in front of me. Like what? What is >> this all just happened? >> Yeah, that's probably why you were called. I would be back. >> She managed to play nice for a solid minute before completely abandoning her cooperative streak to restart her screaming match with the peanut gallery. >> We talked to him when we first came home. What did I say? >> I don't know if he spoke to him. He was here for a little bit. Not before I got >> He just wanted He just stayed in the video. He asked him like I I was a step back. >> Nothing. his his um wife came over last night and was like questioning my my mother-in-law like asking her a whole bunch of questions and [ __ ] and she was like, "It's none of your business. Like, please get off my property. I have it all on record." >> I'm not stupid. I know what the hell I'm doing. Like, I'm not getting in trouble for anybody or anything, but he needs to stay the hell off the property. It's like, why is he at the property line staring at me right now? It's >> not his property. Uh my Somebody was antagonizing somebody. >> Yeah, he was antagonizing me. >> Oh, you're so confusing. >> And my and Brian today right through the door. Yes. Inside my owning door. But when you're hectic like this, it makes it more difficult for us to figure out. >> I have an anxiety to survive. >> I understand that. And that's fine. It's okay. But we're here to try to figure it out and hopefully we can come up with a solution. That's all. We're just trying to figure it all out. >> We just asked him to get off the property and he refused. He held the door open, pushed it open more, and got closer. So yeah, my neck was on my neck and I grabbed him. >> What was his reason for coming to the door? >> Because his mother came over last night and my mom told her to get off the property. >> What did the mom come over for? >> Because the cops were here and she was being a nosying neighbor. >> Oh, okay. All right. That's why I was trying to get to her. Like what was her purpose? She was just being nosy. >> Yeah. >> Okay. there. She wasn't involved in the property. >> Yeah, I have it on record. Brad, bring me my phone. >> You're a [ __ ] liar. You weren't outside, [ __ ] >> Stop. You're not helping THE SITUATION. >> SHE'S LYING HER [ __ ] >> I DON'T PULL MY BLADE UNLESS I'm going to use it. >> Do you know why they're Do you know why they're angry? And this is on the door. >> We haven't even eaten yet. And this guy's knocking or asking what happened last night. What is it? How is it your business? What happened here? >> This guy over here. No, this is him. Nothing happened with MJ except her lying saying, "I pulled the blade." I don't pull a blade unless I'm using it. >> Okay. So, this this all started with Jason this morning. Okay. That's what I'm trying to figure out, right? >> Where is he at though? >> He's over here with our other officer. >> I didn't see him out there. Yeah, he's over here. His mother was out here. Supposed to be my friend talking to them after the fight. And I said to her, Essie, you know what? I said, "Why are you out here? Why are you out?" She's supposed to be my friend. I said, "This isn't your business." >> Mhm. >> Why is she out here? Cuz every time these people are nosy around here, she sees cops >> and she's out here talking to the cops. >> I got you. >> And so he comes over here, he opens my door like this. He had no wife smoking, talking on the phone. >> And she was staring at me. Like, why is she staring at me? >> He was like, >> I was scared to death and he wouldn't get off my property. >> Okay. All that happened today. Right before you got here. That's when the incident with the incident with his mom. Was that yesterday or was that also today? That was last night. Okay. Why are you being so nosy? It's not your business. >> You think he was trying to confront her just for talking to her like that? Okay. >> Yeah. He was trying >> the other officer was talking with him. So, I'm sure and saying I'm sorry. >> Yeah. I I want to know what his excuses for coming here and barging in the door and acting like he so much. >> I said just for our safety. If anything, just for now, just hang out on the property. >> We have been in there. >> No, I'm just saying for now while we're here, so nothing esceded right now, but just stay just stay with Brian. Stay with mom. Okay, let us do what we got to do and then we're back to with you in the minutes. >> Please have them in line before like if I'd ask. >> I got you. I got you. >> That's what I mean. That's what I mean. Stop. Stop. Just >> tell her to stop. >> Okay. Okay. All right. Causing the feud, officers had to gently break the reality to the neighbors that legally speaking, they couldn't just snap their fingers and evict the nightmare family on the spot. >> Why don't we Why don't we do this? >> I don't want them to live here. They got to go. >> I can't I can't I have no >> They don't live here. She doesn't live here. She does not have residence here. >> But here's the thing. If they're if they are staying here, they have every right to stay. I There's nothing I can do. Mom would have evict you than them. But for now, why don't you >> They're staring. >> Where's your Is your door entrance this way or that? >> Yeah, the other side. >> The other side. >> No, no, this. >> Oh, it is this side. Okay. Well, for the time being, why don't we I know they're staring at you because you're standing out here >> and it's it's causing the tensions to get worse. I'm telling them like just don't look at her. Just leave it be. I can't force you. You're allowed to stand out here, >> but maybe go out of sight temporarily just so it doesn't escalate. >> Yeah, but totally drug addict mind there. You know what I mean? >> I I've been dealing with Brian >> I want to say probably 15 years. >> Yeah. Yeah. Me, too. >> So, it's I know I know how he I mean I had a >> incident with him cuz he was kicking his mom's door down. >> I had to call for her >> and then they both ended up attacking me. I was like, "What?" >> Yeah. Again, as a favor, >> are you able to just go out of sight? >> I'm literally leaving. >> Okay. >> But I'm afraid of my property. I'm afraid to leave. >> I understand. So it sounds like the guy Jason is what kind of caused today to start up. >> No, the first interaction. >> No, first interaction. Well, they're telling me they're total office. They're saying that Jason was at the door and then Brian was outside and then unfased by the legal fine print, our leading lady doubled down on her defiance, unleashing a raided R barrage of profanity directed straight at the crowd. >> We're we're we're not we're not going to discuss it. I'm thinking this lady's on the phone right there. So, I'm not paying no mind at first. But then she starts saying the hearty R. And she's like, "You fat [ __ ] you think you're so attractive sitting there on that car. And I'm like, me and my sister looked at each other on the phone. I'm like, I know she's talking to me. I don't know this lady. I just got [ __ ] work. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god, I'm [ __ ] scared. Then I still didn't say nothing though. I gone my sister. I'm like, I'm not gonna say nothing because you don't know what she's obviously could be on some type of drug. And >> yeah, >> you don't know what people like that could do to you when they're on something like that. You don't I don't know what she's on. At first it was just her saying stuff and then she got closer to the car. >> Oh god. >> That's when I got scared. So, I stood on the the hood of my car and I kept telling her, "Get the back. I can't even remember right now because my adrenaline when I saw the [ __ ] like I'd never had anybody do that to me in my life. And I I was born. I'm telling her to give back and when she put her hand too close to me, I was standing right here and she was literally my feet are right here. She's right here. And she's like yelling my sister calling her a dyke cuz my sister looks a different way than other women. But she doesn't matter. >> She's like, "That thing is a woman." And I guess you got a glimpse of my screen and then she started saying technology is so different. It's not like the 80s. Why are you hard ers are here right now? So, I kicked her freaking hand and her lighter went flying over there and then she went over there when she saw I was calling the police finally and I started doing stuff and I thought she was trying to get rid of that pocketk knife that she had. I don't know where the hell it's at. >> Okay. Did she flash that at you? >> Yes, she had it open. She was coming at me with that thing. >> That was open. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um >> just got to work. I never had that happen to me down here. >> What What when she had it open kind of what was she doing with it? Just holding it in her hand. >> Yeah, she was holding it in her hand. Did she make any statements like she was going to do anything? >> No, she was just saying um you keep talking [ __ ] you fat and stuff like that, but she wasn't like saying she was going to do something, but her body language was saying something completely different. >> She was aggressive towards you. >> How did it make you feel? >> Scared. I'm talking the phone with my sister. I'm smoking, minding my own business. But so a homeless I'm going just say homeless person. So a homeless person sitting right there. But so I'm talking with my sister and I could probably call my sister back and she would even tell you. But she starts calling me the hard er and saying, "Oh, you fat ass sitting there thinking you're so freaking attractive." And just a bunch of crazy crap. I don't I don't >> Well, you didn't say anything to her. She just >> phone my sister. I had right here, right? >> Yes. I live here. >> You don't get to just yell at us. >> So, she just started yelling at you. >> Yeah, she did. >> Okay. So, listen. Uh, just stay here. So, Officer Khill, that's his call. >> I know. I know you. >> Yeah. I'm just listen. So, >> I know a lot of you also call us. This is not fair. I have to go to work in the morning. No, nobody said nobody said you're in any trouble. But I was just sitting here and I'm up from AA and then she's she started yelling at me and I was like, "Who why would you do that?" >> The plot thickened when the victim dialed up her sister who dropped the ultimate bombshell, claiming our leading lady didn't just throw insults, but was also brandishing a weapon like an action movie villain. >> So, hey, how's it going? >> Officer K. I just called the police department cuz I was on the phone with my sister and the lady approached her with a knife and her phone died. So I called the police department. Don't do that. That's just going to end up worse. Okay. >> We're going to go into the back of my car. All right. >> Expecting me in the morning. >> All right. >> To work. >> Yeah. You might not make it there on time. >> Might be late. >> You are a liar. >> Do you have any weapons on your person? >> Yeah, >> you do. What do you have? >> Right there. Get in the back. >> There's another one. >> But you got weapon back here. >> Yeah, it should be right there. Okay, it's not. >> I don't see anything. I don't see any more bulges. >> Just had one over here. >> You can't arrest me for something. I didn't do. >> Now I'm going to sue you. >> Okay. >> Yeah, go for it. >> Well, I will. >> Put your foot in there. >> Because you can't arrest me for something I did not do. >> Well, that you'll figure out in court. Okay. >> No, you won't because you're going to go to jail for arresting me under false pretenses. Okay. >> Do you understand that, boy? >> Boy. >> Boy. Who you calling boy? >> You don't boy. Following the video's online release, the following comments were left by viewers. She's an actual racist. She couldn't have kicked your lighter out of your hand if you weren't over at her car bothering her. So, you lied about approaching her. She seems pretty intoxicated for someone who just came from an AA meeting. Bye-bye, Sherry. This Karen was accused of the crime of aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon. And this case shows that threatening someone with a dangerous weapon can quickly turn verbal abuse into a serious criminal charge. Jumping straight into the next clip, let's see who's trying to talk their way out of handcuffs this time. >> I DIDN'T EVEN THINK WAIT, LET ME PUT MY FEET OVER. >> I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE >> ON January 22nd, 2026, officers in Ohio responded to a complaint of an unruly client at an indoor go-kart track. see the the boys out there. They called me because um they call it a red or something and I need to go out there to see what happened, right? >> And I ran out there. I tried to see what happened. I see her in her uh cart without her helmet on. They were going to put the helmet that she had on back on her, but I'm like, "Apparently, it's too big. So, I'm going to go get her a different helmet." I hand it to him. He hands it to her and she starts yelling like, "Oh, it's too small. It's too small." So, that's when I walk over and I start talking to her like, "Um, yeah, I got you a different helmet because that medium one's too big." And then she's trying to explain to me that like her hair was preventing her from putting a helmet on. And she was still going back and forth with me. And I was like, "Okay, well, you can't race without a helmet." So, um, you can get out the car. I can get you a refund for that, but you cannot race without a helmet. So, I um she she's going back and forth. She called me weird. She called me racist. And I was like, I >> Yeah, she's a a mess right now. >> Yeah. I think she might be drunk or something. She just wasn't understanding what I was saying. >> That'd be my guess. So, she keeps saying, "No, I'm not going to get out of the car. I'm not going to get out the car." And that's when um I called the police. But then she um she finally got out of the park and then she's walking towards the boys, uh him and one of the other boys. I'm like, "Just help her out of the fence cuz there's a way that you're supposed to go. You're not supposed to go that way towards us." So, she walks straight towards him and then she tells him to move and then she shves him and I'm still on the phone with the dispatcher and I'm telling her like, "Don't touch him. She's touching me." >> And then that's when she gets in my face. She starts running to beat my ass with some more stuff. And then that's when she hit me with the net. She's supposed to have one with the racing uh in the racing. She hit me with that and I'm like, "Yeah, somebody going to have to come over here." So I called them. Uh she followed me out of the like racing way to like doors over there. So that's when her boyfriend got out of his car. >> That dude that's out there with the dreads. >> Yeah, I guess that's her boyfriend. Somebody whoever she's with. He got out of the car. She starts halfway telling him what I was saying. He starts talking to me while I'm on the phone with the dispatchers and I'm just like trying to move away from them because I'm scared that she's gonna hit me. Right. >> So she she keep following me, they keep following me and then that's when you guys show up. >> Okay. After getting the track manager side of the pit stop drama, officers confronted our speedway diva who instantly played the innocence card and swore she hadn't started any physical collisions. >> And they end their argument with each other. >> All right. Where they at? All right. What's going on? >> What's going on, man? >> Okay. >> All right. I got you. Hang on. I got you. Okay. I got you. All right. We need you. Okay. All right. Cool. Then let's go this way then. So, what what what explain to me what what's going on. >> So, I we I paid the hundred something dollars >> to get the um to um book the go-karts. >> Okay. >> I got a medium because the fit my head. >> Got it. >> So, when we was racing, the medium helmet fell off my head. >> So, they was like, "Well, you need a small." I tried to put the small on my head. It didn't fit. >> Okay. >> So, she was like, "Get off." I'm like, "Why?" She like, "Cuz you it don't fit." I'm like, "Well, the medium fit perfectly. I just didn't strap it in." And that's why I was telling her. She was like, "Get off." I'm like, "Why? I just paid all this money to do the go-karts in the X going and you just telling me to get up. I'm like this I just showed the show. I'm like this phone don't fit over my head. >> Gotcha. >> And she like just get off like okay. Okay. So I just threw I they gave me the dude not her. The dude gave me like a headpiece and he's like try this. I'm like she just told me I have to go. So I just threw the head piece. She's like oh she just hit me. She hit me. I'm calling the police. I'm like, "Well, I'mma stay here." What was >> Did you ever hit her at all? >> I did not put my >> Was you even like put like for me to kind of >> She came I was still in a seat when she said, "Get up and go." I said, "Dang." I'm literally showing her. She gave me a small a small helmet. I'm trying to show her that don't fit over my head. >> Gotcha. >> I'm like, "This don't fit." She's like, "You got to go. If it don't fit, you got to go." >> Gotcha. So he the dude one of the dudes out there that gave me like a neck guard >> and I'm like she just said I got to go. So I threw the neck guard. I was I was mad. >> Right. Did you throw it at her to make his head? >> No. I didn't hit her. I just threw it. I'm like she just told me I had to go so I threw it. >> Okay. >> She's like, "Oh, she hit me. I'm about to call the police. I'M ABOUT TO CALL the police." I said, "I don't care." I said, "I'm about to stay here." >> So my boyfriend's like, "We're about to go to jail." Like, "How we about to go to jail?" I didn't hit her. I didn't physically hit her. I didn't steal say anything person. I didn't say anything. I'm just saying I'm going stay here till the police get here because that's not fair. I just paid 100. >> I got I got you. I got you. I'm just trying I'm trying to figure out the whole >> picture. You got your ID on you. >> It's my boyfriend. >> So, who was the guy that's standing there that was I guess exchanging words when I was walking up? >> I don't know. >> Do you even know who he is? >> I don't even know. I just don't do it. It was a It was a Caucasian dude. He gave me a neck guard. >> Did he work here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> He gave me a neck guard. >> I just forgot who the hell that guy was that was just standing there eating you guys. >> Yeah, he gave me the neck. He said, "Try this." I was like, "There's no point because she told me to leave." >> I got you. Okay. >> I'm like, "You didn't even give me a chance." >> All right. >> That's not fair. >> Okay. Sorry. >> You're good. >> Hey, that's not fair. I even tried to put the small helmet over my head. It won't go over my head. You can go get the helmet. It won't go over the small helmet won't go over my head. The only helmet is the medium or the large. The medium fit just right. I just didn't strap it in right. >> Okay. All right. Well, just hang tight right here. Okay. >> Can you run a license for me? >> Absolutely. What you got? with Jeronia >> goes back to this time. Looks like she has >> That's fair. Thank you. >> That's not fair. >> Talking to the manager. >> I paid $100 and something dollars to reserve here. That's not fair to me. >> Right. Here's his deck. I'll be right back. Can we fight? >> The manager demanded an immediate black flag on her visit, but she stubbornly refused to pull into the pits, choosing to launch into a full throttle argument with the officers instead. >> Not the guy. >> Not the guy, but I want both. >> I have no idea who the guy is. She doesn't even know who the guy is. >> That's her boyfriend. >> She said the guy that was standing there was nobody. I I He was standing here and I told her, she told me he had nothing to do with this. I told him, "Go away." >> You don't know the dude at all. >> The dude that I was with? Yeah, >> I just >> with the tread with the dreads and the gray shirt. >> I was with him. >> Okay. >> He said he wasn't with her either. >> He said he wasn't with me. >> Well, when we walked up, he told me he didn't know who he was. >> No, I DIDN'T KNOW. I DIDN'T KNOW. I THOUGHT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE BURGER. I was with the dude in a dress. >> Oh, the one I was saying right here. That's what I was trying to figure out. >> OH, YEAH. I WAS WITH >> OKAY, THAT'S MISUNDERSTANDING. OKAY. What What happened unrelated to that? What happened on the track? >> I stood a neck brace. I did. I threw it. I didn't do anything WRONG. I PAID HUNDRED AND something dollars to do the go-kart. So, that's not fair to me. >> Okay. Did you shove one of the workers out there? >> I did NOT PHYSICALLY TOUCH ANYBODY. >> Did you swing the neck collar anybody? >> I threw it. I did. I th He gave He's like, "Here." I said, "I don't need this anymore." He told ME TO LEAVE. SO, I THREW IT. >> OKAY. >> I I didn't like throw it across the room or do this. I just like I don't need this anymore. Did you make any comments about like going TO SLAP SOMEBODY? >> NO, I SAID I DON'T NEED THIS ANYMORE. >> RIGHT. I'm saying did you unrelated to throw Did you make a comment about slapping somebody? >> I did not make no threats. I did not physically hit anybody. I DID NOT TOUCH ANYBODY PHYSICALLY. I didn't do anything. I was STILL IN THE CART WHEN SHE SAID THAT. I was still in a race car when she said that. I was still in a race car crash. And then that's when I I told I told my boyfriend I'm like messed up. I SAID MATTER OF FACT BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG AND I PAID $100 and something to reserve this place AND THAT'S NOT FAIR TO ME BECAUSE THE HEAD WON'T FIT OVER MY HEAD. THAT'S NOT FAIR TO ME CUZ WON'T FIT OVER MY HEAD. >> I got you. Um just out of curiosity, did you have any alcohol all night? >> I did have a drink >> at the bar like the one here. Yes, I have. No, not here before. >> I had a drink. Okay. >> Yes, but that was hours ago. I'm not dressed. >> I got you. >> I'm not dressed. >> So, what's going to happen right now is they're alleging that you shoved one of the workers who happened to be a juvenile. Um, you started arguing with the manager. Um, you flung the the neck brace and hit her in the chin with it. >> I did. >> You were also threatening to slap her. Having seen enough laps of her endless debate, officers officially disqualified her for the day and decided to slap on the handcuffs. >> Because of that, you are under arrest for right now. Put your hands behind your back. We're going to take you out to the car. The GM is on the way up. We're going to take a look at the body cam video and then we're going to go from there. >> Arrest me. >> Y know what you're doing. Okay, you need to turn around. All right, turn around. >> Off of me. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Stop. >> What are you menacing and for us all? >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop touching anybody. >> STOP TOUCHING ANYBODY. >> STOP. >> I DIDN'T TOUCH ANYBODY. >> STOP. >> STOP. JUST PUT your hands on your back. Just put your hands ON YOUR BACK. I DIDN'T PUT my hands on anybody. >> I didn't put my hands on anybody. >> I didn't rac up. IF YOU GRAB THAT ARM AND PULL IT AROUND TO HER BACK, >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> What did I do? >> What did I do? >> STOP. [screaming] >> YOU'RE BACK. YOU BACK NOW. >> [screaming] >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND. Give me your hand. >> Let go. Let go. Let go. >> I make sure on there. Good. >> This one seems a little loose. Will you relax and breathe? been late for God's sake. >> Take a breath. >> Get your key out cuz she's bending her arm. >> What's going on? >> I think that's kind of >> She's twisting her arm. I can't take my key out. >> There you go. >> I can't get my That one's good. >> She's bending her arm. I can't get my key out. >> That one's good. >> Is it locked? >> Yep. >> Stand by. >> Think you're able to fix that one, too. Relax. We're about to stand you up. You got to stop trying to kick. All right. All right. Enough. Enough. Enough. >> Following a highintensity wrestling match to get her restrained, she was chauffeered toward the squad car, violently thrashing and resisting every single inch of the way. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> You got to walk. We're not going to drag you. worried about this one. >> Stand up. Come on. >> Come on. You got to walk. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> FOR WHAT? >> I'VE ALREADY told you. >> NO, YOU DID NOT. >> Menacing and assault and now resisting arrest. >> I didn't touch anybody. >> Stand up. >> No. Stand up. What are you doing? >> Nobody's trying to kill you. >> You tried to kill me. GET OFF OF ME. YOU tried to kill me. >> Sit down. >> Y tried to kill me. >> Nobody's trying to kill you. Y'ALL HAVE TO KILL ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> Get off of me. Shut down. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. GET OFF ME. >> Many people responded to this situation and the girl's reaction in the uploaded video. My IQ dropped five points just listening to her. She yells pretty good for being in the middle of an asthma attack. Imagine not being able to control yourself in a go-kart track. It's a fine line between standing up for what's right and just being part of the noise. Which one was it here? I'll be in the comments. This Karen entered a guilty plea to both threats and resisting arrest in addition to the revised disorderly conduct charge. The lesson is that arguing with officers and resisting arrest can turn a simple disturbance into multiple criminal charges. Next clip starts now. Don't blink. >> Put your vape in your See, put your vape in your pocket. >> On June 20th, 2024, officer Ryan Champuang arrived at the scene after Marissa Falco's 2023 Ford Bronco and a 2024 Buick Lasaber crashed close to 4th and Grand Avenue. >> Do you have your license on you? Um, I don't. >> All right. Just wait right here. Okay. >> Keep looking for it. What's your Did you find your license? >> I'm sorry. >> Did you find your license? >> They took my car. >> They took my car. Your car is right there. >> Oh, well. Would you like >> During their little chat, the officer picked up a strong, unmistakable perfume of liquid courage, completely undermining Marissa's bold claim that she was totally sober? >> Have you you've been drinking? >> No. >> Cuz I could smell it. >> No, >> I could smell it on your breath. >> No. >> You haven't been drinking at all? >> No. >> Okay. We're going to do some uh field sobriety test in a little bit. Okay. Do you have any injuries or anything that prevent you from walking or anything? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you know how to read, right, and understand the English language? >> Yes. >> Okay. Want to make sure. >> So, you have no injuries. You're No. No ankle injuries, knee injuries. Legs are fine. You're good. >> Okay. >> I only have one left eye injury. >> Okay. Does that inhibit Does that impair you like to be able to see or No. Okay. You're the registered owner? >> Yes. >> Unconvinced by her fairy tale defense, officers invited her to step right up and audition her physical coordination in a roadside sobriety routine. >> Come over here. All right. So, the the first first test we're going to do is the walk and turn test. Okay. >> Yep. >> So, I'm going to demonstrate for you first. Okay. Just make sure you understand and then I'll have you do it. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you want to just stand right here. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, we'll draw we'll draw like an imaginary line. Um, you're going to put your left foot on the line. Okay. >> You're going to put your right right uh right foot on the line of ahead of your left foot. So, it's going to be looking like this. One in front of the other. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Then you're going to place your arms at your side. >> Yep. >> Until And you're not going to move until I tell you to do so. >> Okay. I'm going to ask you to start. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps down the line. turn around and take nine steps back. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, it's going to be like one, two, three, four. Now, I'm >> Okay. At the ninth step, you're going to pivot >> and do >> and you're going to do nine back. >> Yep. >> And you're going to count out loud. >> Okay. >> Yes. Nine. Hold. Hold on. >> Okay. >> Once you start walking, do not stop until you've completed the test. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Okay. Okay. The arms at your side, heel to toe. Nine steps. When you get to the ninth, you pivot. Yeah. >> And then nine back and count out loud. >> I understand. >> Okay. Straight line. >> One 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Pivot. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. All right, the next one is going to be a one-legged stand. Um, it doesn't matter what foot I I know, I know you're excited to do it. Um, so what you're going to do, you're going to stand with your feet together, arms down at your sides. >> You're not going to start until I tell you to. >> Okay, >> I'll demonstrate. So, don't do it yet. You're going to raise one leg, either one, approximately 6 in off the ground with your toe pointed out. So, it's going to look like this. >> Approximately 6 in pointed out. Okay. I'm just doing this this foot just cuz it it's more comfortable. Okay. While while you're in this position with your arms out your side, you're going to uh count out loud in the following manner. 1,00 1,002 1,003 and so on until they tell you to stop. >> How many 10,000? >> Until they tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, while you're doing that, you're going to keep your arms down by your side the whole time. Okay. Don't lift them up. >> If uh and if you put your uh foot down, raise it back up and continue counting where you left off. >> Okay. >> You understand? >> I understand. >> Any questions? >> No. >> Okay. You can you may be guess >> 1,00 2,000 3,000 400 >> 1 1 2 You got to count like that. >> 1 th00 That's actually difficult. 1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 5,000 5,000 6,000 7,000 8,000 9,000 10,000 11,000 12,000 >> 13,000 14,000 >> You could you could stop. [laughter] Between the freshly crumpled metal, the heavy alcohol breeze, and her absolute flop on the balance audition, Marissa officially earned herself a brand new set of DUI bracelets and a ticket straight to booking. >> Off of uh my observations, okay, you're going to be placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. >> What? >> Okay. You're swaying. You're walking offline. You can't you can't stand on one foot. You're not counting, right? >> I know I am. >> Okay, that's that's fine. We're not going to argue out here. So, what what's going to happen is I'm going to place you in handcuffs. We're going to go to headquarters. An officer is going to come. You're going to blow in an alka test and it's going to show your BAC level. Okay? Then you're what you're going to go home. Somebody's going to have to come pick you up. Okay. Your car is going to be impounded for 12 hours for John's law. That's >> But wait, I passed. >> No, you didn't. I'm unfortunately you didn't based off my observations, my training experience. Okay. I'm I'm not going to argue with you. I don't want to make a scene or anything, okay? You can argue it in court, get an attorney, whatever you want to do. Okay? But just right now, just place your hands behind your back. You're just being placed under arrest. Okay? You're going to be released later. We just got to go through some paperwork and everything. Okay? You can't call anybody right now. I'll let you call somebody when you get to the station. Okay? >> Wait. I don't think that I deserve to be arrested. >> I know, but based on my training and observations, okay, we can't have this conversation out here, okay? I'm going to be with you the whole time. We can you can ask me whatever you want inside, but right now, you just you're going to have place in handcuffs and bring it to headquarters. >> I don't want to do this. >> I know, but you don't have a choice. That's what I'm saying. I'm not trying to make this a big deal. Okay? >> Please. >> I can't. No. I'm not I'm not going to argue. That's I'm trying to be as nice as possible. Okay? And I'm trying to be as nice as possible. >> Okay. But look, you got to put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Are you joking? >> Huh? >> Are you joking? >> I'm not joking. I'm not joking. All right. Put your Put your sunglasses on. Put your phone and stuff in your pocket. You can't call anybody right now. >> You You listen to me. >> Done. Go ahead and finish. You can do that. >> All right. Put your Put your phone in your pocket. You'll We'll contact him when uh we get there. Okay. Put your vape in your pocket. Put your vape in your See, put your vape in your pocket. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're really doing this? >> Yes, ma'am. And like I said, if you have any questions, I will be happy to answer any of them. You'll get a a uh summon with a court date. Okay, hold on. Hold on. I got to double lock it. So, >> Oh, Dad. >> Excuse me. I just have a quick question. >> I can't talk to you right now. You can talk to my uh talk to the officer or my sergeant. Okay. >> Oh, do you need her license? >> Huh? >> Uh yeah, that'd be great. You can give it give it to him over here. Can I have the case number please alo papa 1 15 091 1591 >> 276 county right Yeah. >> 276 guy 767. >> Watch your head. Sorry. >> Thank you. >> Nope. You can get it. >> This is an absurd situation, isn't it? Let's see what other people thought of the video once it became viral. Phones shouldn't be allowed in the back seat at all. Take her phone and vape away before putting her in the car. Totally irresponsible of the arresting officer. They need to start making the phone use after being arrested an obstruction charge.
