I'm sure they're not. >> Oh, be composed. Okay. Just relax for me for a little bit. This Karen was officially charged with disorderly conduct after officers determined that her actions, which included loud, disruptive behavior and refusal to comply with lawful commands, had created a public disturbance and posed a risk to the safety and order of those around her. Everyone has their opinion, and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception. I have a family member who acts just like this. She turns five next Friday. She's drunk and it reveals what a terrible human being she is. What a huge immature baby. The lesson from this situation is that yelling, cursing, and resisting the police will only make things worse, create a public disturbance, and ultimately lead to being arrested and prosecuted under the law. Subscribe to Law Frame for more articles if you like this. We will immediately move on to the next situation. >> You can't stop. Stop. She's She's fighting. This Karen was charged with some felonies, including failure to stop at a red light, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, driving with an illegal license, and violence on a police officer. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. The most dangerous drunk is one that doesn't realize they are drunk. For yelling false sexual assault, she should do at least 30 days in jail. It's not just the ignorance, it's the profound confidence in their ignorance. The lesson from this situation is that denying, resisting, and refusing to cooperate with the police only makes matters worse. What a stubborn Karen, right? Trooper Lawson reportedly smelled the woman's breath, according to the police report. Later on, she acknowledged that she had eaten two angry orchards. Um, real quick, the reason I got you out of the vehicle, okay, so when I was up there talking again, notice your eyes are bloodshot and glassy. All right. >> Um, I detect the odor of alcohol coming from up there. How much alcohol have you at night? >> Uh, I had like two drinks. >> Two drinks of that like wine, vodka, beer. >> Beer like angry drinks. >> Okay. All right. Sorry, I move my head. >> All right. So, then we're just going to go up. Okay. Okay. All right. So, next thing I'm going to do is just stand right there just like that for me. All right. So, you what you're going to do is you're going to tilt your head back, close your eyes. I want you to estimate the passage of 30 seconds. All right. So, any 30 seconds has passed, you're just going to tilt your head forward, open your eyes, and say stop. So, I'm going to tell you when to start, but you're going to tell me when to stop. Does that make sense? >> So, 30 seconds. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yep. Any questions on that? >> Okay. You ready? All right. Here we get >> all right. Is there any specific way you got there? All right, assuming that's my ninth step, that's going to be the end of the test. Okay, I took three, but you're going to take nine. So, once you start the test, you're going to stop the testing point in time. You're going to look at your toe, count out, and you step out loud for me, leave your hands to your sides. Okay? You have any questions on that? Nope. >> All right. You may begin whenever you're ready. I haven't seen anything coming. >> All right. You want to step right up here for me? >> All right. So, last thing here. Um, so in a moment, you just turn face me. All right. Stand with your feet together, hands to your sides. I'll explain this test. So, in a moment, with the foot of your choice, you're going to hold it 6 inches out in front of you, just like so. And you're going to leave your hands to your sides. You're going to look at your toe and you're just going to count out loud 10001,000 3,000 4,000 5 and tell you to stop. Okay? You're going to keep both legs straight. So, you're not going to bend it like this. We're not going to bend the other leg like that. So, both legs are going to be nice and straight. Hands to your sides. And you're going to look at your toe while you count out loud. Okay? >> All right. So, I'll tell you when to start and stop. >> Ready? >> Yep. >> All right. Let me begin. 1 1000 23 1045 2006 6708 109 10 2011 2012 123 2014 201 15 201612234 256 27 All right, you can go ahead and stop. And one last thing I just like uh would you submit to a portable breathalyzer test for me real quick? >> Yeah. >> All right. All right. Right there. >> No, just wait. Just wait right there for me. Check. All right. It's going to blow for me. You got deep breath. Yeah. Blow blow into it. No, you gota blow up about 10 seconds. Okay, hang on. All right, go ahead. All right. So, you are over the legal limit now. Okay. >> After being taken into custody, the woman was put in handcuffs and put in the rear of Trooper Lawson's police car. I'm going >> have you do just turn and face my car for me if All right. Go ahead. Spread your spread your feet out wide for me. All right. Where's your phone at in the vehicle? >> Okay. Step back here. Just watch your step. The woman had a panic attack as a result of reality setting in at that point. >> Just turn look to the left for me. You all right? You all right? You're not going to jail. All right. You're going to go home. All right. Okay. You okay? You need squad? Do you need squad? Just breathe in your nose. Just breathe. Just breathe in your nose for me. Okay. Just breathe. Okay. You all right? Yeah. Are you all right? >> Yeah. >> Do you need to go to the hospital or anything? >> All right. I'm going to secure your vehicle. Okay.
