I mean, I don't It depends on I guess if the crime occurred on land, maybe it's the sheriff's office. But then there's a boat involved, so the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. This whole walking around thing, no. They were right there with them until Like, you know, my philosophy, put them all in cuffs and you can take them out of cuffs, but you have no idea what's going on till you get this this solidified cuz they could have been part of the disorderly conduct and the threats and intimidating. This is all you guys next to me, right? 1935 WHY? WHY, BRO? OH, looks like she got his ID. Listen, I'm fishing, bro. I'm going to be ON THE OCEAN FISHING, BRO. SWC's going to have Lewis No, bro. He made multiple threats to multiple people. It's been ongoing since yesterday. Hey. Hey. Hey, sit right there, bro. All right. Trespassing what? Trespassing? If you want to know what I'm going I'll talk to you once I'm done with this part here. Let me handle here and then I'll be glad to talk to I don't want to go to jail, bro. Have a good day. Is there anything on the boat you want to go to jail with you? No. Search the whole boat. There you go. Gave you permission. He gave you consent to search the whole boat. What are you taking me in for? What am I getting taken in for, bro? Call my dad. We didn't loot it. I didn't even loot. We didn't loot it. It's not that, bro. What did I do, brother? What did I do? What did I do? What What did I do? Tell me what I did. Tell me what I did. Tell me what I did. >> laying against the truck. Yes, sir. I have nothing. There's nothing on that boat. What's on you? No, brother. You got anything on you, it's going to be a felony. Nothing in your shoes, buddy? Or anything in your shoes? Cuz if you bring any into the jail, that's going to be an extra Brother, I didn't do anything. I was fishing, brother. >> All right, you want your shoes to go with you? Of course I want my shoes to go with me. What type of stupid question is that? Can I put them on? Sure. Thank you, brother. Appreciate it. I appreciate you being so nice to me. Can I get a shirt, please? Can you change this out with my friend for me? >> Did you have a shirt on the boat? Yeah, bro. For real. Like I haven't done nothing. So, really I literally just got scared and I came back, bro. I came back out of respect for you guys. He hasn't shown a lot of respect for them at all. He hasn't shown respect for them. So, when he says he came back out of respect, that's a bunch of BS. I could have really just stayed out there, called an Uber, and and you know, been a real about it. And I came He could have done that. He could have stayed out there, called an Uber, and guess what? They had his name. They knew exactly who it was. They would have issued a warrant and come in and arrested him at any some point anyway. May as well have come back, but he did flee. And he was not adhering to the commands. Came out of respect. I came out of respect, bro, cuz I've seen this guy before. I came out of respect. There's nothing on this boat that on that boat that you should take me for. I know you're still going to take me, bro. What the [ __ ] is this, man? Can you stop touching me? You're getting my stuff. You don't need to touch me like that. Oh. What a little punk. Fix it. I want the seat belt. No, you can't. Yeah, you don't get a choice, our boss. Fix this, please. No. You're being a You're secure. >> No, it's Dude, my Dude, this is This is looser than it's supposed to be. >> No, it's usually like this. All right, it's okay. >> Lean back. It's sad if you know how the cuffs are supposed to be. That means you've been in them too many times. Lean back. What am I going to jail for? Tell me. Explain. I've already explained it multiple times. >> What? Explain. Lean back. Explain. Lean back. For what? Explain. Lean back and look to the left. >> Explain. Lean back >> Explain. >> and look to the left. Explain. I'm literally listening to you. You're not explaining. I've already explained it. >> You're being mad aggressive, bro, for no reason. You haven't explained I have. What up, punk? Every time Every time we deal with him. I'm sure. So. I don't know if he's got screws loose or what it is. He goes one month One minute he's crying, next minute he's hard. >> Explain what I did. Where's your idea? Nowhere to be found. Okay. That's entitlement right there. Just all over the un behavioral scale because he's never been held accountable. And he figures if I Maybe if I cry, they'll let me go. Or maybe if I'm abusive, they'll let me go. So, he's trying all the tools in his belt. Uh probably what he uses on his parents or other people around him. That's what we're Hey, hey, he's in our He's in our >> I told her I knew when you piece system, so Shut the [ __ ] up. Don't resist me. Why you being aggressive? Why are you doing this? Lewis, just listen to what you're told. Just listen to what you're told. WHY ARE YOUR HANDS ON MY MOUTH? WHY? WHY ARE YOUR HANDS ON MY MOUTH? >> [laughter] >> LET ME TELL YOU WHY HIS HAND WAS ON HIS MOUTH. He probably had his hand like this because he was told he said, "I'm going to spit in your face." when he was on the boat. So, you're not going to take any chances. You put your hand on his mouth while you're adjusting whatever they were doing. Or you keep him from biting you because you're leaning over to grab the seatbelt so that you can do it. This is a level of control. Keeps him from spitting, biting you, maybe even headbutting you. There's a level of control. He's not being heard. It is a level of control over him. Okay. What? You said you're going to what? You're going to You're going to what? >> Sue you. You're going to sue us all? >> I said sue. >> Hey, you know what? I THINK ABOUT THAT? IT'S ON CAMERA. >> I SAID I'm going to sue you all. Okay. >> Sue. S U E. >> your mouth. You watch your mouth. Dude, shut your mouth and a little punk, all 5'4" of them. Listen to what you're told. Do what you're supposed to do. [laughter] It's still like a little Chihuahua out there just barking up a storm like the little dogs do. Do you understand that with the most respect? >> These officers right here came onto your property and told you to stop that vessel and you pulled that vessel out. >> Because I was scared to do that. That is a lawful order. I understand that. You're being arrested. You are being arrested by them. >> Brother, you understand I was in before with the most respect. I was scared About what? Brother, you arrested me. Hey, hey boss. Did you not? Yeah. Brother, did you not arrest me? Were you not the one who Am I the one? Yo, yo, you're going to run over my boy, dog. >> No, no, he's good. You an idiot? He's good. Brother, were you not the one that arrested you? Oh, actually, I'm not the one who arrested you. That was Deputy Chris Day. I was there. You were there. So, now do you understand that my paranoia and anxiety comes from that? Okay, but here's the thing, man. Stop breaking the law. Like I've always said I've said this a million times. We don't get locked check in on for shift and go, "Man, let's go find some people to arrest." No, we take calls, we respond, we try to restore balance and order to chaotic situations, and we deal with complaints like this where this guy was bothering people. It It bothered them so much that they called the police, the sheriff's office to come in and deal with it. Like just like on that >> I want to go back, bro. Just like on that scene, your mouth got you in more trouble than what you were actually going to be charged with. That night you were going to be let go with a criminal citation, man. You kept running your mouth just like you are right now. >> guys told me you would talk to me and look at what you guys did. Look, look at where I'm going now. You think that's cool, bro? >> They tried to They tried to talk to you. And I came back to talk to you guys. I could have really fleeted and looted if I wanted to and I didn't. I came back to talk to you guys. My dad told me that I wasn't going to go to jail. He told me that he had talked to you guys that I to come back home. I came back home to be respectful, bro. >> flood in a loop? We know who you are. We just written a warrant, dude. It didn't matter. >> Exactly. >> It's either the warrant would have dropped or you're going to jail tonight. It is what it is. It's exactly right. You run your mouth, you say the >> understand I have anxiety and paranoia? >> listen me. You run your mouth, you say the wrong things, you can catch more charges. >> brother. 14 in the past 2 days. >> Bro, literally being targeted, bro. No. Luis. It's not targeting. You got to take a look at your own behavior. This is a a pattern of behavior on his part, not law enforcement's part. Seriously, when they were walking you down the street there, did you And by the way, they will stick it to you if you have a bad attitude and you're pot running your mouth, then you may get more citations. There's what we may decide, Al, you know, let's just give him the minimum, or we can give you for every red light you ran or every every stop sign you blew, we can stack those on you. You see everybody outside? Do you think everybody was clapping and cheering for no reason? Man, you've made a name for yourself. You put a target on your back with the people in this community. >> You guys made a name for myself. >> Oh, no, we didn't get it twisted. No, we didn't. Yes, you did. >> No, No, we didn't. Yes, you guys >> Didn't even know you lived here until this week. >> Come on, bro. >> Every single neighbor on this street has called, man. About what? About you. The underage drinking, the smoking the smoking pot, the threatening, yelling at saying he's a neighbor. Buddy, I don't care if you drank or not. That's not what we're here for. But I'm telling you like every >> a 21-year-old on my boat, too. Luis was taken to the local county jail where he was charged with felony fleeing from law enforcement, Got him. disorderly conduct, and underage possession of alcohol. He was taken into custody following the incident. But his dad said he didn't drink alcohol, Dayton. Wow. incident, and the case proceeded through the courts with the charges reflecting both his attempt to evade officers on the water and his behavior during the confrontation. Well, I would love to know what he actually got if he got uh any time out of it. Uh fleeing and eluding uh felony and minor in consumption of al- or minor in possession of alcohol and then uh disorderly conduct. Which he disturbed the peace and quiet of the people in the neighborhood to the point where they had to call. Which included threatening them. Which when you watch this, it corroborates what they told you. How he talks to people. How how entitled he thinks he is. He's going to get continue to get held accountable until he learns don't break the law. Don't be disorderly. Don't bother your neighbors. Don't flee from law enforcement. And nobody you're not going to go to jail. That's the s- bottom line. It's about being a good citizen, compliant. So, anyway, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. And I'll catch you on the next video.
