Can you put the car back in park, please? What? Can you put the car back in park, PLEASE? >> STOP. STOP. STOP. YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OFF OF ME. STOP. STOP RIGHT NOW. STOP. All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Midwest Safety. It is traffic stop turns into chaos for no reason. Surprise, surprise. Let's go. You said the vehicle's yours. Is there insurance on it? >> You pulled pictures? Yeah, absolutely. I can use that. There's two pictures. This one more of you can slide. Oh, there it is. Yeah, you got it. No, you're good. All right, thank you, sir. All right, give me a second. I'll be right back. All right, guys. Looks like a random traffic stop, buddy. All right, so this guy's not coming back on file. Not coming back at all with the name that he gave me. So, I'm going to pull him out and have him sit by until Prairie gets here and then we can assess the deal. He's got his foot on the brake this entire time. This is the driver you're talking about? Yeah, driver told me his name is Michael Joseph Jandora. So, I was like, all right, spell your last name. He starts starts spelling Joseph. And then he goes, he goes, "J O" Well, Joseph. Spell your last name. He's like, "Well, it's Jandora." Spell it. J A N D O R A. So, it's He looks kind of familiar, but I don't I can't place him. I don't know. So, that's that's where this stalls. So, when we start asking questions, what's your name? Can you spell it? If there's hesitation, you don't know your date of birth, it takes you a second, or you know, you misspell your last name initially, these are all signs that you may not be talk telling the truth. And this guy picked up on some of those and then he goes back and runs them and real- and nothing's coming back. I don't know why. I'm going to run the other DJ stop. That's true. All right, so Mr. Jan- They're already anticipating he may take off. He says, "Look, there's a ton of people down there if he does take off." Sir, I'm still not getting your name to come back. Could you put it in park for me? I'm I'm just going to have Cousin Prairie's going to come out with her fast ID. Just just for right now until I can figure out exactly who you are. I'm going to have you step out of the car. Something that hot. You don't have any weapons or anything on you, right? All right, perfect. You mind if I just check real quick? Nothing on you? No. No firearms in the waistband, guns, bombs? No. All right, cool. All right. Yeah, just step back here for me. Just hang out just just here I think I got pulled over on 22nd as soon as he ran it. Like at any Apple Illinois came back as It came back Okay. All right, maybe that'll help. Give me Give me 1 second. I'm trying to figure that out. So, all that shows me is that you're not valid out of Wisconsin. I'm sorry, sir. I didn't know it was not valid in Okay. Yeah. Yeah, if you want to head back over there you So, I don't So, now he's saying it's out of the out of Illinois. So, then what you'll do is you'll run that same driver through Illinois. Um saying he's not have it doesn't have a valid driver's license out of Wisconsin. >> So, I don't have an ID for the driver. He gave me his name and it was quite a pain trying to figure out who he was. So, then eventually he did come back with no license issued. He says that he's got a license out of Illinois, but it doesn't show that at all. He's got nothing. I go by Jay Jay Gondora. Okay, Michael. Uh so, we're having issues trying to get you a fast So, do you mind if you just put your fingerprint on this? All right. Can you do that for me? So, what? So, we called it we didn't have this technology, which is really cool technology. We would take them We had take them down to the jail and do what's called a one roll. And a one roll is you you do their fingerprints and then you see if it comes back. It'll tell you who they are if they've been in the system before. Um this appears to be a fast ID. So, they do their fingerprint, which is the beauty of these new phones, and it will tell them if they're been if they're in the system and uh tell them who they are. I don't want to give my I'm not my middle name. I gave you valid I gave you guys So, you gave me information, but I have to verify that that is you. I'm not giving my I've never had fingerprints done in all of my life. I'm not giving my fingerprints. I didn't break the law. So, when we're looking at this, I look at the passenger. The passenger's sitting there. He's just quiet as a church house mouse. He doesn't want to get busted. This guy's grinning is is like doing this with his mouth, which a lot of times is a sign of meth use. And this is kind of giving me vibes meth vibes right now. Well, this isn't taking your actual fingerprints. I'm not giving you guys fingerprints. I gave you a valid or my ID. I didn't break the law at all. So, the thing is you didn't give me an ID. You gave me a name. You know what I mean? Like if you had your hard ID with it with a photo that So, another thing I don't never do, and I'm not trying to critique, I don't let you go back to the car until we're done. So, if I pull you out of the car, I don't want you go back in the car, especially when I have two people in the car. I want to have this guy at the the front of my car, um or the back of his car, and the passenger in in there. I wouldn't let him I had a rule, personal rule, I never let people get back in the car once I had them out until I was done with the traffic stop. Matches just just like your passenger did. Yeah, I don't >> Then then I could use that and say that's good to go. I didn't have an ID. Right. I know, and that's that's the issue. That's why I've got to verify your >> Look at him. Look at his mouth. false names all the time. Yeah, I understand. >> And I'm not saying that you're doing that. But Mine is legit as it comes. Mine is me. Have you ever been arrested out of Illinois? Never been I I I have no criminal You can run me. I have no criminal record at all. Yeah, dude, they just tried to run you, and it didn't work. So, that's what they're trying to do. I want to smoke marijuana, officer. Okay. I'm I just I need to be able to verify it so that the citation that I issued is going to the right person. I know it is. So, if I can't verify your ID with this, then what I have to do is I actually have to take you down to the police department Man, oh boy, on the passenger's side of the trying to be paint on a wall. He is trying to not get any attention whatsoever. And then we're going to take your fingerprints down there to verify that you are who you are. I did not break the law. I gave you ID. I just You did. You were speeding and you're driving without your driver's license. But I gave you something. And you're driving without a valid license. Well, that's three things that you're breaking the law. So, I do I absolutely need to positively identify you. I did. You You You You ID Verbally. Only verbally. That's not enough. >> my I've been arrested ever in my life. I'm not giving you guys keys. I'm I'm like I I'm being serious. That's how I That's how I've been raised my whole life, you know. Okay. I understand that, but you have to understand that in order for me to issue a citation, it has to have it has to go to the right person. I need to verify that it is the right person. >> never had keys ever. Ever. >> Because you probably had your ID with you at that point. >> No, I had it. I just had Look at his body language. Starting to get more animated. This This situation is getting a little bit more untenable. Oh, we could We could go, but my license is valid. I didn't know that it went unvalid. They did not make me do no fingerprint nothing. I just got no tickets. The tail light was out and let me go. Well, yeah. So, that's just a verbal warning. So, then you're going to come down with me to the police department so that we can verify that your identity. I didn't do nothing. I gave you guys my stuff. You gave me a name and an address and an ID, but I need to verify that through a hard ID. A hard Do you have Do you have a picture of it on your phone or anything maybe? No, I left my wallet, my phone, all that stuff. We were just running over here picking up my son and bringing back to the hotel. Okay. I didn't have my wallet, man. I'll have to take you down to the bureau. We're going to just kind of go through like the booking process essentially so that you can have one wrong >> picture so that we can then say, "Look, this is this person with this name." Look at him. He's thinking. He's thinking. I I agree. I don't think we should have to do all of that, but it would really It if you just had your ID on you. Can you the car back in park, please? What? Can you put the car back in park, PLEASE? STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. WHAT'S HE DOING? BECAUSE HE'S NOT EVEN OKAY, first I couldn't figure out why they were going so slow and it must have been that the passenger was saying, "Get me out of here." Then he kind of goes off into the ditch. So, it looked to me like maybe he and the passenger were kind of fighting then the passenger bails out. STOP. STAY RIGHT THERE. STAY RIGHT THERE. WHERE IS he going to go? Like there's family Oh. He just hit a couple cars. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. I'm coming down. You okay? He might have pushed him. He just took my car. He just took my car, bro. Go get him. Go get him. He just TOOK MY CAR. HE DIDN'T RUN. 655, DID HE try to run you over? Folks, think about this. So, in 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 oz of gold at spot price. SO, you might be saying what I'm thinking is why is it taking so long, but I'm glad that you are because this is clearly a park, a lot of people, all the cars were parked there. There's a lot going on. You're going to take it easy through here. You don't want to hurt anybody. Um that seems to be. Now, he's kind of getting out of it. Now, he can speed up a little bit. 555, he hit a park patrol car and he took off again. It's like he's going to go westbound on 503. Um I'm looking for pedestrians right now. And I don't see any on the bridge, so I'm going to continue. 555, he hit a park patrol car and he took off again. You all right? It's like he's going to go westbound on 503. Um I'm looking for pedestrians right now. And I don't see any on the bridge, so I'm going to continue. He's on 3540. What What happened to men in this world? What a Speaking of babies. Car's not a baby. Dayton's right, he's being a baby. What happened to men? This guy I'm sick and tired of so many of these videos. Guys start crying and I mean, does the guy have an ounce of muscle on him? All right, he's continuing through. Um All right, I'm going to terminate. He's reckless. Uh he went through the red light at Sheridan and 501. Continuing westbound, speeds are probably about 50, but I'm done. All right, I'm going to terminate. He's reckless. No, I'm fine. I'm just UH UH HE WENT through the red light at Sheridan and 501. Let me Continuing westbound, speeds are probably about 50, This was my fifth car. I bought that in high school. Did you? >> [laughter] >> I have a 780 credit score. What is his name? Ma'am? Michael what? Michael Joseph. Michael Joseph? IS EVERYBODY OKAY? OKAY, YOU'RE THE ONLY one that was hit. Yes. Okay, why don't you sit down? Kenosha. Oh, my good friend the sheriff of Kenosha County. Take a seat. I got the air on. Where are you sore? I'm not. You're just shaken up. Okay. All right, you were in the car when you Okay, clock that off. It looked like he was going to jump out. Yeah, well, his friend did. She's breathing. She's just shaken up, but send rescue anyways. I hear the sirens. Nobody else is injured down here. Take a seat and take a few breaths. I'll have them check you out, okay? Did you see all this go down? I don't know that I would Cuz you're better than me. I don't think I would let her Oh, she's park patrol. That's what she is. She's park patrol. I was going to say, I don't know if I'd let her sit in my front seat where we just We've done a video where people steal the police cars before. Oh, Jack it good. Yeah. While officers deal with the crash scene and the passenger who was pushed out of the vehicle by the suspect, the vehicle the suspect fled in is reported to have crashed nearby. 66 from 23 is the location. If we could get one or two more and probably a drone. Luckily the guy's wearing like an orange shirt, so maybe it'll be easier to find him and let assuming he still has it on. Yeah, then out of nowhere he just took off. No, well we're looking for him but he started getting too reckless and I wasn't going to chase him any further and yeah, that's the thing. I thought they did very well about not pushing it too hard with all these kids and people here and then him terminating the pursuit. Probably smart cuz this guy was seriously he was getting more and more reckless. I think so. We're going to need a couple cars over here. He was last seen running south and then a little bit west through the yard. So if we could start getting a little wide perimeter until the drone can get up. While officers are in the middle of setting up a perimeter, a witness informs an officer that she recently saw the suspect. How long ago? Like three or four minutes ago. Which way did he go? Which way did he go though? >> He went that way. He wanted $300. Got to be on meth. Two three minutes ago the male just ran southwest past 19th Avenue going around on the backside so the south side of the church here. So, it looks like he made it a couple blocks west already. As officers continue searching the area, they bring a K9 to help track the suspect. As these two officers search this area, they're about to get the jump scare of their lives. Oh, he's standing on him. The dog's trying to tell him. Hey contact, get back here. Oh, come on, man. Did you see anyone come out of this house? No. Oh, he found him. He was standing on him. Put your hands up. Oh, did see, he took his shirt off. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. MICHAEL, PUT YOUR HANDS. OH, MAN. YOU TELL ME WHY ARE YOU UNDER A PILE OF DIRT? ALL RIGHT, speak now. Officer, I'm tired. You're standing on him. I didn't do anything. For what? What did I do? I'm still kind of cracking up about him standing on him. The suspect, whose real name is Ryan, was charged with felony fleeing, eluding, three counts of felony second-degree reckless Okay, so his real name was Ryan. All right. recklessly endangering safety, [music] resisting obstructing, battery, felony hit-and-run involving injury, reckless driving causing bodily harm, operating a vehicle with a revoked license, ignition interlock device tampering, and two counts of bail jumping. Stacked it on him. So, bail jumping means he probably already had some warrants on him. Dang. Felonies. He pleaded guilty to fleeing eluding, one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, hit-and-run involving injury, and one count of bail jumping while the rest of the charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison, 3 years of extended supervision, and 3 years of probation. Okay, so 3 years prison, 3 years uh deferred sentence, and then probation. I don't know, man. He crashed into a car. Uh 3 years. I don't know. What do you guys think? Think 3 years is sufficient for this? Put a lot of people at a in danger. Uh my guess is is that he'll probably violate his probation since he's bail jumped bail twice already. So, this is why a lot of times you see we we put a lot of charges on. And then the attorneys always usually dump a few of these, usually dump, not always, usually dump a few of the charges so they can get a plea. And in this particular case, they got a guilty plea on this guy who clearly was no stranger to law enforcement. He lied, surprise, surprise, when he said he had never been arrested before. And that was why he didn't want to do the one roll cuz he knew he was going to come up in the system. He was lying about his name. His friend was lying about his name, too. But I don't know. I think he got what he deserved. Maybe a little bit I thought he maybe deserved like 5 years. But let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. These thought these guys did a good job. And uh in the end the bad guy went to jail and got a prison sentence. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Make sure you check out our new true crime channel at Lamb Investigations. All right, I'll be I'll see you on the next video.
