Okay. If your name's Danielle, you have a warrant. >> My name is not Danielle. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand. >> Don't worry about it. [ __ ] learn. >> You going to [ __ ] learn. >> Please don't do this to me. >> Where? >> No. Don't do this to me. >> Why are you arresting me? for battery domestication, >> fake names, assault, and delusional legal threats. Pure elite behavior. Welcome to Law Frames. When an elite Karen threatens to sue the whole hotel but gets arrested on camera. Let's hit incident one. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands back. >> Don't worry about it. On January 25th, 2026, officers were called to a motel after a guest reported a problem with their accommodation, >> which I don't understand why. >> Don't understand why if there's a fire, >> you come here problem. >> I'm on the phone with corporate. >> You want me to see here? >> Nasty. Is that a cable outlet? >> That's not a cable. I think it's an old >> That's like a phone. It's like a phone. >> Look, this is from last night. >> You smelled it. >> Yeah, I see what you're talking about. >> So, corporate's your best option. >> For an hour and a half and they want you guys. >> It doesn't matter. Corporate. They want you guys to leave. I mean, I'll leave, but I want you to he's telling me to come back on document this and everything and then corporate. Yeah, that's good. Then you can deal with corporate or even if you want to sue them or everything, but for this time, >> he was just going to give us another room. He told me he wasn't going to give me my incidentals back. Why? I don't know. >> Your incidentals? >> Yeah. Our uh deposit deposit. Um, so I get out cuz you text >> your ID on you. >> I do not. Um, hold >> mine. >> You don't have any ID? >> Mine? >> No. >> Ma'am, >> get her name. >> When officers asked for basic personal details, they quickly unraveled her genius espionage strategy, checking into a budget motel using a completely fabricated identity. I have a hard time to believe that you don't have a driver's license ID or anything like that. >> I don't. >> That's why I asked who's the who's the room under? So even who's I did you give to the front desk? >> Yeah. No, I had a that's not my name. Just so you guys remember. >> Who's that? >> A card I'm using. >> But whose card? >> Card I'm using. >> Where'd you get it? >> My friend. >> Who's your friend? >> Listen. Okay. >> I don't know what the deal is or what you're doing. You're not telling me corporate lady is corporate is not my problem. >> While she was busy giving a master class in aggressive debate, the officers stumbled upon the hilarious plot twist that her actual name came with an all-inclusive pre-existing arrest warrant. >> Okay. If your name's Danielle, you have a warrant. >> My name is not Danielle. >> The last name. That's why I'm asking you for a driver's license because if you're giving me a false name, it's going to be an extra charge. >> I don't have a driver's license. My driver's license is suspended. I don't have a car. Perhaps the car. >> I don't drive anymore. >> Yeah. I You know what? These people are saying I don't Do you mind if I step in the hallway so you can talk to them? >> You want me to give him the phone? You go ahead and run this. >> I don't have a warrant. So has a name. There was a driver's license that was >> That's fine. I get it. There was a driver's license. There's a driver's license given to a driver's license to the front desk at checkin. I heard about >> I heard about the accident that happened in well Matt or wherever that >> Well, that's what that warrant is for. >> Okay. >> It's not my warrant, but it's for someone's. >> Okay. Well, this name doesn't come back anything and the photo on the driver's license doesn't look like you. You're going to be getting fingerprinted to ID who you are >> here. You could look in my purse, but I still want to talk to my >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Oh, I was just with you. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> We're figuring this out. >> He said I have a warrant and I don't have a warrant. My name >> I'm in. >> Yes, I used a fake ID. >> Huh? >> I used a fake ID to get >> It's not mine either. Sorry. Okay, you could take me for >> I just want her ID. That's all. >> I don't have an ID. money. >> So, here's the thing. If you're going to use a fake ID to check in, though, that person's going to have a warrant. And >> they ask for ID. >> They have an ID on file for her. >> Oh, >> I don't know if they did or they didn't, but it doesn't matter cuz I don't have a real ID. >> It's someone else. >> I had some sort of ID. Okay. And >> yeah, somebody else's. I had a credit card that belongs to somebody else. >> I had brain damage. >> What are you doing? Get over here. less than >> Yeah, I know. What the [ __ ] are you doing? >> Come on. No, I don't. And you guys got I just gave him my name. I gave him my birthday. So, I don't know what >> Hold on. I have an ID and I gave you my birthday. Don't miss it in the floor. >> This room is dirty. There's glass behind. I need to get right now. >> You push it and stuff. That ain't going to help us. >> Okay. >> No, but I'm saying I gave you my name. >> That name you gave us birthday. >> That name you that name of birthday you gave us doesn't come back to anybody with a >> Yeah, it does. >> He ran that. >> You want me so bad now? >> I don't care. But you're not going to lie to me about your name when you have >> I didn't. My last name is EMTT, right? >> This isn't my This isn't my first date. >> My birthday. If you're going to give a fake name to rent this room, this is the BS you're going to have to go through if it's not you. >> I think >> that's the game you play. >> Well, you know what? >> I'm going to play I'm going to play this I'm going to play this game better than you. >> Okay. So, anyways, um you're not going anywhere. There's nowhere to go. And I'll sit right here. >> Sit right there. >> You know what, dude? I hate these [ __ ] because these mother You know what? By all means, thank you for your safety. Thank you for everything you do. I >> This can simply be avoided by either giving me your ID, showing me an ID. >> As a girl, >> I haven't. I'm telling you. I >> You told me you've been issued an ID under that name because your license is suspended. So, you have an ID? >> No, my license has been suspended since I got a DUI in seven years ago. >> That's fine. So, you've had an ID or driver's license issue? >> No, I have not. >> You've never been issued a driver's license when you turned 16? Anything like that? Never. >> I don't have that. >> Okay. I'm going to get then my next step now is to get a photo of your driver's license with the warrant, the photo associated with that driver's license. And then if that's you, you're going to jail and I'm going to and I'm going to charge you with obstructing. >> Okay? This is your final chance to give me your real name, your real date of birth, or your driver's license or ID. You're making this more than you're making this into something it doesn't need to be right now. >> Yeah. Well, it Yeah. No, you are. >> I I know. I've I've played this game before and I've won every single time I've played this game. >> Well, I didn't win. How'd you win? >> Well, I arrest the person and then I charge him with obstruction. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. I wasn't I wasn't born yesterday. I know how these games go. I'll play the game. I'll do the song and dance for you. Try all the names and birthdays you're going to give me. You're still going to go to jail and then you're going to catch another charge. >> Yeah. >> So, that's how that's how this is that's how this is going to go. It doesn't matter. One letter is not going to make a difference. Well, >> it's not like he ran. It's not like he spelled it. >> That's [music] not a fake person. >> You're refusing to give us a physical hard copy of an ID. You're aware of a warrant with a fake. >> No, I don't have a warrant. >> You mentioned you knew about it in there that you're using a fake name. You got a fraud in a credit card that you're using for the room. >> No, >> no, I'm using my own credit card. >> You gave me a credit card for the name of >> Okay, cool. Where is it? >> In his pocket. >> Yeah, that's him. >> Not me. >> Oh, he just said it wasn't him. >> I lied. >> We're on a streak of that right now. >> We're on a streak of that right now. >> We spelled your name correctly and there's still no record. So, you're telling me the wrong name. >> Double checked it. Double check the first day. So, >> you have a different name. >> Oh, that's weird. >> Say that one more time. >> No. Once they doublech checked her impressive criminal resume, the officers kindly decided to upgrade her room reservation to a non-negotiable stay behind bars. Danielle >> here. Look at me. >> Look at me. >> Thank you. >> Yep. That's you. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> I know. >> I have something. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. What? Put your hands out your back. >> Put your hands out your Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands. >> Don't worry about it. >> Oh my god. You need to get your hand. >> Ow, dude. What the >> We're good. >> Make sure that cuz we put you in the car. >> A little bit much. >> Okay. Do you want your handcuffs to fit or do you want them to be too tight? >> That was how it felt. Was too tight >> because I was making sure it was doing the [ __ ] all the way. >> That's not cool, dude. Please. in front of the judge. >> Do you have anything else on you that's going to cut poke stick me? Anything you should not have took it all? It's a little >> If it was [snorts] a weekend, >> I don't have anything. >> I have lighters I think in my pocket. >> You don't need all your pocket. >> I can reach in my pocket lighters. Take them. >> I will go through your pocket now at this point. >> Take them, please. The lighters. Like what the hell can you give it to him? Oh [ __ ] Right. >> [ __ ] >> That's from in there though. >> Okay. >> They found a crack. But it's from in there. That's from in there. >> Crack. >> You need That's what that >> How are you holding? You said you threw your rock over here. >> I took pictures. >> I said take a car. >> I said pebbles first. Take her to a car. Yeah. Stand with her. She was ultimately given a VIP personal escort straight to the squad car, enjoying a complimentary chauffeur ride to complete her five-star booking at the station. >> My gym shoes on. >> I need to relax. Hey, >> I'm not going to keep [ __ ] relaxing, [ __ ] >> God damn it. Let me put my gym shoes on, >> Danielle. >> Let me put my gym shoes on. >> You ain't get no shoes the way you're going. >> God, dude. You >> are you serious? Let go. My arms hurt. My >> ar no [ __ ] shoes. Why would you pretend that they were no [ __ ] shoes? >> You did that to yourself. >> I Cuz they were slippers. I can't walk. I'm I'm injured. Throw your shoes on. >> On my right side. >> Throw your shoes on. >> Thank you. >> Can you Can I bend down to get my shoe on? >> Put your foot in it. Turn the camera. Turn the camera. >> What? Have a seat. What are you telling me? >> Put the window down. >> Well, we're standing here with the door open. I'm guessing. >> Hold on. >> Yeah, you will be. That's where the one. >> Everybody has an opinion, and the people who left comments below this video are no different. She calls the cops because of a dirty hotel room. Wait till she sees that jail cell. Here's strong evidence that criminals are generally dummies who don't believe they are dummies. She's using stolen credit cards, has warrants, but calls the cops because her room is dirty. Call Mensa. The bystanders were clearly fed up, but did their intervention actually make it worse? I want to hear your logic below. This Karen was accused of several crimes, including resisting arrest, hiding her identity, and having a forged identity document. What should have been a straightforward run-in with the law became a far more serious legal matter as a result of her conduct, leading to several accusations. The lesson is that lying about your identity and resisting police can quickly turn a minor encounter into serious charges. Subscribe to Law Frame to witness more master classes and how not to handle authority, jumping right into the next disaster because waiting around isn't in anyone's playbook. On December 2nd, 2024, police were called after a lady allegedly repeatedly threatened to kill a male resident and shoved a DCF inspector during an examination. The investigator recorded no injuries. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to go ahead and ask you to raise your right hand. >> Do you swear and affirm everything you're about to tell me is the truth, the whole truth? Nothing but the truth. So, help you God. You understand falsifying a police report or any statements is a crime under Florida state statute? I do. And do you wish to pursue charges if a crime has occurred? >> Yes. >> Okay. Uh in your own words, what happened today? >> So I initially came out to the home earlier, right, to try to speak with the mom and u make contact with her. >> She refused to answer the door for me. So uh the dad told me, he was like, "I'll let you in just to try to help her." So I waited for dad to get here. Me and dad both went in and she was laying in her bedroom on the bed. She's naked, just so you know. >> And um he was telling her like, "Hey, DCF's here to ask you a few questions." She said she didn't want to get up. Um, and so I went to the doorway and I was like, "Hey, do you remember me?" You know, I did see her at the hospital. I'm like, "Hey, I'm just here to see if you need any help." Like, then she said that the dad beat the [ __ ] out of her with a pillow and like it knocked her unconscious. She's just rambling, you know? And so I'm like, "Hey, like I understand. I'm just here to, you know, see what I can do for you basically." Um, so I was trying to build rapport and then I'm like, "Hey, I know she went to like a rehab call." I'm like, "Did you go there before? She just instantly jumps out the bed and I'm in the doorway and she charges towards me and she's like, "You need to get the [ __ ] out the house now, bitch." And I'm like, "Okay." Like at this point it's like, "Okay." Um, and then so she pushes me and I'm like, "Hey, you don't have to push me." Like I'm walking to the door. Then as I'm like walking to the door in, he was um at the back door. Then she pushes me again into the door and I'm like, "Hey, like you don't have to put your hands on me. I'm walking out the house now. It's fine." Um, and so then at that time I just walked outside. Me and him both left. And then I call law enforcement. >> Okay. Um, do you have any marks or anything on you that you know of? >> No, no marks or bruises or anything. >> Okay. Uh, if you can just put your hands out for me and you can flip them. >> Yep. >> And she pu how did where did she push you? >> She pushed me Okay. So, initially this is a doorway. She initially pushed me like this as I was walking to the door. Then when I got to the door, she walked around this way and then pushed me this way into the actual front door. >> All right. Do you mind pulling up your sleeve a little bit just to see if there's any redness or anything? All right. And the other side. And you said your head like hit the doorway or anything. >> My shoulder did like Yeah. At the um like the handle and the lock. That's when I went >> got back, right? >> No, he um >> I know he went to go pick up the kids. >> He has them. He's a few minutes away. He didn't want the kids to be here, so he's dropping them off right in the neighborhood with a friend. >> Perfect. No worries. >> So, yeah. >> Sounds good to me. All right. Well, you're good to sit in your car. If you even want to pull it up over here, you're more than welcome to. Yeah, absolutely. >> All right. Thank you. >> The resident bravely disclosed his advanced survival strategy of simply avoiding his own house right before the woman decided to showcase her hospitality by shoving an inspector and promising a double homicide for good measure. >> There's been so many out here that >> I'm sorry. >> I do now. >> Yeah, it's the glasses. I know it's it's intentional. Um, can you go and raise your right hand for me? Do you surrender from everything you said to me today? Is the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth to help you, God? Yes. You understand falsifying police reporter statements is a time of the federal state statute. I do. >> Okay. Um and just confirming you saw Mallerie shove >> um you saw her do that twice and then she made a statement that she was going to kill >> murder me. >> Murder you. Okay. Did you find any video footage or anything like that? Nothing on the ring that would like you can at least hear anything. >> Maybe. >> If not, it's okay. Um, where is she at right now? In the bedroom? Probably. >> She naked still. >> Probably. >> Probably. >> Um, >> she died. >> She stays naked. >> I mean, >> 35. >> What' you ask? >> Uh, basically, does she have any mental issues? She struggles with drug addiction. And >> yes. >> Yeah. No, that's all we got was us just walking out the door. Don't worry. >> Okay. All right. Um, we'll uh follow you in. Um, >> when she sees me, she's going to flip out. So, >> we're going to be right there. Okay. >> We're not going to let her hit you up. >> Yeah, she's cute. >> And I'm sure there'll be false allegations. >> That's okay. >> We're ready for that. You can right here. >> Should have, could have. >> We were just discussing. >> I know. I watch out for the cat food. Do I need to let you in about stepping out or what? >> I'm going have open the door and we go in. >> Yep. When officers invited her to join police custody, she responded with a graceful martial arts display, tensing up, flailing away, and generously delivering a direct kick to a cop's hand. have a camera right there. >> Mallerie, it's Palm Bay Police Department. Come on out. [music] >> Come out or we're coming in. That's fine. [music] >> What? >> Fine, baby. Pity, open up. >> God damn it. >> Come here. >> You got a shirt you can put on or >> Nope. >> No, you don't have a shirt you can put on. Yes, I have clothes here. >> Okay, >> [ __ ] I'm going to curse you. >> That's fine. >> Your whole [ __ ] family. >> All right. No worries. You do you. I do me. >> I'm going to curse you, too. And you, [ __ ] >> You want to walk around with a blanket or >> Yeah. something. >> I will show you. >> I'm going to curse you and you, mama. >> Relax. >> And you, too. That's fine. And you, too. >> Come on. Beat me up and I'll curse you more, >> [ __ ] >> Did you just try to kick her? >> Yep. No, she didn't kick me some more, [ __ ] >> That's fine. >> God damn. You son of a [ __ ] are going to learn cuz you're God's favorite like I am. >> You going to [ __ ] learn. You going to [ __ ] learn. I got your car mine. >> I got which one right here. >> Andy, I'm going to curse you too, [ __ ] Your legs. >> Oh, and I'm going to get you this cuz you're a woman. You deserve it the most. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. What time for All right. Go ahead. >> All right. Who's going to get shot? >> During her luxury transit, she turned the back seat into a private demo site, passionately headbutting the metal partition and using her new handcuff accessories to redecorate the interior. Sorry. All right. Oh, no. How am I going to lift? You can grab one right here. It's solid. >> Problematic. >> Yeah. You remember her? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yep. >> We were actually best friends. >> Yeah, Kelsey was really good friends with her. >> All right. >> Oh, yeah. This one's going to be a problem. So, she's naked, though. Kayla's like, I might rethink that then. >> All right. Ready when when you are, sir. Ready? >> Yep. >> Huh? >> Turn the car. >> Do you have clothes for her? You said >> I got a dress. >> A dress. Do you want to grab that right there? Really bad. Really bad. That just show in real life. She lied and said I hit her. I just wanted her out of my house. I feel bad. All right, I'm going over your head. I'm going to uncuff your right side and then you can put your arm through and bring it down. Okay. Okay. All right. Put your right hand through your uh dress up here and then pull it down and clean that side. Real nice. [ __ ] are real nice on me in this t [ __ ] >> Relax. >> Don't All right, turn around. Place the car again. >> Don't worry about the uh the other thing. >> Okay. All right. You going over here to this van? >> I bought that [ __ ] pass on. Nope. Just take your time. After a delightful detour to the hospital for a medical clearance, where she treated the ER staff to yet another grand finale tantrum, she was finally escorted to her dream destination, the Brevard County Jail. >> Why did I get clearance? >> All righty then. >> God damn it. Why are you strapping me up so much? >> I'm done. We're going to put you in the chair so you don't have to walk. >> Oh, yeah. Really? >> Kindle if you can check that. >> You should have took me to the second hospital. Look at this goddamn >> That's where we're at. >> Can you take uh pictures of it, please? on. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You want to pull your car or >> Okay. Way away right here. those extra anchors in that back. >> These things. >> Okay. Um, >> what's that for? >> I have no idea. >> Keep your feet together, I think. Yeah, >> that's for the ankles. Can you put >> this? Uh yeah. They're going to ask why I want to do the seat belts. Um, >> we s back first and someone just pull on the other side. swing around. >> You're going to have to loosen this handcuff, but nothing's getting loosened. Yeah, we're >> ran out of need help. You're >> fine. Yeah, I just don't make towards the rock. She's going to come up with me cuz uh to me too. >> Someone's coming. >> I got to see I'll tell you now. >> Um >> did they give Did they give the discharge paperwork yet? >> Thanks guys. It says >> it says clear for jail on it. >> What? >> It says clear for jail on it. >> What? >> I was saying it said clear for jail on it. You know how sometimes they don't write it and then the jail's like, "Oh, we need it to say it." >> Yeah, it says clear. >> Given the bizarre circumstances, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. Nasty. This woman need to stay in jail for a long time. Proud of the husband for 10 years sobriety drugs. This Karen faced several serious allegations including violent resistance to an officer and assault on a designated official or employee. Her reported aggressive actions and physical resistance during the police reaction was the basis for these allegations. The lesson is that assaulting an investigator, threatening others, and violently resisting arrest can quickly turn a confrontation into serious criminal charges. Next clip starts now. Let's see who's testing their luck this time. >> Why are you arresting me? >> For battery domestic information. >> On January 16th, 2024, in response to an allegation of domestic abuse, Palm Bay police officers arrived at the intersection of Martin and Thor Avenue. Officers intervened in a verbal altercation between an adult man and an adult female. >> Hi guys. My dad's on his way to come pick me up. >> All right. What's What's going on? His dad's on My dad's on my way to pick me up. He comes from Fo. He just beat me and I left to go walk to the neighbor's house and I came back to go get my stuff. That's all I did. >> I have nothing on me. I have nothing on me. >> He beat me. >> I have bruises all over. He choked me out and I left to go to the neighbor's house to go call my dad and he's on his way to come get me. I swear to God and everything. I didn't do anything wrong. Please don't arrest me. >> I swear to God I didn't do anything. How did it start? >> He started. He He beat me and then he left the house. He gave me the house keys. I did not touch him. I have bruises all over me. >> Please don't arrest me. I'll be you. I have the court on Thursday. I'm begging you. Please calm down. The lady boldly spun a tale of being choked and battered, though the officers could only spot a mystery bruise from another era along with her obvious dedication to liquid refreshments. >> What happened? What happened for you to go to court? What happened? What happened? >> What happened in that incident? >> What do you mean? You said you have >> He beat me. He beat me. He has I have multiple battery charges on him. No, we have multiple battery charges on each other >> and he and he dropped it and now I have to go for resisting for resisting arrest >> for Thursday. >> I swear to God, I went to go I Yes, I went to go to the house to go get my things and he freaked out on me. >> Were you Was it Were you supposed to go a court order? >> No, I live there. That was three months ago. >> What happened yesterday? >> And I've been at his neighbor's house here yesterday. >> It No. No. >> I promise you all I was trying to do is get my stuff in. >> I'm begging you not not to arrest me. I'm begging you not to do that to me. All I was trying to do is get my belongings. He stole my credit card and everything. And all I wanted to do is get my stuff and leave. I copy that. >> You showed up to get your belongings. >> Yes. With the neighbor. What did he throw at you? >> He his phone. And he threatened my dad with a gun. >> When? >> And he has a gun that's not even registered in his car. >> Yesterday. Last night. He has a car. >> Yesterday. >> I How? I don't have my phone. >> He He took my phone. No, he took my phone. He used to have my phone for 2 days. He took my phone away from me or else I would have called the cops. >> Meanwhile, the man presented a slightly more compelling museum of fresh injuries complete with bite marks, swelling, and scratches courtesy of her surprise midnight wakeup call. >> I know he I know he just talked to you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Can you run me through what happened? >> Okay. So, uh I'm going to start everything starts from yesterday that she >> I don't I don't want to know about yesterday.
