So the stores all have uh what's called loss prevention departments, people that keep an eye on the camera. A lot of times they dress like normal when they roam around the store so that they can kind of keep an eye on it. Um that might be who she is. Hey, I don't know what's going on. So, all we were trying to do was identify her so we could give her the proper trespass. She wanted to obstruct. So, that's why we had to take her into forceful custody cuz she kept trying to obstruct us and get away from us. Well, and she was being disorderly. So, she did de-escalate it. I finally tried to get her to check out and just leave. She kept yelling. She said she wanted to check out up here, so I escorted her. We stopped at floral. I tried to check her out there. Then she said she paid for it. I didn't even care about the ticket. I just wanted her to leave. Okay. She she kept yelling. She came back over here and started yelling at teammates again. I came back over here. That's when I told them over here to call the police. Yeah, you can see the behavior she had with the police once she realized she was That's the type of behavior she had before they showed up. have her removed. Okay. I gave her every opportunity to pay for it and leave. So, she made physical contact with some of your employees? Supposedly over in the deli. I haven't been able to verify it. Okay. Uh do you have camera footage? We uh that we can review? I'm going to Do they want to press charges for battery or do they just want her gone? She's going to get a charge tonight. Okay. and was mad with another worker about Styrofoam plates. We don't have any. But they've been out for over 3 hours. So, when she got here, they already weren't there. She was mad saying that Mad because there wasn't Styrofoam plates. The entitlement. What the one she was mad at went back there and started talking about her. But she went back there to tell everybody else we don't have any plates. So, when I heard she was cussing, I came around and she was in face talking to like saying you and you up and I'm calling for you, all that. And so I told her we haven't had any Styrofoam plates for a while. And she got in my face and said, "No, I got the last one. You remember I got the last one." I said, "Okay, whatever, you know." I know she didn't, so I'm not going to argue. And when she got in my face, that's when I smelled the breath. And I know she Yeah. And that's when Yeah, obviously under the influence of alcohol. She like shoved me and she she didn't do it hard, but she Don't touch me. Did she kind of do like this or >> like a Well, you don't know. Okay. It wasn't like a attack, but it was don't touch me, please. Okay. And so, that's when she kept getting more mad and I could tell it wasn't going to like in line >> get faced and I kept telling her it's all well, and she goes, "I'm fine, but you're not." and just kept saying stuff like that. And she kept coming back and just standing there. Okay. So, I called like and once I back she got even more mad and then started doing that all in my face again. her ma'am and she thought he said dude. Okay. So, she went really Yeah, and then that's when told me to just walk away and I stayed away since then. I talked to her, so I got your information. I'm going to take her to the station. And uh obviously she's already on the ban list here, so she's trespassing here. If she comes back, you see her, you know, you know, notify us. We'll come back out and arrest her. The woman was charged with battery, trespassing, and resisting arrest. All right, battery, trespassing, and resisting arrest. I don't know. Let's see. We don't have an outcome, but battery um disorderly conduct, resisting arrest. Yeah, I mean honestly, that fits. She goes in the store, acts unruly, acts entitled, and because and then believing that nobody's going to challenge her, and they gave her every opportunity to leave the store. Finally police had to get involved. Then she pretends like she's the victim. "All I was just trying to do was buy this food." But you saw the real her come out as soon as they they continued to talk to her. So, then she just was being difficult and um racist and saying nasty things and uh yeah. So, look. Is what happens when you break the law. This is what we call accountability. And uh she got held accountable and I like the way that they handled it. They finally they gave her every opportunity, but then they got her in cuffs, got her in the car so that she was no longer being disorderly for in front of the store. So, let me know what you think.
