Why are they letting him follow her like that? Oh, bam. There we go. Look, all y'all can be mad. He could have just walked away, come back and checked on his phone later. Somehow he thought that the police were involved were responsible for his bad actions and his inebriated behavior. He follows her. He got exactly what he had coming to him and now he's going to go to jail. I'm not resisting. Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. Give me your arm now. He's not as tough now that he's got the the male officers. I'm not resisting. I asked a simple question. I asked for information. So, let me ask you for information. No, you're snatching at officers and putting your hands on people. I never touched that officer. You lied. Check his waistband for guns and stuff. I have never touched that Can you roll this way? I have never touched that Just uh roll him over and we'll get him get him up. All I asked is a simple question for information. I asked for info I asked for information. Now, now now he followed her in aggressive manner and they weren't going to wait till he did something to her or grabbed her or maybe grabbed her gun. Whatever he was planning on doing, they stopped him before that cuz he was following her in an aggressive manner. Ma'am, I asked for information. No, you didn't. I asked for your card and your information. I asked for your card and your I'm not doing nothing wrong. I asked for a card and information. Y'all can drop me off home. This whole asking for card and information, badge numbers, you can get it off the report. It's all on body cam. Everything now is being so documented in law enforcement. You get it on the CAD, which is the the computer-aided dispatch when they call 911. You can tell who was there on the on the call. So, it's you don't need their badge and information the way people think. But when they get drunk, they're just not thinking rational. I asked for a card and information. for a card and information. Come on, man. Besides, what does he want your card and information for? She couldn't find his phone. Okay, that's his fault, not her fault. I asked for a card and information. >> She started getting the paperwork for you. She didn't do nothing. Now you're going to jail. Is your is your name Darius? I asked for a card and information. Tell me they found his phone. No, all I asked was for a card and a Is your name Darius? All I asked was for a card and a >> name Darius? I'm just asking for Your debit card that you were looking for was found in your right pocket. There you go. I didn't ask about a no debit card. So, he paid with his debit card. No, you asked about that and your phone, of which they don't have your phone. The debit card that you were looking for was in your pocket. That's what I asked him about. >> Okay, it's not in there. Why don't we told you that? It is. All we got to do is You wanted to do the most. I asked her for some All I asked was for card and information. Does anybody else get so frustrated with the repetitiveness of these people who are under the influence where they ask for the same thing 50 times? I did. What are you talking about? All I asked is for a card and information. All I asked was for her card and information. Can you hold that for a second? I asked for a card and information. card and information Folks, all he asked for was the card and information. You need to relax, okay? All I asked for was Whatever you have in your pockets, you need to relax, okay? I don't have nothing in my pockets. I got these shorts from my cousin. Stop doing that. I'm So I know it feels like they're not resisting, but you're not there when you're putting hands on people, you can tell whether they're resisting. You can feel them fighting against you. Their legs, they're not complying with what you're asking them to do. Stop doing that. Oh, boy. Coke. He's in trouble now. >> [laughter] >> Oh, boy, he had some cocaine. Listen, if you got cocaine on you or drugs on you, you should probably just pack up, say yes, sir, thank you, ma'am. Thank you for trying to find my phone. I will come back here tomorrow when I'm feeling a little more clear-eyed and clear-headed. But no, no, no, no, he had to just make a he had to be difficult and now they found cocaine on him. All right. So they did a NIK test, you see, NIK. A NIK test is a field test. We can take just a little smidge of whatever we find cuz we in our report we're going to identify it as a white powdery substance. After a field test, a NIK field test, we identified that white powdery substance was identified positively for cocaine. So that's how the report will sound, somewhat along that lines. In this particular case, they take a little bit, they tested it, it tested positive for cocaine. Then the next thing you'll do is you'll weigh it because the amount of cocaine matters for charging and the amount of the drug you have can make vary in from state to state, but it will matter what kind of felony you might get based on the amount. So they'll also weigh it and put in the report how much cocaine. The man was charged with the following offenses following the incident at the bar. Assault on a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine. $2,500 bond. You can tell it's Florida, not some of these other states we've been dealing with where they just like basically surprise they don't pay some of these criminals, let alone bog him in a bond. Bond $2,500, resisting an officer without violence, bond $1,000, trespassing in an occupied structure, bond $500. While bonds were set for the drug and trespassing charges, the judge ordered no bond for the assault on the officer, resulting in him being booked Okay, so no bond means they're not getting released. So now it results in him being booked in there and being held until he uh has a plea hearing. into the booking release center, BRC, and remaining in custody rather than walking free. >> Yeah, okay. No more details than that, but that's a change from what we're used to, right? This time around, he gets $2,500 bond, $1,000 bond, $500 bond, but the judge then says, nope, no bond on the assault on a law enforcement officer, you're staying in jail. And he will stay there until he gets his his case is adjudicatory, takes a plea, or his lawyer fights to maybe get him out or get a bond. But I'm guessing he's probably still in there until he takes a a plea. So let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Did this guy get what he had coming to him? Or were they too were they a little excessive? I think he got what he had coming to him. Everything I saw was good work. Well done, Orlando. Uh man, the rain's coming down here now. All right, guys, we'll see you on the next video.
