I know that all of a sudden he's calling my daughter by her first name, which means he's listening to their conversations enough. What did you see him do? Running through the water, acting like a complete Okay. turkey? I mean Okay. All right, everybody, welcome back to Friday with Dayton today. Yep, I'm new. I'm usually behind the camera, so this is a change. >> that puts all the videos together, and I talked him into doing a Friday with with Dayton today. So >> Yep. Dayton, we got some McDonald's, right? Yep, we tried to go for the ramen fries like we did last week, but they forgot the seasoning, so we're sticking with the normal fries. And we got a video from Midwest Safety. This one is uh water park creep finally gets what he deserves. We haven't seen it. Let's go. Officers are called to a water park about a male reported to be exposing his private parts with children around in the public showers >> as well as yelling and screaming about random things. The investigation proceeding, however, So clearly this guy's got a problem. Exposing himself to the kids in the showers, cops are called. didn't go according to plan. Hopefully they hold him accountable. At first we thought he was like a family member or a friend. >> Yeah. But I mean, if it looks not right to you guys, just call us. We'll come and figure it out. So then you guys don't have to be worried about it. And you said he jumped in this thing? Yeah. He was lying in it full on with a kid. And the mom was there watching. But we we finally realized he was Shame on him. probably not right. What is wrong with people, Dayton? Well, the first red flag is what is a grown man doing at a water park by himself? Exactly, with a bunch of kids hanging around. He was what? Taking the little girls that they play at the water park that feel very uncomfortable. >> Can you tell me what what happened? Um We were told that he was over here exposing himself and I didn't see that part, but I know that all of a sudden he's calling my daughter by her first name, which means he's listening to their conversations enough. What did you see him doing? Running through the water, acting like a complete Okay. turkey, I mean. Okay, like like he appeared to be intoxicated or something like that. >> oh yeah. You already got multiple people reporting this. And it is creepy that if he's calling the daughter by the name and he's just some random dude. Okay. I'll talk to you over here. Hello. What did you see him doing? He was coming over here close to the stage and he just fell and acted. Drunk? Yes. And then the kiddie pool. He was where? In the kiddie pool. In the kiddie pool. >> Yeah, he was Okay. in it. And I thought Okay, my first reaction was Right. I thought he was just playing around. I thought he was going to go to the doctor. So, I went over to him and asked him to come out of the pool. I told him he could get out of the kiddie pool. Mhm. He said, "What do you want me to ask?" And he didn't get out. He didn't get out of the kiddie pool. He was just sitting there. Okay. And then, ma'am, what's what's your last name? I would like to decline. I It just helps Oh, right. It helps She is allowed to decline, but the problem is is that obviously we need witnesses and we need people that will be victims. She doesn't have to be the victim in this particular case because it's a the nature of the crime, you don't often times need a victim for exposure like this, but it certainly helps. Uh clearly she doesn't Because that's not right. And the more people that we have to do like go say, "Hey, yeah, he was doing this." Okay. I am going out of town very soon, so I won't be contactable. Yeah, no worries. Okay. What's your last name? And same with her, you saw him jumping in that little kiddie pool there? Yeah. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Have a good trip. Enjoy your vacation. Besides the kiddie pool, did you see him taking off clothing? Did you see him taking off hair dye? I did not, but they they had been watching him before I got here. Okay. So, I would check the staff. And birthday? I'll look at day over 20. Thank you so Look at him. Look at him uh uh playing into it. Well done, right? >> Yeah, very good. This might come out of a jar. I I can't even grow hair anymore, so you got [laughter] me there. I appreciate you. But the fact that he called her Nikki, which is her nickname. Okay. And we were here yesterday, so was he you know, I don't know was he here yesterday and overheard you right and I don't know if he was or not. I just know that like I said today her little radar went off and she's like mom he just called me by my name. Okay, did she stop playing and everything? >> Yeah, oh she immediately she they didn't want to go back over there without me. Okay. Or one of us parents being right there and So the kids were creeped out, too. Yeah, that's pretty bad. Yeah. Even then they were hesitant. We're going to get him I'm excited to see what this guy looks like. I know. All right. We got to pick I wish we had a bingo card or something. What is this guy I haven't seen him yet. Do you think he looks like a total creeper? I'm sure he's going to be the most quintessential creep [laughter] of all time. Let's see. >> male suspect. Two officers now approach him on their bikes right as he attempts to leave the water park. Can I just go put him in handcuffs? Yep. Oh. Oh boy. >> Definitely points for the ponytail. Pony tail, balding, glasses. Oh, I got to see the face. There you go. Shove him in the ground. >> Now you're under arrest for disorderly conduct. You got cuffs? We got him. You're under arrest if you're wondering. You injured at all? Yes. Where you injured at? Your what? Your left eye? [ __ ] straighten your leg. I told you you wouldn't, you said you weren't, and now you're doing it anyway. I didn't say anything. >> In front of kids, too. You're the one taking a Of all the people to talk about what you're doing in front of kids, this guy's exposing himself in front of kids, and then he's mad because they roughed him up a little bit in front of kids. Yeah, he's got it backwards. And clearly he knows what's like he knows he's in the wrong. So. And he's holding on to every scrap of hair he's got back there. >> Yeah, he needs to give it up already. >> And the beard. You're taking showers in front of kids. No, I'm not, you [ __ ] I have my clothes on, you piece of [ __ ] He's a real piece of work, too. There's Stay right there. You got ID with you? Yes, I do. Where's it at? >> my bag. You know it. You know it's in my backpack. >> No, I don't. Okay, where at in your backpack? Get it out. This is in front of children. What's your first name, man? First name? Relax your hands, I'm going to take your wallet. Now he cares about what's being done in front of kids. What a turd. >> Watch out, forget it. There you go. I was going to [ __ ] Stay calm. You should have. In front of these kids, he's Oh my goodness, this guy. Well, that's not very nice. Where's your ID? It's in my bag. Where Where at in your bag? >> Open up your Why don't you go find it, piece of [ __ ] You can't open my bag. There you go. There you go. Does anybody feel bad that he's getting roughed up? This guy's out here creeping on kids, freaking kids out, um exposing himself. I don't think anybody feels bad about >> Not at all. So, I took his backpack. You scared of me? Mhm. No. I love it. This guy He didn't have handcuffs on him when they first caught him and yet now he's talking tough. This happens all the time where people will be like, "Oh, if these handcuffs aren't weren't on me Hey man, the handcuffs weren't on you 5 minutes ago, 3 minutes ago and you didn't do nothing. But he was a little bit of a pushover when they first showed up. >> start running his mouth until after he got thrown into the ground and put hand put in handcuffs. Just so you know, you've been audio and video recorded. I know I am. Okay. For the children you. Hey, he's now in custody. We were just going to have him leave and he decided to tense up on us and then after we put him down he was like, "I should have punched you." and he was just swearing around and all that stuff so. You better let me walk home. You better let me walk home. Why don't you just take a deep breath and relax and then we can have a conversation. All I'm trying to do is have a conversation with you. That's it. Then take the handcuffs off. Nope. Oh, no. Oh, I I He These guys They They asked for the handcuffs to be taken off. Honestly, that's the last thing I want. I guarantee you it's like a little barking dog. Second you take these handcuffs on, he'd be right back to being, "Well, sir, I didn't mean it like that." Yeah. I don't want to do that. Take the handcuffs off and I'll talk to you. No, probably not. Probably not. Think I can't handle it. You taking me out of here and putting me in jail. We're over. We're done. I [ __ ] have it. Hey cat, how we doing? All right. You need someone to transport this guy? Okay, I'll call him. Hey dude, any of you guys over there have a car to transport this guy that we just caught? Thank you. Do you know why they need a car? Because they're bike cops. Oh, interesting. Okay. >> Yeah. If you didn't realize if you don't They pulled up on their bikes and made contact with this guy so they obviously need a uh caged unit to come and take this guy to jail. Do you want a fire department to take a look at you? [music] No. Okay. I I to walk home. Where is home? Right there and you know it. >> I don't know. I don't know who you even are. That's why I'm asking you all these questions. This is Officer [music and singing] Brennan. He's going to take your fingerprint. All right, we're going to start with your right finger. All right, so the reason why we know this statement because we've done a million videos. The reason why they're taking his fingerprint is clearly he doesn't want to ID himself, maybe doesn't have ID, and so they used to have to do what we talked about was a one roll where you take him to the jail. Yeah. Now they have these fingerprint things where they can just put their their uh give them their print right there, and it will ID them. And my guess is this may guy this guy may already be a registered sex offender. >> Any guesses on his name? Maybe a Clarence? >> [laughter] >> No offense to any Clarences out there, but finger here, okay? Right pointer finger. >> [music] [singing] [music and singing] >> All right, now we're going to go to your left one. Technology, baby. That worked. Uh if he just updated his information, we're going to call for you. Yep, I'll let you know. Thank you. [music] Yep. >> [singing] >> Are you going to relax? I am now. Okay. >> [music] >> Stand up for me, man. We'll walk around the station. >> his bike. You got it. Keep him away till I grab his bike. He's the one pushing him down. Oh, little tiny. But he said you weren't taking me out of here. Well, I tell you what. Oh god. Don't put me in that car. Sir, don't take it easy, please. Is he crying? He's starting TO CRY. HE'S CRYING. SO BASED ON THE wanting to go home and the crying now, how likely is it that this guy is intoxicated? Oh, highly highly likely that he's intoxicated, maybe under the influence of something else. And is there a >> Teddy. Teddy. Teddy. >> That's a pretty good creeper name. That's That's Teddy? Yeah. No. His warrants are mine from pulling fire alarms. Yeah, yeah. Oh my gosh, this guy sounds like a piece of work. >> Nice to meet him. Yeah, I didn't even recognize the guy. He looks He looks bad. Looks really bad, yeah. Exit. Yep. Was he fighty? Uh he immediately tensed up, said he shouldn't have punched us, and we put him on the ground. Okay. Nothing Nothing crazy. Nothing you can handle. This incident took place on July 15th, 2023 in Kent, Washington. While officers weren't able to get information that matched the initial call for service, the multiple stories about the suspect's misconduct in the kiddie pool as well as his resistance gave them probable cause to charge him with public nuisance and obstructing a law enforcement officer. The suspect, Theodore, also had a warrant for his arrest out of the Kent Police Department for tampering with a fire alarm. While the legal proceedings of this case aren't available, court records indicate Theodore has a history of complications with his competency to stand trial in other instances he's been involved. Once again, Dayton, we find these people that are they They got mental health problems, and they continue to release them because of competency issues. And what it does is put these folks right back into positions where they're predator you know, as a predator or creeping on children. >> Yeah. I mean, to be a parent, it's just disheartening to know that people like this can just come out because they're incompetent. >> Yeah. And the courts are probably a little bit too lenient with this. Frankly, if you are if you have a competency problem, you probably should be in a detention facility, a prison, or some type of facility until you are competent. Um I don't think that we should just give them carte blanche to go out and just continue to commit crimes because we've determined that they're they're not competent to stand trial. them, which has possibly resulted in delaying the case or shifting it toward mental evaluation rather than immediate prosecution. Theodore is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. I don't know, Dayton, what do you think? Did he look like the guy? He looked like the guy to me. I mean you could pick him out out of a lineup pretty easily just based on the description of what he was doing. I think so, too. I think so, too. And look, the people obviously called he was in there exposing himself. He's got a he's out hanging around where kids are hanging around. Like any sane adult is going to say to themselves, "Uh I probably ought not be here if I don't have children myself here." But he's in there messing around with the kids, being learning their names, using their names. This parent had to call. And then we find out that the court continued to It's not surprising it happened in Washington that he's continuing to get released, but uh Well, it's it's uh any sane and normal adult should be uncomfortable around anyone's kids. We were just at a an airport at a children's play area, and it was uncomfortable to have other children come up and want to talk to you. It's like Yeah. Don't mess with other kids. Like if they're not your own, if they're not yours, like just be normal and don't engage with someone you don't know, especially with children. >> Exactly. Well, this guy can't He obviously hasn't learned his lesson and out there being a creeper and What do you think? Did he fit the mold? Did he fit the mold with the He fit the mold for sure, Teddy. With the ponytail and the balding and the glasses and the chi voice. I mean, he's to me fit the the T as a creeper, so. >> Yeah. For sure. Well, they got him. They arrested him. Now, let's hope that the courts hold him responsible. He doesn't keep continuing to complain claim incompetence in these issues, so. >> Yeah. All right. How did Dayton do? Let us know. McDonald's, um, classic. >> I know. Classic. >> Can't say much bad about it, so. >> hoping to have the ramen on, but they didn't give us the ramen the ramen powder to put in on the fries, so we just had to go with the standard McDonald's fries, but, uh, let us know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and we'll catch you on the next video. See you.
