traveling greater than the posted speed
limit of 45 mph as he continued to
follow he observed the vehicle's brake
lights being activated multiple times
the vehicle also was seen deviating from
its designated
Lane we're still rolling here the
vehicle came to a slight stop before
fleeing at a high rate of speed F

TR the pursuit lasted over 2 and 1/2 mil
and reached speeds of 122
mph 23 pass 158 speed 94 mph light

which is why I tried to pull you over in

place and I don't make the dumb decision
drive drunk and everything else so so
you made a decision based on your
driving behavior your lane deviation
which is the reason I tried to pull you
over and then you flood on
Me based on that your driving behavior
during the pursuit the accident and then
my tests okay I determined that you're
under the influence of alcohol by Al
after failing multiple field sobriety
tests Alejandro was taken to the Kenosha
County jail and charged with vehicle
operator flee elude officer operating
while intoxicated First Defense armed
with firearm while intoxicated carry
concealed weapon without permit and
recklessly endangering
safety I mean you know you're sorry
that's great but it doesn't change the
fact of your actions Alejandro was
sentenced to 5 years in prison 2 years
initial confinement and three years with
extended supervision
