So, do you want Do you want to escalate it or, you know, >> [music] >> Oh, she's trying to drive away. There she goes. All right, let's get her. Okay, so what they she did is they put a spike strip underneath the back tire, and the way that works is if you run it over, it's got a bunch of spikes in it. There's different types. This one is like one of those it folds up. Um, so clearly, they probably just deflated the back tires. Do you want me to chase her? And And look, you she's not right. So, you can't just let her drive off. She's going to put everybody else in jeopardy, too. >> They don't look like they're going that fast. David to forward dispatch. I don't need that. No, I'm going to I've met all of you. You're cartel, and the real police are on the way. She has a breathalyzer. We were going to do that after you guys check her out. I'm fine. I'm I'm completely lucid. I was there on purpose. Okay. And you've ruined the rental car, so you're going to pay for it. Yes, the roof What do you think? Is she completely And frankly, they have zero liability in this rental car situation. That is going to fall solely on her. The rental car is ruined. You could have broken a major vein. And then you would definitely be in jail yourself. And I have done nothing wrong. >> The lighting's not good for her. You're treating me like a criminal. And the real police are on the way. Really? Once again, these grownups are you under arrest for DUI, okay? As well as fleeing to elude, resisting. So, I don't know if they didn't show all the FSTs, what they were doing was HGN. We've talked about this, horizontal gaze nystagmus. What you look for are whether the eyes can track. So, you'll use your pen, you move it side to side. And when there's intoxication, you're looking for it to whether it smoothly tracks or whether it's like a windshield wiper on a dry surface. You also look when it gets to this far side, when the police are holding it out way out here, you're looking for your when they're under the influence, the eyes will kind of bounce over there. Um same with when up and down, that'll kind of give you an indication of what the in level of intoxication if they're extremely intoxicated or not. To her arraignment was scheduled. Her defense filed a motion suggesting she was incompetent to proceed. Leading to court-ordered psychological evaluation. On August 20th, 2025 Judge Donna Padar issued an order finding her incompetent to stand trial. While the case status is currently listed as closed the docket shows that confidential psychological evaluations and reports continue to be filed as recently as February 3rd 2026 indicating ongoing monitoring by the Department of Children and Families DCF or a similar entity. So I mean, there's so many crazy people. She breaks the law, she's drinking and driving. Other people go to prison for that or jail at least. But she's found incompetent to stand trial. And apparently the case is closed and then she just has to go through This is one of the trouble problems cuz she's probably out and about in society still. Dropped abandoned. So, they dropped the first degree misdemeanor on the DUI. Unable to stand trial, unable to stand Look, I don't know. I mean, obviously she's got some mental health problems, that's for sure. And then alcohol or whatever else was going on there. She's living in her car and yeah, it doesn't surprise me that she's incompetent. Um but I guarantee you she's out there amongst us.
