Anything like that? Have you ever been inside her apartment? Never, sir? >> No. Okay. Okay. >> I literally just got back from picking up our >> That's what your folks are saying, right? Yeah. That's what your folks are saying. We're just like I said, dude, we got a call. >> We got to come check out, make sure everything's okay. >> Yeah. No, I literally just pulled in from >> Look, when the cops surround you like this, where this guy's over here on this side, she's over here. >> You're probably going to go in cuffs. >> Taking our neighbors are picking her daughter up from the school here and pulling in. >> Okay. All right. You've been drinking at all today? No, sir. >> No. No weapons on you? Nothing like that? >> Okay. Just walked in. You know what I mean? All right. Cool. >> Are you sure you weren't in that apartment, did you? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, she's not gonna show me a screenshot of you in that apartment, >> right? >> She's not. >> No. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> Oh, look at his face. He knew immediately he's like, "Oh crap, she's got cameras in there." >> Yeah. >> What'd she say? >> She fell in. >> This isn't you and her apartment. >> That was her. >> Who is that then, dude? >> I don't know. >> What are we doing now? >> Nothing. >> Now, now you're just lying to me, dude. >> Right. >> Ask her if she wants to send a complaint. >> Sing it alone. Okay. >> Yeah. One more chance. Yes, sir. Were you in that apartment? Yes, sir. You were in that apartment? I was. >> Okay. Thank you, Mark. All right. Let's let's let's work, dude. >> Oh, his name's Mark. >> Come on. >> It's got to be spelled with a C. >> Making sure the kids are okay because sometimes her older son is here and stuff like that. That's all I did. >> And just make sure because her son sometimes stays home from school. The door was was open. >> Are you freaked out, dude? Okay. >> Well, because I wasn't sure because, like I said, it was the door was open. I swear to God, and I just wanted to make sure that there was nobody there and stuff like that inside their their apartment, stuff like that. I didn't do anything wrong in their apartment. I just All I did was do a quick look around and I left, sir. All right. I didn't touch anything. I didn't do anything. >> Uh I mean, Mark, you >> I just All I did, like I said, sir, all I did was dude. >> Okay. I I hear I'm sorry. >> I hear you. >> It makes it a lot easier to work with you when you're telling us the truth. Okay. >> Like I said, the door was open. I just wanted to make sure that there was nobody in their apartment. >> I didn't. >> The door was open after I opened it. >> It's either a yes or a no. It's not a hard Is this something you have an agreement to walk in the apartment? >> No, no, no. I just, like I said, >> we got the deputies, too. Looks like a sheriff's office. >> The door the seriously the door is open. As you can tell, the doors actually we walked into the apartment. Okay. >> You still, you know, so I just wanted to make sure that everything was okay. Her son does her older son does stay home here. I just wanted to make sure it was okay and stuff, sir. >> Yeah. Slow down, dude. Okay. >> Have a seat here. Yes, sir. on the curb here. All right. >> How many times have you gone into that apartment, dude? >> This is the first time, sir. >> First time. >> Like I said, the door is open, which made me skeptic, right? >> Cuz her son does stay home here a lot by himself and stuff like that, >> which honestly does not make it any better when you're telling the c the police or the sheriff's deputies that her son stays there and you went in. >> So, I just wanted to make sure that, you know, everything was there was nobody else in the apartment. So, like I said, >> all right. And she's telling us that you didn't have permission to go in there, right? No, but like I said, >> the door was open, >> but I just so I wanted to make sure that there was nothing harmful with his with their older son >> cuz the older son does stay home quite often and stuff like that. >> What he should have done is as soon as he said yes, I went in there. That's it. Don't say anything more >> cuz now he's just digging and digging and digging. >> I hear you, dude. I hear you. Yeah, he's fine. He's fine. I I can't tell you anything. If he wants to tell you that, that's up to him. But he's not he's not going to jail. >> Yeah. Yeah. In just a second, boss. I appreciate it. He's not going to jail or anything right now. Okay. He's going to be issued a citation for trespassing. >> I'm missing I'm missing the the the start of this. So, the door is open to >> the door cracked open and the son stays home a lot, the older son. I think he's 12 or 13. And I saw this door cracked open. So I just peaked my head in there to to look and and make sure everything was okay because I didn't want the the kids to be harmed and I and I left. >> So when he was saying older son, he's [clears throat] not even talking about a 20 plus year old or an 18 plus year old. He's talking about a 12 or 13year-old and he's admitting to the deputies that he's walking in some apartment because he knows that the child is there alone sometimes. That's not good. any reason to believe that they were harmed or that they would be harmed? >> No, but we've had a we have some section 8 uh black people over here that have been broken in actually to our place and they walk around a lot. So, I just want to make sure that nothing was harmed to the kid. >> Yeah. No, but I mean that doesn't give a green light to start going in any any >> No, like I said, I all I did was just, you know, peaked in and stuff like that and and went right back out. Sir, >> Mark, you didn't just peek in, dude. Come on. Why Why are we lying? >> Well, you know what I'm saying? I I went in I went in there to make sure they see if the kid was there and stuff like that, you know, make sure if cuz he plays video games in his room and stuff like that, >> sir. Okay. >> No, no, you guys call 911, right? >> Okay. >> That that's what we do. If we're concerned about somebody inside or concerned about a 12 or 15year-old, >> you call the police and the police come in. >> Yeah. >> All right, everybody. The sponsor for today's video is Masa Chips. These things are delicious, by the way. Like, I love a good snack. I love chips, something salty, but I always feel like I'm compromising. And then you look on the back and you just see all the chemicals that they use to make these things nowadays. That's why when I found masa chips, these things are legit. They are made with 100% beef tallow, corn, and sea salt. That's it. Lime's probably my favorite, but I don't have that bag today cuz I ate it. So, you're going to have to go with this one. Go check out muscle chips.com, put in code word lamb, and get your discount today and you'll thank me later. Now, let's get back to the video. >> Um, >> because just judging by this call, it didn't sound like she was all too thrilled that you were in her apartment. >> No, I understand, sir. >> I get it. If we're all friendly, we're all on the same page, we got a an agreement between neighbors. >> Yeah, that's that's that's a one story, but another story is that >> are those his parents behind him? Does he live with his parents? And if he does, is anybody surprised? >> If we don't have that understanding, right? >> Yes, sir. So, >> you were just in there to check on these kids for some reason? >> Yes, sir. >> That's not strange to you. >> What do you mean? >> You have no agreement with her before. You haven't done this? >> No. Like I said, >> you've been in here before, correct? >> No. >> That's a lie, too. >> What do you mean? >> Cuz you've been in her apartment before. She has you on video. >> Oh, jeez. >> Okay. I I >> Arrest him. Take him to jail. Freaking liar. >> Lying to us before. We showed you a picture of yourself. You played the shaggy defense. Oh, that's not me. 100% piss you. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm not bullshitting you. >> I understand, sir. >> So, you need to stop. >> Okay, sir. >> If you if we find out you took anything, you're going to get charged with the burglary. >> I did not, sir. >> All right. >> I did not. >> We're here. We'll let you. >> Okay. Yes. >> Are you guys on a good terms? Speaking of relationship, you guys are on good terms. >> We say I >> have you ever been >> invited to that apartment before? >> Yes. >> Okay. by her. >> Yes. >> How long ago was that? >> Uh not talking to yourself. >> Actually, can you go inside for a moment? Just keep interrupting me and you're not involved in this. You want talk. >> All right. Sarge. Sergeant coming on scene and taking control. >> Upstairs neighbor had a a leak and she asked me to come in our apartment to see what the leak was and stuff like that and see if they can get hold of the upstairs neighbor cuz it was coming into their apartment. >> 8 months ago. You knocked on her door. >> No, no, no. She was out here and she knocked on my door and asked me if I can get a hold of the upstairs neighbor cuz their sink was leaking into her apartment. >> And at what point did you go inside her apartment? >> When she invited me to look at the damage that was causing >> that was 8 months ago. Have you gone in her apartment since? >> No sir. >> Okay. Has she invited you back? >> No sir. >> And she's willing to >> Do you have the authority to go inside? >> No sir. >> Okay. >> And today you are saying that there's an open front door? >> Yes sir. >> Um and how open was it? Uh, it was cracked by a couple inches. >> Yes, sir. >> Have you been drinking? >> Yes, sir. >> Lied about that, too. >> So, I changed >> cracked a couple inches. Um, and uh, you decided that. But do you hear anything inside? >> No, that's why I went in there and to check see if it was okay. >> But you don't hear any anything distressing inside? >> You don't hear anybody calling for help? >> You don't hear a boy or a young child calling for help? >> No. Cuz normally he's got his headphones on. He plays video games on his computer, but at this point, >> take him to jail out of sheer principle. I mean, this is a creeper. He knows that that kid's in there alone and went into the house. That's not a That's not a good sign. >> You just see that the door is just cracked open by about by an inch? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um, do you try calling out inside the apartment before you go in? >> No, sir. >> So, you didn't knock and say, "Hello, Lo. Is everybody okay?" You just walked? >> I did not. >> And did you get a response? >> No, sir. But like I said, normally he's got his headset on. >> What is his name? Do you know his last name? >> I do not, sir. >> Well, I'm just asking because you >> What do you mean normally? I thought he said he'd never been in there. How would he know whether the kid has his headset on? >> Very concerned about him. So, I anticipate you would at least know this person. >> 100%. >> Uh, I believe so. Yes, sir. >> Do you know what school he goes to? >> I do not, sir. >> Okay. Um, does he go to school? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. How old? He said 123. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, middle school? >> Yes, sir. >> You know, you don't know what middle school it is. >> I do not, sir. >> Okay. Um, >> does he take a bus? >> Uh, yes, he does. He pulled right over here. >> Okay. What time does the bus come back? >> I don't I I'm not sure. >> Okay. Do you see where I'm going with this? School's not even out. We're talking about 1:30 and school. >> I know, but normally sometime he he does stay home and father picks him up and stuff like that or >> No, no, but school day. >> I understand. So, sometime he does stay stay home. So, like I said, I was just concerned for their safety. That's all I did. >> I I I understand. I'm trying to just get to the to the to the indication of why you were concerned for his safety. What led you to think >> we've got some section 8 people over here and they've broken into my mom's apartment here already and stuff like that. They've broken into our uh bike room and stuff and they've stolen bikes. They've sat there and they've peed in they've peed in the back room and stuff like that. Um, like I said, they almost broke into my mom's place while she was home while I was at work. And so is this. >> And this is all documented for our police department. >> Uh, my mom didn't uh fill out a police report? No, she did not. >> Okay. What about the garage? >> He does live with his parents. And I got to believe his parents are outside because they know what their son is. >> Yeah. With this with the association. Actually, >> was there a police department? >> No. So, we don't have any documented. >> No, just with the association. With our association. >> How long ago was that? Uh about a year ago, sir. >> Okay. >> Victim wanting to sign complaints. >> Yeah. >> Um did she have the the live video? Oh, you know what? That brings up my next question. >> Did you disconnect the camera? >> I did not. >> No, she said she got it. Might have been a glitch. >> A glitch. Okay. >> All right. Watch us walking around there. >> Okay. So, she sent a video. She sent the screenshot of him in the front. >> Okay. And >> wearing the same exact clothes. within a time >> and at no point is um >> she watched him live and she wasn't able to see that he's like took anything. Right. >> No, she saw him like walk around a little bit and then then she calls us. >> Good. >> They decided to take him to jail. Good. So, initially I told you it was a citation on the lawn. Normally trespassing is, but since it's a house, it upgrades you. So, that's why you're going. Okay. >> We're going to go back to the station, process you. >> Okay. >> You will get some paperwork with a court date. You can call somebody to come pick you up. >> Okay. >> The man was charged with criminal trespassing and taken [music] to jail. So yeah, trespassing is different than if you're on a commercial property, a residential property. Um there are different triggers that make it worse than than others. And so being in somebody's house, obviously not a good trespassing, especially when their child is there potentially there home alone. Um 12 to 13year-old boy. And obviously the mom felt like she needed to have cameras in her apartment. This isn't the first time he's done it. So yeah, I'm glad they took him to jail, not just gave him they could have cited and released him. That's But I'm I'm happy they took him to jail. So I think he needed that. And well, hopefully he hasn't done it again. But u if I was that lady, I would definitely be on high high alert and warn my kids of that guy. So let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Catch you on the next video.
