That hurt. >> Is she done? Oh, I thought it was him. Both. >> Oh, both of them. Okay. She's done, too. >> Yep. >> Oh, okay. >> Too much to drink as well. >> Not only that, they're both clogging it up. Both of them are are taking it to where other people can't even get up to the counter. >> So rude. >> Is he flying? >> Hello. >> Is he flying? He's supposed to be on the ground. >> No, we were told that he or somebody told him. >> Correct. I didn't know. >> I I I would talk to somebody before you do anything with that cuz >> Okay. Apparently, he's boarding. >> Well, the gate agents are really the last line of defense. They should definitely be telling her what's going on if someone's not, you know, if someone's being >> basically letting the guy board Orlando. They're letting the guy board. >> So he's saying, "Look, they're told us he wasn't boarding. So now what's going on? >> Does she even know the cops are behind her?" >> I doubt it. >> Yes. I'm assuming so. Rachel. Rachel, >> don't lose that. >> I'm sorry. I miss you. I pray for you. >> I know your quarrel with with with spirit. >> I had a family member die today. Thank you. Your best behavior. I know. >> Yes, ma'am. No, ma'am. Thank you, sir. With a smile if you can. >> It's easy. >> Get you a lot farther with it. >> Okay. >> I'm just I don't know what else. >> Excuse me. >> But it's always alcohol involved. >> I know you want to go home. You should have behaved better if you wanted to go home. >> Supposed to be at 10:25. So, it's delayed. What about the tie-dye guy? I can tell. >> No. >> No fly list. Therefore, you don't have a ticket. You can't fly with Spirit. So, come out this way. >> Okay. Well, then I will leave this airport and I'll fly with a different airline. >> I love that's always the threat. I'm never flying this airline again. That's what they used to tell us all the time. I'll never be here. I'll never fly again. We're like, okay. And [laughter] >> yeah. >> Okay. >> I don't know if they're together. If this guy and this gal are together, I >> feel like they're together, but >> thank you. >> It's happen to be two. >> Okay. That is how you do it. They tell you you can't fly. You don't let your emotions get the best of you. You turn around. You walk away. >> I have a feeling he knew he wasn't going to get he was going to get turned away. If he's if you're on the nofly list, they told you that already once. Yeah, but look, he just The point is he turned around and walked away. That's how simple it is. >> He's leaving. She's booked. Rebooked for tomorrow. >> They're not going to let you fly on this flight is what they're telling you. Correct. >> Why the >> I don't know. >> I can't leave. >> You're not leaving tonight. I don't know what else to tell you. >> Why are you guys so insensitive? >> We're not being insensitive. We're just telling you what they're saying. >> I'm sorry. I didn't even say anything. >> It's not between us. >> Okay. Why can't you talk to me >> about what? I don't know. >> You don't know either. I cannot do anything. Not going to let you fly. >> She's like, "Can you go talk to him?" She's like, "About what? [laughter] >> I don't know." Well, we don't know either. >> The cops aren't going to advocate [clears throat] you with you. >> This guy just dipped into the car. Is he gone? Is Is he not flying? >> They put him on the no fly. >> I don't understand. >> Tomorrow. >> What don't you understand about this? >> You are not flying today. >> Why? I paid for this flight. How? I paid for the fight. >> If you keep this up, you're not going to be >> escalating. >> Oh no. >> Oh dear. >> Right there. Just grab her and take her. >> Yeah. >> I mean, probably should be under arrest. >> I can feel the escalation from here. >> I know. [laughter] Do not walk over there. >> Rachel. Rachel. >> We're done. >> All right. You're not going to make things better. Come on. >> They're so patient. There you go. She's had enough. It's all you got to do. >> I'm not listening though. >> But what's going to happen is if you keep this up, you're not going to get married. >> What time is your flight tomorrow? I can check for your boarding custody or your passport. >> Like, how do you have this job and you don't have customer service to be able to handle somebody who's frustrated? Like, I don't get it. There we go. >> Chill. Lady. >> Yeah, you're not helping >> these people. Folks, can I give you a message? If if the police are doing their job, >> just stay away. >> Don't be a Karen. Don't be dog. Don't do any of that. Just stay away. Please. >> Don't virtue signal. Don't be the better person, >> right? Don't come over and be like, "Oh, it's okay. Calm down, >> lady. Get out. >> There's a couple of them. >> You good? >> Huh? >> You good? >> She's going to catch an assault charge, too. >> You good? You can't hit the >> You could see that coming. >> I told you. I just I could feel it from here. >> Yeah. I you gotta scoop and go. Once they make the decision that they're not going to be on it, take them back downstairs and let them rebook downstairs. >> Don't let them do it at the gate. >> At least like that. >> It's just they're just going to get mad when everybody else is boarding. >> Just let me go. I got it. >> Got it. I got it. I got it. >> Your legs out. Go. [laughter] We can't let you go now. >> Relax. Don't do that. >> Is she never going to fly with spirit again? >> What happened to her? >> Imagine being so not in control of your emotions. But you act like this in public and then you act like this in public to the point where the cops have to intervene and then you act like this in public to the point where you get thrown to the ground and now you can never fly again. I've always said these people are walking around us in the general public then they are emotionally unstable cuz nobody's ever told this girl no >> I have no clue. >> Oh, she's got it. Never mind. Just sit up. Just stay seated. >> Hey, did you get her hitting him? >> Did you get her hitting him? I'm just wondering. >> Hey, let it be. Let it be it. This is what we're doing until we get a car here. >> I literally told you guys about situation and all you [ __ ] are insensitive as because a mother here doesn't know how to do customer service. The same [ __ ] do in Miami. >> No. Well, this is what happens. She acts like this until people give her what she wants. We have to grab it. >> We've done a couple other videos where we were talking about like they got mental health problems and then then most people were like, "That's not mental health. That's poor. She pleaded not guilty to one count of resisting with violence and disorderly conduct, and no contest to the three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer. All charges were dropped except for the three counts of battery. So they dropped all the other charges except for the three counts on battery with the law enforcement officed in adjudication withheld, meaning the judge accepted her no contest plea but did not formally convict her. She was sentenced to 36 months of probation. She was also ordered to complete 12 months of therapy or counseling, not to possess or consume. >> Do you think she'll follow her no >> orders? or alcohol unless prescribed by a medical professional and not to return to the Orlando International. >> You ever notice how dang >> Oh man. >> Well, >> Rachel, >> yeah, Rachel. >> Yep. >> Sorry about that. >> According to global statistics, unruly passenger incidents have been steadily increasing. The International Air Transport Association reported over 10,000 cases in recent years. That explains why we have so many videos of people at the airport losing their crap. Severe threats of physical altercations. It's got to be >> Listen, it I I'm telling you, I was a flight attendant until CO ruined everything. >> It just made people crazy. >> I don't know if it's anxiety is worse. I don't know if just entitlement is worse. >> Yeah. I just I don't know what it is, but something happened. I was a flight attendant starting in 2012 and when COVID hit, >> all bets were off. It was a It was like a full moon every day. That's what it really is. It's like a full moon every day with the behav the behavior. >> Well, that's what this one was. >> Definitely. >> She uh But really, it's not even it's not even they just cannot control their emotions. And I've always said it's about conflict resolution. this new generation, the parents of this new generation kept their kids from actually going through the conflict resolution. So then when they actually run into conflict out in general public, they lose their crap. They can't handle it. >> And this is a like acting worse than a child out there. And it's always say, I say it a million times, these folks are walking around in the public with us. Uh and she probably has a decent job where she gets paid a decent amount. She was in customer service, so she's been on the other end of that. >> I can't imagine she's very good at it. >> Well, maybe that's why she thought she could buffalo her way through, so to speak. >> I thought they did good. They could have taken control just a hair quicker, but they were trying to give her everybody. >> Well, I think they were waiting for the chair. They were waiting for the wheelchair. >> She just immediately kind of stuck there and smacked the computer and bam, it was over. They took her down. They got it done. >> So, I thought they did a good job. I'd love to know what you think. And also the Chick-fil-A waffle fries. I ate mine and Janelle's pretty much >> did. But he left me the little crumbs at the bottom, which I actually like, so it's okay. Thanks. Thanks. >> I do what I can. [laughter] >> All right, guys. Thanks. Comment, like, subscribe.
