I have five. >> All right, we don't have to get down here now. >> All right, get on there. >> Come on. >> So, now that I have your I have your water. >> Unless you get on there, you're not getting anymore. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, you gave me water, >> you [ __ ] How did it feel? >> How did it feel? >> I was going to see the first. >> That's what I thought. Back up. >> Yeah. She fights the squad car so hard that the officers have to change tactics. They strap her to a stretcher for a hospital psych check before she ever sees a jail cell. Everybody has an opinion, and the people who left comments below this video are no different. What a nasty, despicable, and evil creature. She needs to be arrested for those horrendous eel sashes as well. Her bossy attitude is so gross and disgusting. Those cops need to tase her and put her in jail. The bystanders were clearly fed up, but did their intervention actually make it worse? I want to hear your logic below. This Karen was taken into custody and charged with violence for striking her mother. Battery on law enforcement authorities for acting aggressively toward them throughout the arrest procedure and resisting arrest for refusing to comply with officers and actively resisting during the contact. The lesson is that violence and resisting arrest only make a bad situation worse and can lead to additional criminal charges. If you enjoyed this, please subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so as not to keep everyone waiting too long. >> What was that drink in my master? It was a n one of them 99 clubs. But please sir, please listen to me. Our sons go to school. >> On May 2nd, 2025, a reckless mother was pulled over in a McDonald's parking lot after someone complained that she was driving while intoxicated and had children in the vehicle. >> The reason I'm kind of in the area is somebody called me. They were concerned about your well-being and the child's wellbeing. Okay. >> Okay. And the the reason was is because uh they thought you might have alcohol in your system letting you be drinking. >> Well, let's just erase that because I have to get home. I have to go get my son at home >> and let's just ignore that. I might have I might have had a drink earlier. >> Okay. >> But we don't have to worry about it all being there. Please don't do this. >> Don't do making sure that you're okay to drive the vehicle. >> I I definitely Do you want to >> Well, I want to make sure that you're okay to drive. I'm not worried about anything else. I'm worried about I'm >> Please, you just need to follow me home. Whatever's went on, I'm not sure. >> Okay. Well, >> but I know you had pulled me over once before for a ticket and yes, I did have a shot way earlier. >> Okay. >> Today I did. Okay. And I know that it smells a little strong. >> I can smell it a little bit. Yeah. >> Um >> what was that drink in my mask? >> It was a n one of them 99. A citizen tip off brings the flashing lights right into a McDonald's parking lot, trapping a heavily impaired mother before she can hit the main road. >> Please listen to me. Our sons go to school together. >> I I'm not I'm not I'm not trying to do anything bad. Hey, listen. >> No, I know. When it escalates into the next thing, I don't know if it's this lady over here that did it or >> I don't I don't know who it was. It was an anonymous call and that I'm telling you the truth. >> I don't know why somebody would have done that, but >> but they described your car to a te and they had described >> a female and some kids in the back seat. Okay. >> Well, they're okay. I promise. >> Um, >> could you just follow me at home, officer, to make sure that I'm okay? >> I I got to do an investigation. Okay. This is just a consensual. >> Please don't do a full, >> okay? >> Because I can't go there. Listen. Is there anybody that could come and pick up the kids or come and drive you because I >> Yeah. >> So, cuz here's the thing. >> My mom would have to come from Thompsonville. >> So, well, here's the thing. You've been mentioning that you had you had How long ago was that drink? >> It's been a >> You can roll that back window up. I don't want baby to get wet. Okay. >> I'm I'm sorry. It's just that you really >> Sorry. I've been going through a little hard time. Please don't bring anybody, y'all. So, I'm enormous. Please. 274. >> I want to make sure everything is okay. All right. So, can I please see your driver's license real quick? Ma'am, >> I don't even have it on me. >> Okay. >> Because guess what? I do have one if you run it. But I I have lost my ID. >> That's okay. We can figure that out. >> Yeah, I've got this that says my name on it, but I mean that's the only thing. >> Okay. So, just hang tight for a second. I'm going to run your name. Come back and we'll talk to you and we'll go from there. Okay. Take roll your window up just so you don't >> promise that nobody's going to come over here and just start handcuffing me and stuff. >> Hey, this is my call. I run it the way I'm going to run it. Okay. So, just roll your window up, make sure everything's nice and dry right back with you. Okay. >> My concern is even though >> you said it was just one shot is what you're saying. Okay. Um >> I I mean I'd be okay. I don't know really who called in with the concern thing. I know here's what happened earlier also. My mom and me had been out. She had taken me to the doctor >> and she had actually left the seat of one of my sons, both of them, in her car. So, I had to get the wet one that was outside. Of course, we had left it outside >> to put this little guy in just to go. >> These are your kiddos. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> All right. When was that drink, though? How long ago was that? >> Well, I tell you what, I threw up and I had it >> and I I stood up right in here. >> Okay. So that's why it probably smells so >> or I mean depending on what type of alcohol it was, but I can't. >> It was one of those 99 shots and that's why you can smell it because there's actually liquid right here in my >> um how come you ask me not to give you a a breathalyzer or a PV? >> Just because I don't want any kind of trouble. >> Okay. >> I feel like we could get through this without that. I've learned my lesson before and I don't know why now that I'm >> but but here's where we're at right now. Okay. >> Realizing she is completely busted, she goes into panic mode. She literally begs the officer to look the other way and just drive off with her. >> Um based upon the conversation you and I have had, um I I can't let you drive away from here with the kids. Okay. >> So, if I did call my mom, could we maybe be okay? So the big thing is the kiddos cuz if you are under the influence of alcohol um >> you're endangering these children's lives. Okay. That's my concern. >> I totally That's my concern with that. >> Okay. Um so >> is there a way that we can call my mom? >> Um let's do this first before we do anything else. Okay. Um I will ask if you will get a it's it's called a portable breath test. And basically >> what you're going to do then if if it's over the limit. >> Well that that's not admissible in court. That's just the preliminary. That's all that is. And then I'm going to ask >> I'm not going to be able to take a breathalyzer. >> Why? >> Because I feel like it would go over it because I had had that shot. >> If it was one shot, you shouldn't be over. >> It's a 99 100% proof. One of those shots. >> Okay. So, >> and it's been a while, but I just >> I'm not I'm not trying to make I'm not trying to ruin anything, okay? I'm trying to make sure that babies are okay. >> I just can we then can we call my mom and have her come get them and me and then take us to where I need to go with the car. >> Okay. But >> what I did previous, >> but what we where we're at though because you were on the roadway driving with your kids. Okay. That's dangerous. I know that and I've learned my lesson before. Please understand that sometimes people just make mistakes. >> Just come out and talk to me for a second. Okay. Let's let let's let the kid stay in the car. Let them stay. >> Please don't just come. >> Hi. >> Just come out and talk to me. Okay. >> Okay. >> Just come out and talk to me. Okay. >> Would you want to give any type of standardized adult sobriety testing? >> Yeah, I'll do a I mean, I don't know if my balance is that good right now cuz I'm >> All right. and not the drinking, but just because I've got an ear infection and I've had >> a lot or I've had >> vertigo for a while. >> So, we'll do those testing, but would you want to give a breath? It's a portable breath test. >> Well, what does that mean? If I was to go over, >> if you were to go over, then we would just continue this investigation. Okay, that's all. >> So, it would be a DUI. >> Not Not from that alone. No, that would not be >> okay. because I mean I don't know how something's going to just set in my system. >> Well, the longer we talk, the more it deserate. But listen, >> okay, I just want to cooperate 100%. I appreciate that. >> I trust you if you're telling me that I just can't lose things [crying] that I have right now. I >> Hey, listen to me. >> Understand? Listen, >> where we're at now, I can't arrest you for DUI just because you said you've had the alcoholic beverage. You've been driving this far off. So, >> um I I can't make you do anything. I want to do I want to cooperate. Whatever it is that I need to do to cooperate to get out of here and go home. >> Okay. So, >> if you want to do those standardized field spray testing, we we will do those. Okay. >> And then I'll ask you if you want to give a a breath test. If you want to do that, you can. You don't have to, but it's completely up to you. Okay. >> But now, would that not be cooperating? >> Okay. I don't know how that I can't make you do that. >> No, I I I just want to cooperate to where I can end up going home. >> Sure. Um >> because I've got four children. >> I understand that. >> And I don't put them in danger. >> Here's what we're going to do though. These these amazing officers here, they're going to stand by with children. Okay. Just so kiddos are okay. They're going to talk to them. You and I mean, we're going to go on the backside to where people aren't driving by and we're amazing. >> So, you're not going to go arrest me in the back, are you? >> No. Hey, I'm not Hey, I'm being 100% honest with you, okay? >> I'm going asking because >> you can stop. All right. So, the next thing I want to ask you is if you want to give a breath sample real quick. Okay. >> Well, what would that matter? >> Whether I was going to jail or not. >> No, that >> I mean, I don't know how much >> is going to be in my system with that shot. >> Okay. So, like I said, I can't sway you either way. Yes or no. I'm just asking if you want to give that prelim preliminary breath test. Okay. >> I don't >> you don't want to give that. Okay. >> No. But what's that going to mean? I'm asking you I want to cooperate. >> You are cooperating. All right. So, >> okay. >> What I'm seeing is you are under the influence. Okay. There's there's there's there's plenty of clues that are showing that you are under the influence. When the deputies order her out of the driver's seat, the stalling tactics begin. She pulls every excuse in the book to delay the inevitable test. >> So, what's going to happen is I'm placing you under arrest for DUI. Okay? We're going to call and we're going to have someone come pick kids up. Okay? So, I'm not going to put you in handcuffs in front of your kiddos. Okay? We're not going to do that. So, I want you to come over here to the side of my car. We're going to open the door and put handcuffs on you. >> Okay? But can I first call my mom to let her know? >> We're going to go up here first and we're going to make that phone call. Okay. But how am I going to get my kids to where they need to go? >> We'll take care of it. Okay. >> Well, now wait a minute. I can't just let you just take my kids. >> Listen. >> No, you can. But I mean, I want to know what's Listen to me. I'm trying to be polite with you. Please step over to my car. Okay. So, we're not making a scene with you. Okay. So, walk this way for me. >> Is any alcohol in your car? >> There's a couple of bottles that I had from last night. It's not bottles. It's like a can that I had had from >> Are any of them open? Um, there's they're not anything in there. Okay. So, they're >> real quick. Anything on your person that's going to hurt me, poke me, stick me? >> No. >> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to go ahead and place your hands. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Am I going to be able to make sure my kids are taken care of? >> We will make sure the kiddos are taken care of. Okay. We're not going to make >> I've never had this out. >> We're not going to make leave kiddos out here. >> I mean, I've got my other son. He's out there waiting on me. >> How old is he? >> He's 15. >> He's 15. Okay. play au ball and oh god >> you know like I said nothing in your pockets that's going to hurt me poke me stick me >> no that I know of I mean I never have anything >> just let the sh make sure you got nothing there okay >> am I going to be able to call my mom and let her know that >> we'll make sure kiddos are okay have a seat >> what are you going to do with them >> have a seat we'll take care of it No, I just want you to communicate with me about it, please. >> I'll come back and talk to you. >> She draws a hard line and flat out refuses to blow into the tube. The officers cut the talking short, click the steel cuffs on, and lock her down. Given the bizarre circumstances, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. The endless negotiation is just ridiculous. Enabling this woman needs to stop. Damn girl, just shut the hell up. Everyone has a breaking point. Was the witness's reaction a sign of the times? Or was it just plain rude? Share your take. This Karen was detained and charged with many DUI related charges, including aggravated DUI, child endangerment, and unlawfully restraining a kid inside the car after allegedly driving while intoxicated and endangering the youngster safety. The lesson is that driving under the influence with children in the vehicle puts lives at risk and can result in severe charges. This Karen is very obstinate, isn't she? The next Karen will react much more violently, so keep an eye out. >> You okay? >> You're going to go to the ground and we're going to cuff you. What are we waiting on with pants? Let's make that happen. >> You my arm. You my arm. Leave me my my hand. [laughter] [screaming] >> I can push her forward.
