[Music] on the early morning hours of August 7th 2021 a Sheriff Deputy in California witnessed a car slam into something at an intersection stopping a hit and run driver MLK 47 get back in in the car don't care I watched you back up and RAR it and slam into that car get down on the ground get out of the way last chance get out of the way or you're getting sprayed don't care stop because he is not no right here this the first street for at 49th he threw it slammed into something and then took off forward left arm uh she there's a girl in my car right there okay that's everybody you ex went okay so she's saying they all came from the same place um they followed over here like they didn't see whatever happened and that this is her family and whatever the heck and that she was trying to tell them to stop doing whatever they were doing towards you so um so those people aren't involved with the 901 they were just being aggressive right they pulled up as I'm stopping him so I'm family SM um driveway um I see this one sitting at the intersection all of a sudden he throws it in reverse high speed goes running back hits something and takes off through the big crash I whip out light it up it drives up here pulls in he bounces out they pull in on the side start rushing at me pull out my pepper tray I'm like I'm going to Pepper tray all three three of you mean I got him at gunpoint so these three just followed you over here they were they were with they all left the same place as what she said and that they left right A little after him and then that's why they were like what's their problem for then what's their problem it's whoever the it wasn't so the younger girl it sounds like it it's the older ones that were like had the problem with the St had the problem with the gun being out that's what they said can you ask her what this chick's name is the one with the broken arm she won't give us her name 5 L told these guys right here just driving right pth sorry my my uh body cam I thought I hit it and it didn't go I must have turned it off I at time right here I got a female with a broken arm that I need transported to Kaiser what's that I got a female with a broken arm that needs to be transported okay resisting arrest it's her left elbow snapped okay you have her information no she won't identify herself I'm trying to help you as best as I can without the fire department's here man' to take care of you can I get yeah we can get you out on the other side that's fine come on ma'am you need help get now out my leg she won't identify herself to us so you guys might have yeah all right yes what's going on want us to get her on handcuff for you handcuff sure all start after you guys C her or is it it was broken from her resisting arrest so would you like me take the handcuffs off yeah I think we're good right my shoulder you give me some light it's my shoulder it's your shoulder or your elbow well I guess I don't know which one is it I don't know well your shoulder and elbow give me one second okay all right I'll follow them and then do that there we need to know what I don't know my whole arm identify so I'll work on that at the jail you move your ID that she doesn't get the ticket she goes to jail that's all there isy um can you meet us at Kaiser South that's it what's that no uh a female has a broken arm it's for the 148 but it is connected with all this yes maybe both I don't know all right no no she's we're taking report for 148 yeah yeah I don't know what CHP is doing yes and they're transporting the ambulance right now from MLK and 47 so they'll probably be there in about 5 minutes and I'm going to follow her there no worries just just letting you know I'll see you there the driver was arrested for fleeing the scene of an
