Karen has been charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest both violently and nonviolently, and causing a public disturbance while intoxicated. The charges reflect her aggressive actions, refusal to cooperate, and disorderly conduct under the influence. Everyone has their opinion, and the viewers who commented below this video are no exception. Every drunk in the world knows their rights, just not when to put the bottle down. That sloppy goblin's voice is obnoxious as hell. I always wonder if these people ever watch themselves on YouTube and what they think. This situation shows that resisting and causing trouble while intoxicated only makes things worse. Subscribe to Law Frame for more articles if you like this. We will immediately move on to the next situation. >> Let go of the bag. >> Okay. >> On December 2nd, 2023, when an employee at GetGo on some center road in Solen, Ohio refuses to quit the gas station's management summons the police. >> You work here? >> Yes. Someone call the police. >> Yeah, >> there's no one there. What's up, man? >> Her? >> Yes. >> She won't let what's going on. >> She's the person that's supposed to be with me right now. She makes sure I've had four walk out. She just makes it more difficult for him as one guy came in. He had his ID over gentleman and he had turn around for her to scan it. Guys scanning it. actually giving you free money. He just kept asking just stuff like that. So she can just, you know, go home cuz pull off for the night. >> Yeah, go pull off. >> I'm sorry. I can't hear you. I'm sorry. What' you say? >> I just met him today. Don didn't inform me that he was the manager. >> Okay. Is he in charge though? >> Don didn't tell me that. >> I mean I mean are are you guys >> I just met him today. >> You guys the only two people here and he's he's my manager. >> That's you want to call him. cuz this is my first time being late. >> Okay, we'll just we'll just stay over here. We can hang out back here. That's fine. >> She's being extremely disrespectful. I was like I told her just go home, call your ride, whatever. Just go home. Come back tomorrow. She's been on my leave. So, >> this is the her first day. >> This first day with me at least. I know I've heard from other managers that she can be a pain. >> Are you like technically like the manager? Like right now? >> Manager in charge right now, but I for someone to help her out because they're on their staff. >> Would you talk to your boss about this? >> I would call right now. I I mean I would probably you know I'd probably give >> when the police spoke to her instead of cooperating the woman called the manager in an attempt to prove she was in the right even though she wasn't. >> You know if he's in charge and he's telling you to leave. >> I just met him today. I >> I'm going to make a call to my manager. Give me one moment. >> That's fine. Yeah. Go ahead. >> I didn't do anything. So I >> I'm not saying you I'm not saying you dead. That's I'm I'm trying to you know just resolve this situation. >> Okay. If my manager is I don't know. I don't even know his name. >> Okay. That's f that's fine. But I mean like >> give me one moment. How do we want to talk? I want to talk to mom. She didn't she he came in today. She didn't give you a picture. Hi Don. Hey. So a test came in and um I guess he got upset. You can pull the camera and see it too. But um he wasn't really getting smart or anything like that. But I have I was talking and then young man that came in today. He jumped in front of me. I don't know. He's did that like two three times today. Jumping in front of me coming to my register and then confronted the customer. I told like you know how I am. told her she >> she's on the phone with my boss. >> You said he's from another store, but I didn't know that. I didn't I didn't even know his like I heard you say his name, but I don't even know his name. This is my first day meeting him in my I missed my first break. I don't know what's his issue. But he keeps jumping in front of me and jumping to my register and I told him I didn't like that cuz he doesn't say excuse me or anything. He just jumped in front of me and I told I went like this. I moved to the to the right side and I said I don't like that. And he did it again when he was sitting in here in the break. He took like two breaks already. I don't know. He just I don't know. He didn't even tell me he was the manager until after the issue the first issue when he jumped in front. But he he wasn't out there. He jumped out there literally towards the end when the guy was talking about the body to. So I and I told him like I'm confused cuz I didn't understand what they like what was going on. I didn't even do anything. Then he tried to send me home and I told him I'm not going home unless Don tells me to cuz you're not my manager. I don't even know you. I just met yelled at me. didn't yelling over me when it talking to the customers when I told you that I'm taking sacrifices and I told you like you can't, you know, take sacrifices for other people. Like that's that's what I was talking about earlier today and I was talking about that with you yesterday. How many like how many times do I have to do that? Like I told you if you're going to fire me, just fire me rather than you just me getting in trouble and getting coached for things that I >> At that point, the officer spoke with the manager over the phone and the manager agreed that the woman needed to leave. >> Yes. >> Hello, ma'am. This is officer Clementi with S Police Department. Your other employee here, he called us cuz I guess whatever issue they're having, he wanted what is it? I'm sorry. >> Shaqula. >> He wanted Shaquila to leave for the night. But she didn't want to leave. So now we're here. Um >> yeah, just have her go ahead and leave for the day because they're obviously not going to work well. >> So why do I have to be the one to make >> and I will have to be with her and the person. >> But if you play it how you paying it, then that's the case. All right, we'll explain that to her and obviously, you know, you'll have to talk to her at a later time. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You have a good rest of your night, ma'am. >> Um, I'm not going to tell you. I need some >> You you can call her right in a few minutes, but at this point, you got to go. Okay. You have to leave for the night. She's going to contact you again. Maybe you guys can talk about it tomorrow. But she doesn't want you here either. She wants you to go. >> She didn't say that. >> She just she she just said that to me that she has to tell you to leave for the night. We're going to need you to go. Okay. >> Hello. Yeah. So, I have to leave and miss out on my money for a issue we started. I am getting me and you even have this. Well, we didn't have this problem not only but if I was quiet, he's the one who exits. But why? If I'm going to be here by myself, why would I want to do that? You supposed to know how to handle this. He's the one doing he wasn't the house. I stated to him on the floor. That's not proper protocol. Why are you yelling at me in front of customers and jumping in front of me? If that's the case, he shouldn't do like you do. He called the police for it. And it wasn't even a big issue. It had something to do with the customer and the customer wasn't even tripping for him. You can look on the camera. Can we can we finish this conversation at a later date? He wants you to go. She's saying you got to go. Let's just get our stuff and let's just go for the night, okay? Cuz this this isn't going to be solved right now. This is clearly going to take some time to to talk about and work through. So, we're going to need you to get your stuff and go. >> All right, Don. Um, am I not to retire? All right. >> We good now? >> I know you're upset, but you know, maybe you need to look look for another job. Find something else. You know, >> you don't have to stand here like I'm a criminal. >> I'm not saying you're a criminal. I'm sorry for why you need to escort me. I'm going to leave. >> Okay, Shayla, you're not going to start arguing with me, okay? I'm just going to leave you. I'm not going to stand here like I'm >> They want you They want you to leave. >> Okay. And I'm going to leave. >> Okay. So, we'll leave. We'll leave when they leave. >> Have I been rude? Have we been rude to you or any type of way to you? We've been very patient with you. All right. Let's go. >> Come on. We're not doing this. >> Shquila, there's no reason to act like this. >> We are going to wait here. We Okay, that's fine. >> If that's the case, I would like to file a human. We'll make sure it gets >> a complaint for what? >> Because he's filing charges against me. >> No one's filing charges against me. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Just don't even engage. I just want her to go. >> It seemed like she would finally comply, but she still refused to go. >> Thank you, Shaqula. >> No. >> Well, what else you got to do? Cuz I mean, we're on the phone with your manager right now. >> I can't disclose. >> You said what? >> Can't disclose. Can't disclose what. I'm asking you what? >> I'm at the register. >> Okay. Your work day is done. It's time to go. Your man, we talked to your manager on the phone. Manager said it's time to go. We're not going to do this all night. I mean, I don't understand why you'd even want to do this right now. So, she wants you to leave right now. Are is it worth going to jail over this right now? Cuz you're about to go to jail. >> Hey, I talked to your manager. >> Hey, I I talked to your manager. She said it's up to you if you want her arrested now for criminal trespass, you want to pursue criminal trespassing charges, she will be arrested. We we we can't be here all day. >> Just go with us. you don't get arrested. If you don't leave, you're going to get arrested for trespassing. Okay? Do you understand, Shaquila? We're we're at that point now where if you don't just leave, you're going to get arrested. They don't want you here anymore. It's time to go. Workday's done. You walked out and we're about to walk out the door. You're not even getting paid to do what you're doing right now. You're just playing games. So, if if she was at trespassing, we would arrest her. You'd come back, sign a warrant for criminal trespassing, and she'd be arrested and she'd be given a court date. I just talked to your manager. She said it was is up to you what you wanted to do. This left the officers with no choice but to arrest her. >> Turn around. >> Come on. Give me your hand. >> All right. Can we fix this up? >> No. No. You're done. Okay. >> This was really tough. Give me a hand. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. Turn around. >> Stop it. >> This is so dumb. All you have to do is walk out of the store. Shaquille, stop walking away. Shquila, stop it. >> It's on her purse. >> Oh, it's on her purse. >> Get off me. Take >> You're under You're under arrest. >> I'm trying to double lock your handcuffs. Stop. >> Stop moving. Get off me. Like, >> this is so unnecessary right now. >> Did nobody tell y'all to come here and do this? >> People did tell us to come here. You're boss. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Okay. Well, we explained like that part is in custody for trespassing now. >> Trespassing. I work here. >> It's private property. You don't just get to stay here. It's not your building. Let's get that bag off her. >> Excuse me. >> As she was being escorted to the patrol car, she caused a scene and began yelling loudly. >> Max, slam you against this jail. >> No one's going to slam you. talking, [ __ ] >> If I take this handcuff off you, you're going to sit still. >> No, you don't take the hand off her. >> I'm good. >> But we're going to get the bag off your back. >> The bag isn't even on my back. It's in my hand. >> I know. And we're going to get it out of your hands. Just >> You're hurting me. >> It's stuck on your hand. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop it. >> Then stop tightening up the cuff. >> No one's tightening the cuff. >> You're hurting me. >> Shila, stop it. >> I'm not stopping. If you really was hurting me, >> let go of the bag. >> Want to believe me when I let go of the bag. Please, >> y'all want to hurt me? >> No one wants to hurt you. Let go of the Okay, we're just going to Thank you, Ben. He's going to cut it off. >> Don't you cut mying bag against that bag, you dumb [ __ ] >> Okay, if you're not thating bag, you dumb [ __ ] >> Don't threaten me like that. This Karen may face charges of driving under the influence DUI after causing a crash that left her car overturned and damaged two parked vehicles. She showed signs of intoxication, failed the field sobriety test, and refused medical attention. Her actions could result in fines of license suspension or even jail time. Many people commented on this circumstance and the girl's reaction in the published video. I don't like her at all. How hard is it to not drink and drive? It is so simple. What a creepy girl.
