Get out of the car. Not every coincidence. >> Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and K9 handler. So, there's clearly something off with this suspect, whether that's mental health related. he's taken drugs or alcohol. That's a combination of multiple things, but he is clearly not in his right state of mind based on his behavior and the things that he's saying and doing. This is also one of those calls you go to as a law enforcement officer and you can tell almost immediately when you're interacting with somebody like this that more than likely you're going to end up having to take them to jail. Not that you want to, but because of their behavior, you can tell that they're going to be a continued issue. Either they don't want to leave, or if they do, they will immediately come back and continue to be a problem. And these officers obviously legally trespassed this suspect and they were very respectful and gave him every available opportunity to just leave. Clearly, he was not willing to do so. Even threatened to spit on them and then also said that he didn't want to leave. And they were incredibly patient. But at a certain point in time, they're going to have to do their job, of course, realize that he's not going to go anywhere. He's going to be a continued issue, like I stated before. And that's why they made the decision just to place him under arrest and take him to jail because he was not obeying their lawful order, being legally trespassed off of that property. And that's going to be it for this one. I'll see you guys in the next one. >> He was charged with resisting officers in trespassing, but remains innocent until proven guilty. [Music]
