Watch how a basketball game turns into complete chaos. >> I have not said a word. >> Leave the building. >> I have not done anything. I don't know why. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> Get with your dad. I'll tell you right, kids sports, man, people get so uh emotional over these. And lately, we've been seeing more and more videos of just total chaos. But I'm I'm anxious to see how this turns into pure chaos. >> Leave the building, please. >> Good people down in Sierra Vista. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> We're waiting for >> Leave the building, >> please. >> Honestly, what part of Leave the building? >> Please >> leave the building. You've already been advised. Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> We're trying to. We are trying. >> No, they're not trying to. They've given her a command to leave the building. Everybody's got to leave the building. >> Keep them coming. Code three. We're inside the >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> WE ARE TRYING TO >> walk out from the building. >> Walk out from the building. >> Walk out from the building. trying to >> leave the building. >> I don't want to >> turn around and leave the building or you're going to jail. >> It's as simple as that. Turn around and leave the building. >> Walk out of the building. >> Walker. >> Oh my god. >> Why is she trying to come? >> Yep. Now these people are going in cuffs. So now they're pulling them back in. It looks like >> he's now >> you should have left the building when you had a chance, dude. >> CALM YOURSELF. HEY, WATCH YOURSELF. HEY. HEY. >> Grab her, too. >> You back up. >> Hey, back up, guys. Back up. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. Back up. >> You're under arrest. Come here. No, >> man. We didn't get off. >> Look, there's no sense fighting at this point. If they tell you you're under arrest, all you all this fighting is only going to make the situation worse and the charges worse. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> Now they have their chance to leave. >> Ladies and gentlemen, let's get out. But you [ __ ] saw how it worked. YOU GUYS SAW, >> BRO. WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM? >> I'M TRYING TO, SIR. >> LEAVE THE BUILDING. >> I DON'T WANT YOU TURN. LEAVE THE BUILDING OR YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. >> It's as simple as that. Turn around and leave the building. >> Hey, >> his lady got him arrested. >> You are not. You are not doing this. You are not doing this. >> Oh, there's a This is the other view. >> HEY, WATCH YOURSELF. NO. HEY. HEY. NO. NO. NO. YOU'RE UNDERREST. Back up. BACK UP. >> BACK UP. BACK UP. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. Come here. >> She's not making the situation better. Lady, move back. >> I'm trying to leave. >> Back up. >> BACK UP. STEP INSIDE. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> Step inside. Let's go. >> There you go. There's no sense fighting. >> Look, I know people say, "Hey, the cops are too." Everybody, all they had to do was just leave the building. That's it. The majority of the people had no problem leaving. The lady was being obstinate. She didn't want to leave. She kept refusing. Kind of giving stink eye to the police. Then they had to kind of gently push her and she didn't like that. Then this guy got in the middle of it. And then when they got out the door, they tried to come back in only aggravating the situation. Honestly, the gal probably aggravated the situation more than anything. And now this guy got arrested for it. >> Hey, go. Hey, >> military police. He goes, "What are you guys doing? What are you guys doing? Trying to grab his wife. >> Hey, sit up, man. >> Sit up." >> Military police. You should know better, bro. You should have just did listen to the commands. That's it. And have your wife get out and not aggravate the situation. This is it's so easy to un to just talk calmly after you get control of everything, but not to to stand in the way and and make the situation more chaotic. >> I'll just take him. >> I don't I don't want anything else. I'll just say him. >> Yeah, I just want to make sure. >> There we go. >> This guy's 25 years military >> and he knows better when he's telling him to leave the building and he's walking like a child. >> Guy grabbed his man. >> This guy needs to get out of here, too. >> You guys got to be better than [ __ ] You're disgusting. >> Building [ __ ] >> exit the building. >> [ __ ] walk in the building. I get it. >> Exit piece of [ __ ] >> And now look at the kids. The way the kids are acting towards law enforcement. Look at the way they're acting. What do you expect? I mean the the parents were acting that way towards law enforcement as well. >> Exit the building. What? >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building. EXIT THE BUILDING. >> EXIT THE BUILDING NOW. ANYBODY THAT HAS REFUSED TO EXIT IS GOING TO BE PLACED UNDER ARREST. EXIT THE BUILDING. >> What a what a mess. >> And look, I'm guarantee you this is the last thing these police want to do is be trying to deal with a bunch of kids and arresting parents. It's not what they want. They just wanted everybody to exit the building. It's not TPD, THAT'S FOR SURE. >> EXIT THE BUILDING. >> Y'ALL don't treat people like this. Come on. >> There's a group of about 30 like Siaga parents with the other other team. Frankie told them numerous times to leave. They essentially were refusing. We gave them numerous orders. Numerous orders. Numerous orders. There was a female that wouldn't leave, so I was starting to direct them out. She turned around and kind of got up at our base. I went to go grab her. the coach stepped in and started trying to push me away from her. And so we ended up just grabbing the coach. He's in in there in handcuffs now. But this >> this gentleman right here is somehow another coach. He wants to talk to you. The bigger than the blue where band is. That's fine. Sit up. You're going to sit up here for us. >> Look, I don't want to I don't want to see a 25-y year military guy get arrested. And he wasn't. Honestly, it was the lady that really kind of aggravated the situation. You got have to stand up. I'm >> trying. Sure. But come see. >> You have an ID on you at all? >> Yeah, my in my bag. >> In here somewhere. Or you want me to just get your name? >> Oh, you can just get my name. I mean, I'm >> What's your last name? >> Bucks. B U K S H. >> B U K >> K S H >> S H. And your first name? >> Sahib. Spell it. >> S A H I B. and your data. >> All right, folks. Let's be honest. The cost of living isn't just high, it's exhausting. And like a lot of Americans, you might be using credit cards to pay for even the basic necessities like groceries, gas, or utility bills. You're essentially paying a survival tax when you do that with in with rates in the 20s. Why keep giving your hard-earned money from your paychecks to the banks or these credit card companies when you can keep it with your family? That's why my friends at American Financing, they have a better way. They've been helping homeowners tap into their equity to pay off highinterest debt with interest rates now in the fives. And on average, American Financing is saving their customers about $800 a month. Now, that's nearly $10,000 more a year for you and your family uh by getting out from underneath these credit cards. So, there's no upfront fees. There's no obligation to talk to a salarybased mortgage consultant. I like that part. But here's the kicker. If you start today, you could actually delay two mortgage payments. Think about how much that will save you. American Financing is America's home for home loans. Call 8889952440. That's 8889952440. Or go to americanfancing.net/lam. net/lam and let's get back to the video. What's >> your ID out of >> uh Arizona? >> Yeah. Can I ask? >> And your address? >> Oh, can I ask why? >> Yeah, because you're being uh essentially placed under arrest right now for criminal trespass. >> I'm being arrested for trespassing >> right now. You're under arrest for trespass. Yeah. Failing failing to properly essentially abide by an order to disperse or leave the property. But >> that's what I was trying to do. >> No, you weren't. This is the coach in here. >> So offend essentially it's a criminal trespass. Correct. Right. They're not leaving. And you're using force to to help them leave. >> And the force was essentially you guys need to leave. You guys need to leave. You guys need to leave. [ __ ] you. We're not leaving. We're waiting for our kids. Frankie explained to them the kids aren't being released this way. They're being released out that door. If you want to wait for your kids, you need to exit the building and wait for them by the bus. >> You just need to get some witness statements and probably arrest more people. >> Probably. [laughter] >> Uh I love it. We just need to get witness statements and arrest more people. >> Yeah, that's including >> So, those guys look like they're part of a tactical unit or some type of street crimes unit. So, yeah, typically they're like, "Hey, put more people in handcuffs. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything that you say can or be used against you law. You have the right to the presence of an attorney to assist you prior to any questioning to be with you bearing any questions you so desire. If you cannot afford an attorney, will be appointed to you. Do you understand your rights? You're really arresting him? >> We're arresting her, too. They should tell her we're arresting you, too. >> A little bit. That way. You guys can sit together. >> Are you going to arrest your officer? >> No. I'm going to read you your Miranda rights, too. Okay. >> I'm being arrested, too. >> I'm just going to read you your Miranda rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything that you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to the presence of an attorney to assist you prior to any questioning and to be with you during any question you so desire. If you cannot afford an attorney, you have to do your rights. Here's your ID back. Come on over down over here and I'll explain your citation to you. >> So, this is what I talk about a lot. Sight sight and release. So, because it's a misdemeanor, trespassing and misdemeanor, they're going to issue them a citation. It's an arrest, but basically instead of them going to jail and getting a court date and seeing a judge, they're being given a court date and a time to see the judge on a citation. You can issue citations for traffic violations, civil infractions, and you can issue traffic violations for criminal uh citations for misdemeanor crimes as well. That's what this is. And so, they'll be free to go tonight, but they'll get a court date and they'll have to go in and see a judge um and deal with this. I'm assuming if he is currently active uh law enforce or active MP with the military, this is going to present some problems for him as well. She received a criminal citation for two things. First is trespassing and second is resisting arrest. I gave you a court date down here at the bottom. It's about a month out. March 13th, 2025, 1:30 in the afternoon. Justice precinct number 5. Here's their phone number and their address. By signing, you're not admitting guilt. You're just promising to appear as directed. >> She's filming in the background. >> Instead of you going to jail and seeing a judge tomorrow morning, we're just making an appointment for you to see a judge about a month out. Okay? Just a sanction from you down there by the X. Like I said, by signing, you're not admitting guilt. You're just promising to appear as directed. If that court date doesn't work for you, contact the court sometime well in advance and reschedule it. Okay. Can >> I ask why uh these charges are being brought up against me? >> Because there's probable cause for your arrest. >> So for for one, failing to leave real property at a reasonable request to leave by law enforcement and second for resisting arrest after I told you you're under arrest and you essentially sat on the ground and refused to submit to arrest and you >> It's all on video camera, brother. I'm sorry. refused to come inside after we were pulling you inside for several seconds. Um, pulling away against us, propping yourself into the door frame to prevent us from arresting you. That's resisting arrest. It's actually a higher class than what I'm actually citing you for. I'm citing you for the misdemeanor passive resistance. That was not passive resistance. That was actually higher than passive resistance. Um, but you're getting cited for passive resistance. >> Resisting arrest here is a felony. So, he did give them the passive resistance, which is the misdemeanor type >> to keep it misdemeanor for you as opposed to being a felony. And you would go to jail tonight for sure. >> Okay. And and and that's that's at your discretion that I was resisting arrest or is it? >> No, the discretion part is instead of charging for the felony just it's waveable. >> So he's he's decided charging the misdemeanor site release you instead of taking. >> That's exactly right. That's the discretion. The discretion that they gave the officer was that he was going to site him for the misdemeanor instead of the felony. So, if if you were saying that I was resisting arrest, but yet I'm trying to get everybody out. You're trying to yank me. >> I told you you're under arrest and grabbed you and you pulled out from the doorway, braced yourself in the door, and repeatedly refused to ultimately submit to arrest after I told you, I think, three or four times that you were under arrest and you still refused to submit to arrest and resisted arrest. Yeah. >> Uh, yeah. But I got him right here, so I might as well have the dialogue, sir. I mean, >> yeah. So, so that's why as far as arguing whether or not you think that that's appropriate. >> Yeah. Don't hold court here. That's what you go to court for. >> That's something you'll have to do in court. I'm I'm asking, do you have questions on the content of the citation or information on how to appear? >> Uh, well, that's what I'm asking you about the content. Just >> Yeah. I explain the two charges for you. >> Just so I make sure I understand. >> And if you if you'd like, you can look up the ARS statutes right here. >> Read the actual law as it pertains to what you're getting cited for if you have any questions as to um the conduct and how that applies to the law. Um, so I'm not a law professional like you are, which is why I'm asking you because if it's your interpretation, >> any other questions about how to show up to court? >> Um, no. So, so the criminal trespassing portion, you told me about the resisting arrest. What what what is >> you refuse to leave on a reasonable request by law enforcement? >> Okay. What is considered reasonable? >> Telling you to leave several times. >> That ultimately be up to the judge or >> so unless you have questions about the how to appear in court. I'm not going to just dispute whether or not you think you should be charged with I understand it. Sir, you open question. And I'm just I just want to >> The question is about the the citation itself, not how you think that you didn't violate the law. >> That's right. So when you issue a citation and the police says, "Hey, do you have any questions about the citation?" It's not about you're not trying to defend what you did or didn't do at that point. That's for court. This is just to understand if you if you understand that you're being charged and that you have a court date and this is where you're supposed to show up and if you don't show up, they'll issue a warrant for it. You know, whatever that is. That's all he's trying to make sure he understands. >> Okay. >> So, if if you understand how to show up to court to prevent you from getting an arrest warrant, um, cool. Hang out right there. Let me explain it to her. >> It's your thing. >> I'm ready to walk you out if you're ready to both free to go. You have court dates in the future. Officers gained control of both suspects, Sahib Buch and Rebecca Bush, charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. Given court dates and released without jail transport, 50 commands ignored, four warnings dismissed. All over a high school basketball game. Look, honestly, uh I thought they did a good job. I mean, you got to gain control. Clearly, something happened. I don't know what precipitated this. Something happened where they had to gain control over the court. They're pushing all the kid the parents out of the building. They're trying to get control and people were not leaving. They were refusing to leave. And as you heard, there was 50 commands to get out of the gym. Turn around and walk out of the gym. If you show if that's what you're doing, but when you turn around and you're arguing, even if the cops kind of shove you put out the door, then don't I mean, honestly, turning around and and uh trying to get back in there is not the way to do it. And that's what his wife did. Tried to push her way back in and ultimately got him and her arrested when in reality all they had to do was just walk out. It's really over and over we talk about it, compliance. It's that simple. And these two people, they're probably great citizens. Is 25 years military service. Hate to see a blemish on a guy like this. Um, and ultimately it comes down to just not adhering to police commands. Now, I mean, honest in a battle of of will over if you're trying to just be more obstinate than the police, they're probably going to win almost every time. And it's just not worth it. You can always calm heads prevail. go out, get your kid, go home, tell everybody how much you hate the police, whatever. But at least she didn't get arrested. Um, in this particular case, now these We'll see. I don't know. Maybe the judge released it, whatever. I don't know. But, um, yeah. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. How did these guys handle it? How would you have handled it? We'll catch you on the next video. We'll see everybody.
