So, sometimes if we can't if we don't have a speed measurement device, we can measure it in feet um, going from one distance to another based on the speed. Charges for all those incidents include felony fleeing eluding >> Okay, first of all, before we start going through all these charges, the reason why all this happens is because they've taken the teeth out of the claws out of law enforcement where all these places are like you can't pursue them, you can't do all this. And then you got judges who continue to release these guys. >> Felony second degree recklessly endangering safety, felony taking and operating a vehicle without consent, carjacking, robbery, battery, speeding, and resisting obstructing. For every single one of those incidents >> Look, these are not light charges. Every one of them are victim crimes like carjacking, robbery, battery, speed, well, speeding maybe not. Resisting, obstructing. I mean >> Not guilty due to mental disease or defect. So, we're going to put him back out on the street. >> I'm so sick and tired of this mental nonsense. And then we just You know what? If you have a mental problem to where this is your behavior, you belong in jail. That is the place or or a mental health facility. >> A secure one. >> Honest I'm so so infuriating. I know you guys are infuriated too cuz I read the comments. You got to be ticked off like I am watching this to find out that they let all this go, all that damage, all those lives he put at risk, all of it because he they think they say he's mentally unstable. >> Well, don't drive a car anymore, son. >> You know what the best place we think for you is when you're mentally unstable? Back in society. Come on. >> incident in the body cam footage, Joseph was charged >> Okay, hold on. >> charged with two counts of felony fleeing eluding, three counts of felony second degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of cocaine, and resisting obstructing. And just like the rest of the incidents Joseph has been involved in, some charges were dismissed while he was found not guilty for the rest of the charges due to mental disease or defect. >> Okay. >> I'm from Minnesota and I hate Minnesota. You got to be kidding me. >> Judges, if you don't start holding like I think more we should remove qualified immunity from judges and make hold them responsible. There should be a judge held responsible for for letting this guy out to damage society and victimize people and do all this stuff and then claim mental health. Of course he's got mental problems. Look at the type of behavior he's got. >> Not even the drug charges? Not even the drug charges? >> They just let him go on all of it. And then he was found not guilty because of mental health on the mental whatever on the other one. I don't know. >> Wow. That is really >> Are you guys angry as me?
