So I took over the headset took my order and trying to make it right you know of course and so um she comes to the window and I guess she kind of told her real quick how much she owed. So she was like, "Yeah, whatever." Blah, blah, blah. And then I'm like, um, I'm like, you know, you fix it. So she said, give me my money back. She yelling at her. She telling, "Give me my money back and all that." So she started cussing at her, talking about she whatever. >> Her yelling at your employee. >> Yes. So she she come. So we thought this was over with once we gave her that money back. Just like we don't serve guests like that. And so she comes back in as >> be honest with you, this guy's a great manager. >> Totally reasonable. Give him the money back. >> Stepped in, covered for his employee, took the order. >> Yep. >> Covered for his employee, got behind their back or got behind him, gave her the money back. This is great guy right here. >> Oh, I'm going to file a report on this and see this and I want her 1800 number. And me and the general general manager was trying to calm this lady down. be like she still yeah she still keep calling for she keep she trying to get over the count making threats talking about she going to be waiting outside when she get off and stuff like that and so I guess eventually >> that just kind of pushed her to the limit >> I said get in your car now you are not to speak to anybody >> shut up don't speak to me >> okay >> oh boy >> not yelling though I'm just loud >> imagine if she was your nurse >> handcuffs in the back of my car till you can No, no, >> listen. >> No, you listen. >> No, you listen. >> Now, wait a minute. >> I said whatever. So we Yeah, cuz she just kept just threatening her. I'mma be waiting for you when I'm outside and all this and all. >> Oh boy. Threatening. It's a mutual combat state. So that means that somebody has to be a victim. So I'm curious to see whether this old lady decides the nurse decide I let's call her an old lady, but the yelling nurse calls uh decides to aid in prosecution. I'd be interested to see. I hope she doesn't. But >> really threaten her and jump over the counter and stuff like that. So it's like was was the employee kind of like yelling back at her too, going back and forth for her? >> No, not really. She was kind, but I could tell it was starting to upset her cuz she didn't want to work no more. And it's kind of like, >> yeah, >> you threatening. She was like, she kind of said a little bit, but not. And she didn't really say much. She was just threatening her the whole time. Then >> she literally was trying to jump over the counter. So I I pulled her because I was not about to let her do. >> He's got his people's back. That's good. >> He does. I love it. >> You know, you you know, I'm I'm going to wait for you. Yeah. I'm going to wait for you when you get off work. All that stuff. and kept on yelling so she couldn't the young girl couldn't hold it in. So, >> cuz lady in the red is wanting us to take her for threatening her, but I wanted to see footage first. >> Yeah. But definitely disorderly conduct based on what the manager told me cuz they gave her a refund at the window already. She came back in wanting the number escalating, I guess, 400 or whatever. >> And they tried to talk her away from her, the employee, cuz the employee was trying to get an order and they tried to talk her over there, but she continued to the counter, continued yelling at the employee, calling her and you know, I'm going to wait for you when you got off for continued calling her name. So, she couldn't hold it in. So, she was on the other side of the counter and I guess she swung she swung at the uh customer. Well, seeing how she popped off at us, it's a lot more believable that she came in. >> Yeah. >> The woman was charged with [music] disorderly conduct and trespassed from the property, while the employee was charged with battery. >> What? >> Watching today's video. >> Listen, I I do not envy anybody in the fast food industry because, you know, the customers are just insufferable. >> Yeah. It's >> she deserved to be charged with disorderly conduct, but I mean with this lady's jumping over the counter. >> I feel like that was much worse. >> I I you know, you got to this lady's got to be able to defend herself. I guess it depends on what the video looks like and whether she wanted aid in prosecution, but like I think you you know, there's consequences for your action. But that girl took it like a champ. She's like, "Yeah, I swung on her. They said put your hands around me her back." She just did it. So >> yeah. >> Yeah. They maybe they just needed to sit together and have some fries and they would all feel so much better because I feel better >> if you' have sat those two down for fries together. Maybe they could sit separately. >> Would have been scrapping out. >> All right. Well, let us know what you think if they got this right.
