is jumping into the car lot. STOP, BRO. STAY MY DOG. WE HAVE TWO RUNNING. ALL RIGHT, EVERYBODY. WELCOME BACK. We got another video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Junkie and it is called why you should never shoot out a cop's window. I haven't seen it. Let's go. STOP, BRO. STAY MY DOG. NOVEMBER 10TH, 2025. A deputy conducting scene security in his personal vehicle noticed a brown Chevy SUV driving slowly through the neighborhood. The deputy then heard a loud pop and his front passenger window shattered. Believing this to be a gunshot, the deputy took cover and immediately radioed for assistance. Yeah. Look, you would definitely think somebody shot out your window if all of a sudden your window shattered as they drove by. So, yeah. Advisors, they golden color black model Chevy Suburban across the street from me. Unknown number of occupants. They just pulled over to the house in front of me. Parked there. Where did she go, Roy? 36 Your incident has been updated. Robert 730. As far as I know, they're still in the vehicle. Unknown if they've exited the vehicle. That always cracks me up when you hear the music in the back of the that the of the deputy's cars. Which one? This one right here? Yeah. Advisors, they're in a black vehicle. This one? Yeah. As the deputy arrives on scene, the brown Chevy SUV is still parked across the street. The potentially armed suspect's still inside. Just as the deputy drives by, the SUV takes off and deputies immediately begin a pursuit. Looks like somebody else was looking another deputy off to the looking around the neighborhood. He must not realize that they're in a pursuit with the guy. Oh. They shoot out this window, too? Ah. Got it. So, Dayton's filling me in. What it was was they shot out his personal vehicle. Uh and so, he calls and he's actually checking out his own vehicle and the deputies come and see find the other guy sitting there in the neighborhood. Now they're in a pursuit with them. So, what you just saw was the cop who's not on duty checking out his own personal vehicle. >> I-25 right now. Southbound I-25. Copy southbound I-25. We're able to get a plate yet? 361, standby. We got moderate traffic here. He's getting through your exit. Here's where you King 3, I'm southbound I-25. Speeds are about 64. Moderate traffic. So, this is why the the secondary Southbound I-25, traffic is The first vehicle sounds like he's still calling it out. This is where the second vehicle starts to call it out, location, speed, so that the first vehicle, the pursuit vehicle and that can focus on pursuing the vehicle. >> I-25, I-25. Look like they're cooking along pretty good. 86 Northbound I-36. Northbound I-36, speed 86 at 541. Now he's at your front. Oh, he just wrecked. Oof. I wonder if he hit that car. Hey, he's getting out on foot. Highway 36, he's jumping into the car lot. Stop, BRO. STAY MY DOG. CALLING IN A GUN KILL. WE HAVE TWO RUNNING. FROM THE OTHER nation on private. This is intense. So, now you got the what second one to get out of the car was probably the actual driver and the first one that got out was probably the passenger cuz the vehicle flipped around. It doesn't look they weren't going to be getting out that driver side. Where are you? Where are you? Come fire. So, he's trying to see if there's somebody in there cuz you don't want to run by. We're here. Gilbert, come up and you're going to take hands. We got to clear the car. Let me get out. Come over my side. So, they're trying to avoid a crossfire. We've talked about that a lot of times on a lot of these videos. Hands. Hands up. STAY ON THE GROUND. Must be somebody else in there. Oh. Hands up. Go backwards towards me. Do it now. So, they must not have ran off. Looks like they just dropped down and sat behind the vehicle. >> [screaming] >> Maybe there's somebody else. Crawl towards me. Come here. Rocky, come here. Come here. Slowly. All right, everybody. Today's sponsor for this video is Cowboy Colostrum. Now, this comes from the bovine. If you don't know what a bovine is, that's a cow. Why do I know this? Cuz I was a dairyman for a long time. And the most important milk that comes out of a cow is in the first 48 to 72 hours. That is called the colostrum. It's full of nutrients that are great for you, your gut. That's what the calf needs to be able to grow real quick. Now, we're not taking the kid the milk from the calf. A dairy cow can produce so much milk, far more than what a calf needs. And this is what they're taking. They're turning the liquid gold that the cow has after they give birth and they're making it nature's gold and this is what you're getting in the Cowboy Colostrum. Now, this is going to help your gut health. It's going to help your skin. It's going to help peptides for growth factors and it might even help you grow your hair back. I could have used this a long time ago. Where were you guys, Cowboy Colostrum? But you're going to want to get some of this today and you can get that at cowboycolostrum.com/lamb. Make sure you use the code word lamb because you're going to get 25% off right now if you use the code word lamb. They've got vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. You put a scoop in your milk, your water, whatever you drink it, you're going to get the nutrients you need just like that baby calf gets when it first is born. So, make sure you go to cowboycolostrum.com today. Use the code word lamb. Now, let's get back to the video. These guys aren't moving. They don't want that dog on them. Damn, yeah. Cuffs aren't easy to get on. It's not as easy as you think. Sometimes they go right on. Other times, you fight with them. Can you stand up? Oh my god. What do you have, handcuffs? Can you stand up? Bend your knees. Stand up. Did he have a handcuffs and they put the handcuffs back in his pocket? Do you speak English? Okay, get up. Get up. He shouldn't have been running from the cops. You going to stay here with him? So he says let's get him back and let's get him separated. They won't this way they can't communicate. This way you can start talking to them about their stories, see if they line up or not and if they're lying. Which they probably are. What hurts? Your stomach? He got out of the car. He didn't run very far. What's he wearing? Overalls? He's wearing overalls. What's wrong with your stomach? Just the accident? Probably smashed into the steering wheel. I'm Luis. Luis? Luis. What's your last name? Salomon. Luis Salomon? Yeah, Salomon. That's Salomon. That's my car. This is your car? Yeah. So I don't want to buy all the traffic. I think the ambulance is coming. I mean that could be bad. You can get internal bleeding on something like that, but I mean what are we supposed to do? Got to have fire come and check him out. We can we can kind of treat a um we can treat wounds that we can see you know if you're bleeding or something, but in something internal like that you're going to have to have go to hospital or have fire check it out. >> Searching his car is violating his rights he said. Searching his car is violating his rights? Okay. Are they citizens? That's shot out. Okay. How do you hear it broken out? Yeah, broken out. And he said this pool is uh total whatever you have. Yeah, whatever the [ __ ] this is. They parked down the road and they were still in the car. Our officers get there they take off immediately. There is a BB BB gun right here and it's by the driver's door. They tried to take off running, but challenge them with the dog and they [ __ ] gave up. Our biggest thing cuz his partner hit the passenger is probably going to end up talking. If you can just advise him of Miranda in Spanish so that eventually if we need to talk to him we can re-advise him or just ask him a couple questions, but unless you have a different idea, my thing is is this your car? Yeah. Okay, where were you guys headed? Passenger? Driver. He's going to be the driver. The driver the guy who is Spanish he said this is his car like five times. Yeah, he thinks we're violating his rights right now by searching it and stuff, but is he in he's such a thing right now? Oh, yeah. So at the very least alluding and criminal mischief. And I have not advised him of Miranda either. I mean I definitely run the dog around it and then obviously you got to do a tow. That car is not going anywhere so you got to do an inventory. So my guess is he's trying to he was trying to jack our guy not knowing he was a cop because it's a nice [ __ ] new truck. So that's my guess, but if you can just get a basic timeline if he's willing to talk to you of where were you guys coming from so we can put them in that area. Obviously we know and then where are you headed to? I'm sure he's going to say work cuz he's got a [ __ ] ton of tools. So what do you do for work? Just lay some extra down low. All right and then if he says no then Yep. All right, cool. You need Are you going to stay here with him? Do you need help? I'll stay here, yeah. Do you need anything, tell? The driver was identified as Luis Salomon Juarez and the passenger Joel Gardea. Inside the vehicle deputies found gloves, a pellet BB gun positioned between the driver seat and center console and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 5.56 g. Luis was charged with vehicular eluding, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief resulting in 1 to 2,000 dollars in damages and possession of a controlled substance of over 4 g. Luis' charges could land him in up to 4 to 7 years if the courts do their job correctly. And I think this is in Florida so it's probably going to get him 4 to 7 years. They're the one of the states that do hold people accountable. do their job correctly. Joel cooperated in an interview stating that he was unaware of the weapon, heard a window shatter, told Luis to stop the vehicle during the pursuit, declined kidnapping charges and was released without any charge. Oh boy threw his friend under the bus. I didn't know there was a weapon in there. I just heard a window shatter. I just told him let me out of the vehicle. But I don't want to charge I don't want to be a aid in prosecution on kidnapping. So Dayton's let me know that what happened is they shot at a random car, but it just happened to be a deputy in his own personal vehicle doing neighborhood surveillance, which we have these off-duty gigs all the time and we use our personal cars and a lot of times we'll put lights in them where we do traffic control you use your personal vehicle. Well, the deputy was in his personal vehicle doing block watch or neighborhood watch um as a side gig when they shot through the window. It's just dumb luck on these guys' part um and maybe they they realized this guy was driving around and maybe that's why they did it. Uh whatever their reasoning was they shot at the wrong car and these guys got caught, crashed their vehicle uh going to jail. The other guy he ratted. He just threw his buddy under the bus so let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe and uh we'll catch you on the next video.
