First of all, two suspension orders and a seized tag um order. The Willis? >> The Willis? >> Uh she's going to be >> If you look in your mirror and you see two, three, four police cars arrive, it's not going to go well. >> 10-15 Going to do it on criminal side. >> Orlando? >> That's right. On criminal side? >> No, she's going to go. So, there's the Florida State Statute. And on top of that, Pennsylvania Pennsylvania v. Mims says you have to step out of the vehicle if the law enforcement officer asks you to. >> You have to get out. >> I can sign right here. It's three of them. >> Are you going to step out? >> Yeah, but >> Stop resisting. Get out. >> get out on my own. >> Stop resisting. Now. >> to make Stop. >> Get out of this car. >> I'll get out on my own. >> You have to get out. >> It's hard to get someone. >> Clearly. Oh, there you are. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You are under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. >> That's resisting. >> They're arresting me, guys. And it's three of them. Let's go. Come on. Then they'll go off and talk about how the police are bad, when in reality, it was her. >> Does this make y'all feel good? >> No. This is not what I wanted to be doing today. >> Do you have like a specific problem >> No. >> with me? >> I have a problem that you're in a stop sign, you're driving with a not valid license, and you're holding coffee and a phone in your hand while you're driving. That's what I have a problem with. >> Well, that's a flat-out >> Nobody was. I watched you. Sit down. Sit down. >> I'll just sit down here. >> Go back. No, get in the car. We're not playing this game. Get in the car. It's done. You're under arrest. Sit in the vehicle, please. Get in the vehicle. >> It's only going to get worse, lady. >> Sit down. Thank you. >> There you go. That's saved herself a lot of trouble. >> Hello. >> She was charged with resisting without violence and driving with a suspended license. She was also issued a $164 ticket for running the stop sign. >> That could have gone a lot different. It's just a take your ticket for driving on a suspended license. When he says he's going to arrest her, you're technically under arrest because it's a misdemeanor to drive on a suspended license. But, it is usually going to be a citation, and then you get released. It's what we call a sight and release. But, she aggravated the situation to where now she probably got booked in, maybe got a sight release, um but she picked up a resisting without violence charge on top of that and then the stop sign charge. So, when you're just because they say they're under arrest doesn't mean they're going to go to jail. They can still be cited and released, which is probably what happened on that one since they didn't show her going to jail. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. How did they handle it? How would you have handled this when she rolls up the window and refuses to get out and she has a suspended license? You can't in good conscience let her drive off. She's got a suspended license times two and that and to remove the plate if they had a contact with her, which is probably why she was in a rental car in the first place. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe and I'll catch you on the next video.
