You obviously don't know how I am. She claims to be HIV positive, bringing EMS rushing in. The deputies capitalize on the pause to grill her for answers. Everybody has an opinion, and this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. She's crazy. Urg, that voice, vile person, nasty, rabid, and racist. The trifecta, the energy in that room was toxic. Was she the victim of a mob mentality, or did she get exactly what she deserved? I'll see you in the comments. This Karen faced many counts, including aggravated battery against a law enforcement officer, battery on a person 65 years of age or older, burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery, and violent resistance to an officer. The lesson is that losing control of your anger can turn a simple dispute into multiple serious criminal charges. If you enjoyed this, subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so that no one has to wait too long. But no so far. >> On March 22nd, 2025, a woman reportedly drew what seemed to be a pistol and pointed it at a landowner during a heated dispute, prompting officers to react to a suspected aggravated assault. >> About this came out, the guy had a door fighting with us. There's about a dozen of us tied up. He went running. >> Uh what's going on? >> I I was standing here. I just I've got 80 acres right through here and I was been having problem with these people coming in and cutting buds and stuff and I talked to him the other day down there and told him just don't go that way. Well, I caught this girl down there as on the Argo and I told her, "Well, just throw them buds away and get out of here." Well, she started she just went apes. >> You say buds, you talking about the palmetto >> buds. Okay. The green things they cut for >> with all the seed pods. >> No, not the seeds. This guy the the red wirehouse up here buys them. >> What's he do with them? >> Sells them the floor. >> They use them for like Palm Sunday making. >> That's a nuisance business as far as I'm concerned. They wouldn't be here if he wasn't here. >> But uh here's the girl. And right there's the gun in her hand. But wait a minute, I got more. She shot at me, too. Hit the hit the machine with it. See the gun right there? >> Is a BB gun, but it looks like an AR pistol. About that long. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And then she's >> And we got her name. Yeah, she's then she come he come back up here. Then she come down the road and he was telling about she's she's whacked out and she's >> screaming f this that she comes by. Then she takes the gun and starts pointing >> pointing at all three of us. >> She didn't shoot or nothing but she's just pointing at us. >> You know he would have told us earlier we would never know but she's still >> Anyway, I confronted her down the woods and she just started screaming and going on. Now that's this is the first time I talked to her was on the road and they had that You probably heard of him or not. >> He's a common problem. I've run him out here more than once. >> I can't tell. I had to run another If I look at him. >> I had to ran run a guy out back here about three three four weeks ago. He was back here cutting palms behind the house, too. >> I know who he is. I've run him out. >> A heated argument turns deadly serious. The woman pulls a gun on the property owner, triggering an immediate emergency response. Well, there's my partner. He's the one that wanted to talk to you. >> Your body came on. I >> You want to talk to who? >> Yeah. So, if So, if you if you're looking for me, then you must be friends with him. What's his name? >> With who? >> The dude on the gator. >> I don't know. I'm not friends with him. He chased me with a hammer and a 9 millm and tried to get his his dog on me and that he wouldn't the dog would even listen to me. >> Okay. You have ID with you? >> No, I don't. Somebody stole that. >> Okay. >> But I can't drive. >> Okay. I didn't say that you could. What's your name? >> Okay. >> Thanks for the bucket. I really don't want the bucket. You have a business card? >> No, I got to I got to ask you a couple of questions. Before I do that, I got to got to read something to you. And listen up. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> Do you understand each of these uh just >> Do you understand each of these constitutional rights that I have explained to you? >> Yes, sir. Okay. Have you uh want to now that I've confirmed that you understand your rights, do you want to talk to me? >> Well, yeah. I want to hide. >> Okay. >> I'm going to get in trouble either way just because y'all pull me over and I'm seen with you and people say I have a police, but that's a joke cuz I have a police car. >> Okay. So, what's going on? What happened today? >> I didn't go on his property. I did go around the fence, but >> Okay. Yeah. I don't want people living back there. >> So, you went back where we talking about over on what? What road? And then what happened? You were you were back there on that property. What were you doing? >> Not on his property, though. I was talking >> You were back there on that propert. Okay. So, then what happened? >> There's no no trespassing signs. He He came up on his gator and this cute ass dog and he tried to get him on me and he said he had a 9 mm and a hammer and I seen it. >> What? You say you saw it? What did you see? >> The hammer, not the 9 mm, but he said he had it on him and I didn't want to find out. Now I do have that's it. But he like ran me he emptied my backpack and tried to steal my bike. >> You said that you do have something. You said that's it. What? What do you have? >> I have a pellet gun. >> Okay. And you had it with you? >> Yeah. Yeah, I did. And he said he had his 9 mm with him. I didn't see that. And he tried he put his bike my bike on the back of his Gator. So he's going to rob me. >> He was going to rob you? >> Well, yeah. He said it's his. >> He said the bike was his? >> Yeah. And then he >> So he picked it up, took the bike, and said it was his. >> Yeah, he did. But I'm not snitching. Wait, cuz he gave it back. >> Okay. What were you doing back there? >> What's uh um cutting buds? >> Cutting buds. My metal buds. >> Yeah, because I'm I'm not going to do nothing else. I can't get a a real job. Somebody stole my driver's license. I'm being investigated for two years for identity fraud. >> Okay. So, you're back cutting buds. Um and then he confronted you about it >> and you thought he was going to rob you? >> Yeah. He cuz he took my bike and he emptied out my bikes, but I took half of them back. >> Okay. And then he gave the bike back to you. What was he telling you when he took the bike? >> That he's not um that I can't be back here. If he sees me again, he's going to call the cops. He he started calling the cops. They said he took my picture. I said, "So what? Everybody's taking my picture." >> Okay. And then he told you that you needed to leave. Um, yeah. He told me to leave and I let it. >> Okay. And then you say you had a plet gun. Did Did you pull that out? >> Well, it was already out. >> Okay. >> There's probably drone footage of this. I >> I don't know. I don't know anything about a drone footage of it. But what happened after that? >> I left. >> Okay. And you went by down. >> Yeah, that's how you leave. >> Okay. >> There's no other way. And what >> did you see anybody else again? >> No, nobody's even driving down the road. I was crying and cussing. >> Okay. You didn't see anybody standing out in front of our house or anything like that? >> No. >> What did you do with the pel? >> He did have his friends. >> He had his friends. >> Yeah, that's how this works. They got connection and authority. The corrupt the like elite are corrupt. >> Okay. Where did you see him and his friends at? >> Behind the bushes. >> Okay. That looks like Bowman. >> I want to see the fake Bowman, not the real one. >> The fake Bowman? >> Yeah, there's a real Bowman and then there's a Bowman that has a shirt that says Bowman. >> Okay. >> Bowman's not working. >> I want to see the real one. All right. >> Well, I don't think the real one or the fake one is working tonight. >> All right. >> After getting the story from terrified onlookers, the deputies locate the suspect on the street and move in for a high stakes interrogation. >> So, tell me about this BB gun. Where was it? out because you can put you fits on my handlebars. >> Okay. Was it on your handlebars during the whole time? >> I I don't recall, but it it I'm allowed to have a BB gun. >> You didn't say you weren't allowed to. Did you point it at anybody? >> No. >> Did you fire it at anybody? >> No. Don't shoot in a general direction. >> It's never loaded. No, >> it's never loaded. No. >> So, it's not loaded right now. >> It shouldn't be. No. >> It shouldn't be or it isn't. >> It shouldn't be. I can test it. >> Uh, where is it? >> In my box. >> The This one or the >> That one. >> It's in here. >> With my Doritos. >> With your Doritos. Okay. But you had the BB gun with you out there in the Ocala forest. Um, you had it hanging on the handlebars. You can't keep it anywhere, man. Because somebody said that Bowman was going to pay him $50 to take it, and I can't believe that. >> Who is this Bowman again? >> Right. Because the Bowman I saw the night I >> Okay. >> Which is why I thought it was you because you kind of look rel >> Oh, okay. You've had runins with Bowman before? Yeah, the one that pulled me over when I was in the bushes the other day did not look like that dude and it don't sound like him. I know his voice. >> The second the officers ask where the firearm is, her tough act vanishes. She starts sweating and stuttering, completely giving herself away. >> You say you got the BB gun in your backpack? >> Yep. >> You mind if I go in there and look at it? >> Yeah. >> No, you don't mind? >> No, I don't mind. >> Okay. What kind of Doritos you got? >> Ranch. >> Oh, man. Aren't those the best kind? Ever tried those spicy nacho ones? >> Yes. >> Which ones you like better, the spicy nacho or the cool ranch? >> Coranch. Anything else in here that I need to be aware of? >> This is a heavy backpack. The digital scan. It's not Well, you didn't say you had a Dr. Pepper >> gummy bears, too. Anything else? But no cell phone. >> You say this isn't loaded? >> It's not. You [ __ ] you press down really hard on the on part. I really want my twist off cuz it's too big. Do you know how to twist that that scope off? >> Twist this off. >> Do you have a silencer? >> Um, probably just give it a look. A lot of pressure and all that. So, what do you do? Just put one BB in here at a time. >> Yeah. >> So, each time you want to fire it, you have to, you know, bring it down like that >> and then you pump it and put air in it. >> No, just cocking it. >> Well, you go like that. So, that what? Just [ __ ] it? >> Yeah. >> What are those? BB's? >> No, nothing. No, that I don't even know what the hell that is. But this is where it goes. So it ends when you [ __ ] it back and you put it back together. >> Is that just the locking? >> It makes a lot of noise. >> That sounds right. We don't got nothing. >> Is it CO2? >> I don't I don't >> Is there a tank in there? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. or something. >> So, you have BB's for it. You say you just don't keep it loaded. >> So, what do you carry it for? >> Yeah. Somebody's going to There's a bounty for you. >> A bounty on it? >> Yeah. Whoever steals it gets $50. >> Whoever steals that from you gets $50. >> Who put the bounty out? >> I'm not saying that. >> Yeah, there's a game. There's a game in ass. >> Yeah, it's not. >> You could take what? Okay. So, whoever takes it 50 bucks. Are you weighing lavender d uh basil? >> I just I just have it. I mean, >> let's pretend like that this is like not my first day on the job cuz it's not. I've been doing this for a couple years. >> I'm the investigator. So, y'all know I'm not lying. Everything I own is on me cuz I'm homeless. >> Okay. Is there anything illegal in these backpacks? >> And you're weighing nickels and dimes and basil and And what? >> The teddy bears, I guess. >> Well, the teddy bear is not illegal. >> Okay. All right. So, you were back there on the property trying to harvest buds in the You had the BB gun with you. You ran across the uh gentleman. Do you know his name? >> You've seen him before. and he was back there on you said a gator like an ATV or something um with a dog and you were you were told to get off the property and whatnot and you said you're telling me that you didn't point the the BB gun at him? >> No, but I went like this. >> You went like this and what was what were you what were you trying to do? >> And he went like this with the hammer. So trying to get the [ __ ] out of here. Cuz there's outlaws out to get me for the settlement. >> What settlement? >> I got ran over by SWAT. >> By what? By SWAT. >> Yeah. >> Okay, man. >> That's actually true. >> I don't know. He's [ __ ] cool. I won't talk. I want to talk. >> It was an accident, but it was that's actually true. >> You got like a big old story that sounds kind of interesting. All right. So, you held the BB gun up kind of like like this. What were you Were you trying to like >> scare him? Like scare him? >> Yeah. Like leave me alone. >> Okay. >> The officers unzip her bag, search through her things, and pull out the exact firearm used in the assault. >> Someone's in there. >> Turn around for me. Behind your back. >> I'll just wait and see in just a moment. >> You can't point guns at me. >> But I did it. >> But we have >> There's witnesses. We have three people that told us that you did that. Okay. >> You say that there was people that just had friends and >> Okay. Well, there was multiple people on that property. Not when not when he's claiming that you shot at him. Okay. >> Some people didn't just say whatever. >> Listen, here's what was witnessed. Okay? Not Not you shooting at him, but here's what was witnessed. When you guys when he left, okay, and he let you alone after you guys got into the fight and he went back to his house, sir. and you went back out to the road and you rode your bicycle down the road past his house. There was three people total in his yard and all three people said that you aimed the gun at them. >> But so if I >> Are you going to tell me they're lying? >> I am. Cuz if I have enough friends and I go to them, I'm like, "Hey, I hate this person. Let's just go say this and call the cop." >> Well, why do you think they hate you? Exactly. You can't listen to me then. >> Okay. But if they lie about something that's something they face down the road, they're going to end up getting jail time for it if they lie. Do >> you have anything in your pockets that's going to poke or stick me? >> There's an exactly one. >> How many pairs of pants you got on? >> Just one. >> What's an exactly? >> Female came by and said that they that she would take all your stuff. Is Is you want to leave it with her? >> She's gone already. Female left. >> So, what do you want to do with all your stuff? Is the house going? >> The lady said if you leave it in the Circle K, she'll come back here. >> Can I have one last cigarette? >> Why? What the hell? >> All right. So, what do you want to do with all your stuff? Take it with you. Or do you have somebody that can come get it? >> I don't have anybody. Nobody's going to know about me. >> Okay, we'll take it with you then. Go ahead and walk back here to my truck. >> Can I have one cigarette? >> No, ma'am. Come on. Well, how far how long am I going to deal for? What's the charge? >> I'll explain all that to you at the jail. >> But but how long? Cuz it's miserable. >> I I don't I don't know how long. It depends on whether or not you get released on your your own or if you uh bond out. Okay. >> Wait, what does that mean? On my own. I don't >> If the judge thinks that he's going to release you on your own, then he'll release you. Okay. But how long does it take take to talk to the judge? >> You'll see them in the morning. All right. Good. Step up there. Put that foot in first. >> All right. Watch your head. >> I don't want to. >> Okay. Slide this other foot in. Okay. >> With the deadly weapon secured, the talking is officially over. The deputies slap on the handcuffs and take total control of the suspect. Thank you. I can't breathe here.
