Why would I be holding the gun like this right here? >> This incident occurred in Florida August 7th, 2025. On that day, Officer Anthony was on a routine patrol. As he passed by a gas station, he suddenly noticed a man holding a submachine gun in his hand and waving it continuously. This scene immediately made the police officer alert. He immediately called for reinforcements and he got out of the vehicle, quickly drew his gun and aimed it at the opponent. >> you have in your hand? Show me your hands. >> Facing the gaping gun barrel, the man seemed to freeze in shock. He didn't know what he had done wrong, but under the threat of the gun barrel, he could only follow the instructions. Just at the moment the submachine gun landed, a police officer heard something unusual. He approached and upon closer inspection, he realized that what was on the ground was an ordinary fueling gun. The police officer didn't apologize immediately. Instead, he asked the other person a question. Why were you using the fuel gun to scare others? >> What are you doing? >> I'm filling up gas can. What are you doing? >> You understand you're holding it like this like it's a pistol, right? >> Subsequently, on the grounds of disrupting public order, he demanded that the man produce his identification. The man explained he was just here to refuel, but the fuel pump had not responded. So, he raised the fuel nozzle and gestured to the clerk to start the equipment through his actions. Halfway through the conversation, the man suddenly realized that he had just been mistaken for a gun-wielding suspect. >> No, I'm just I'm trying to let them know to pump the gas, bro. >> Okay. >> Why you What the [ __ ] >> The man and his wife immediately pulled out their phones and recorded the entire scene. They also stated that they would file a lawsuit against this police officer. >> I'm going to get your badge. You know I'm going to get a lawsuit on you. >> What's that? >> Let me tell you what this mother [ __ ] this is. >> At this point, the police officer did not attempt to calm the situation down. Instead, he tried to shift the blame onto the man. This action directly provoked the other party. >> I'm sure there's cameras. >> Yes, sir. I don't know. >> I ain't got nothing to say to you, bro. I ain't did [ __ ] and I ain't being detained. I want to go. I don't got nothing to say to you. You know what you did.
