November 11 2024 Platville Wisconsin at
5:46 a.m. Grant County Sheriff's Office
received a 911 call the victim reported
that she was assaulted by Gerald Moon
and he was attempting to leave on an ATV
Gerald had three prior domestic abuse
incidents that had occurred involving
the same woman and was not to have
contact with her the victim reported
that Gerald had entered her locked house
disabled security cameras and shut off
her wifi after telling him to leave he
put his arm around her neck threw her to
the floor and tried muffling or screams
at 6:02 a.m. Platville police found Moon
standing in waste high water and gave
him several orders to exit the creek
