a stolen vehicle a sergeant checked the
image and plate number and attempted to
locate the vehicle the vehicle was
located in the Kohl's parking lot when
officers attempted to make contact the
vehicle fled at a high rate of speed
Decker Drive headed back towards Highway

as the van turned into the westbound
Lanes it pulled in front of a westbound
SUV and was struck
905 he 10 15 with a vehicle sent an
ambulance to Owen Decker

53 with speeds varying from 90 to 110
miles per hour
