When the call came in about a disruptive guest at the Garden Plaza movie theater on the evening of July 15th, 2024, the police headed straight over. Thinking that being a nurse gave her the right to ignore the rules and get physical with the staff, this woman quickly got a reality check. >> Officer here at the situation. Um we have two guests. One of the guests cut line to get a stress concession. >> Okay. >> Um we think that she's on drunk or on drugs or something. >> Um she skipped the line and we asked her to go back in line and wait with the other girls. >> For the concession? >> Yeah, and then she started to grab the POS and started like shaking it to one of our managers. >> Okay. Do you want her out? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you want her off mall property? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay, you want her banned? >> Right. >> Okay. >> Just leave her right here. >> Yeah. >> Excuse me, ma'am. So, you said. >> No, she she she kicked us probably at least five times. Who else did she kick? You and who else? >> Me and Casey. >> All right. So, yeah. Like she >> After a medical check, the woman was taken to jail. She now faces charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest, drug possession, and three felony counts of assaulting an officer. Education might give you a degree, but when it comes to basic decency, it seems she skipped class completely. Once this footage went viral, the internet was genuinely outraged by her. Praying one second and then swearing the next. What a joke. If I ever walked into my mother's room and this lady was the nurse at her bedside, immediate no. Someone should report this woman to the state board of nursing. She has no business dealing with patients. But, the arrogance doesn't stop there. Let's see how this woman turns a simple ticket into an absolute nightmare. Back in June 2023, a basic speeding [music] stop for a Mercedes suddenly turned into a major ordeal. Instead of just cooperating and wrapping things up in 5 minutes, this driver decided to argue and dodge responsibility, and it earned her a lesson she won't be forgetting anytime soon. >> Hi. Do you know why I'm stopping you? >> I mean, no. >> You know what the speed limits are? Cuz I've been trying to catch up with you since Seminole Boulevard. >> I don't even know where >> Okay. So, when you were on Seminole Boulevard before you get to the triangle, then you go off to Madeira Beach, and then you go around, and then you made your right-hand turn here. >> When I When I go over the bridge you're talking about? >> Before that. It's on Seminole Boulevard and 68th Avenue. You're doing 62 in a 45, and then you continued at a high rate of speed over the bridge, the Tom Stuart Causeway, the drawbridge there. >> I used my cruise control over half the time, and I If If I I like I don't even understand right now. Like, if I was speeding, like, why wouldn't have you Like, if I was speeding all the way over there, which I wasn't, like, how Why wouldn't have you just pulled me over all All right, I got to call my dad. I'll talk to you later. No, I don't even understand. I've been literally been home. Just stop. I need to call my dad, and then I need to call my lawyer, cuz this is literally ridiculous. >> Officer, you grab your 28. Can I have your registration and insurance, please? >> I'm pretty sure my registration is in the house. My dad drives this car. >> Okay, then have a seat back in the car so I can handle all all >> Hey, so this officer just >> Have a seat in the car, please. >> I'm I'm not Can you just look at our I will. Just please I'm just trying to >> given I've asked you to do that three times now because this is a traffic stop. >> I'm at my house. >> She was clearly told to stay in the vehicle, but driven by that impulsive need to do things her own way, she stepped right out of the car and walked herself straight into a world of trouble. >> I told you to sit in the car. Sit in the car, please. I've asked you multiple times. >> right now. I'm not saying another word from you. >> your hands behind your back. >> He's literally hitting me right now. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> What's going ON OVER THERE? >> LET GO OF YOUR PHONE so it doesn't break. >> What is that? LITERALLY COME ON. I GOT IT. LITERALLY SHE'S WITH THE DA. She wanted to do this. Do you really want TO DO NO. >> TAKE HER DOWN. >> COME ON. NO, NO, NO. NO, NO. >> 160TH AVENUE AND READY TO BEACH. >> BYE-BYE, GUYS. WE'RE FIGHTING NOW. I'M GOING TO LITERALLY sue the [ __ ] idiot [crying] [ __ ] CALL OUR LAWYER RIGHT NOW. RIGHT NOW, MY NO, YOU'RE REALLY HURTING MY [ __ ] ARM. >> Don't move. >> Oh, she threw her My mom SHE THREW HER BODY CAMERA. SHE THREW HER BODY CAMERA ON THE GROUND. WHY DID YOU THROW YOUR BODY YOU'RE A LIAR. I CAN You see her turning it off because you literally pulled your body camera off on top of >> Ma'am, because you were resisting, it knocked it off. And don't worry, my car camera recorded everything. >> it. >> requested a supervisor a MINUTE AGO. >> OVER 10 MINUTES AGO. Tell me your supervisor's name. >> Sergeant Tacy. >> What is your name and your badge number? >> Deputy Mitchell. It'll be on your citation and your arrest report. >> I'm in nursing school. >> Well, then if you would have complied, you wouldn't be in this position. >> I know. Are you a supervisor? I'm in nursing school. I have 4 months left. I've been pulled into my house. She said I was speeding all the way in something called Seminole Boulevard. I've never seen her car. She wasn't She did not have her lights on. I've been pulled into my driveway and she pulled in my neighborhood, told me to get out of the car. >> You know, that's her body camera off. She just put it back on. And she threw me against my car how many times? >> I don't understand what is happening. Like I don't understand why she had to be so aggressive. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE LAW. LIKE WHAT is this? >> Ma'am, I've explained it to you multiple times. >> You told me I got out of the car to give you my my registration. >> To have a seat in the car and you said you wouldn't because you were on your phone. >> No, I said I'm about to get in the Officer, your body camera it was if it was even on the whole time. Get back in the car. One second, my dad wants to say something to you. He was on speakerphone and you threw my phone on the ground and told me you were detaining me and now I'm arrested. >> Failing to follow instructions and refusing to take responsibility, those are exactly the traits you do not want to see in a nurse. And yet, instead of taking a hard look in the mirror, she just turned on the waterworks the second the consequences caught up with her. >> I don't know what getting like it's seriously like what does arrest of me like what is my arrest? What am I getting arrested for though? Can you >> Obstruction. >> Obstruction of what? >> Obstruction of the law. I gave you multiple lawful commands. You did not follow of >> Ma'am, I got in the car. dad I literally told you my dad is on speaker. I'm about to get in the car. >> And then you got out of the car and I told you to get back in the car and you wouldn't. So, this is why we're where we're at. >> Ma'am, literally, please like I'm not like I'm not even trying to like lie. Like you literally told me to get in the car. I got in the car and I found the registration first. If you have a If you have a camera on your car, I opened the door and I showed you the I waved it to you and I acknowledged you. >> came over to me and I handed you the paper. >> And my dad's on the phone and he was trying to say something. I wait, I'm about to get in the car. My dad wants to say something to you. >> You said, "Well, you stay in the car until your traffic stop is complete, ma'am." >> What? >> You need to stay in your car until your traffic stop is complete. >> pulled into my driveway this whole time and then you turned like your lights on like Like I don't I honestly like for like I don't I really I >> Got it. >> Do you understand for somebody my entire life is going to be over? Officer, I'm begging you. What's happening now? >> Your vehicle's being searched. >> For what? >> The odor of marijuana. >> No, like seriously. Like I don't I'm serious. Like I'm a good Christian. >> Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> I was in the process of getting one in New York, but like I don't like I haven't like been Okay. My dad has one. And he's the one who usually drives that car. So, I really don't even know why you're asking I don't even know what What is she doing? Evidence bags? Like I'm so confused. I'm so confused. >> Yeah, that was on that was in the backseat. So. >> Thank you gentlemen. We're here? >> Uh the van's going to come pick you up. >> A van like uh Are there going to be like other like criminals in there? >> Potentially. >> Stop. >> Just just just relax. >> I'm going to relax. >> It's just a misdemeanor. >> have two months left of nursing school and now it's going to be on my record. I won't even even if I can continue school, I can't even take the NCLEX. I can't even work with you. >> Why won't you be able to take that? >> Because if I have a misdemeanor or anything, they don't let me. >> Well, back to the matter of you. >> me a You can't give me a medical >> I know multiple people who are in the medical field who have felony charges. >> I Well, look look it up. I swear to God, look it up online. You won't be able to take the NCLEX, the national board nursing exam if you have any >> Back to Back to the matter of being >> Look at me right now. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken down to the jail charged with speeding and obstructing an officer. That obstruction charge was eventually dropped, but once this footage hit the internet, folks were absolutely appalled by her behavior. What an obnoxious spoiled brat. Hearing the dad yell through the phone tells me all I need to know about how she was raised. We do not need more people like this in the medical field. A traffic ticket is child's play though. Up next we've got a nurse who scammed someone out of $28,000. Now that is a story that will really make your blood boil. On August 9th, 2023, out in Ohio, police showed up at a financial center after a woman tried using a fake license to walk away with a $28,000 check. She actually thought she could outsmart the whole system with a flimsy piece of paper. The standoff and her clumsy attempts to deny everything will leave you chuckling and shaking your head at the same time. >> You mean I'll put them right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Got you. Do you mind You have paperwork for it? Yeah. Ma'am, do you have your ID on you? >> Um no. Um that's the only one I'm getting every um I know one. I'm waiting for the BMV to send me like a hard plastic copy. >> Okay. You mind if I see that? >> Yeah. >> All right. Thanks. >> Thank you. >> Can I have your ID number for my car? Uh just taking a look at this real fast. >> Okay. >> Is this your current address on here? >> Yes. >> Go back. >> Yes. Go back. Yes. >> Okay. >> Is there a criminal issue? >> Uh possibly. We're going to take a look here. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> And what is the issue? >> Uh we just want to make sure that this is a proper document. >> Okay. That's fine. >> Yeah. You got this from the DMV? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. Give me just a moment, okay? >> Okay. I mean, I got, you know, everything everything is, you know, legit. I got it from Well, this I got from where I worked. I don't care if I don't work there anymore. Um I quit after this. And then I got that from the BMV. >> Okay. All right. Give me just a second here, okay? >> Okay. And you can even call and verify. I'm pretty sure there's a number somewhere. And then I have this this tool off so this one here. >> Real. Joe Biden. Joe Biden. >> Your home 4347. >> 10-4. Thank you. >> Trying to cash a $28,000 check at a place like Check Mark was her first [music] big mistake. It only took the officers a few minutes to see right through that [music] forged piece of paper. >> All right, go and turn off your transport box. >> Oh, can I >> Nope. >> I have to call. I have to call my kids. >> now you're going to put your hands behind your back. >> Okay, can I just put this in my pocket, please? >> put it on the counter. Put it down. Put it on the counter. >> Okay, okay. And my shoes. >> Hey. >> Oh, I have to call my kids. I have to make sure who has my kids >> hands behind your back. Stop Stop. >> I don't know what the issue is. >> We're going to figure that out here, okay? >> Okay, so I'm being put in in chains >> Just relax here. >> Cuffs? >> Yes. Just relax. >> You're not even telling me what is going on. I don't understand. >> We'll get to that. >> I've never been in a situation like this. Like I'm completely confused. Like and you're not even telling me what's going on. >> Your license isn't coming back to you. It's not a not of Ohio driver's license. It's a fake one. >> How is it fake? >> Look at them right here. You got the real quick there. >> Stop it. >> Don't reach inside of >> Stop. >> No, because that's that's a violation of privacy. Oh my god. Yes, it is. >> No. >> Yes, it is. I don't have nothing in my pockets. >> Stop. >> Okay, can you please let go of me? I'm not going TO GO NOWHERE. THERE'S WHEN ONE PERSON PLEASE do not touch my ass. >> I'm just I'm using my hand. >> FINE, BUT I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOU DOING THAT. >> I'm just doing it for officer safety here. It's the back of my hand. >> All right, well then Stop reaching. >> Please let go of me. >> No, we're going to the car. Come on. >> Please let go of me. No. Please let go of me. YOU'RE HURTING ME, BRO. >> WALK. >> OKAY, I I am. Can you please let go? >> NO. >> YOU ARE HURTING ME. YOU ARE HURTING ME. >> OUT. >> You're hurting me because the cuffs the cuffs Please let go of me. Please let go. You're hurting me. >> Go ahead and take a seat. >> You're hurting me. >> Seat. >> I don't care. You're hurting me. >> Buckle you in so you don't get hurt. >> How the [ __ ] am I going to get hurt? I'm in the back of the [ __ ] car. >> Cuz it's state law to have you buckled in. >> Can you at least loosen them? >> Go ahead and turn the car on. Turn the camera on. >> Her purse was absolutely stuffed with fake documents and stolen social security information, but honestly, the sheer brazen confidence of this scammer is what will really leave you stunned. >> Can I answer any questions? >> Yeah. >> Give me a second. I'm sorry. I'm taking a Miranda here. Let me get Make sure I got it right. Here's who she actually is. Got you. >> I'll let you take it. >> Is that even the truck? >> $28,000. >> Did they say if the truck was bad or just the ID? >> I'm sure just they just checked the ID. She's got somebody else's social. I'll let you go through all this. >> Okay. Thank you. >> First and foremost and then >> Okay. Yeah, let me just gather my thoughts for a second. So, this was in here and then She has a forged >> She's got a government document. >> Okay. >> In someone else's name. >> Got you. >> She's got other people's >> There's another >> information in there. >> Okay. >> Can I make a phone call, please? >> You can when we get to jail. >> I'm not going to be there long. >> Can you just set this in the seat for a second? >> I'm allowed I'm allowed a bond. I need to call for my kids. >> All right. We can take care of that later, okay? >> Okay, how? What's later? >> So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. >> Okay, I have one question. Am I allowed a bond? >> You have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford one. >> Am I allowed a bond, though? Is what I'm asking. >> all this stuff figured out. Um do you have any questions right now? >> Just I need to make a a couple phone calls. >> We'll get that figured out later, okay? >> What's later? I have to get a hold of my kids so they know what's going on. >> We have to get to jail and process you first. Yeah, you'll get a call later. >> What's later though is what I'm asking. I'm going to be worried. I have to call my fiance. >> All right. Do you want to answer any questions about what's going on here today? >> No, I don't. >> No? >> No, I don't. I'd rather be quiet because you guys are known to twist my words. Um I do have one question. When am I going I'm going able to get my belongings. Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me. Hello. Hello. When am I going to be able to get my belongings? >> Here she is, loudly demanding her right to personal privacy. The irony is just rich. The one throwing a fit is the exact same person stealing other people's identities and hard-earned money. >> The socials that are in there belong to me and my children. And you can look that up and you'll see that that's proof. Those socials are my children's and mine. Well, not even mine. Mine's isn't in there, but my my children's. I have three children and I can tell you their names and their birthdays. Those are theirs. They're all my children. So, everything in that wallet is mine. And it's nothing else. And like I said, you can look it up and you can see for yourself. Everything in my purse, in my wallet belongs to me. And they're all legit. Like I said, you can look them up and you can check. And the two IDs in there are both mine. They both have my ID my names on them and my address. One is a passport photo and the other one is a regular BMV one. I went to the the Walgreens on Clark yesterday and got that done. The passport ID. And you can also look into that and see that that's the truth. Everything is mine and legit other than that. >> Let him get out of here. So, what? >> Those ones are mine. Those ones are legit. >> Okay, we still have to impound them anyway until you can prove that they are yours, okay? >> You can call the the the the the Social Security office. I can tell you the names on them. I have three children. So, why are they being taken? Like I said, >> It's all going to go with your property. It's all going to be impounded. >> Impounded? What does that mean? >> It means going into our property. >> Okay, so will I be able to get it back? >> Yeah. >> Because I can't replace them. >> Yeah. We have a property clerk. You can get yourself back once we're done. As long as you're able to prove that they're yours, then yes, we'll get you that. >> You can call. >> I'll just have to talk to the >> security card is on 73rd. >> No, detective. >> Everything in that, especially the two IDs, are mine in the in the purse. >> Okay. >> And you can check up with Walgreens on Park. I worked there. The passport I did yesterday. >> Okay. Well, right now we're you're under arrest right now. You didn't do anything wrong. Okay. >> Whatever. I'm trying to take care of my two kids. >> Hey, thanks. >> Down at the police station, the moment she had to sit across from the detectives, she immediately pointed the finger at a man she met on Facebook, claiming he promised her a $2,000 cut if she pulled it off. In the end, she was officially arrested and taken to jail, facing charges of theft, forgery, and identity fraud. Up next, we've got a look at some CNAs who decided to throw their own futures right down the drain. On June 26th, 2022, in a Walmart parking lot in Oklahoma, police had to step in and break up a scuffle between two young women. Instead of acting appropriately, these two nursing assistants somehow thought the law just didn't apply to them. Let's see how that turned out. >> Don't worry me like that. What's going on? >> Sir, we're just having a moment. >> We're just like two best friends trying to argue right now. Like >> Yeah, you guys been drinking? >> No, we're just like we're in the heat of argument and it's not We've been friends for like 10 [ __ ] years. We're just having a moment. We just had some boys getting in between us and they're really getting in between us and we're just trying to figure it out. >> Where are they at? >> I mean, they're >> now. They're at their house, but um I don't know. >> 14 and 22. So, the boys Y'all both like the same boy? >> No, we don't like the same boy. >> boy. We're like two best friends. >> two best friends. We're really homies with him, and it's a whole We've just been hanging out with him. >> Who are they? >> They're just random people. They came to check on us because I had a bad day. >> Where do y'all live? How'd y'all get here? >> We went to our kitty lake, and then we were >> That your car right there? >> Yeah, that's my friend's car. >> Anyone else in the car in there? >> No, there's no one else in the car. We left at his house. >> Y'all high? >> Um I'm definitely not. >> I'm a bro. I'm a CNA. I work as a CNA. >> I'm just very emotionally distressed because it's Father's Day, and how do I say like uh about a week ago, like 4 days ago, it was Father's Day. >> Her dad died, okay? >> Okay. >> I'm just trying to figure it out with my best friend. We've been going through it because of things going on. >> What can we do to help you? >> You can't do anything about a girl's dad dying, right? >> Okay, let's not be a smart ass. As far as what's going on right now. >> You see she's breaking, and like obviously we're going through it. >> big of a deal. I'm just trying to make sure my best friend >> Well, I'm just saying you're causing a disturbance in the parking lot. We're getting called over here, so we're going to come over here. >> understandable. Literally, okay. >> Hey, here's a What's your name? You got your ID on you? Let's go this route. >> have my car. I don't have my nothing. I don't >> What's your name? What's your name? Bo. What? Bo. >> Both of them seemed to think that playing the harmless helpless card was going to give them a free pass. Ironically enough, their blatant refusal to cooperate ended with Annabelle being officially placed under arrest. >> Okay. When's your birthday? >> I mean, it doesn't matter. >> Yeah, you're trying to project it onto my back. You're going to play that game. You don't want to give me your info, then we're just going to go this route. >> Okay. >> You're done at this moment. I'm not going to play games with you and keep >> Dude, you're going through two best friends in the distress right now. Like you're not even caring to ask. >> Oh, we're asking all right, but you're the one that messed you >> on asking what my last name is? Bro, okay. >> I'm not your bro either. Let's get that straight. >> I don't give I don't care. >> I notice you don't. Walk over here to this patrol car. >> I know I know you guys I understand you guys got your guys' business going on. I know we've been causing disturbances. >> Yeah. >> I know it's nothing. It's a little disturbing. I know. Listen, bro. I understand. >> call me bro. I'm I'm >> Sir, what is your name? >> Officer Factor. >> Officer Factor, I'm so sorry. >> Mhm. >> I'm usually on my stuff. I'm usually a very respectful kid. I'm so sorry that you had to deal with this night. I know we've been a disturbance. I know it's been a lot, but come out here. She's been disrespectful. I've just been trying to carry her in the car. I'm just trying to get her straight. I'm trying to get her right. I've been trying to take her home. I want to take us home. Like make sure we're straight. >> Yeah. So, how much have y'all had to drink? I'm not stupid. >> I know you're not stupid. >> When was the last time you had something to drink? >> Uh like a long time ago. My mom's a criminal. She's always in and out of jail. >> Well, that Do you have anything in your pockets or anything that's going to stick me? >> I don't have anything. >> Anything in your pockets? >> I mean, you can you can feel them. >> I'm not going to. I'm just making sure that there's nothing >> Because I've been trying to get her, which she is drunk. Trying to get her in the car. >> that's very apparent. >> Okay. So, I've just been trying to carry her home. Trying to take her home, but I make sure she's straight. >> All right. Well, >> That's my best friend. >> All right. How uh How quick can you get a ride here? Because if you do not get a ride here, you're going to go to jail for public intoxication. >> I can get a ride here really quick. >> How far? >> Um oh >> How old are you? >> 20 years old. I'm nervous. >> Are you nervous or what's your real first name? >> H A I L E. >> Do you have your phone on you? >> Yes, I do. >> Let's go grab it so you can call somebody. What are you doing with the alcohol in the car, too? So, you've been drinking and driving. >> Not me. That's just my friend's. >> Now, Hailey tried to hide who she was, mainly because neither of them were anywhere near old enough to be drinking. But then the officers spotted two cans of Bud Light right there in the center console. And just like that, another arrest was in the works. >> And she's been drinking in the car. >> You got weed in there, too, or what's that? Candle? >> just That's a bag. >> Okay. >> The ice and then we have a candle in there, yeah. >> You got extra stuff? >> CNA. >> Okay. Here, turn around for me. You're going to be placed under arrest for public intoxication. I'm going to put your hands behind your back. >> Do you have a purse or a wallet you want to go with you? >> Yeah, I do. >> Where is it at? Do you have anything else you're going to post record or something? >> fine. No, obviously not, bro. I'm a CNA, bro. What do you >> I don't care what a CNA is. >> Okay, well, obviously not, bro. >> I asked if you had any I'm not Listen to me. Would you shut your mouth? >> Okay, but >> I'm asking if you have anything on you. >> You think I'm some criminal or something? >> You are being one. You violated a law. >> I had three beers and I had three I'm a CNA, bro. What the do you mean? >> want me to get you for minor possession of alcohol, too, while we're at it? >> Go ahead. Shut the door. >> Let's go. Uh I'm going to walk you. You're not going to pull me. >> you cuz I'm not a human being. Like I'm a little girl. I'm 5'2. What are you? 6'2? >> Yeah. >> Like come on now. Let's go. Come on. What am I going to do? Whoa. >> Continue to be disrespectful. >> No, I wasn't disrespectful until you started being disrespectful to me. Come on. Are you going to do what if I have a needle on me? >> Oh, you're a CNA. I didn't ask if you had a needle. Have a seat. CNA. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. Do you have anything that would poke you? >> Out of nowhere >> Annabelle manages to slip out of her handcuffs and starts getting aggressive. But throwing a blind temper tantrum like that, she was really just destroying her own future with her bare hands. >> Guess you don't know what to do. Yeah, you don't know what to do. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. I'm a female. >> Turn around. >> I'M A FEMALE. I'M A FEMALE. I'M A FEMALE. I'M NOT A FEMALE. >> [screaming] >> STOP TOUCHING ME. STOP TOUCHING ME. >> STOP. TURN AROUND. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> [screaming] >> KID, BRO. >> LET ME TAKE THE CUFFS OFF FOR YOU. >> KID, BRO. >> YEAH, AND YOU'RE ACTING LIKE AN ASS. >> GOD, BRO. Y'ALL ARE CORRUPTED AS F >> YOU KEEP KICKING >> I'M A KID, BRO. I'M A KID, BRO. I'M A KID, BRO. I'M A KID. >> STOP. >> I'M A KID. I'M A KID. I'M A KID, BRO. I'M A KID. I'M A KID. I'M A KID. I'M A KID. I'M A KID. I'M A KID, BRO. I'M A KID, PLEASE. >> SHE WAS UP THERE >> I'M A KID. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO US? I'M A KID. IT'S TOO TIGHT. IT'S TOO TIGHT. >> WELL, YOU SLIPPED THE OTHER ONE, SO STOP MOVING. >> YOU'RE MOVING ME TOO TIGHT. NO, STOP. >> [screaming] >> NO, I DON'T CARE. >> THIS IS CRAP. >> YOU YOU THINK CUZ I'M COOL, I'M CORRUPTED, RIGHT? I'M COOL, I'M CORRUPTED, RIGHT? YOU'RE A PIECE OF [ __ ] >> YOU'RE DRUNK. >> I'm I'm 19 YEARS OLD. CALL MY DAD. >> I CAN TELL. >> NO, CUZ MY DAD CAN TELL YOU STRAIGHT I'M A KID. I'M 292 LBS. >> YEP. >> AND YOU MAKE US AND YOU CAN PUT HANDS ON ME LIKE YOU GOT [ __ ] [screaming] >> HAVE A SEAT, ANNABELLE. >> YES, I am recording this. >> YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE I am. You don't know what >> You're drunk. >> I AM. >> YOU'RE DRUNK. >> I DON'T give a [ __ ] >> It's a routine that I'm in, so that way if I ever have to go to court, I can say this is how I do my rest every single time. >> cop. >> Okay, you're a CNA. I know, but I don't tell you how to do your job, do I? >> Right. Right, but I also don't go up to random people asking them, "Do you have anything that's going to poke?" >> Uh I ask people because I don't like being pricked with hypodermic needles. >> Sir, I don't even have pockets on me. I think you can tell that by me >> I can now. You do have pockets in your gym shorts. >> No, I don't. I swear to god. >> Okay, then you don't. >> Ask him. >> Okay. >> There's no short. There's no no no >> Okay. >> No. No. >> But there's no need to kick the car, either. >> Right, because you're my best >> Okay, she's kicking and pinching us. Did you see that from this side of the car? >> I do. I do understand that that's [ __ ] >> I understand your best friend, and then you're yelling and kicking at my car, and then I'm going to have to deal with you. >> Cuz I'm No, you're not. I'm in between two car doors. >> Well, now you are. Yeah, but the door was open a minute ago. I had to shut the door. >> I was not going to get >> Well, I don't know. She slipped the handcuffs. She's losing her freaking mind back there. >> I'm I'm not >> In the end, both girls were hauled off to the county jail. They were charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and being minors in possession of alcohol. After a night like this, I reckon they figured out pretty quick that having a CNA badge doesn't put you above the law. But we aren't done yet. The craziness up next is going [music] to completely blow your expectations out of the water. On June 19th, 2024, a routine traffic stop for tinted windows in Des Moines, Iowa, quickly turned into a run-in with a healthcare worker throwing a downright tantrum. She tried her best to play the victim to hide the illegal secrets she had stashed in her car. And well, here is what actually went down. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Do you have your license, registration, insurance? Reason I'm stopping you is the window tint, >> I was like, "I'm not even doing anything." I'm like, "I'm trying I could be at work in like 10 minutes, so um I don't have a copy of my insurance, but I have like >> Do you smoke in here? >> I don't. No, I don't. >> Okay, why does it smell like it? >> Um I had somebody in here the other day that was and probably my ashtray, but I have this and I can probably pull up my insurance later. I got I got pulled over, so that's going to be just a little bit. It's not funny. I'm right here in the parking lot, dude. I That's all right. I got you on speaker. I got to go. I'm sorry. I'm just letting you know. All right, bye. >> I'm going to have you hop out, all right? >> Can I please just go to work, please? I have to be there like >> I understand that, but I think you have in the car and that's why you're so nervous and it smells like >> I'm not like that nervous. Like I don't like being late to work. Like can you please like Please, can I just go to work? Like seriously >> You can catch another charge, okay? So, you can get out of the car and don't make a poor decision right now. Marijuana is a serious misdemeanor. If you take off right now, it's a felony. And if you fight with me, it's another misdemeanor. Turn off your car. >> I'm just so worried I like I don't like being late and I've had people in my car, too, that like just leave stuff in here. >> Instead of simply cooperating and stepping out of the vehicle, this woman decided to turn on the waterworks. She threw a crying fit, acting as if a few tears were somehow enough to bend the law. >> I'm getting out of the car. This is so awful. I can't, please. Can I please go to work, please? Oh my god, please. Please. >> Ma'am. >> Please, I got to get to go to work, please. >> I'm asking you to step out of the car, okay? You've already pulled the door back in, so you're already >> I wasn't trying to just >> You're already interfering with what I got going on. If you If you push this further, >> just >> Listen, if you push this further, I'm going to charge you with interference because you're not letting me and my my backup officer here conduct our inter- our investigation, which is the smell of marijuana. And I assume that that is why you're freaking out right now cuz you know that there's weed in the car. >> in your car, too, but >> What's your first name? Is it Sarah? Is that your first name? >> Okay, Sarah. If there's no >> People with that if there's stuff in my car. >> Sarah, if there's no weed in this car like you're telling me, >> But if there is and I don't >> Well, I can't control that. So, let's cross that bridge when we get there. But right now you sitting here arguing with me is wasting time. >> Can I like please just like >> that you're not going to go to work right now. Come on. >> Is there any >> All right, face into the car. Put your hands behind your back for me. Stop. >> Can I just ask one question? I'm not trying to fight. I'm not trying to fight. >> stuff. >> Open my pocket probably. >> Okay. >> No, I don't have anything in my pocket. >> Well, just so you know what >> I'm I'm I was just trying to grab it. I don't have nothing. >> Where's >> At a minimum right now you're going to jail for interference. No, it's the one I just dropped. >> I literally just >> I'll hold that for you. >> Here, you throw on some clothes, buddy. >> Yeah. >> Stop walking around. Just stop. >> Is that all you use or what else am I going to find in the car? How How did you have left in here? >> I'm >> embarrassed right now cuz >> How much did you have left in here? >> I'm a respiratory therapist. >> How much weed did you have in here? >> Um I I don't >> worth or something? >> Maybe like a gram or something. >> Must have fell in your pocket when you tried to stuff it in there then. Oh no, that's just another baggie. That'd make more sense. >> Now, a pat down didn't turn up a thing, but the moment they started searching that car, the officers pulled out exactly what this nurse was so desperate to keep hidden. >> She says she's got a half ounce of weed in here. Yeah. >> Where did she say she's working? >> She's a respiratory therapist here. She's on her way to work. Yeah. And you can tell she's under the influence right now. >> Well, yeah, she's been doing this. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm putting it in the bag. >> Probably. >> For a respiratory therapist, don't you have to be >> Masters? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I think. Several bags here. Oh, two bags. >> Half an ounce though? >> No, I'm not quite at a half an ounce, but >> Yeah, I don't think it's in here. >> When she gets on the phone with I assume her supervisor and says something about she's going to be late. And I'm like, I don't think so, cuz you're extremely nervous and it smells like weed, so >> What do you think these are? >> That looks like Advil. >> Yeah, that's looks like Advil. >> Yes. Pulling the door back shut. >> Yeah. >> And you pulled her how many inches resisted as we're putting her in cuffs. >> Yeah. >> Not crazy, but >> Enough. >> Enough that she was tensing up and not complying. >> It'd be kind of crazy [ __ ] in 30s. >> I bet you that's what that is. >> They should say it. They're usually stamped. >> Yeah, they are. I just didn't pull it out and get it. I didn't think Peyton was going to. >> Nothing over there. >> This is just a lunch box. >> This isn't I mean it's probably This is not a half an ounce. So, I don't know. Let me try to chunk, I guess. Where are these blue ones? >> No, it's I don't think so. >> No? T4? >> Yeah, kind of an old crappy one, but it will work. The last one. There's nothing in this box. >> Do you remember you the right side I read to you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What are the the pills in that bottle? They just Advil in? >> Yeah, just the Advil liquid gel and I have my birth control in there for the night. >> Uh where did all the weed go? >> Um honestly, I think I have a little container somewhere, but I don't I think I maybe I put it somewhere. >> much empty. >> Okay. >> Where was the >> I had like a a pipe, I think, and like a little um like a a little or a little zipper little thingy. Um but I don't know like other than that, honestly, but cuz I haven't >> Okay. >> I'm so tired. >> Out of pure desperation, she actually made the reckless decision to try and bribe the officers. Naturally, that foolish little move only piled more charges right onto her plate. >> person, you know, and I know I smoke and I know it's not legal and I know coke is not either and right when I got to get in the car, it just just sucks and I got to do anything just like bail and pay whatever like you know, it just I just get nervous when I'm like going to be like I wasn't trying to be like resistant of you guys like I really don't know. I'm trying here cuz I don't want to lose my good job. This is my whole life. Like I'm a really good person. I've never even had no other I've never even had no other like >> that I can't just make this go away for you. I mean you have I mean you have You're familiar >> Can I do anything? >> There I mean there's not there's nothing. No. >> I'd send you all the money I had in my >> Well, you got to understand that's not how this works. So, I am just letting you know You're going to be charged with the possession. Okay? >> I don't even know. I got to call and tell them I'm not coming, but I don't want to say I'm arrested. >> Well, yeah, why don't you wait on that? Unless you want to call them now. I can I can let you call them, but I don't know. That's up to you. I would I would probably think about that before you do. >> All right. So, I I'll just go with your charge, probably. >> And then what's that base? >> Vape, but it was right next to it, so I'll be willing to do something. >> Okay. The charge is right? >> Yeah. >> I would just throw this in property then, too. >> It'll be charged. >> Did you throw it in that bag? >> This one, this too. >> Not the vape. I'll take the cartridge. Um That was where again? >> It's in this uh >> That black bag? >> Black bag on the front passenger >> Okay, and that's the only thing you found, right? >> Right. >> Okay. Yeah, her spoon is in her in her pocket next to it in a baggy and then the other Yeah. I don't know. She's tweaking right now, so You want to do the impound? I'm going to work on the booker right now, so >> All right. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail facing charges of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, [music] and resisting arrest.
