this man was simply walking down the road minding his own business then suddenly a cop showed up and blatantly violated his rights by demanding his ID without any legal justification the man knew his rights and refused but then the cop did something unexpected and you are you see right here yeah I mean where you can see what you record okay okay can I see you ad yes sir can I grab it yeah can I ask why you're stopping me well you walking down the road I just checking on the well I can't give you my ID if I didn't commit a crime I I just seeing who you are but I didn't commit a crime did I I mean we can still ask somebody for their ID I but I'm not legally required to you want to give me your Ida or not I want you to tell me what I did wrong you didn't do nothing wrong other than I see you walking I'm checking on you you're not checking on me you're harassing me hold on just sure if I committed a crime I'd have no problem giving you my ID okay all right but I did nothing wrong okay I'll figure out who you are I wa thank you sir
