What do you want to talk about? >> So you don't want to conduct fair soriety? >> No. >> You don't want to do nothing like >> I want to go home. >> What you have to do? >> Not enough for you not to let me go home. >> Little brother 6 months ago. >> My brother died 3 months ago. Just let me go. >> Give me my ticket. Let me go. >> Did I ask you to grab your ID? >> No, but I knew you were in the tooth. >> I didn't ask you to grab your ID. Better lose your [ __ ] attitude right now. Armed with liquid courage, this entitled driver treats a DUI stop like a customer service complaint until her smug arrogance shatters the exact moment she realizes she's heading to jail. On June 15th, 2022, after backing into a police car and brazenly lying to get away with it, this woman thought she was smarter than the law. Unfortunately, her stubbornness quickly got a reality check. >> I pulled up behind her and stopped. Then she just put it in reverse and it goes right up in this thing. So, she soiled her pants. Then she's got an open bar. >> Did you get in a car accident? >> No. >> No. Okay. Do you have your >> Do you have your license and your insurance? >> I have my license. I don't have my insurance. I just came back from Chinese food. >> Chinese food? >> Yeah. >> Do you drink anything today? In the morning. >> In the morning. What' you drink? >> I had um um half and half. >> Half and half. Like half lemonade, half vodka. >> Uh tea and half >> vodka. >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long ago was that? >> 5:55. I came >> 5:55 in the morning. >> Yeah. I came home from here. >> Okay. You didn't drink at all today? >> No, I have it, but I haven't drink. We can talk out here. >> Who is that? >> Uh >> oh, I know who that is. >> Probably. >> Yeah. So, I'm with his boyfriend. Like, >> okay. >> I'm with his boyfriend. >> All right. >> So, I know what kind of person he is. And I know like >> What kind of person is he? >> He's an alcoholic. >> Okay. How much did you drink tonight? >> Tonight? Nothing. >> How much did you drink during the day? I only drink in the morning. >> What happened with this accident? >> This wasn't an accident. Just something I bought. >> Like I had from home. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I I swear to God like I'm I'm a transplant patient. >> So like I can't have any of like >> any of what? >> Like hardcore liquor or anything. >> Getting drunk after an organ transplant is an insult to those waiting for a lifesaver. Nevertheless, a bit of belated honesty led her to admit to abusing sedatives. >> I literally drank in the mornings. Yeah. >> And then I had a little bit before I left. >> Okay. >> So, not too much to get like up and drunk. >> Okay. >> But enough to come here. >> I gota Did you take any medication today? >> I took Xanis at 5:55 a.m. >> Okay. Uh I don't think you're supposed to you're not supposed to mix that with alcohol though. >> No, but it's been like more than four to six hours. >> Okay. >> And I'm allowed to >> So you're prescribed Xanax for what reason? >> Uh I had a total pancreattomy with I auto auto transplantation. >> Okay. >> So like a donor or something. Yeah. Like whenever they get disease, they give me their pancreas island and they put it into my liver so I won't be diabetic anymore. >> Do you have the prescription bottle with you? >> Is it in the car? We We don't need to get it now. We got it. >> Yeah. >> I just want to make sure. Okay. I want to make sure you're good to drive or we got to do >> we got to do exercise. >> Put your feet together. Put your arms down at your side. Okay. I want you to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes. Don't move your head. It's windy. >> I know. It's a little windy. Just try to stay still as possible. >> Yeah, I know. I know. >> Feet together, arms down at your side. Okay. Look at my finger. Don't move your head. Only your eyes. >> I know. >> Okay. Here we go. >> Yeah. >> So, we're going to pretend like it's an imaginary line. Hang on. Don't do anything yet. Okay. Put your left foot on the imaginary line. >> Put your right foot ahead of your left foot. Okay. Heel to toe. Heel to toe. No. No. No. Don't start walking yet. We're just getting into the position. >> Oh, kill the toe. >> Yes. Left foot on the imaginary line. So, put your left foot on the imaginary line. >> Put your Okay. Put your right foot ahead of your left foot. >> Okay. Don't move. Keep your arms down to your sides. >> One. >> Put your arms down to your side. >> Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. >> Nine. Right. One, two, three, four, five, 6, 7, 8, 9. >> Her behavior clearly showed she was intoxicated. Ironically, she still tried to blame it on diabetes, stubbornly ignoring the deadly alcohol flowing through her veins. >> You got a problem with your foot? a medical problem or whatever injury. >> It's called um like when you you're diabetic. >> Yeah. >> You get uh get a pension for it. So like your nerves don't uh >> like crisscross. So what they do is >> I don't know if you know about medication but like what it does it just makes your discs and your spine straight. >> Wendy, sorry. Just try your best. >> I know. I know. I know. I know. >> Sorry. >> Okay, you can stop >> cuz it's windy. I'm little. >> All right. One more thing. >> Sorry. Anything. >> One more thing. Okay. Um Okay. When I tell you to, you're going to close your eyes and tilt your head back a little. You're going to >> You're going to count to yourself in your head 30 seconds. When you think 30 seconds has passed, >> let me know. Stop. And stop. Okay. >> Okay. That's it. Just count to 30 in your head and tell me when. >> Close your eyes. >> Close your eyes. Tilt your head back. >> Okay. One. >> Um, what you're going to do is you're just going to take a deep breath, wrap your lips around the straw, and just blow out. 3 seconds. Three or four seconds. Okay, that's it. >> Uh, so suck in blow. >> No, don't suck in it out. Just before you wrap your lips around the straw, suck in to take a deep breath so you have enough breath to blow. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Blow. Keep going. Okay. It's got to be a constant blow. Okay. Stop. A big blow like this. >> 3 seconds. That's it. Okay. Ready? >> Yeah. >> Blow. Keep going. More. More. More. More. More. Okay. That wasn't enough. Can you practice? Just go like this. Just blow. Okay, that's good. Just for 3 seconds. >> Okay. >> Just do what you just did there. >> Okay. >> Like you're blowing out candles. Someone's birthday. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Can you do that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Take a deep breath. >> Okay. >> No. >> No. >> Keep No. >> Like you're blowing out candles. >> Okay. Keep >> Okay. Ready? >> Yeah. >> Take a deep breath. Blow. Blow. Blow. More. More. Okay. Stop. Why can't you blow? What's wrong? >> I don't know. >> Just take a deep breath and blow. Let me see. Can you blow more than that? >> I don't have like organs and I don't have like anything. Okay. >> Okay. Second. >> The woman kept giving absurd excuses, but her attitude was surprisingly composed. However, that half-hearted obedience wasn't a free pass to escape a well-deserved arrest. Hello. More. More. More. More. More. M. More. More. More. More. All right. Good job. >> No, you can leave that there. Oops. Grab your glasses. >> No, you you can put it on the ground or you can keep that if you want. All right. Turn around. >> Am I getting arrested? >> Yeah. >> But why? >> Wait. Why? I don't even know. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I'm not resisting. I'm >> Hey, what do I do with my car? It's going to get towed. >> Can he repark it? >> No. >> No, no, no. You'll be able to get it out. You'll get the paperwork. It'll show you how to do it. >> Am I going to get out today? >> More than likely. >> I mean, okay, I understand. >> 1711 and cussy. >> Wait, can I like flip this in front or >> No, just Oh my god, that hurt. Lean lean back. We'll take them off when we get to the police station. Okay. I want to do like I said >> one of them is old and one of them is new from today. >> Which one was from today? >> Lower one is from older. >> So this is what how much you drank today? >> Yeah, pretty much. >> All right. >> It's like five. Yeah. >> All right. Don't don't worry about it right now. Just focus on right now. It's my daughter who doesn't have a dad that >> just focus right now, okay? On what's doing right now. >> I have the worst anxiety ever. But it >> this has nothing to do with your daughter. Nothing's going to happen with your daughter because he wasn't on my car or anything, right? >> No. Who has your daughter right now? >> My mom. >> Okay. >> Or her her other girlfriend. >> Okay. In the end, the woman was arrested and faced a DUI charge. Her license could be suspended for up to a year. Taking public transit will give her time to reflect on her backing up skills and her organ shortage. That's not all. Watch this next drunk driver try to smooth talk their way past the cops. On August 25th, 2022 down in Florida, a Chevrolet was swerving so dangerously that a deputy had to pull it over. Instead of showing a little fear, this drunk young woman tried to pull a fast one on the officer. Little did she know just how miserably she was about to fail. >> All right, here's the deal. Hold you over for a land violation. Got all over the place. Okay, there's an overall person in the vehicle as I'm speaking to you. Okay, but from your breath as I talk to you, okay? For use of standardized field sobriety task. I want you to show me you're able to operate a motor vehicle without impairment. You understand? >> I do it right now. What if I got a ride? >> No, you can't call a ride. We're not calling an Uber. We're not doing anything. You're driving your car. I want to make sure I get able to get in your car and drive home. >> We're going to drive home. >> No, we're not. We're not leaving your car here. You're in your vehicle and I have to make sure you're safe enough to drive in your current condition. >> Okay. Cuz you were driving when I made contact with you, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. You want me to ride home? Like what if I'm on like what if I park my car and then my mom like why anyone got me? >> Not. Well, I don't know why like we was me swerving or something and >> leaving your lane driving completely over the center lane of travel on your phone or is there something to explain? >> I think I'm like drinking like I don't know. >> Well, I can smell alcohol coming from your breath even if you're standing here outside of the vehicle. >> Okay. >> Okay. And I'm going to make sure you're able to drive a car safely. >> But I still have home though. So like why can't I call her and tell her that? Yeah, I am doing this. >> You're not pulling. >> Why can't she be there though? Why? Why? We're going to go ahead and move on. Okay. Um right now, are you sick or injured? >> No. No. >> Mom, I can't tell my mom and tell me. >> No, you cannot make You cannot call anybody. You cannot make any phone calls right now. >> I'm not trying to come get me. I'm just telling her to come be here. >> No. Are you diabetic? Do you take s? >> Because you're an adult and you're driving a car and we're not calling. We're not This isn't phone a friend. This isn't call for a ride. You're not calling. I'm missing the car. like tell her like they like to >> I'm conducting a DUI investigation and I want to make sure that you're safe and I don't need your mom here. >> You're an adult. >> Okay. But that is not an option right now. >> But I say I'm 20 years old though and it still matters. >> Okay. We're not calling anybody for this first one. Let me come back here. Alexa, we're going to stand right here. Stand right here. >> Why two y'all though? Why is there two of y'all? >> Because everything's being audio and video recorded. Okay. And it's our policy to have two officers. her. But yeah, but yeah, >> it's it's it's our policy to have two officers present while we're doing a DUI investigation. Okay. >> Say hi, Mom. >> Hey, I'm driving. >> No, not an option. >> She was old enough to drink and get behind the wheel. Yet, she treated a police stop like a game show where she could just phone a friend. Ironically, there were no lifelines to save her from this mess. >> You're going to follow with your eyes on your eyes only. Okay. It's going to move side to side. We're just going to follow with our eyes. Do you understand? >> Yeah. that many times. Yep. Other times. Okay. >> We're getting there. >> I've been with like people before who I mean I've been restricted. So I think I know how it works. Like >> maybe just keep following with your eyes or eyes open. Would you like to continue? >> I'm just saying. So I'm not saying you saying like have power over like other [ __ ] and it's not even worth it. Oh, >> okay. >> You see the redness? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We're going to follow and go up and down now. Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. Pass. Right. Pass. Okay. >> No. We're going to continue. Okay. >> Okay. We'll continue. >> Um, we don't really have a line to work with the parking lot. Unless you want to relocate over there. >> Well, what's the what's the normal line that it's supposed to be on though? >> Well, we we work with what we're given. Okay. And we're in a business. >> Work what you're given. Work with your given. I've pulled you over in a gas station. There's no lines in our immediate area. We can relocate over there. >> That's the normal line though. Like a street line. We can go in the street. >> I would not like to go on the street. I'd like to go right there. There's a yellow line right there. >> I can't go on the street though. >> It's not safe. >> That's a standard line though. >> Well, that's anyone anything. Y'all will get anyone for any little thing they [ __ ] up on. Y'all get them for that. So, let's go on the street then cuz I don't care about >> We could do We could use an imaginary line right here as well. >> You okay with that? So, when you ready to begin? So it's heel and toe, right? >> Heel toe. Yep. Just as I demonstrate. >> So So this is my first one, right? >> Your first step, your first step is with your left foot. >> 7 8 nine. Right. >> Right. >> That was nine. So, how is that wrong? That's more than nine. >> The deputy explained the finger to nose test with the patience of a saint. But instead of doing the sensible thing and cooperating, she decided to get more defiant than ever. >> So, point for your entire side. When I ex when I tell you to, you're going to close your eyes and tell back. Okay? You don't have to do it yet. Just watch me. Okay? I'm going to call out a series of commands. Okay? I'm going to say left. When I say left, you take the left tip tip of your finger, touch the tip of your nose. Just like that. >> Put my head back. I'm going to have my head fix. >> You're going to have your head back and your eyes closed. >> But your head's not back. >> I'm explaining it. Demonstrating. Okay. >> You're not demonstrating. I mean, you >> I'm not going to tilt my head held back or close my eyes in front of you. I'm not going to do that. Okay. So, again, I've said left. When I say right, take the right tippy tip of your finger and touch the tip of your nose. Just like that. Bring back down your side without me telling you to do so. Okay. Do you have any questions >> here? >> Yep. This >> Why do you have that though? Why do you have that? >> My neck. How far about 45 about 45°? Just like that. >> Is this something you're making up? Cuz when I remind you other cops, I'm just asking. I'm just asking. >> Standardized standardized field task. Okay. >> But but my spory test. It wasn't like this. So >> it's a standardized field. >> Okay. Standardized field soriety task. Okay. So again, when you are ready, we're going to move on. So when you are ready, >> this the last one. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You close your eyes and tilt your back. Okay. You don't have to bend over backwards. That's a little far. Okay. >> About 45°. Just like that. Okay. >> My finger to my nose. Right. Right. >> I'm going to tell you which finger you use. You should touch your finger to your nose. Okay. >> Okay. Eyes closed, right? Or eyes open? >> Eyes closed the entire time. >> Okay. >> Are you ready? >> Yep. I'm ready. >> What? right >> and left. >> Done. >> Yep. You're all done. >> You are going to be placed under arrest for DUI. Place your hands behind your back. Do not resist me. Okay. Place your hands behind your back. Right about then, her mother came rushing onto the scene. But the way she intervened made it crystal clear exactly where that entitled, arrogant attitude came from. >> Mom, >> going away. Stop it. >> Stop it. >> Stop it. Put your hands together. >> You're getting resistance. STAY BACK. STAY BACK. >> I'M NOT paying you either. >> STAY BACK. SHE'S GOT CHARGED WITH IT. >> I did everything. I did everything. >> Everything. >> Stop. >> Violation too. >> Go to your car. GO TO YOUR CAR AND LEAVE. >> REALLY? Cool back. >> That's my property. >> So, yes, I will. >> Who's a car registered to? >> It's registered to her. >> Huh? It's registered to her and it's not hers. >> She passed everything. >> Step out. >> Why? >> Cuz I think you undid your cuffs. Step out. >> No, I didn't. >> Turn that way then. >> Why does it matter? >> Cuz I'm checking your handcuffs now. Turn that way. >> Yeah. >> No, I did. Let go of me. I want you >> then let go of me. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Pulling away is resisting. >> Why would I go to field right? >> Cuz I'm going to tell you right now she did. He's a [ __ ] [ __ ] that just strong armed her and you witnessed it all and you seen it. >> Yes. Cuz she resisted. >> No. No. She did not resist. She just said no. And then all she seen is that's why he just checked her. >> Do you want to listen or you want to keep talking? >> Too tight. That's why I checked. resisting is pulling, pushing, anything active like that for you guys to get. >> She had active resistance against him. >> No, he didn't. Come on. Her [ __ ] size. He's [ __ ] up 500 lb to 90. >> If I have you in handcuffs and you're pulling away, preventing me from putting you in handcuffs. >> You know what he's pulling away from? BECAUSE HE'S GOT THEM SO [ __ ] TIGHT. THAT'S WHY HE just checked them again. >> They weren't tight. Slipped out of them. >> [ __ ] >> She slipped out of them. It's all on camera. >> Yeah. And she wasn't wearing them. >> I did. I watched it. In the end, she was arrested and hauled off to jail, charged with a DUI, resisting arrest and refusing to sign a citation. Once the footage went viral, the internet certainly had a lot to say about her mother's parenting skills. Well, nice of her mother to come out and demonstrate the reasons her daughter is the way she is. This mother is an absolute disgrace. She raised a daughter that was never told no, never disciplined, or to be responsible for her actions. With a mother like that, no wonder this girl is the way she is. But forget about this young lady. Our next drunk driver is an absolute disaster. [snorts] On December 29th, 2021, up in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, 27-year-old Britney Scher drove her red Chevy right into the back of a parked car. When liquid courage mixes with this kind of delusional entitlement, you get a girl who thinks the rules just don't apply to her. Right up until reality comes knocking. >> I'll let you chat with Officer Lee Baker here. >> Who was driving his car? >> Nobody was driving it. Nobody was driving it. >> That's my car. >> She hit the car and hit that one. That one. >> Turn it off. >> Was smoking a little bit. Possible 55. All right. So, who was driving a red car? >> I was. >> You was. Mind if I talk to you over here? >> Yep. Britney Scholer. S H O L L E R. >> B R I T T A N Y. >> Yep. >> You spell your last name again for me? >> Um, S C H O L L E R. >> S C H O L E >> L L E R. >> All right. Any drugs at all? >> No, absolutely not. >> So, you said you was at your friend's house for 3 hours, correct? Okay. What exactly are you guys like? What were you guys doing then? >> Just hanging out. >> Make friends. >> Okay. >> You have friends, don't you? >> Uh I'm not originally from here. I'm from Milwaukee. >> Oh, so then you didn't I mean I'm just like whatever. My my cousin lives in Mama Tessa. So you know you know you have friends. >> Yeah. >> You need medical attention. I see you got kind of a little scratch. >> I know. Yeah. No, I don't need medical attention at all. What brought me down here was my friend giving giving my friend a ride home. >> So, did you drop your friend off before this happened? >> No, I actually didn't end up giving her a ride home. She asked me for a ride home and I didn't give her a ride home and I told her I don't think I should have given her a ride home. >> Why is that? >> Because I didn't want to. >> So, your friend wasn't in the car with you guys. I just want to go back to our stage just run you through some fields. Okay. So basically what the fields is I can kind of smell a little bit of alcohol alcohol intoxicants from coming from you. Okay? So you got to come with me. We got to go back to I don't want you to do out in the cold. All right. We going to go. It's my job. We got to make smarter decisions when we driving. Okay. >> My little brother [ __ ] died 6 months ago. Which isn't >> you got to reord the station. Okay. My little brother died six months ago. Please, >> man. I have a job to do. Okay. >> My brother died. >> So, are you willing to come with me? >> I'll come with you. >> Okay. >> Once they got her down to the station, she turned on the waterworks trying to use a family tragedy to get a free pass. But the second she realized that little performance wasn't going to work, her true brazen colors came out swinging. My brother died in a car accident and I miss him so much. [panting] I've already been in jail, dude. Come on. My brother [ __ ] died. >> Okay, Britney. Come on. Let's watch your eyes. >> Okay. All right. All right. Okay, then. Okay. Can you open your eyes for me? Okay. >> No, you already think I'm a piece of [ __ ] anyway. >> But I didn't say that, Britney. >> No, I know that you do. You guys already think I'm a [ __ ] loser. >> Who? You already want to [ __ ] me in jail. >> Britney, I just want right now. I just want to make sure you're safe to drive and not put anybody else in danger. All right. So, get back in that stand for me. Okay. Feet together. All right. Feet together. You have cute shoes. >> Thank you. Your boots. >> Do I have cute shoes? >> Yes. >> Okay. Come on. Let's do it. >> All right. So, what I want you to do is I want you to imagine a straight line in front of you. Okay. What I want you to do is >> obviously a straight line. >> All right. So, what I want you to do is I want you to place your left foot on that imaginary line. Can you do so now? So, imagine straight line. Place your left foot on that straight line. Can you do so now? One. Two. >> Can you do that? >> All up until nine. All right. Can you do that? Can you do that? >> You just did it. >> Can you do that? You need to just listen to what he's telling you and the faster we get through the faster down. Okay. >> God, you guys are [ __ ] hilarious. >> Do you understand the test? >> I understand. It's just hilarious how men think that they can [ __ ] do whatever the [ __ ] they [ __ ] want. >> You understand that Britney? >> Yeah, I [ __ ] understand it. >> You have any questions? Tell me. Tell me where you've been. >> Do you have any questions? >> You do it. >> I just did it. I just demonstrated it for you. >> You do it then. >> Do it for me. >> Yeah, exactly. Of course you want. >> Do you understand the test? >> [ __ ] give me my ticket and let me [ __ ] go the [ __ ] home. >> Do you have any questions for me, Britney? >> Give me my ticket. Britney, I need you to do this test for me. Okay. >> For what? For what? Ready? 3 2 1 >> and begin. Forced to face a sobriety test, she knew darn well she was going to fail miserably. She panicked. And so to salvage her fragile little ego, she dug her heels in and started a bitter, desperate struggle. >> Actually, I just need you to say your ABCs. A >> You want me to say my ABC's? ABC, EFG, HBI, blah blah blah. >> Can you say it seriously? >> No, I actually can't. I'm not going to lie. I actually think it is. I really do. You tell me this. >> Britney, can you just say your ABC's? A through >> A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R A S. >> Bron, yes or no? Do you want to blow into the tube or not? >> Do I need to? >> It's up to you. You don't have to if you don't want to. >> Well, then no, I won't do it. >> Okay. Y >> All right. So, Britney, you're under arrest for OW. >> Wait. Oh my god. Wait, you guys. Hey. >> All right, I'm going to walk this real quick. >> Are you serious right now? >> Come on, Britney. >> Are you serious? Why are you doing this to me? >> We're not going to be kicking. Okay. >> No. >> Do you understand me? at your age. Like >> my age? Are you [ __ ] kidding me? Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> I got my pockets. >> Go [ __ ] yourself. You [ __ ] piss. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> What the [ __ ] do you think I have in my [ __ ] my pockets? It's not from your [ __ ] seam. You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] Are you [ __ ] kidding me? What the [ __ ] would Stop. Just relax. >> Are you serious? >> [ __ ] you. >> Are you [ __ ] What the [ __ ] What the [ __ ] >> We're going to get your foot in the car. >> You're assaulting me. >> Get your foot in the car. >> You're assaulting me. >> No. No. You need to call my mom. What? What? I have I have a [ __ ] No, I have [ __ ] selfrespect on anybody right now. >> Call my motherie. >> Guys, listen. Listen to me, Britney. Okay, look at me. Look at me. Take a few deep breaths. Okay. >> No, call my mom. >> I'm over here. Okay. Listen. >> No. >> Listen to me. >> Call my mother. >> Listen. [laughter] We will call your mom. >> The faster we get this process done, the faster we can call your mom. >> For what? What have I done wrong? You're under arrest for you lie. >> For operating while under the influence, >> okay, the faster we get this process done, the call >> you will call your mom, Britney. Okay, >> Britney, there's just Britney, [laughter] there's some paperwork we have to do in the meantime. Okay, >> your [ __ ] officer is trying to [ __ ] rape me. Are you serious? >> It's all been ON CAMERA. >> [ __ ] THAT. GET THE [ __ ] out of my [ __ ] face, you piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] Get the [ __ ] OUT OF MY [ __ ] FACE. >> [ __ ] you. Get the [ __ ] out of my [ __ ] face. >> At this point, she crossed the line from just being drunk to being downright malicious. Let me tell you, weaponizing trauma-like abuse just to cover up your own cheap ego. That is hitting rock bottom when it comes to human decency. >> You want to GO BACK IN HANDCUFFS? >> YES. >> OKAY. >> Let me out of here. You're not a [ __ ] cop. Let me the [ __ ] out of here. Please. Seriously, I [ __ ] >> We got to go this way. We got to finish some paperwork still. We're going this >> stop. Stop. Hey, I >> stop. I'm going to ask you very stop your behavior because you made poor decisions tonight and now you want to start kicking stuff. That's fine. I'm just going to catch another charge and then it's going to turn into felonies and more stuff than that >> for one kick in a law enforcement offic. >> It's It absolutely is all on camera. >> Good. Because how does anything what I'm doing is based on a felony? What am I doing that makes it a felony? Tell me what makes IT A FELONY. IF ANYTHING, WHAT YOU'RE doing is using your [ __ ] sit down. What you're doing is using your [ __ ] >> Sit down. >> Yeah, you're [ __ ] >> Thank you. I appreciate that. Thank you. >> Oh, yeah. You know, you're [ __ ] tiny penis. Piece of [ __ ] Guarantee you're [ __ ] I can see it right there. Nothing's going on in those pants. I can tell. >> Okay. >> Bye. >> Guess we'll have to keep the door open, though. Byebye. Sure. Goodbye. Goodbye. tiny penis. That's all the reason the [ __ ] you're doing. Imagine having such a tiny ass penis. >> Ultimately, she was locked up and slapped with some very serious charges, including battery to a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, and of course, a DUI. Before we move on to our next subject, let's take a look at what the internet had to say about her. It just kills me that she's too drunk to realize that she could have been the reason someone else lost their little brother in a car accident. They should force her to watch this whole thing in front of a judge and her family. Alcohol alone does not explain her behavior. Never underestimate a drunk person's ability to make a bad situation worse. Getting arrested is [music] one thing, but this final drunk driver, you really have to wonder, are they intoxicated or just plain out of their minds? Back on September 4th, 2021, a simple parking violation turned into an absolute circus when the cops crossed [music] paths with Bianca. She was dangerously intoxicated, but trying her hardest to play it sober. Unsurprisingly, that stubborn little act bought her a rather humiliating finale. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm on the side of the road and I'm crying. Please leave me alone. >> 100 m officer. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I'm on the side of the road and I'm crying. That's it. >> Okay. Her moods were swinging faster than a pendulum. And frankly, let's just see how far she actually manages to get before the handcuffs come out. >> Just stay right there for him. >> Have you had anything? [crying] >> Oh, you and your man together? Not for very long, but I know that's my person. Do not move from this position. >> What if I cry? >> Oh, tip my pen with your eyes and your eyes open. >> I hear you. >> And yet, this girl had the nerve to swear her stumbling was just the way the good Lord made her. Nothing whatsoever to do with alcohol. So, the train wreck of erratic behavior just kept right on rolling. >> Boy, cuz my eyes can't go that far. That's why you're [ __ ] docking me. Okay. >> DWY, but I just have lots of health issues and I'm extremely stressed out. >> Five, six, seven, eight, nine. I'm going to turn around. I can't believe you guys are doing this to me. >> Throughout the whole sobriety test, she didn't bat an eye before airing all her dirty laundry, spilling about affairs and medical ailments, just begging for a drop of pity. But pretty soon, all that fumbling turned her little drama into a flatout comedy. >> You're not just wants to talk to you real quick. >> I'm not stupid, honey. >> Yes, sir. This next drunk driver doesn't just lose her mind. She actually tries to direct her own police investigation. On June 16th, 2022, down in Florida, police stopped a woman who deliberately drove past the do not enter signs onto freshly paved asphalt. Instead of having the good sense to turn around, a heavy stench of alcohol and her own sheer stubbornness earned her a harsh lesson in the law. >> My registration Where are you coming from? >> I was downtown.
