this man was simply minding his own business at home when officers showed up and broke down his door for a welfare check despite him clearly stating he didn't need medical attention they ignored his rights and kept pressing him with questions wait until you see the damage they caused you want to get check I'm recording listen no I'm fine y'all just break my door knocking on the door 10 minutes and you can and you can keep knocking I'm fine can y'all please leave my house 911 for I didn't call anybody who's going to fix the door is there anyone else in the in the house I don't have to answer any questions have I been suspected or or articulated for reasonable suspicion in connection with a crime do you need no I do not can you please leave my house have I been suspected of a crime no that's what we're trying to figure out okay I have you don't need medical I have nothing else to say I have already told you I do not need medical attention have I been suspected of a crime D the call came out as a medical Cod okay I told you I do not need medical assistance now have I been suspected of a crime are you kidding me are you kidding me
