You're okay? You need a hug? [music] Come here. >> She had pooped in my washer and machine and all over myself. I said, "This gentleman can probably hurt I need you to send that information that you just told me. I live in Florida. >> Yes. >> President Trump says they're right. This is the thanks I get for loving my husband and you stupid [ __ ] >> Huh? My best. [music] >> There is nothing uglier than a cruel heart hiding behind innocent gray hair and a mountain of brazen lies. Today, we're exposing five arrogant women whose twisted games fell apart the exact second police body cam started rolling. On November 23rd, 2023, a civil protection order violation escalated into absolute chaos due to a wife's delusion of power. Convinced the law couldn't touch her, she pushed her husband to take all his built-up frustration straight to the police. >> Hello, sir. >> Hello, sir. >> I'm calling here. >> And I have locked her and she >> Can you not start with the top for me? Whoever you talked to earlier is not the same person as me. So, what So, what happened? >> Okay. I got a CPO for from her against her. >> For who? >> My wife. >> Okay. Who's that? >> That's my daughter. >> No, no, no. Who's your wife? >> Oh, I'm sorry. Um and she had been >> I'll take you back to the interview room. >> All right. I'm coming for you and I'm coming for what I want." >> That's from 12:01 2020, right? Okay. So, go ahead and show me those texts or whatever she sent you. >> Hello, this is the daughter of mine. How are my grandchildren? I really like to know. >> And this is not important, but there is more in behind it. >> Now, my plan was to move back home and I'm living with him, but obviously that's not going to work out and I'm not allowed to have my mail either. I just don't understand why I can't have my debit card, my Eagles card, or my new dress. Now, you guys can deliver those to Donna, the neighbor, and I can pick those up there. If they aren't there, come Tuesday and help me. Your daddy couldn't help me as an adult cuz I had asked him to go to the mall with me, but he couldn't. >> This is just me and her. But that that one part I wanted you to hear where she says, >> "You tell that chicken [ __ ] [ __ ] to get my dress, my debit card, and my Eagles card over to Donna by or they're going to be held at the bank. Period. I don't [ __ ] care. Throw me in jail. >> That good enough or do you want more? >> Officers arrived at the suspect's residence shortly after, but she chose to barricade herself inside, stubbornly refusing to cooperate. >> My house? >> I can't hear you. You have to come out here and talk to me. >> I can't stay here. I told him I I to come home. My bed got delivered here without any [ __ ] warning. 15 hundred >> I can't hear you. You have to come out here and talk to me. >> No help to get it in. That's what's going on. He lied to you. He told you I attacked him. I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED him ever in my day in my life. >> He didn't tell me he attacked you. >> beats me. He cheats on me. He lies to you. >> hear you. You have to come outside and talk to me. >> That's what you need to know. Goodbye. HAVE A GOOD DAY, OFFICER. HAVE A GOOD DAY, OFFICER. >> OKAY, come out here and speak with me quick and we'll we'll settle this. >> You are not part of my life. Thank you. Goodbye. >> think you're going to >> You may either leave this property because I asked you to or you may arrest me and put me in jail because that's the only place anybody's ever going to love me. Thank you, sir. Get the [ __ ] off my property. >> out here and talk to me then. >> I have no place TO GO. I HAVE NO job either. >> to get your side of the story. If you come out here and talk to me, I can help you out. >> How? >> I I can get your side OF THE STORY. I'M NOT TRYING to tell you anything. YOU JUST COME OUT HERE AND talk to me. >> I'm still Look at me like, why are you here? He wasn't even supposed to be in there. He was supposed to be at work. He was supposed to take a little bit of stress off my shoulders. He couldn't even take care of two dogs. >> OKAY, IF >> I SMELL LIKE IT SMELLS LIKE DOG [ __ ] >> OKAY. >> HE CLOSED MY LEG IN A DOOR AND LAUGHED >> I MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU OUT WITH SOME OF that if you can come out here. >> HE LAUGHED AT ME, TOO. SO, WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN? THANK YOU. >> WELL, if you come out here and talk to me, I can tell you. >> [bell] >> Lori, you got to come outside and talk to me. >> He gave him all rights to everything I own. >> I can't even find a [ __ ] cigarettes. >> Well, why don't you grab a cigarette and come on out here and talk to me? >> find one. >> Well, ma'am, I can get you one. >> It only took a little simple bait from the officer. Falling right into the trap, she lured herself out and walked straight into custody. >> I got a bogus [ __ ] charge from that [ __ ] over there to do nothing but make my life harder. I am going through a divorce and marrying this woman. >> Okay. Can you put your hands behind your back for me? Okay. >> You're going to ARREST ME FOR WHAT? >> LORI, JUST CALM DOWN. >> NO, LET ME HAVE A FIGHT. NO, THIS OH, THIS AIN'T FAIR. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. THERE'S A DOG IN THERE THAT NEEDS TAKEN CARE OF. WHY ARE YOU ARRESTING ME? >> RELAX. We'll explain all of >> I will. Let's Let me go and let me have a cigarette. >> hands behind your back. I'm going >> You [ __ ] came on false pretenses. That's false pretenses. >> Lori, stop kicking. I don't want to get >> I'm not going to kick. I'm not a violent woman. I am not a violent woman. >> Well, then don't be. >> I'm not. I'm not being violent. >> Let me have one. >> Give me that. You break my [ __ ] arm, I'm going to [ __ ] kill you. You're a [ __ ] Just let me have a cigarette, please. >> I will, if you put your >> Please. >> Lori, listen to me. >> Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Oh my god, that hurt. >> If you put your hands >> let my arm go, I'll help you. I'll help you. I'll surrender. Please, just let me go. DON'T HURT MY ARM. IT HURTS. I CAN'T GET UP. >> I'M GOING TO HELP YOU. >> I CAN'T GET UP. IT HURTS. I DON'T EVEN HAVE a shoe on. You can't arrest me. HELP ME UP. >> I WILL. >> WITHOUT HURTING ME. NOW, you said I could have a cigarette. >> I will. I will. Here. >> I just want a cigarette. >> Here's your cigarette. Okay. I will help you. Let me see this guy. Hey, Lori. >> I want a cigarette. >> Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> No. >> Come on. I do not want to drag you out of here. Please don't do this. [music] I'm just letting her try to smoke. This is Okay. >> This isn't fair, you guys. This is cruel. >> I'll light it up and while we're WALKING HERE >> IT'S CRUEL. I DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE THAT'S LIT. I don't have A SHOE ON, I DON'T HAVE A COAT. I DON'T HAVE A DOG IN THERE. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT, EVERYBODY. EVERYBODY listen up. This is THE THANKS I GET FOR LOVING my husband. And you stupid [ __ ] for getting me in trouble for nothing. ALL I DID WAS TRY TO TAKE CARE OF DORIS. YOU DID EVERYTHING. WITH ME. MY PHONE, my shoe my cigarettes. >> My bad. >> Now, can I have the key to my house, please? >> Relax, relax. >> I want a key. >> I'm not going >> I have a right. >> I'm not going to get >> cigarette, a Coke, and a key. >> I'm not going in your house. >> Don't lock it. >> What do you want a key for if you're not going to lock it? >> I don't have a key TO GET BACK IN. THERE'S A DOG IN THERE THAT NEEDS TAKEN CARE OF, SIR. >> I'm not going in your house, not the way you threw a fit. >> No wonder the helpless husband had to call for police intervention. Yet, even handcuffs couldn't silence the venomous screaming and defiance coming out of her mouth. >> Well, that's the issue. >> Yeah, I'm not going anywhere. I didn't do anything wrong. You got you stupid came in here and arrested me. Yes, I called you stupid cuz you lied to me. >> I didn't lie. >> You did. >> I wanted to talk to you to solve SOME PROBLEMS. >> TO TALK TO ME, NOT ARREST me and put me in handcuffs. >> You were recording everything we were doing. >> Let's go. I got to have some control over something in my [ __ ] life. LET'S GO. LET'S GO. LET'S GO. TIFFANY, call 911, get me a lawyer. >> What? >> That ain't my dog. Hope you're happy, Cassie. It's all yours. >> Cassie did not say >> Listen, don't don't step on that property or you'll get arrested. Don't you [ __ ] make me step on that property. Otherwise, I have a lawyer. I have a lawyer. I have a lawyer if you're going to let me have a cigarette. YOU SAID I COULD HAVE A CIGARETTE. >> That time has passed. And then you broke it. >> Really? I broke it? >> Yeah. >> I'm not pointing that out. >> You guys are >> Lying, cheating son of a [ __ ] is just like my husband. >> Hey Lori, we have a situation. >> Every [ __ ] man. >> Thank you, Lori. >> Every [ __ ] man. >> THANK YOU. >> CIGARETTE, NOW. [screaming] >> UH WE MISSED THAT OPPORTUNITY. >> NOW. YEAH, I'M PISSED. Lying ass cops. That's what I knew you was. I should have never through THE DOOR. YOU WANTED ME HELP YOU. Let me help you. Yeah, you helped him, didn't you? You helped him do me out of my own home that I bought with my inheritance. >> I wasn't there earlier. >> He gets an inheritance and I don't get to see nothing of it. I spent 36 years to a lying, cheating bastard who beat me. Thank you very much for allowing him to have it all. >> I wasn't there. >> the finances, the family, my retirement. Oh, yeah. He gets what he deserves. He [ __ ] made the bed. Now his [ __ ] is tired of being the welcome mat. And she just showed him what 36 years is in two months time. And I ain't done yet. He better get a divorce. I need my alimony. I need my home. I need my life under control. And he can [ __ ] do that. He just chooses not to. >> want >> He just chooses NOT TO. WHY HELP ME? >> your daughter to go get your dog? >> No. You leave my dog sit. You took me from my dog. It's your responsibility to figure it out. >> Well, I just tried to and you don't want me to. >> In the end, she was taken into custody and booked into jail for resisting arrest and violating a protection order. Before moving on to the next case, let's see how the online community reacted to this. Hmm, I wonder why he's divorcing her. This woman is a psychopath. This woman is insufferable. That policeman playing with the chimes while that lady screams at the other policeman is a whole mood. That outburst was just the beginning. The sheer cruelty of this next grandmother will truly break your heart. On May 10th, 2023, police rushed to a bus stop for an emergency child abuse case involving a grandmother. Instead of showing any remorse, she was ready to blame the entire world except herself. Let's see how fast this victim acts and completely falls apart. >> I'm on the call. >> The one that called best friend my hubby daughter to go to town every day. He sits in prison. Yes, I did smack him. It's all all the things he told >> ma'am? >> I have the little boy that >> Okay. Okay. >> And then we can talk to them. >> All right. >> Look at him. There's not a bruise on him. I did I want to smack him here. >> Hit his head. >> They're all grown up twins and he wants to put me in jail cuz he's at my door all the time. He's in prison and he's on drugs all the time. >> All right. So, uh >> I have legal custody of children. >> That's fine. >> And all under counseling. >> Okay. >> This one has behavioral problems. >> The mother's a She comes in at the light. She comes in at the light. I did smack them. He starts hollering. He starts hollering. And this lady says the same thing. So, everybody is like >> The bus pulled up. She's got three of them. The little guy in the front seat and two granddaughters. Two kids. One was sitting over here already. The other one was in the car. The bus pulled up and all the one got out. The two got on the bus. The little man didn't want to get out of the car. She opened the passenger door on this side. He was on the back right side. Come on. Come on. Yelling and screaming at him. She walked around, grabbed the kid, jerked him out the car, grabbed his hair, started beating him in the head. This lady jumped out yelling and screaming, "Stop hitting him, stop hitting him." I ran over to the yell at her. And all of a sudden she just went crazy. Crazy. >> So, what happened with the child? Like what led up to it? Like cuz cuz the rest of them were already >> I said, "Hurry up, hurry up. >> Yeah. >> The bus waiting and he didn't move at all. And I said, "Come on, come on. You got to go. You can't bring everything now." And I went to grab him. So, I said, "Come on." And I went to slap him and I shook him and he dropped. I didn't hit his head or anything. I beat him. >> All right. I'll help you out, all right? You okay? You need a hug? Come here. It's all right. We'll figure it out. >> The young boy stated that his grandmother grabbed his hair and repeatedly punched him just for refusing to get on the bus, revealing this was a daily nightmare. Feeling safe around the officers finally opened a path of escape from the horror he was living in. >> She's got um the little man and two other kids. She's got all three of her grandkids. The uh middle one she got out and she went with my grandson in the restroom, you know, like they do. On the driver. >> Uh-huh. >> The older one stayed in the car. Bus come, the older one got out, this one got up, they all got on the bus and uh bus was here. She's yelling, "Get out, get out, get out." And then all of a sudden I heard the door slam. So, I jumped out and I started walking that way and I hear a screaming and yelling. Curse at the kid. She opened the passenger door on the right side, grabbed brought the kid out, whacked him on his butt three or four times and then grabbed his hair and started smacking the [ __ ] out of him in the face. All three of us just jumped out, started yelling and screaming, "Mind your own business." We grabbed the kid, she's trying to get the kid, "That's my kid, mind your own business." Y'all use this and that. Well, I said, "You're going to jail." "I ain't going nowhere. You're all a bunch of idiots and I do what I want. They're my kids." And we put him in the car because he was scared. She's trying to get to the car to get to the kids. >> When you're a parent or a guardian, when your child corporal punishment is 100% legal. You're able to hit them and it's a punishment, right? >> can't be excessive. >> It can't be excessive. >> It was not excessive. >> Let me talk. Let me talk without getting overwhelmed and >> Well, this is overwhelming to me. >> Just let me talk. >> I I'm sorry. It is overwhelming to me because it's my son. >> I understand. Let me talk. That's 100% legal. When it gets to the point where a child has injuries, which from what I saw, but I didn't see everything, but when we have four people >> He's setting them up. >> including the child saying that there was physical abuse. >> She tried her best to pin all the blame on the children. However, witness statements immediately built an airtight wall of evidence that choked out every single lie. >> I know her. I used to work with her daughter. She's another one. We all know her daughter, too. They're out there damn moms. Um she beats She beats those kids all the time. Every day at this bus stop, she's cursing, screaming at them. She can't handle them. It's ridiculous. This [ __ ] has to be involved, yet nothing's getting done. >> Right. >> These poor kids are suffering. There's no food in that house. There's [ __ ] all over the stairs. I was even giving my dogs this [ __ ] every day. It's crazy. It's ridiculous. So, this morning I said, "Yo, I'm done. You're not doing I can't adopt all three. And then makes them all call home, mom. Come on, you're a grown man. I adopted my grandson. Why do you have to put torture on these kids like this? >> Does she have someone else at home that watches the kids, too, or is it just her? >> Half the time she don't even come to the house. She's out in the afternoon. She's sleeping on the couch and or in the cinema. It's crazy. It's ridiculous. What these kids have to go through. >> So, when she grabs him by the hair and started hitting him, um like >> The lady up there on the thing? Her car is over there. She was at pulling up to the stop sign as it happened. She screamed, I screamed, and and then she jumped out. All three of us ran over, we grabbed the kid right away. >> Was it an open hand or closed hand? >> Smacking him on his butt, it was open hands. When she started it in in his head, she grabbed his hair and she was pulling his head, he's trying to get away. She smacked and then she closed her hand. And that's when I grabbed we grabbed the kid. I was like, "Yo, this is enough now. This is ridiculous." >> So, you were witness to this as well? >> Yes, I'm in a black car at the stop sign. >> Okay. What's your name? Okay. You're in that Hyundai? >> Right. >> Okay. And then they're in the Nissan? >> Correct. So, I pulled and I never come this way. I was looking for a a specific house about nuisance motorcyclists because I was going to get gas at the I came this way and I'm stopping the school bus was not letting the kids off. And I just see her with a little boy on this side of the car by the rear passenger. And she had grabbed him by his shirt and was smacking him in the Repeatedly, like three or four times. I see this gentleman in front of her yelling at her to knock it off. I jump out of my car, I'm yelling at her. She's like, "I didn't leave a mark on him, whatever." You're smacking the poor innocent kid that was moving. She was hitting him so hard. In his head. >> No, on his ass. You know, like a spanking. >> She was beating that kid in the head. >> So, are you able to tell me what happened, what you saw? >> Um I was sitting in my car, all the kids were filing up on the bus, and then >> Was your car parked in the >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Um Sorry. >> It's okay. You're good, you're good. >> Um and he didn't want to get on the bus. He's done it before. It's never gotten to this point. He's gotten on crying, but it never got to the beating point that I've seen. Uh I've seen her drag her like crying out of the car, but not strike him the way she did. Spanking. I spank my kids when they need discipline, that's one thing. But hitting, she had a closed fist, had him on the side of the car, and was just swinging. >> Were Were she landing any blows? >> I saw him get hit once in the head, and that's when I got out. So, I don't know what In the process I had I had I had my babies in the car. I had to make sure they're okay. So, I had to I got out, and that's when they were already on their way over there, and I just >> So, who got over there first? Which adult got over there? >> She, I believe, did. >> And then him >> at the same time, cuz she was at the stop sign. Um But, I just I I couldn't I couldn't run that fast. >> Yeah. Spanking's one thing. Making a fist >> So, yeah. So, you just witnessed one actual blow. >> Yes. >> With a closed fist? >> Yes. >> Boxed in by damning testimonies, as her Miranda rights were read, she still didn't have the sense to just listen. Instead, she tried to bargain with a law that does not bend. >> What's your name? >> I'd be happy to. >> All right. I'm going to read you your rights, just because everything going on here, okay? And I want to ask you some questions that pertain to this. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. Are you willing to talk to me? >> Not if I'm getting charged with something. >> Okay. At this point, you are being placed under arrest. >> Okay. I will talk to you. I will talk to you. >> We're past that. >> No, I will talk to you. >> that. >> Listen, I will talk to you. >> Turn around. Do not pull away. Return to Ma'am, can I have your backpack? >> Okay. I got >> Ma'am, get up. Like, crying will be a little bit easier. >> I I have my medicine in there. >> Yep. >> I'm not >> Lie down. This is just There's just I don't So, I'm going to grab that. >> All right. Why can't I ask that question that way? I don't understand. >> Because you you refused to answer my question. >> refuse. I said I just wanted to know if I'm charged. I will answer your question. >> You are. You are being charged. The reason being that we have >> What now? >> I'm sorry. I don't know. >> We have four people, including the child, saying that you you physically closed you closed your fist. >> not close my fist. I didn't, sir. I didn't. >> zero tolerance for this kind of [ __ ] All right, put your hands together. All right, this poor kid >> This poor kid, they're under counseling and I explained that to you. >> All right. You you are a >> How do I have to get in here? How do you get in? >> Yeah, one All right, just one second, hold on. All right. Hey Jenkins. Can you uh search her real quick? >> a strange right? >> You have a good day. We're going to get your bag and take you to school. You got to go to school. >> You have gloves on your hand right here. >> Real smart, right? Talk to you later, buddy. >> All right, just face the car here. >> You'll pay, baby. You'll pay, baby. We know what a you are, boy. We know exactly >> have a six-year-old little boy that that you need to make a positive impact on and that talking is not really working. >> That's what he said. >> It doesn't matter. Go stand over there because I don't want to do this in front of your grandson. But the more one >> In the end, she was arrested and booked into jail on charges of felony child abuse and resisting an officer without violence. CPS stepped in immediately, taking emergency custody of all three children right at the scene. Family court would later issue a permanent restraining order, stripping her of all custody rights and placing her on the state's child abuse [music] registry. This grandmother paid the price, but our next woman honestly thought her drinks were on the house. On December 29th, [music] 2024 in Florida, police had to deal with a ridiculous circus starring a fancy couple living it up on fine dining, only to throw a fit when the bill arrived. The woman's sheer entitlement and her partner's self-sabotage will leave you speechless. >> Turn the vehicle off. Sit Sit down. Turn the vehicle off. >> My wife is drunk. That's what I was waiting for. That's all I'm doing. >> What's the issue with the bill? >> She's drinking. >> Okay. Were you here with her? >> Yeah, I'm here with her. We can pay for the bill. She does this all the time. That's it. >> That she's supposed to be paying the bill, but keeps drinking. >> The reason we're here, first of all, is there's a dispute about the bill. All right, we know your wife is still over there, so we don't know what's going on over there. They told us that you were getting in the car, that you're possibly under the influence, so we wanted to make sure you weren't going nowhere. >> No, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just waiting for her. Haven't done arguing with her, all right? It gets to a point like, "Honey." She gets a little drunk, and she does this. You could ask everybody. It's just her being obnoxious. >> So, where did the dispute come from then that the bill wasn't getting paid? >> I went to the bathroom to pee. >> Mhm. >> And I come back, she still hasn't paid the bill. >> Okay, so if she's not willing to pay, you're willing to pay? >> Yes, yes, I would be willing to. >> Hi, Officer Nance with the Garden City Police Department. So, the manager here is going to want you off the property, okay? So, do you mind Why? Cuz you are definitely intoxicated, and they don't want you here anymore, okay? Cuz you were refusing to pay, so they just want you off the property now, okay? >> I didn't say that I refused to pay. >> But you haven't Is the Is the bill paid now? Did you pay already? >> No. >> I would love for her to pay the bill. >> Okay, well, her husband Her husband was telling them that going to pay as soon as she leaves. >> Are you Are you willing to pay the bill? Or do we need to get your husband? >> I would have paid the bill. >> Okay, pay the bill so we can leave. >> If we could negotiate how much it is. >> There's no negotiating. It's The bill is the bill. There's no There's There's no Yeah, there's no negotiating this. It's whatever the price is on the menu is the price. You can't tell them If you're not willing to pay, they're going to press charges for you for theft, cuz you're you're not paying them their bill. >> What do you mean, why? >> You can't just drink all you want and then walk away. >> No. It's a little bit overpriced. >> Then you shouldn't have drank. It was your choice to buy the drinks. >> at the prices before you guys came here. >> Okay. >> She's still giving them a hard time about paying. You said she's got credit cards though? >> Yeah, two. Okay, look, come here. Hey, tell me, I'm sorry. Sorry. Look, check it out. I pay I send Listen, we are together. >> Who Who is she to you? She your wife? >> My girlfriend. >> right. >> Look, check it out. Wait, just so you don't think I'm [ __ ] crazy. >> That's a lot of money though. >> Well, it's an expensive restaurant. What do you expect? It's not It's not McDonald's. >> 100 less than that I would pay. >> No. >> Why not? >> Cuz that's the pricing on the menu. >> But >> But nothing. >> But they own the place, right? They pay the rent. >> No, we're just bartenders. We don't We don't own anything, love. >> I think $100 less would be very fair. >> That's fine, okay? But you're still going to pay the full price. >> I would pay it right now, but I think it's fair. >> Okay, well, you can pay the full price now and then you can take that up with the manager, okay? >> Okay, then you need to write a piece of paper that says I paid this much money tonight to leave, and then I refuse to pay the other $100. >> No, that's not how it happened. >> No, no, no. >> No, that's not how it No, it's not. >> One obsessed with saving face, the other cowardly running off the second trouble hit. Soon enough, their shameless behavior turned into pure embarrassing comedy right in front of every diner in the place. >> And nobody's going to take me away, and maybe the other >> pay the bill and they want to prosecute, which they do, yeah, you will go away. >> I will pay the bill. >> Okay, so pay the bill. >> Flores. >> Huh? >> Hi. >> Come on. >> Pull out your wallet and give them the money that's your that you owe. >> No, but I'm not >> This is This is your last chance. Pull out the wallet and give them the money you owe. Your husband already gave you $200 to pay them. >> My husband? >> I'm talking to him right now, your husband. >> He's not my husband. >> Okay, whoever he is. He says you're his wife, so there's a little confusion there, too. >> He paid $200? >> To you. Okay, pull out Lourdes. Pull out Lourdes. Pull out your wallet. >> No. He get >> Stand up. Then pull out your wallet and pay. >> He gave $200? >> He said he owes you $200. That's between you >> He's [clears throat] good for $200. >> All right. You owe >> My camera's on, too, so you're fine. >> I'm not going to get a less arrested or anything? >> We don't want Neither do I. We just want you to pay the bill. They want you to pay the bill, that way you can go home and go to sleep. >> This one might be good. >> Pull whichever one. >> I like that one. >> Let's try this one. >> That one. It's up to him. >> Here. All right, sign. Sign this. If you want to leave a tip, I don't think they care for a tip now with all this if you've been causing. Sign your name. That's it. >> a tip. Oh my lord. >> Perfect. >> Leave a tip. >> She's going to want you trespassed for 18 months, so you're going to be trespassed from this restaurant for 18 months. If you come back tomorrow at the same time, you're going to be subject to arrest. I don't think you want that. We don't want that, okay? So, you're trespassed from here from the restaurant for 18 months. Understood? >> You would have to send it to my home. >> Send what to your home? The receipt? >> No, no. >> Let me Let me see that real quick. >> I need you to >> Excuse me. What do you need to send to your house? >> I need you to send that information that you just told me. >> We don't send that to your house. >> To my house. No, no, no. In my house. In the mail. >> It'll be in your mailbox. Lourdes, she needs her copy. She needs her copy. We're going to go get an Uber. >> And And what? >> And go home. Come on. >> And do what? >> You're going to go home and sleep. I don't know. You're We're walking towards it. Come on. Is this your husband or boyfriend? >> No. >> No, follow follow this officer. Come on, let's go, Lourdes. Actually, no, we're going to take it to the vehicle right here. That way you don't come back on property. Go through here. >> What? >> I'm not driving. Nobody's driving. Hey, she's not driving. >> The woman was visibly seething when forced to pay up and get kicked out. But, right then, officers shifted their full attention to the man for a sobriety check. >> All right, you got any medical condition with your eyes like this? >> Yeah, I do. I do have I have I I take medicine. I have a bad hip, okay? >> Okay, so what's wrong with your eyes? >> I wear glasses. Just my glasses. >> Just glasses? >> Glasses and a bad hip. >> You got a bad hip? >> And a bad knee, yes, sir. >> Okay, so we're going to do some seated exercises then. All right. All right, first exercise we're going to check out your eyes, all right? >> Okay. >> So, go ahead and just either put your glasses in your pocket or on top of your head, just not on your face. >> All right. >> All right, go ahead and bring your hands down to your sides. You see this red light? You're going to sit up straight. Don't lean back. Sit up straight. Yep. You see this red light? >> Mhm. >> Make your head level. Yep, there you go. You're going to follow this with your eyes only and keep your head still. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> All right, for this next exercise, we need the finger to nose. Do you know your left from your right? You got any questions about that? >> No, I'm fine now. >> Left. Bring it back down. All right, you can relax. All right, for this next exercise, go ahead and bring your hands just like this. It doesn't matter which one's on top. Since you have a wrist issue with your your left, I would do your right hand on top. >> right hand is okay. >> Yep. So, bring your hands just like this. All right, now bring your thumbs in. >> It's tough to do the exercise, right? >> I'll move. You can't move until I tell you to begin. So, it's 1 2 3 4 5 6 >> 7 8 Oh, no, I didn't clap in between. In there. I missed the clapping in between. >> This last exercise, what's your highest level of education? It's an odd question. It's high school. It's high school. It is what it is. >> an associate's degree. >> Associate's degree, perfect. >> I mean, I know we have I'll give you my best shot at the after. >> Okay, we'll do a different one. >> Okay, then. >> No, we'll keep it even. I don't want to put you at a disadvantage. I don't want you to say that this wasn't fair for you. All right, can you count to 30? >> Yeah. >> Okay, perfect. So, again, you're going to stay seated right where you are. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back and close your eyes and silently in your mind, you're going to imagine 30 seconds going by. However you want to count, doesn't matter to me. All right, go ahead and look up, close your eyes, and begin. >> He tried his best to act sober during the time perception test. Ironically, counting way too fast gave him away, letting his drunken nervous system expose the plain truth. >> All right, sir, at this time you are being placed under arrest for driving under the influence. All right, go ahead and stand up for me. >> Squeeze me now? >> How? I don't understand. I don't Sir, I don't understand why you're doing this. >> What do you mean? >> What Why am I being placed under >> Why you being placed under arrest? Well, that that officer to your right saw you driving. She literally saw you operating a motor vehicle. >> asked me to move. >> I didn't ask you to flash you to move. I pulled in behind you and you took off. >> I didn't take off. I parked right there. >> Right. >> I didn't take off. Oh my god. >> Regardless, you were driving. >> Oh my god, I'm trying to protect my wife. Oh my [ __ ] god. You got to be kidding me. You can't be doing You can't not >> All right, go and take a seat in there. >> Can I call my family? Can I call someone, please? >> Yeah, your wife You're wife's aware of it. >> Who? You [ __ ] >> Your lady, that you said was your wife. >> Yeah, yeah, that's Yeah, what so >> Yeah, so she's got all the release information, all right? >> are you kidding me, man? I'm Dude, are you kidding? Christmas season, I'm sitting in the car. I didn't do >> Christmas? It ain't Christmas, man. It's New Year's almost. All right, we're good. >> I didn't do anything, man. Dude, man. I'm trying to protect my wife. Your officer came behind me, sir. Sir, this I ain't know >> Yeah, we're done arguing, Mr. Cologne. Real quick, I'm Officer Flink, reminding you you've been placed under arrest DUI restriction chapter 316 >> I don't know where where where did I fail >> You were not passing field sobriety tests. Now, you gave me indicators of impairment >> What what what Which one? >> I'm not I can't argue with you. That's the problem. >> Matthew. >> All right. I'm now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. >> Will you take a breath test? >> Yeah, I'll take a breath. >> All right, we're going to go down there and do a breath test. >> In the end, the woman narrowly dodged a theft charge since the bill was finally paid. Though, she was slapped with an 18-month trespass ban from the restaurant. The man, however, was charged with DUI and faces a license suspension of up to 6 months. What do you think? Was she really sweating over 100 bucks or did she just hate losing that feeling of being above everyone else? Let us know your thoughts down below. She managed to dodge that bill, but this next judge couldn't hide from police body [music] cams. Driving on the wrong side of the road before passing out cold on Highway 30 on November 4th, 2025, Judge Adria Kester was confronted by Boone, Iowa police in a drunken stupor. Here is what went down when a symbol of authority learned a very expensive lesson. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> I'm PD 8. Hi, ma'am. She just She doesn't know what happened. She can't respond. Okay. I'm W arson investigator's office. Are you feeling okay tonight? >> I yes. >> Okay. Well, you're in the median here, so something happened. Are you sure you're feeling all right? Do you have any Do you have any medical conditions, diabetic, anything like that? >> No. >> No. No, okay. Do you have a license on you? >> Yes. >> Okay, can you grab it for me, please? >> Wait, driver's license? >> Yes. >> This is Judge Kester. This is Nate's wife. >> Okay. >> I'm Dane PD. >> Okay. >> I do that. >> Well, you lost control of your vehicle. >> I realize that. >> Okay. Where are you coming from tonight? My primary concern is your welfare, right? So, I want to make sure you're all right. So, medics are going to come and check you out, okay? But, I kind of need to know what's go what what what what's going on with you tonight. Are you Are you tired or having a medical episode? I need to make sure you're okay, all right? Cuz the ambulance is going to come check you out here. They need to know if you have any medical conditions, what your name and stuff like that is. >> I answered you earlier. >> What's that? >> I answered you earlier. >> That you don't have any medical conditions? >> That's true. >> Okay. Where are you coming from tonight? Are you not going to answer any questions? Okay. Ma'am, this is your husband here. Do you want to talk to him? You don't want to talk to Nate? She's just shaking her head. She's not answering any questions. So, I don't know where she's coming from. Is she Do you know if she has any medical conditions? >> I do not. >> Uh she's got all kinds of stuff, but I don't know I mean, she's cancer, but I don't know. >> Okay, but like uh diabetes or anything like that? >> No, she doesn't. We'll let the paramedics talk to her. >> Okay. We'll let We'll let the paramedics talk to her. We'll we'll from there. >> All right. >> It doesn't look like there's any damage to the truck. Just looks like she drove into the median here just outside Ogden, so >> All right. Thanks. >> Thanks. She knew full well that every word out of her mouth could be used against her. Meanwhile, paramedics were called in to run a complete check on her vitals. >> Can we get your ID from you before you leave? >> I'm not sure what you're asking. >> For your ID, your driver's license. >> Can you just get it? >> Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, I can grab it. Is that okay with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Where's your Where's it at in your car? Is it in the passenger seat? >> Your driver's license, is it in a purse or Where can Is that where they can find it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Where's your driver's license at, ma'am? >> to the ambulance. >> I don't see a purse. Run the RO, please. So, you know you're south of Ogden. Do you know what year it is? >> Serious? >> I am. It's silly questions that I have to ask. >> I'm good. >> We're checking it, okay? Got to give it a minute. So, you tell us that you're not confused, but we don't know that until we get answers from you, okay? And so, if we can't get those answers from you, that's why we have to take you to the hospital to figure it out. Is that fair? Okay. So, do Do you want to answer our questions or no? >> No, I will. >> Okay. Okay. >> Absolutely. >> Do you know what day of the week it is? >> It's a Monday. >> Monday? Okay. >> We're going to try and keep this arm relaxed, so it when it blows up on your arm, it'll go real easy, okay? >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> We'll just leave this arm. We won't move it, okay? Just For just now, until it pumps up and then releases, okay? >> We're just going to get one quick blood pressure and then we'll take it off. Do you have any health issues that we need to know about? Okay. >> That's between you and them, okay? >> Okay. >> I don't want you to fall. You're kind of stumbling here. You okay? >> I am not stumbling. I'm right here. >> Okay. All right. Our concern is you're driving on the wrong side of Highway 30. You drove in the median. A witness saw you passed out over your steering wheel. Just standing here, I mean, you can't maintain your balance. You had to be walked to the ambulance. You got eyes. The beverage that was in your vehicle smells of alcohol. So, where are you Where do you come Nope, don't fall. Don't fall, ma'am. Do you want to sit down in my car and we can continue the conversation? I don't want to see you fall and get hurt. >> Or you can sit down right here in the grass if you want to. It's up to you. >> Okay. >> Or if you think you're fine standing. >> We will uh we'll just walk you over to my car, okay? >> Her defiant silence exposed an arrogant ego that refused to bow to the law, but true justice doesn't bend for someone's bruised pride. >> So, I want to offer you field sobriety tests. If that'd be something you're willing to do to make sure you're okay to be driving. Is that something you'd be willing to do? I want to give you every opportunity. You We're going to go to the law enforcement center. We're going go to the jail and we're going to do some stuff for OWI investigation, okay? Do you have any questions about that? Okay. And I'm just going to put handcuffs on you in the front. You don't have any weapons on you, anything like that? Is there anything I can do or say to to get you out cuz I do eventually have to get you out? I don't want to have to drag you out or anything like that. I'm trying to be super uh compliant with you or trying to get you to be super compliant with me. I understand you're upset, but I am going to need you to step out of the car for me, okay? You don't want us to have to drag you out, do you? Cuz one way or another, you're going to have to come out. I really am trying to do everything I can to not have to escalate this all. I don't want to have to pull you out of the car, you know, anything like that. I would really just rather you step out of the vehicle for me, okay? Do you So, I mean, I have a supervisor on the way. Would you rather talk to him than me? Well, what we're going to do then, since you don't want to get out of the vehicle, cuz I don't want to, you know, pull you out right now, I'm going to wait for my partner to get here. Okay, and you can talk to him. He's my supervisor. And if that doesn't go anywhere, we're going to have to take you out of the vehicle, which we really don't want to have to do. Well, seems you don't want to get out. My supervisor, Sergeant McCray, he's on the way here. Um you can talk to him if you want to talk to someone that's higher than me, that's fine. But at some point, you do have to get out of the vehicle. And like I said before, we don't want to have to pull you out. We want to do this cool, calm, and collected, right? >> The second officers announced they had a search warrant for a blood draw. The irony kicked in. The very woman who had refused to say a peep suddenly found her voice when her own interests were on the line. >> We do have a blood draw warrant for you. >> I want to >> So, just letting you know. Um obviously I want to speak with Nate or whatever you guys want to do. >> I want to speak with a lawyer, sir. >> Yeah. That's totally fine. Um your phone is there for you. Obviously I assume you have numbers or anything like that in there that you'd like. >> Sir, can you explain what happened? >> Yeah. So, um someone called you in. Um and you were traveling on US Highway 30, and they reported that you were slumped at the wheel. You were found in the ditch right south of the Ogden football stadium on Highway 30. You know where it goes It goes from the narrow road to the wide road, right there. So, you had driven on the wrong side of the highway. So, you were driving on the wrong side of highway 30 and went in the ditch there. >> So, I just want to know if I'm charged with anything right now. >> Uh you're probably going to be charged with OWI tonight. right there. >> Straight? >> Yep, just straight ahead. And jailers will come and instruct you what to do next. Yeah, not too long ago. She just got blood drawn is all it and and IV. >> In the end, she was taken to jail to face charges of OWI and driving on the wrong side of the road. After pleading guilty, she was forced to resign immediately from her seat as a district judge, bringing an abrupt end to an 8 and 1/2 year judicial career, and leaving her to face formal ethics investigations by the judicial qualifications commission. One person just paid the price, but this next tragedy takes an even darker, [music] more suffocating turn. On May 6th, 2025, in Charlotte, Florida, a mysterious 911 hang-up sent officers rushing out for an immediate welfare check. Their instincts were dead on. Waiting for them wasn't just a simple mishap, but the first unraveling threads of a shocking scheme. >> The sheriff's office, we received a 911 hang-up, so I'm just making sure everything's okay. >> Not from me. >> Not from you, okay. >> Right at the house? >> At this address. >> Oh, I'm just picking up my friend. You can ask her. She works here. >> She lives here? Okay. Do you Where do you live? >> I live on 10th. >> On 10th Street? Okay. You guys didn't have any sort of disturbance or anything like that? >> just pulled up 1 minute ago. >> Oh, really? What's your friend's name? >> Amy. >> Amy? Okay. Is she coming out? >> I think so, yeah. >> All right. You want to step out for me real quick? >> Sure. >> Any weapons or anything like that on you? No? >> No weapons. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Sheriff's Office. We received a 911 call from this address. >> I just got a new phone. >> Okay. >> setting it up. >> I got you. >> And and so Yeah. All right. >> Everything's all good? >> yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. >> Do you have your ID on you by chance? >> No. >> Just so I can say I spoke to you and you said everything was all good. >> The best >> You're good, so, yeah. >> All right. You can look me up, but no, I I'll show you for my cell phone that it was me. >> So, your first name is Amy, right? >> M Y. >> And what's a good cuz the phone number I called said it was out of service. >> Nope. I had it on do not disturb. Uh I didn't mean to. All right, ready? >> Can I talk to you over here real quick? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, I ran I ran your name and it's showing that you have some open PC with us. >> What's that? >> So, open probable cause for your arrest. >> What's that? >> reason why? >> What do you mean? >> Uh they just they came with your name and your name is showing that you're that you're wanted out of our county for something. Do you know what that could be for? >> Charlotte County. >> No. >> No? Let me see your name again. I'm going to make sure we got the right name. >> Amy L N I N E I E. >> N E I E? >> Uh-huh. >> And then what's your middle name? >> L L N N. >> All right. I'm going to hang out with you until the other deputy gets here and then I'll go and I'll go double check. >> Sure. >> don't want to >> Yeah. >> to see what it's about. >> I haven't done anything. I haven't been arrested. I have nothing. >> I got you. We'll we'll we'll figure it out when they get here. I'll go back to the computer, look it up cuz it could be a misunderstanding between names and things like that. Cuz you're from Sarasota, right? Okay. I got you. >> So. >> Cool. All right. Well, I'll just wait for the deputy to get here and I'll go double check and make sure everything's good, all right? >> Yeah, please. >> Cool. I don't know how far away they are, but >> Yeah, this is ridiculous. >> Yeah, you can go ahead, have a seat. >> Like if I >> It's not >> a It's not a warrant, so it's It's open probable cause, so a warrant wasn't filed yet. Some a deputy just has charges out for you. And that's I again, when the other deputy gets here, I will go in the computer. >> Okay, well I'm not going to go anywhere, so >> I'm sorry, what did you say? I wasn't listening to you. >> I said I'm not going to go anywhere. You're fine. >> Oh no, you're good. >> Okay. >> I just can't I got to leave you in my in my view cuz I don't know if you're going to go back inside, things like that. >> what if I do? I mean, I'm not under I mean you haven't arrested me. I'm allowed to. >> At the moment? >> Yeah, I'm allowed >> You are detained at the moment. >> Act for what? You have no reason to detain me. >> Because they're saying you have open PCA, okay? >> not a warrant. You said there's not a warrant. >> Correct, but it's charges against you. >> She thought she could lecture the officers on proper legal procedure. In reality, all that arguing only proved the net of justice was closing in fast. >> Correct, but there's still charges. So before we go ahead and file a warrant, we put charges out for people, right? >> Okay. >> And if if we don't if we don't catch them or see them within a certain amount of time, that's when we go ahead and file a warrant. >> Okay. >> Okay? >> Okay. >> I'm not saying and again, I'm going to go double-check because I'm not sure if the name got mixed up and things like that, okay? >> Okay. They're saying it's a probable cause of something. So, the warrant hasn't I I I don't I don't know what it means. Are you >> So So it's not a warrant, so before warrants get filed >> It's before a warrant is filed. Okay, you know what? Um What about the Sunseeker? From like at the beginning of the year. >> I've never met you, so I don't even know I don't know anything about this, so >> call you back. Okay. >> that's why when a deputy gets here, I'll go look it up, okay? >> So, at the Sunseeker months and months ago, um me and my boyfriend, we had a dispute there. Okay. When we first got there, his name and his card was on file. >> Okay. >> Okay, so I kicked him out. >> I got you. You guys were staying at the resort? >> Yes, we were. >> Okay. >> Okay, so I kicked him out and then I went into the suites, okay? And he um I put my card now on file. >> Mhm. >> And then he disputed and said he wasn't going to pay. So they came after me. >> Okay, it could Hey, it could be for that. I don't know what exactly it's for. >> then um I said, "Well, I'm not paying for the part where he, you know, when it was in his name." I mean, why should I? It was never in my name. But I'll pay for what I stayed. >> Okay. >> And so they gave me like a week to pay it and I did. Cuz we owed $1,100. So that's the only thing I can think of. But then they gave me a a no trespassing, but I mean, I paid that cuz I talked to the detective and we were all clear. >> You don't have to pay anything for a trespass. >> No, I wasn't a trespass. They made me pay. >> Oh, for the the cost. Okay. >> So and I paid $1,100 and I have proof that I paid. >> Okay. >> Um so that's the only thing, but that was like months and months and months ago. >> Like I said, I'll look it up and I'll let you know what it is because I have no idea what it is. >> Well, why can't I walk out to your car with you? >> You want to do that? We can We can walk stand right there. Perfect. >> Yeah, I'd rather do That's the only thing I can think of um because they said that um I had They gave me like 7 days to pay it and I paid. >> You did pay it? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> She acted like she was willingly walking over to the cruiser just to save a little face. But the second the police database returned her warrants, the whole truth came crashing down. >> quite well. Can you run her name out to check for warrants? >> All right, so it's saying it's for uttering forged checks. >> What? >> That's what it That's what it said it's for. Did you pay like a with a like a not good check at the Safeway or something? >> don't know. >> And it's is >> Okay, no, no, no. I care of a guy and he wrote me >> 120 Central, can you confirm the PCA? >> I took care of a guy and he wrote me a check, you know, to pay me and I went and cashed it like, you know, I usually do. >> Okay. >> And then I stopped working for him after that because he was coming on to me. >> Okay. >> And so then he put a stop payment or a forged check. Um, they they even said that the signatures and everything were the same. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Well, again, they're going to confirm it with the jail and see if they if it's still valid. Um, if so, you will have to go in tonight today, okay? And you'll you'll have to go to first appearance, get a bond, things like that. But it'll be quick cuz your PCA's already done. I'm basically just transporting it. It's just some checks. >> Okay. >> Is there a day or time that I can meet with you to get a statement about the incident and figure out how we resolve it? >> Yeah. And those checks, one, two, cuz he gives you there's another guy who works for him and he gives him his bank card. For me to go cuz he's having a pump put in his pool and he just had the electricity done. And so he [clears throat] wrote there was two checks that he wrote and I said you wrote me those checks. You know, and I don't know if you've ever if you've met him yet. This is a pa- >> Mhm. >> Um, he he can write, um, but as far as sometimes he's foggy in and out, but he gives them his ATM card. Now, see, I I I have never used the ATM card and he has to go to his ATM daily. And I told him I said, I've given you the receipts on that. You wrote the check yourself. You had me to cash it to pay the electricians that came out and because, like I said, he's getting a heater put in his pool. And he was like, "No, I I I I don't remember doing that." And I said, "You did." And I even had I said, "Tell the man you were right here when he did it." So, you know, I don't know if it's the medication because I've I've worked for for a long time, but he'll he'll usually have him go and use his ATM card. >> What's the How long have you worked for him? >> Um I worked for him for a month now. >> She deliberately framed the victim as senile and forgetful to ruin their credibility. Yet, her own tangled lies about her whereabouts laid bare a calculated attempt to cover her tracks. >> But but for the last two checks he he's saying, "Well, I didn't write it." I said, "Yes, you did because you had me to go get the money because wasn't there that day. And he had me to go get the money to pay the electricians. And they were just there last week. >> So, where would the receipts be for the the the Was it two checks? >> Yes, ma'am. There was two. >> Okay. Did you just Did you go to the What Suncoast Bank did you go to? >> The one right there by his house right on the Edgewater. >> Okay. And what were the checks for? >> One of them was for the the electricians that just he just had the electricians out to run all the electricity for the for his pool because he's having a heater put in. >> Okay. >> Okay. And they're supposed to be putting the heater in either this week or next week. And like I said, he if you even look at his bank statement, every single day he has him go and take out cash out of his ATM every single day. >> So, do you know what the totals of the checks were? >> Um one was 1,300 and the other one was 1,500. >> Okay, and there wasn't a third one? >> No. Ma'am, I I don't um I can't say if there was or not. Hold on 1 second. There's somebody at the house. Hello. Hi, come on in. Ma'am, is there any way I could call you right back? I just had some I have some stuff. I will call you right back. I just had somebody show up at the house. >> Well, is there a way I can meet you somewhere? Are you in town or >> No, I'm in Tampa. >> Cuz I need to get a sworn recorded statement. >> Not a problem. Um when I get back into town, hopefully it'll be maybe tomorrow. >> Okay, I'm actually off tomorrow. I'm not back until Monday. >> Okay, then why don't we do it Monday? >> Okay, so are you going to give me a call back though? >> Yeah, I can call you back today. Okay. >> All right, thank you. >> You're welcome. >> The door to any plausible denial slammed firmly shut on this cunning woman. And yet, instead of showing a shred of remorse, she immediately pivoted to managing her money, desperate to secure an easy way out. >> I'm going to go to jail. I need you to get my stuff out of here. >> What are you taking? >> My clothes. My suitcase. >> Huh? What are you taking out of here? >> Um he's going to get I'm staying at an Airbnb. He's just going to grab my clothes. If I have to go to jail. >> So it's an Airbnb? >> Uh-huh. She lives in Sarasota. >> Okay. Where's the Airbnb? >> Sarasota County, off of Edgewater. >> Yeah, she was working for him. >> Okay. >> You remember when I worked for that guy off of Edgewater? And it was like I cashed his check and so um anyway, so I cashed his check and then I stopped working for him when he came on to me. And so he said that um I forged his check. The when he paid me. >> All right, you got everything you need? >> Yeah. What am I going to >> to the car. Yep, they confirmed it. >> Okay. So, Mikey, I need you need get all my stuff. Okay? Look at the drawers. >> Uh Charlotte County? >> Yeah, can you bail me out? >> Yeah. >> I'm going Never when I worked for um the the uh guy off of Edgewater. Yeah. Okay, here. I got to go. I'm going to jail. >> All right. Can you shut the phone down for me all the way? Shut it down. Shut the phone down for me. >> It is. >> Like shut it all the way off. >> Oh. Well, can't I get phone numbers out of it? >> Yeah, when you get to the jail they'll let you turn it back on. >> Okay. Um >> Perfect. I'm going to go to the hood of the car so you can set the phone up there. Just so you know to let you know anything that you have on you you can take inside the jail. >> I don't have my phone on me. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail and hit with multiple charges.
