Dayton Allen was arriving on the Amtrak
Dayton was wanted for not appearing in
court after an arrest related to a child
sexual assault case officers observed a
man matching Dayton's description exit
the train and attempted to contact him
but he immediately fled on foot

County jail and charged with Escape
criminal arrest felony bail jumping
carrying a concealed weapon resisting or
obstructing an officer Dayton was issued
a $5,000 cash bond which also covered
his previous assault
