this man was building his own home on private land then these cops showed up demanding entry even though there was no crime if there's no crime you can't abrogate the Constitution if I don't consent to so I'm still not consenting to this so This Guy's in trouble with me I mean if I need permission to build the house what's next I mean we're we're talking about a major trampline of the constitutional rights here and it's because the judge doesn't know any different that everybody just operates on this and well he said so therefore it's true well it's not I'm doing something what the Supreme Court has said over and over over and over again anytime a man does something that is normally a right which is to breathe which is to eat which is to go to the bathroom which is to defend his home and work on his home and somebody tries to convert that to a crime so this process as far as my understanding is something that somebody is is going above and beyond taking something civil and saying hey we're going to give you a warrant and we're going to enter your house it's clear as day to me that it's it it's it's unconstitutional what's next
