This man was setting up for his comedy show when park police showed up and tried to shut him down over a speaker only to get schooled on the law and their own policies. You know you can't have a speaker down here, right? What law is that? Really? Yeah. You're welcome to look it up. If I look it up for you, I can write you a citation. That's mine. But you can't have a You can't have a Are you referring to 21-52? You have a permit for the speaker? Uh I got permission as far as uh utilizing the public space for who? You know the first amendment.
