This man was simply washing his truck at a self-s served car wash. Then an off-duty police officer claimed he saw a man hand him a suspicious bag. The officer assumed it was drugs and called in on duty police. He explained the man was his coworker and the item was just a cigarette, but that didn't matter. What' that guy hand you? A cigarette?
