I said classy's not a customer's dog. And then the dog jumped on me. So I turned around and I kicked him in the ass. >> Shut up, dog. Just cuz I'm in cuffs does not mean I don't have rights. I don't like you being behind me. >> Some people truly believe their age and attitude put them above the law. >> Oh, that's wonderful. >> I'm the [ __ ] >> Absolutely no ground for my arrest. And she and every fellow officer knows it. >> As a matter of fact, you are going to jail. >> Oh, that's even better. >> Watch these entitled [music] Karens find out the hard way that pure audacity only leads straight to handcuffs. Going to McDonald's for lunch is normal, but going there for a brawl is on another level. On June 28th, 2026, police had to step in to resolve a physical altercation between two women. Keep watching because the reason behind this outburst will leave you speechless. >> [music] >> Hello, sir. So I'm going to talk to you. Oh, yeah. He is here. >> You called? >> No, I don't know who called. Well, I was the one that was involved in the problem. >> What's going on? >> So I came here we came to get food. I was on the phone with my friends. She comes she's like You cannot >> Lower your voice. Lower your voice. >> Sorry, but I'm just mad. She's like oh So I'm Cuban this is the way I speak. Like I tried to lower my voice this is the way I speak. >> I'm Cuban too but lower your voice. >> So she was like you cannot talk like that in McDonald's. You cannot do this and I mind you I was just on the phone with my friend. So I'm just telling her mind your business. Like I'm on the phone with my friend. So she started screaming at me telling me a whole bunch of [ __ ] calling me a >> Who's that person? >> Her. That old person sitting right there. She's saying that my mom didn't raise She hurt. She's saying that my mom didn't raise me right. She's saying all these stuff. So, I come up to her like, "Say one more stuff. I'm going to film my friend." He was pulled up with He like seen everything. She's like, "Oh, um I pulled up to her like, "Say one more thing about my mom. Like, what is wrong with you?" She's like, "Oh, your mom" I didn't even hear what she said, but she's like, "You're a Your mom didn't raise you this and this and that. You're a So, I'm getting mad and then she starts grabbing my [ __ ] She ripped one of my chains. And then I lost the other one. I don't know where it went. And that's when she started >> the idea with you? >> No, not on me. >> Mhm? >> Not on me. >> All right. How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> Okay, do me a favor. Have a seat. I'll be right back. >> Taking it upon herself to lecture others in public, yet when faced with the police, the woman acted incredibly polite and played the victim. >> Ma'am, what's going on? >> Hi, how are you? >> Hi, good. >> Well, I came in to just order some food and people were freaking out. >> Mhm. >> And I didn't know what was going on and the the navy guy said, "Back up, back up, back up." And I started backing up. >> Excuse me. Sir. Navy. Navy guy. Do me a favor. Stand right here. >> Who are you? >> Okay. >> Huh? >> All right, do me a favor. Stand right here. >> Okay. >> All right, thank you. All right. Continue. >> I just walked up to the counter. I was waiting for my food. I have my food. I wanted to walk out. She grabbed me by the back of the hair, ripped my earbuds out. >> Okay. >> And >> Mhm. >> the fight started. She said >> What's the reason she done that for? >> Okay. Do you have the Do you have the idea? >> Absolutely, I do. >> I know you all didn't see her, but did you see something what went on? Anything? Did you all see anything? >> Oh, I did. >> Did you? Did you Did you got the older lady and you got the younger lady. Are you friends with with any of them? >> I know the one associates with the younger one. >> With the young girl? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you know what happened? >> Well, I guess from what I've seen, I seen a video of one of that girl in the green right here. She had a video of the the older woman getting all up in her face and then she touched her chest and then and then well, obviously she she I don't know what happened with the >> Which which girl that has the video? >> Uh the one in the green right there. >> Stop talking. >> Like it's not worth it. >> Hey friend, just stop. Just stop. Just stand there and don't talk, okay? >> From what I've seen, like they were both getting in each other's faces. They were touching each other, but the older lady is the one who put her finger on her chest, though. I will say that. >> Are you friends with her? >> With who? >> With all the group right here? Do you have a video? You might have seen it on there. >> No, I know all of them. >> All of them? Did you have a video of what happened? >> I don't have a video. I I walked in here and all this [ __ ] happened, but I'm trying to clean it up cuz I >> Unaware that a bystander's camera had recorded everything, her self-righteous facade crumbled, officially exposing her as the one who sparked the violence. >> Who [ __ ] started it? She was yelling in her face and then she pushed her. And then she's conversationally rude, so pushing her is the wrong idea. Like like anybody knows pushing her is the wrong idea. Cuz she's conversationally She was in her face pushing her in her >> Yeah, you're talking. So >> I just want to run it down. >> And then she was She said, "Your mother raised a You guys are so disrespectful, la da da da and then that's when she wanted to get closer to her and then she wanted to yell at her face. And the very first contact, like the actual contact, she chest bumped her. >> Okay. >> Okay, I just wanted to say that. She got up in her face, yelled at her, then chest bumped her. That's what SHE DID FIRST. >> [screaming] >> DO you know her? >> No, I didn't. We just got into my business. And I went to the bathroom on ordering food. And then I came out with some people on my friend, and I was selling my cell phone. She's like, "You shouldn't be speaking that loud on your cell phone." I'm like, I'm like, "Hold on, this is none of your business." >> Well, you're in public, you know. >> Yeah, like I like I speak loud, but I speak a little loud. But like, that's not my fault. Like, I thought it's just That's just the way it is. So, it's I was on the phone with my friend, and I'm just telling her like, "This is none of your business." Like, cuz it doesn't matter how loud somebody is talking next to me or in front of me, I wouldn't mind their business. Like, those are best rules. Like, I would I wouldn't just go out of my way and be like, "You shouldn't be talking like that. Your mom didn't raise you like that. You're I would I wouldn't do that. >> [music] >> So, she literally just turned around, and she started calling me saying that the way the way my mom's raised was I didn't even hear that that part. She said, "The way my mom's raised me was this and this and that. I was a I don't know why she called my mom. And that's when I started spazzing out, because she called She started saying talking about my mom. And the first thing that we had was because she came up to me, and she pulled up on me, and she she started screaming in my face. She like she literally was screaming in my face, and that's why I personally like pushed back. I started back up, like back up. And that's when she The next time I was close to the entrance, and like the entrance, and she grabbed my chain. She broke one of my chains, and I don't know where the other one went. And that's when I was like And I pushed back, and I grabbed her, because why are you touching me? >> Did you say anything? >> No, I didn't say nothing. >> Okay, okay. Okay. All right. >> I saw the girl with the the flowers around her. >> Mhm. The older lady or the younger lady? >> The younger lady. They started going at it, and they but the older lady started pushing. >> She was already yelling. That's what happened. They were sort of going back and forth. I saw a bunch of people order and I just decided that I didn't want that to happen in front. So, I had to call the police to come here. >> Okay. >> Which usually the manager is supposed to call the police when something like that happens. >> Right. >> Unfortunately for her, witnesses and cameras are not blind. Thus, it was only when the officers put her in handcuffs that she finally revealed her true colors. >> I'll give you everything I have. I don't have anything to do with that, anything that girl had. She attacked me and I just want to go home. >> Okay. Come here. >> Yes, absolutely. >> Come over to me. >> Yeah, search me. >> You can turn around. Turn around. >> Of course. Stop moving. >> I'm sorry. Where are you going? I'm sorry. I just wanted to >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Of course. Of course. For what? >> For what? >> Cuz you are >> I I don't even know how where to begin to explain. If you don't understand. >> Um I came in to get my food at McDonald's. I don't know what I did. >> Really? >> Can you tell me? >> of the problem is you don't know what you did. >> You don't understand. I don't drive. >> Okay. >> What what did I do that I'm being Well, arrested >> When you chest bump start screaming at people, chest bump somebody. >> She came flying across the room at me. >> Well, she She didn't put her hands on you. There's a there's a video. >> Yeah, yeah, it has to come it has to come to the arm. >> I'm not going to fight you. >> Okay. >> I'm not I'm not going to resist. Okay? There's no reason to. I'm I'm I know a lot of people do that, but I'm not one of those people. >> I appreciate it. >> Thank you. I appreciate you guys, too, you know. You guys do what you're supposed to do and evidently I'm in the wrong and I am I'm um being taken in for that, so I'll take care of that. Is there a bond? I have. 2015. It was for a DUI. There's nothing in there you Well, gee, can I have my [ __ ] Why do I have to go to jail? I don't understand. Come on, I have not done anything wrong. I sat there and ate my food. I sat there and ate my food. What am I being charged with? Disorderly conduct? Because I walked in McDonald's to get food? So there was there was no assault that you saw on the camera, correct? There was? >> After abusing her own child, she instantly transformed into a legal expert. On July 8th, 2023 in Naperville, Illinois, police encountered Donna, a mother who committed a crime and then tried to dictate justice. Let's see how this ridiculous arrogance was punished. >> Out of the car, please. We're conducting an investigation. I need you to step out of the car. We're not going anywhere. Okay? Do you understand? Nope. You're going to You're going to step out of the vehicle right now, please. Thank you. >> You tell me that you're going inside. Don't just go walking into your house. >> You're being completely ridiculous. >> Like you like some ID. >> Okay. Why don't you have a seat on the ground? >> for me. >> Ma'am? >> You asked me for some ID. Yes or no? >> Well, because you have your purse on you. >> I went to go get you some ID. >> I've got enough for I was not. I was walking away from the situation. >> him some ID? >> I don't need an ID right now, ma'am. I'd really appreciate it though if you could hang tight for a second. Can we do that, please? I would really appreciate that. >> He asked me for some ID. >> I understand >> I am trying to comply with the person who has threatened to arrest me if I do not comply. >> Well, ma'am, I'm here now and I'm >> Can I >> No. >> get my ID? >> No, ma'am. I'm asking you nicely to please just take a minute right here. Um I've got a video. >> He wants me to get my ID. >> This is going to go south we can just uh hold >> He wants me to get some ID. What's your name, ma'am? >> What's on your ID? What's on your video? >> Her overconfidence made her believe the body cams were rolling just to glorify her victory. Ironically, they ended up recording her every act of resistance during the arrest. >> I will go. That's the man under arrest right now. >> Why? >> You're under arrest. >> Why? >> Domestic battery. I need you to stop tensing up. >> Why? >> I need you to stop tensing up. >> Ma'am, >> Why? >> you to stop. >> Domestic battery >> Okay. >> because of why? >> I need you to stop. I need you to >> Domestic battery because why? >> Okay. Ma'am, I need you to just loosen up. Okay. >> We're taping this. Are you taping this? Why am I under arrest for domestic battery? >> I >> I have asked multiple times. I have asked multiple TIMES. WHY I AM UNDER ARREST FOR DOMESTIC BATTERY? SOMEONE TELL ME. ANYONE. >> I have a video and obvious signs of injury, ma'am. That's why you're under arrest right now. >> Injury of what kind? >> It's locked, but >> It's Okay, yeah. It's just going to move tight in. Ma'am, do you have anything on you that I need to be concerned about? Any knives, needles? >> I would just get her ID or something to walk her out of there cuz you're not going to mix up the whole first aid county most likely. >> No, yeah. >> She was starting to walk inside for her ID, so I doubt it's in here, but >> Are you able to stand up without me supporting you? >> Just bring that whole thing cuz if she needs a credit card to find out >> No. >> Okay. We're not going to play the game. Listen. Recovery position. Here we go. Here we go. >> [sighs] >> Ma'am, are you okay? Are you going to walk like an adult? Check her pulse. I mean, she's breathing. She's fine. >> Yeah. >> Come on up. Get her in the car. >> What's her name? >> Donna. >> Do you have her ID? Oh, that was an >> Oh, I have her. Yeah, I do have her ID. Let her take a rest. >> Donna, I can see you moving. >> Donna, we know you're okay cuz you're breathing and your eyes keep opening, so let's get you stood up. Let's get you to the car. >> Donna, do you want to get up nice and easy for me? >> Donna, it's time to be an adult. >> We're not We're not going to sleep now, Donna. She still have those smelling salts. >> What do those do when he's not passed out? >> It's a bad smell. >> Yeah, it pops your eyes. >> Yeah. >> Donna, why are we Why are we doing this? Let's just Let's get up like an adult and let's go to the car. >> Okay, ready? >> Instead of walking on her own, she resisted by letting her entire body go limp. That absurd tantrum forced three burly officers to struggle with carrying a grown woman to the police cruiser. >> Okay. >> Come on, Donna, we're walking. >> You're moving your feet just fine. >> There we go. Good job. We can both carry her shoulders if you carry her feet, right? >> Yep, our loss. >> Yep. >> Do you want to grab her feet? >> Yeah, I'll grab her. >> Can you circle around, maybe? Or, you know, I can do the feet if you want to do the back. Oh, I definitely don't feel comfortable having it be feet down. I'm going to make that not that way. >> Oop, she keeps moving her legs. >> This is like one of those bad videos for soccer when they can't carry a player off the field. >> Well, I want to support both of her shoulders. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Excuse me. We're halfway there. >> I feel so bad for her. >> Why does she go all limp? No, I'm saying on purpose. >> Do you want to just sit over there and I'll pull up my squad? >> You're walking. Drop down. >> You're walking. >> We got to get butt first. >> Yeah. >> Can you even put out her legs in? >> Take them out. >> Donna, you're adding charges here. You're resisting. Passive resisting is the same. Donna, you need to >> You're going to be audio-video recorded while you're in the back of my squad car. >> Wow. >> Great work. That was really >> She was feeling out dead weight for sure. >> Uh, I just need to collect a little bit more from him. >> She's not going anywhere. >> The moment the car door closed, the comatose woman miraculously revived. Suddenly wide awake, she immediately threatened to sue the entire police department into the ground. >> Could you please tell me why I'm under arrest? Could you please tell me why I'm under arrest? Not one single person has told me why I am under arrest. Not one single person has read me my rights. Not one single person has told me why I am in the back of a squad car. Could you, the driver of the squad car, please tell me? Could you please just tell me why I'm in here? Could you, madam officer, please tell me why I am in this car? >> Yes, ma'am. I told you you're under arrest. Okay, we're going to the Naperville jail. For domestic battery charge, ma'am. >> Why? >> Because you battered your son and I It's on video with obvious signs of injury. Yes, ma'am. It's not up to debate. It's been done. I have the probable cause for the arrest. We'll be going to do some paperwork, okay? >> Tape. Okay, we all know that everything in this car is taped. And now we know that this female officer who has blond hair in a bun and who has earrings that hang down to her shoulders, and I do not know her name, but we all know that this officer is not willing to provide her name, even though she is driving me to the police station on a Friday afternoon in July, and she is saying that I am under arrest, but there is absolutely no record of arrest, and I will be suing the Naperville Police Office for this arrest, AND THIS OFFICER IS PART AND PARCEL OF THAT. YOU WANT TO TELL ME YOUR name yet? Which is illegal for the tape. There is absolutely no grounds for my arrest, and she and every FELLOW OFFICER KNOWS IT, and she nor any fellow officer will give their names. You want to give me your name? I guess that's a no. And my lawyer will be subpoenaing this tape, and he will have your picture, and he will know your name. Not talk because she does not want my lawyer to identify her. But, I guarantee I can identify her in any lineup at any point in time. And by the way, everybody knows this is for the tape, that it is illegal to take somebody from their home without telling them why. And this police officer, who will not give me her name, will also not tell me why. And everything about >> Ultimately, the woman was arrested and faced two charges, domestic battery and resisting arrest. Before moving on to the next case, let's see what the internet had to say after this video went viral. She doesn't need a lawyer, she needs an exorcist. Her speech cadence is absolutely insufferable. The law does not operate on tantrums, and handcuffs do not care whether you are unconscious or not. But, it doesn't end there, ladies. This 80-year-old woman is the true final boss of audacity. Kicking a service dog right at the checkout counter and an ending that leaves you speechless. On February 16th, 2023, police immediately intervened in this bizarre assault. Let's see how this audacious elderly woman pays the price for her foolish kick. >> So, you want to explain to me what happened just so I can relay it to him. >> You know, >> Never mind, baby. >> I'm walking through the store, and a lady You know, I could tell there was something off, all right? >> Yeah. >> I don't normally let anybody touch my dog. Usually I don't wear a coat. I have service dog leash. >> Mhm. >> But, you know, this is pretty convenient. You know, I mean, I I I got to shop. I got to push a cart. I don't want a whole leash. You You know? So, I'm modeling and she keeps pounding on me. And I finally just said, "Look, Karen, go go bother somebody else." I think you mean You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> You know? Go go go You know, you're not a cop. Go find one because I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Yeah. >> And And then she comes up to me and and I go kicks me in the ass. Literally just comes right out, kicks me in the ass. >> Okay. >> I If it was a guy, I would have spun >> Yeah. >> from over and pop it back in my back. >> Yeah. >> Just cuz I can. >> Yeah, yeah. >> You can, too. But, you you're you know? You know, 20 years of martial arts. >> Yeah, yeah. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I believe it. >> We mean well. >> Yeah, yeah. >> I don't want to I don't want to bother anybody. I don't want to hurt anybody. Just let me do my business. >> Okay. So, she kicked you She kicked you in the >> Yeah. Kicked me in the ass. And I just said, "What's wrong with you?" >> Okay. >> I go, "That's assault." She goes, "Call a cop." >> Okay. >> I wasn't going to. >> Yeah, yeah. >> Honestly, I wasn't going to. But, the more that mouth kept running, >> Yeah. >> the more I just said, "You You're going to jail. You can't do this to people. This is wrong." >> So, when did the kicking the dog come into play? >> Well, he didn't kick the dog. Kicked me. >> Oh, kicked you. >> She kicked the dog. >> Okay. >> I probably would have broken the rule of never hitting women. >> Yeah. >> And she'd have been on the floor. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry, but >> No, you I'm just telling it like it is. >> You have your own to That's like my kid. >> The police quickly approached the woman in the parking lot. Instead of acknowledging her impulsive behavior, she admitted to the act with a completely defiant attitude. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> So, they Paul really did call you, huh? >> Yes. >> So, what? >> What's going on? >> Well, this [ __ ] dog jumped on me. First of all, I kicked him in the >> You kicked him? >> I said >> You kicked him? >> So, what uh Paul, what's there like to discuss? >> What's the story? >> What's the story? I asked the man why he had the dog in here. It's a service dog. Where's his job? Where's his proof? I don't have to show you. The law says I don't have to. I said, "Well, we'll go up to the desk then." I don't have to show them either. I said, "Cuz he's not a [ __ ] service dog." And then the dog jumped on me. So, I turned around and I kicked him in the ass. >> You have your ID on you? >> He then presented this thing. I don't do this. I don't show this to people. But, here's this thing. I said, "Shove it up your rear." >> Well, he doesn't have to Number one, you don't work here. Uh it's not your right to be asking around. >> Uh it's not my right? >> No, it's not. >> Oh, well, here. >> I don't need I don't need your debit card. I need your ID. >> Why not? You're going to give me a ticket? >> As a matter of fact, you are going to jail. >> Oh, that's even better. >> Yep. So, turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> Give me >> Turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, wait. Wait. Can I put my wallet away? >> Turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> 35 They have to buy something better to do. >> Unbelievable. No, you >> How old are you? >> I'm 80. >> You're 80, acting like a 14-year-old. >> Huh. Well, you're like a monster. >> Any weapons on you? >> Yeah, my mouth. >> I can see that. >> You're just leaving that in the middle of the street? This is the biggest joke I have ever seen. >> of the thing. >> What? >> You want me to put this in your car? What do you want me to do with this? >> [laughter] >> If I tell you, you'll give me another ticket. No, I want to take it with me. Why would I not want my license, my credit cards, and all my money put back in my pocketbook, and take it with me? >> Okay. But, I got to search it before I take it, okay? >> I'll go right ahead. My pen might do something for you. Watch out. Yeah, that's right. Jane Bond and 007. >> Yeah. Walk over to my car. >> I won't. No, it's not your car. It's my car. I pay taxes. >> I pay taxes as well. Probably pay more taxes than you. >> I doubt it. >> Aging is a natural process, but growing old while maintaining such shamelessness and delusions of entitlement is a choice. >> How much? >> Service animals are exempt, and you're not allowed to >> I asked him. If it wasn't >> allowed to ask. >> Why? >> Cuz you're not allowed to ask. It's protected. There's people with disabilities. You didn't know that? >> Cuz it's in in his hat. That's where his disability is. >> Okay. Still doesn't have the right to >> Well, I I >> make you kick someone. >> So, I didn't have the right to jump on me, did he? Service animals don't jump on people. >> instigated the whole thing. >> [ __ ] Dog jumped on me, so I kicked him in the ass. Where's your dog? >> I expected the food to show up with dog. But, I'm disabled. You know, this hurts. >> Not supposed to be comfortable. >> Well, it's not supposed to hurt either so that I got marks. >> I will gladly ask any of my brain cells what happened. But, you need to calm down. You know, exciting yelling and screaming like a child. You don't do me [ __ ] I'm a dude. >> I'm a dude. You were yelling and screaming inside the store. >> Causing a scene. >> Older people were looking. >> Can I hold it down, though? >> Okay. >> He's not sorry. >> It's called a verbal assault. >> Yeah, you heard me. >> Yeah, [ __ ] my [ __ ] >> This is a But, but you know what? >> So, >> I'm not like that. My you know, by the way, uh 305, you know 305? >> Well, I got some park. >> Well, as a matter of fact, >> He's my good friend. >> You don't have to show it. You just don't have to disclose what the dog is for. >> Well, I was under a misconception. >> Yeah, cuz we had we still have to verify that it's >> But, it's just a dog. >> It's okay. I I do appreciate your >> You know, I'm not I'm not that way. People can't treat other people like that. It's not right. >> So, >> He turned around to try to ignore, she kicked him in the >> I didn't say that dog jumped on on her. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Let's say he did jump on her. >> It still doesn't give her the right >> Well, let me tell you something else. >> Right on the back. >> Right there. Literally right there on the tailbone. >> Throughout the ride to the station, she learned absolutely nothing. Driven by her own sense of entitlement, she continued to make one foolish move after another. >> Well, what I can do for you? Lower the window. Get some fresh air. Yep. >> I'm sure you were afraid I would try to get out if that opened. >> Yep. Terrifying. >> Mhm. What goes around comes around, and both him and his dog are going to suffer real rotten lives. >> Him and his dog? >> Him and his dog. >> Well, that's not nice. >> Tell you what, everything they say about police brutality is pretty true. >> Is it? >> I really don't think that these handcuffs have to be this tight and this uncomfortable. Well, at least I made your day. >> Actually, no, you ruined my day cuz we've been so busy and now I got to deal with you. >> your day. >> Yep. >> Better than causing an accident. >> Well, now you if people get into an accident, now they have nobody cuz I'm here. >> Because I yelled at some guy in the store and kicked him in the >> That's a crime. >> How can you break something? >> And you do the crime, you do the time. You You can't be going around kicking people. Number one, you have no right. >> is not supposed to be jumping up on top of me, either. What's happening about that? >> You confronted him about the dog. He was minding his business. You have You're nobody to be confronting people. >> You confronted him. >> a question. >> You >> I asked him about his dog. >> You're not supposed to be asking questions. >> So, if I ask you a question, it's wrong. I have no right to ask you a question. >> You can't ask a disabled person with a registered service dog. >> The man is walking in an aisle with a dog. He has nothing on him that says he's a >> He doesn't have to. He's federally protected. >> Well, how am I supposed to know? >> Well, who Who Who are you? >> I asked him. >> Who are you to be asking those questions? You don't work there. That's not your business. Should have just went >> I can ask questions. >> It's You don't work there. That's none of your business. Should have went about your day. Let the man >> Please. do his thing and if if the store has a problem, they would have called us, not you. You can't just go up to people confront them about having a dog in a store that you don't own. >> I said to him, "Why do you have the dog in the store?" What's wrong with that question? >> He and he he explained to you that it was a service dog and then you still continued your argument. >> Ultimately, the woman was taken to jail and faced an assault charge. Being 80 years old does not grant immunity from criminal liability. Unbelievable. Now, let's see how this classy lady plans to skip out on her bill. Skipping out on the bill and getting physical, yet fully believing she could get away with it. On November 22nd, 2024 in Florida, police arrived right as her car was about to speed off, [music] setting the stage for a dramatic takedown of this deceptive woman. >> Strap her to the center. >> Hello. >> Hi, miss. >> Hi. >> Is your name Ava? >> Yes. >> You coming to you coming from the bar tonight? >> Yes, I I am. >> Can you Stay in your car. 620, I'm out with the the subject. Okay, you want to lower your radio for me? So, do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yes. >> Do you have any guns or anything on your person, do you? >> I got >> No guns? >> No, sir. >> Okay. So, where are you coming from tonight? >> I just came here from the restaurant. >> And you were where? >> Over here at the restaurant, the the restaurant over here. >> Okay. >> Uh Angry Moon Cafe. >> You were in the Angry Moon Cafe? >> Yes. >> Were you in the cigar bar? >> Yes, I was. >> You were? >> Yes, I was. >> Okay. >> And there were some people that uh wanted me to leave there because uh I shouldn't tell you that but um >> Ma'am. This is my partner right here. He's going to stay with you, ma'am. >> Hey there, ma'am. >> What do you want us to do here tonight? Do you want her to pay the tab or you want her trespassed? >> Pretty much it, yeah. >> That's Okay. Cuz dispatch said you were you know, you were staying away from her. She She She She to me seems like she shouldn't even be behind the wheel of a car. She's >> I couldn't agree more. She also did push me and hit me on the way out of the doorway. >> Okay, so what would you like to do about that? >> Honestly, as long as she's not able to come back here, that is that's really on us. >> Okay. >> And for the bill to be paid, I think it's like $55 or something. It's not a big >> Her tab's $55? >> Yes. >> So, let me see we'll see if we can get her tab settled and then we'll be able to order on the traffic violation. >> Thank you. That would be ideal. >> The officers were incredibly polite, negotiating with the restaurant staff to save her from a theft charge. Ironically, instead of being grateful, the woman completely failed to appreciate their help. >> I know, ma'am. >> Hello. >> Rough night tonight? >> No, not at all. >> Oh, okay. All right, so that is These guys want to talk to you. >> Hey, listen, all right? You still got a $50 bill. And and there you got to pay. All right? Do you have a credit card or any cash you can pay for it? But you know, ma'am, it's a misdemeanor petty theft and we don't want to do that, okay? All right. Okay. That's it That's part you want to pay? >> Yeah. >> You want me to do it or you want to stay here? >> Um have you guys doing our start my investigation. >> Are you okay if I if I give this to them? Okay, so on on my body camera, this is your card. Okay, I'm going to give this to close your tab. I'm going to bring you back the receipt and your card. In the meantime, talk to my partner Officer Linker. He's You some questions for you, all right? I'm going to put the keys to your car on top of here. >> That's all complete? >> Okay, so you were hanging out here at Angry Moon? >> Yes, I was meeting my girlfriend over here. She wanted to come up here and that's why I met her. >> Okay. Is this the only place that you went to or did you go somewhere else before this? >> Yes, I did. I I walked right over there, but it was too busy, so I walked over here. >> You went to Carmines? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay, but this this was the only place that you were drinking at? >> Yes. >> Okay. What did you have to drink in there? >> Uh Chardonnay. >> Okay. I see if I can get a receipt. Itemized. Um Chardonnay, how many of them? >> Uh I had one, two, and maybe three when we got to the But I had two outside. >> So you had two outside and then two inside? >> I No, only one inside. >> Just one inside? So you had three total? >> Yes. >> Okay. How do you feel right now? Do you feel all right? >> I'm okay. Yes. >> On a scale of one to 10, one being stone cold sober and 10 being drunk, where do you think you're at? >> Um I'm pretty stone cold sober because what you just did me through, I'm pretty stone cold sober. Yes. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't put you through anything. >> No, no, no, but what what did you >> Oh, the other officers? So, there was a disturbance here. They called in, said you were trying to skip out on your tab, that you pushed somebody, and that you stormed out and they were worried that you were intoxicated, okay? So, my concern is I'm a DUI officer. Those those other officers, they handled all that initial complaint. Um I'm here because they witnessed you behind the wheel as you are right now. And in the state of Florida, this is called actual physical control, where you have the ability to drive the vehicle, okay? And we also believe we also believe as officers that you're also intoxicated, okay? So, that's my that's me expressing the concern. That's why I'm now here, okay? So, I want to make sure that's not the case, all right? So, I'd like to do some standardized field sobriety exercises with you, okay? So, let's go ahead and hop out. We'll come back over here. >> When asked to step outside for a sobriety test, she not only made endless excuses, but also suffered from pure delusion, actually believing she was the one in control. >> I I understand exactly what's happening right here. >> Okay, so yeah, I'd like to do some standardized field sobriety exercises, all right? >> exactly what's happening here. >> Okay. >> I get everything what's happening over here. >> Okay. So, do you have any medical condition with your eyes not corrected by glasses? >> Uh yes, I do have a problem with my eyes. >> What is it? >> Uh I I I don't see correctly. >> Okay, so that would be corrected by glasses. >> Correctly, yes. >> Okay, any any other issue with your eyes besides that? >> Uh I don't see uh uh I don't see. >> Do you wear contact lenses? >> No, but I don't see uh correctly. So, I I mean, you're asking me correctly. I'm asking you honestly, I don't see uh >> Well, I'm saying besides for for having to wear contact lenses or glasses, any cuz that's correctable. >> Yeah, but I don't see uh correctly close up. >> Okay. All right. Do you have any medical condition which prevent you from walking a straight line? >> No. >> Do you have any medical condition which prevent you from balancing on one foot? >> I don't think so. >> All right, perfect. So, if you would just go and stand right here in front of me. Right here. Right where I'm pointing. >> Why am I standing there? This that the >> No, no, no, we're not We're ignoring that line. That line doesn't exist. We're not doing anything with that line. Just go and stand right here in front of me. >> Why? >> Cuz I got to check your eyes out. >> here. >> I'm not We're not using >> No, no, no, I'm sorry. The line is over here. >> Wait a minute, time out. Are you Are you conducting these exercises or am I conducting >> No, I am telling you the line is over here. The line is over here, okay? >> Okay, but we're not worried about this line. Actually, Miss Eva, come over here. >> No, the line >> Be a grown-up. >> No, why would I be >> grown-up. Come here. >> Sorry? >> Come over here. Listen to simple instructions, okay? You're going to stand right in front of me with your feet together and your hands at your sides. Just like this. Hands at your sides. At your sides, on your back. At your sides, like this. >> I have my hands on my sides. >> No, they're >> What are you I I I I know exactly what you're looking for, and I have a lot of people in the government. >> The peak of her audacity came when she forgot who she was dealing with, casually stepping forward and raising her hand to physically touch the patrol officer. >> Learn your words an awful lot. All right. >> I have a lot of people in the government, so I know exactly what you're doing. >> That's cool. You see this red light? I want you to follow this red light. Put your hands down. I want you to follow this red light with your eyes only, okay? Do not move your head. You understand me? >> Yeah. >> Don't move your head. Don't move your head. Don't move your head. Don't move your head. You're moving your head. Please don't move your head. All right. Do you Do you understand what I What I said? Don't move your head. Do you know what that means? >> I understand what you're talking to me, but I have a lot of people in the government as well, okay? So, we need to talk. >> No, we don't. >> No, we need to talk. >> So, you see this red light? >> Yeah. >> Follow with your eyes only. Do not move your head, okay? >> We need to talk. >> Don't touch me. Don't Don't Don't grab my partner. >> Put your hands on him. >> Okay. >> her one more chance. We'll give her one more chance. >> Okay. Right now. >> Put your hands on him. >> I need to >> Your hands out the window. All right. Get. Stop resisting. Get. Stop resisting. Got it. Get. Yeah, yeah. 10-15 signal one on it. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] up. >> What did she do? All right. Pinch your nose for me. >> Are you good? >> I'm good. >> Ultimately, the woman was arrested and taken to jail on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Clearly, knowing people in the government does not place you above the law. After this footage was released, she turned herself into a laughingstock on the internet. Arrest her plastic surgeon, too. Even sober, I think she might be crazy. Thinking you're hot enough to get away with this is a delusional brain at levels we rarely see. That dine and dash lady was ridiculous, but the audacity of this next individual is truly terrifying. Instead of fixing her broken car, she chose to cause a scene and force the entire area to endure it. On April 7th, 2026, at a Florida gas station, police arrived to shut down her maximum volume music performance. What made her believe she had the right to do that? >> I am here for you. >> Oh, well, can I just go in the back seat? Let's get this over with. >> Go in the back seat and get you a Why do you want to go to jail? >> are you doing here? >> Because the clerk called me for you. >> a piece of >> What did she >> She doesn't even have long hair. >> What's your name again? >> Oh my god, Missy [ __ ] >> All right, Missy [ __ ] What is your problem tonight? >> Um, feeling. >> You are obviously having a really, really bad day. >> It may have been a bad decade. It may be a bad life. It's my choice. >> Well, >> just let me go to the back seat. Hook me up. I hope you got the K9. >> Why do I need K9? >> You need a K9, sir. >> No, why do I need a K9? >> I don't know. I I to play with dogs, dumb ass. >> 32. >> Am Are you transporting me or not? My car's broke down. >> It's going to be the same subject from 178's traffic stop from earlier. So, what is the problem tonight? Where are you trying to go? >> Flowing into >> All right, well, you're a little ways from Flowing into >> No [ __ ] and I'm too [ __ ] fat to walk. That's the reason. >> Okay, you can call an Uber. >> I don't know how to do Uber, and you want me to pay Uber when they got a worse car? No, hell no. Mhm. From here to Flowing into, you think I look rich? I don't even have my fake teeth in, dumbass. I I'm I can't see you. All I see is that red light. So, either I I will willingly You know what? >> What's that? >> I think I think I I shot a cop. Two states over. >> You think you shot a cop two states over? What makes you think you shot a cop? >> Because I like to play with a BB gun, and then all of a sudden my right eye got shot out. So, I don't know if I shot him or he shot me. Can I go now? >> Where are you going? >> Okay. >> Instead of using basic logic to resolve the situation, Missy unloaded a decade's worth of frustration on the person in front of her. Even though the officer patiently tried to let it slide, nothing could stop her craving for conflict. >> What was that? No? Okay. You need a tow truck? Okay. Well, pick up your phone and call a tow truck then. >> I don't know how. >> Uh you dial 411 or you Google a tow truck company and you call them out here. >> And then what? From here? It's like 100 miles. Don't they charge like a dollar a mile or 10 cents a mile? >> I have no idea. >> Well, then go the [ __ ] on, unless you're not going to transport me. >> Why do you want to go to the hospital? >> Because I'm [ __ ] tired and I like crafts. >> All right. >> Tootles. >> Tootles? Wow. Well, >> [sighs and gasps] >> let's hope your day goes better. Well, she is certainly having a bad day. >> Yeah, I I understand what you're >> We stopped her earlier and she was acting the same way. >> So, I said she just seemed a little twitchy to me. >> Uh-huh. >> And I didn't say I didn't say anything. It's been Well, it's 1:30. It's been 3 and 1/2 hours she's been sitting out there. >> Okay. >> No problem. She just sat in her car, so I wasn't saying anything. >> Right. >> Uh but then I was sitting out here smoking a cigarette. All of a sudden, music just started blasting out of her car. >> Uh-huh. >> So, I walked over to her and I asked that try you know, tapped on the window and tried to ask her to turn it down and she started screaming at me just like, "Get away from me. Get away from me. Get away from me. Get away from me." >> Yeah. >> And uh so, I I I tried to talk over and say, "Look, you need to go you turn that down or I'm going to call the police." Well, uh she would she just kept screaming at me, so that's when I called you guys. >> Okay. Uh she's not playing it now? >> I'm sorry? >> She's not playing the music now. What do you want to do? >> before you got here and it sounded like she had at least turned it down cuz I think she saw me calling the police. >> Okay. What do you want to do? >> I can't sign a trespass warrant, so >> Okay. >> I was going to let her sit out there till my manager got in in the morning and see what she wants to do about it. >> She says her car broke down. I don't know how true that is. >> Well, I know that she can't get it started. >> All right, take care now. You too. >> Even though the police were actively trying to help her, the woman's arrogance quickly caused the situation to escalate. >> [sighs and gasps] >> Hello. Hello. What? Can I go now? Well, you're free to leave at any time, but if you're going to stay here >> I got to do what? >> If you're going to stay here the clerk wants you to keep the music down. >> And the clerk is Smith loss? Mine? I don't want >> You're on private property, yes. >> Okay, so can we push me over there? >> I'm not pushing you anywhere. >> a damn bullet in your ass. >> I'm not going to do that. >> Well, then guess what? >> What? >> I'm going to kill the clerk. All right. What time is it now? >> 32, roll me another unit. >> It's 1:31. You go this way, I'll go this way, and I can grab you back in 2 minutes cuz I have one eye out. >> Any unit [snorts] in the area of Palm Bay on Hickory Hammock. 32, do you want me to ask D3? >> Whoever's closer. >> Should I just get out and drop it? >> I can't hear you. There you go. >> Yeah, back it up cuz you know you want me to stand behind there, put my hands in the back. I can put my own cuffs on cuz your cuffs aren't ever small enough. >> Any unit to be around? >> Thank you. So, now can I go? >> All right. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. >> Any highway 87 Palm Bay on Hickory Hammock. >> Put your hands behind your back. Just relax. Just relax. You relax. Drop your keys. Drop your keys. No. Drop your keys. >> I said no. >> Drop your keys or you're going to the floor. >> YOU [ __ ] STOP. YOU [ __ ] You put your mama's >> traffic. >> Oh, did you get a kick in the back? Hit the goddamn [ __ ] out of right. >> [sighs] >> Your cuffs are never small enough. I will hand it to you in a minute. >> [snorts] >> Drop your [ __ ] cuffs. Drop them. Drop your keys. Drop your [ __ ] keys. Right [ __ ] now. One detained. Give me traffic. Clear traffic. Would you stop that? >> No. >> What is your problem? >> None of your [ __ ] business. >> What is your problem today? >> [snorts] >> Oh, that's wonderful. >> You like it, [ __ ] >> [laughter] [sighs] >> I'm the [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> You begin everybody's problems since early this evening. >> I don't give [crying] a [ __ ] >> What is your problem? >> [ __ ] off. Just carry me to the [ __ ] car and give me whatever I need, zip ties. >> Nope. Nope. Now, we got to wait for other units to get here. >> I don't care. >> What's your name again? >> I don't remember. >> You don't remember your name? >> No. >> [snorts] >> Why not? >> Cuz I'm telling you to get your hand off me. >> Well, yeah, it's going to hurt when you pull away from me. >> I don't care cuz it's [ __ ] bleeding. >> Nothing's bleeding. >> It will be. Go away or let me get up. >> You're not getting up till I get another unit here. What do you think? >> Even after backup officers arrived, the woman only continued to resist more fiercely. >> Stand up. Don't touch me. >> Got it, SON. STAND UP. LET'S GO. WE'RE walking to my car. Get in the car. >> [snorts] >> Left, right. You got it. Okay, now you got yourself another charge. How's that? >> I DON'T [ __ ] CARE. >> put on me. Got her. Over there, go. >> [snorts and sighs] >> Hang on. Get your ass out of here. Go ahead and put her in there. Get her in. >> Oh, [ __ ] I'LL GET MYSELF IN. >> WELL, SIT IN. Get in. >> I should have got myself in. >> Get in the [ __ ] car. >> Jimmy, you're not supposed to. >> You might need >> You okay, you all right? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> All right. Come on out. >> I ain't going to. >> Don't fight me. DON'T FIGHT ME. >> WAIT, WAIT, she's got to see She's trying to grab me. >> She got >> Put that seatbelt over there. >> Come on. Get out. Get out. Let go of that mess. COME ON. >> [screaming] >> OH MY GOD. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. [screaming] >> HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OH, [ __ ] OH, [ __ ] >> STAY RIGHT THERE. Got it. Got it. >> [laughter] >> One. Stop grabbing. >> Stop grabbing. >> Stop grabbing it. >> Stop grabbing. >> Stop. >> Ultimately, the woman was arrested and faced three serious charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. This serves as a prime example of why you should never threaten to shoot someone. Let's see what the internet had to say when this video went viral. Well, isn't she a ray of sunshine? I just don't understand why she's alone with no friends or family to assist her. She's lovely. Damn, her entire soul is insulting. Entitlement never wins against the law. No matter your age, wild tantrums only lead to handcuffs. [crying] Share this video to spread the word and subscribe to support our channel for more intense showdowns.
