I'm 40 years old this YEAR AND I'M TREATED LIKE A SLAVE. >> Talk to your turtles. The turtles. >> You don't talk to the turtles. This is private property. >> You own the turtles. >> The ghost came. >> What if the ghost? >> You know Optimus Prime is my husband. >> Do you know Optimus Prime is my husband? Look at this. What? >> Real police body cam reveals what [music] happens when extreme entitlement spirals into sheer dangerous madness. Watch as these unhinged women push officers to the absolute brink only to receive an unforgettable [music] reality check. In July 2023 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, police intervened when a woman was terrorizing her family. Delusional enough to think she was above the law while shamelessly playing the victim. Her stubbornness soon met a harsh dose of reality. >> Melissa, hi. You got to grab your stuff and go. >> Why? >> They don't want you here. >> My aunt is alive here. >> Nope. >> Lily. >> Yep. She just said, "I want you to go." So, grab your stuff and go. >> Can I talk to her? >> Nope. >> Says who? >> Me. They told me that they want you gone. So, >> why did she say that? >> Because she has a right to. This is her property. So, she wants you gone. So, go grab your sweater and purse. >> Batman. >> Yep. I saw you this morning. remember? >> Yeah. I didn't have very much. >> Well, >> where'd you come from? >> Um, my car is out there. Correct. They Everyone inside the house said they want you gone. So, go ahead and grab your stuff. >> You're a chief? >> Yes. >> Of what? >> Police department. >> Of camel police? >> Yes. So, go ahead and grab your stuff and take off. >> Who's your boss? >> Me. >> Really? You're boss? >> I'm the boss. >> Huh? Of the fire station that you told me to leave earlier and leave the rocks? >> Yep. That was me. You know, cuz you were sitting in front of a business that was closed. >> That's not a business. That's a fire station. And I know who >> That's a town hall. >> Really? Well, they say my kitties for you. >> Okay. Grab your stuff and you got to leave the You got to leave this property. >> Can you leave the property? >> Nope. >> This is not your property. >> They asked me to come here and ask you to leave. >> Yes. >> Who's they? >> Your aunt and your cousin. Grab your stuff and leave. >> What cousin? She's my first cousin. Why did she do that? >> I don't know, but they want you to leave. It's not I'm not I'm not going to get into family issues. All I'm here to tell you is that you have to leave. Remember, you said you don't like squat cars, right? So, grab yourself and leave. >> No, I drive in it all day. And they're asking you to leave. They're telling you >> they don't care. They want you to go on. >> Really? >> Yep. So, grab your stuff and go. >> All right. Well, you can go and I'll walk behind you. >> Well, then I'll go back. >> You're not very friendly. You know what happens to people that aren't friendly? We go to hell. >> Cool. So, the rules are if you come back here and we get called back, you are going to jail. >> Oh, really? For what? >> For trespassing. >> And my aunt blond. >> That she doesn't want you here. >> No. 10. Are you scared of 10? >> No, I'm not scared of anything. Move on. >> Okay. Move on. um she's going to advise her that if she shows back up here again, she's going to jail. So, um my advice, don't even mess with her. Don't even talk to her. Just call us if she shows up down here. She's now being a nuisance to a lot of people, so not just you guys. >> 20 minutes later, officers rushed to a private [music] boat dock. From there, Melissa's stubborn insistence on staying to talk to turtles only triggered fresh trouble. >> Melissa, this is not your property. This is American Marines. Okay, come on. This is private property. You're not allowed out here. Come on. Are you refusing to leave? >> You're refusing to leave, >> Melissa. I'm here because of you. >> Why are you here because of me? >> Because you're causing a disturbance on private property. >> I'm talking to the turtles. Turtles. >> You don't talk to the turtles. This is private property. >> You own the turtles? >> No, but American Marine owns his property. So, you're not allowed out here. >> You know what, Maria? Marine is water. >> You're not in the water. You're up here. >> So, >> okay. Come on. You have to leave. You have to leave. >> Melissa, the reason I'm here is because you are on private property. >> What's your name? >> Strapman. Remember? >> Strapman. >> Strapman. >> Oh, you mean half the employ? >> Yep. Come on. They want you out of here. >> You got to go now. >> You have to go now. There's other places to go talk to the turtles. Not on private property. Keep >> going. >> Yep. >> This is private property. >> This is private property. >> Says who? >> Says the people that own it. >> People who owns it then. >> American Marine. >> Really? Well, marine is the water. >> Marine is a marina where they store boats. Do you see all the boats? >> Do you see all the boats? >> Yeah, I see all. >> Okay, come on. Let's go. >> This is American Marine. You don't have any ownership or rental thing around here, so you have to leave. >> Yeah. RIP. Rest in peace. Please be smell. >> You know what? I didn't want to take you to jail today. I really didn't. >> What are you doing? >> You're not following my commands to leave. >> Why are you commanding me? >> You are trespassing somebody else's private property. >> Trespassing around here. >> I see you trespassing around here. >> I'm not trespassing. I'm sitting right here with the turtles. Where's the turtles? >> Look in the water. >> I see them. >> Look in the water. >> They want to be left alone. >> No, they want you to look at them. >> I see them. They want to be left alone. >> We are on the law. Who's the fairest of the law? >> Melissa, come on. >> Lies for lies. >> Sure. >> You know. Yep. >> You don't go to heaven when you're a sinner. >> Okay, let's go. >> So, what are you lying about then? >> Okay, let's go. >> What's that in your ear? >> You just asked me that. >> Yeah. Where does it go? What kind of radio is that? Is it AM or FM? >> It's FM. Let's just call it that. Okay. >> Right. >> Yep. Let's go. >> Like Freddy Mercury. >> Yep. Come on. We got to go. >> All right, we'll back up >> then. Get up and move. >> Why are you bossing me? >> Because you're not moving. >> I'm not moving. Well, what is your issue with me, >> Melissa? I don't have an issue with you until you cause a disturbance everywhere you go and I get called to it. >> Why are you >> Come on, let's go. Get up. >> What disturbance? >> She eventually stood up, but still ignored instructions and did as she pleased. That defiance left the officers with no choice but to place her in handcuffs. >> Melissa, >> I'm leaving. >> No, you're not. You guys, don't touch me. What a privilege. I am owned by Jesus Christ. >> You're not owned by anybody. >> Of all kings. >> Okay, Melissa, come here. >> No, >> Melissa. >> No, >> we're not walking cell phone on Banebridge. Um, I'm going to go 95 with her when you get here. >> Problem. >> I don't want I got to take a patrol car out with me. >> Put your arms on. No. Let go, Melissa. Let go. to me. Let go. >> Can't touch me. I'm pilot property. Melissa, put your arms behind your back. >> What is your problem? >> I told you. >> Why are you so angry with me? >> Put your arms behind your back. >> No. MELISSA, GO OFF. >> YOU WANT TO CUT me a tree? >> This is wrong. >> Melissa, >> I'm going to go to the ground if you stop. If you don't stop, >> help me. I'm going to help the ground. >> I'm calm, bud. >> Where's your face? It's scratched. Are you okay? >> No. >> 911 95. >> Please help me. Yang. [clears throat] Why are they They're trying to make you mean and you're Yang. So you're you're oriental. >> 91195. >> I'm oriental. I'm actually American. But they >> Listen up. >> You are? >> Yep. But racist of you actually. >> What? >> I didn't do anything wrong. What did I do wrong? Please. No. You're a woman. >> Yep. >> So, did you come from a woman? >> Yep. Come on. >> Please talk to me. >> I told you already. >> No. Listen to me. Please listen to me. You guys, I'm nice. I'm kind. I'm kind. >> Yep. >> So, please let me go. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Melissa, I gave you so many options today. >> To do what? >> To do what I was telling you to do. >> I was at my aunt house. >> Yep. And they told you to leave. >> That was a lie. They would tell me to leave. Look at my face. What you did to me? >> Okay. Are you okay? >> No. >> Do you need medical assistance? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, we'll have it checked out. Okay. >> No. Will you please uncuff me? >> No. >> What do I have a warrant for? >> You just resisted us over here. I did not because you I was doing nothing but talking to turtles. >> Okay. >> In the water. >> Great. >> The water is earth. >> It's not funny. Look what you did to me. >> You broke his equipment fighting with us. >> Well, really, you broke my face. >> A severe lack of mental health facilities means people like Melissa face endless cycles of arrest. In turn, the justice system is left bearing the burden of a problem with no real way out. >> Yep. >> You want to sit up? We'll help you on three. Do you want to go on your knees? >> You're not very nice, fat man. >> I'm pregnant. >> Okay, we can move forward. Come on. >> Why are you doing stuff? Well, they said you resisted. >> Why would I resist if I did not do anything at all? >> Don't put me in that car. >> Yeah, >> next. We got We got to bring it somewhere. >> Take me out. >> Well, >> you can't arrest me. >> You don't have a mark. >> Well, I can. >> We're not. Do you have any idea? >> Doesn't work in this county, though. Oh, right. Well, she's mate. She's mate. Mom's best friend. A bunch of lawyers. >> Come on. >> Okay. >> Big time. And you're a sinner. >> Okay. Someone's got to take a >> No, you're going to hell. >> All right. >> Good with that. >> I'm fine. >> Remember, we're born into sin. We're trying though. >> Really? >> I'm trying. >> I'm not. I'm not. >> Yeah. You got to put your butt back a little bit farther. >> Scoot back. I'm pregnant. >> Are you okay? That's why I'm taking >> I don't know what her issue is. >> The only thing I can guarantee. >> She's been chasing me down and I'm trying to tell her I'm having problems. >> Yep. And we're going to try to get that sorted out. Okay. >> I don't know what's her problem with me. >> We're not going to make anything worse than it has to be. We're going to try to help. >> Are you going to let me out of jail today? >> Well, that's possible. Yeah. >> Okay. It's Friday the 13th. >> It's the 14th. >> It's the 13th. You have any other injuries anywhere? >> No. This What? Just where you smooshed my face and that. >> Why' you do that? Strapman. >> Melissa, >> why? Just tell me. I want to talk to your girl. >> Why did you resist us time in there? Okay. I'm not saying you're going to spend all weekend in jail. In fact, that's probably not going to happen. >> It's probably not going to happen. But we got to go. >> You can't me without a reason to rest. >> I have a reason to arrest. >> I was talking to the turtles. >> Okay. >> What's in the water? >> Okay. Again. >> Do you own the water? >> Yep. We'll explain. I'll explain to you. >> You own the sky? >> Nope. I don't own your breath. >> It would be cool if I did though, right? >> No. What's under your skin? >> Well, yeah, I own that. >> You do? >> Yep. Can I You move in. >> No, it's just muscles and Okay, let's put your leg in. >> I studied the body. >> Did you? >> Yes. And I'm also a doctor. >> Are you? >> Yes. >> Can you move it? I got to move a little bit more so I can get the seat off. >> What's happening? Why? What's wrong with you, Stapman? >> I'm I'm sorry. I have to do my job. >> Do you have your period? >> Yeah, maybe. I don't know. >> I'm pregnant. >> Cool. >> No, it's not. >> I know. Push me in the face like that. >> Okay, hold on. >> Ultimately, she was arrested and taken to jail on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was released a few days later after posting a $500 bond. Before moving on to the next case, let's see what people online had to say about her. She doesn't need jail. She needs a place that can treat her. There's no place for these poor humans to go any longer. We need good, well-run psychiatric hospitals. This officer is a rock star. Definitely the patience of a saint. The same shameless attitude. Yet the scene at the next motel is even more exhausting. On November 11th, 2022 in an Alaska, Wisconsin, police arrived at a motel to handle a woman in the middle of a mental breakdown. Instead of staying calm and cooperating, she turned her spiral into a complete disaster until reality came knocking. >> Oh, guys. Hi. >> Hey. How are y'all doing? >> Good. >> Next door. >> Yeah, >> that's good. Hi. >> HI. I'M OFFICER MYERS ON ALASKA POLICE. >> HI. >> Alaskan police. >> Yes. >> Come on in. >> What's going on today? >> Yeah, when I'm in there talking to >> What's your name? You're the one on the news, ain't you? >> No. Yes, you is. >> Okay. Ain't you the new chief of police? >> No, I'm not the chief of police. >> What's your name? >> I'm officer Myers. >> Officer Myers. >> What is your name? >> You know what's going on today? I'm living here and then the ghost came in. Who then? >> THE G. >> OKAY. >> The spirits. >> Okay. There's spirits in here. >> No, you you go talk to them. Okay. >> Come in here. Breathe. >> Did you Did you get rid of the spirits? >> I did. I did. >> So, I tried to to be compassionate with her and she said, "Come with me." So, she dragged me to the room and when I walked in there, the microwave's on the ground busted. There's a cooler. >> Huh? >> I tried to. >> Okay. And how'd that work? >> You're the only one in there. >> She's the only one in there. So, it's just like, I didn't do it. When I was in there, someone came and did it. I said, "No, you did this." >> They're still here. [applause] >> LOOK AT MY I PROMISED my daddy and my mama wouldn't do that. >> Did it break? >> My phone. >> THERE'S NOBODY HERE, RIGHT? >> NO. >> SHE TOLD ME SHE was drinking earlier when she came in to talk to me the first time. >> Yeah. >> There's no crime in drinking as long as you're not you're allowed to drink. Are you on a no drink? >> Are you on a bond? >> No. >> No. >> I'm on a bond, but not a no drink bond. >> What do you want a bond for? >> Huh? What are you on bond for? >> Fighting white pig >> for what? >> Fighting white pig. >> Fighting white people. >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Cuz I'll be on my [ __ ] nerve. >> Okay. >> Look at my phone. >> You called somebody. >> It's [ __ ] up. >> YEAH. >> RHONDA. >> Here come this big [ __ ] >> Records showed she was out on bond under the condition that she take her prescribed medication. That detail matched her erratic state perfectly, setting the stage for the next move. Girl, I thought you didn't like me. NOW YOU LIKE ME, >> GIRL. YOU ON THAT [ __ ] >> YOU LIKE HIM. YOU LIKE HIM. >> When this big ass sex [laughter] [ __ ] come in and [ __ ] >> you doing okay? >> Please, y'all. I'm sorry. >> You okay? >> I'm sorry. Just for tonight, please. I'm sorry. I'll be good. >> She said she's been drinking. >> I'mma clean up. But for real, y'all. >> I'm not sure she's taking I did. I I did consume this. >> Okay. But listen, I'm I'm trying to tell y'all how that microwave, bro. >> How did it break? >> I'm for real. I ain't do that when I know I need that. I love oatmeal. Trying to see >> you love oatmeal. >> My diet. What I eat up here? >> What is it for? >> My nerve pain. >> Not taking it properly. >> No, I just started. >> You started taking it or you started taking it improperly today. You were snorting it? >> Yeah, today. Yeah, I was snorting it. >> Is this the first time that you've done this that you've snorted it? No, it's not the first time. >> Okay. How do you feel? How do you feel right now? >> I feel damn good. >> Okay. >> How much of the Delta H did you have? >> Oh, no. Cuz I do it all the time. >> Sure. >> So why y'all trying to come and arrest me? >> No one's arresting you right now. >> It's what? >> Didn't I just see you in court the other day? >> Oh, you did. >> Yeah, we didn't talk or anything. I just saw you across the aisle. >> I know you. >> We had a separate case, but >> right there. >> I knew I saw you somewhere. >> Uh-huh. Welcome. >> And what did the judge say? >> Huh? Well, I was there for a different guy and he didn't show up, so I got to leave. >> What was the initial appearances about >> for you or for my guy? >> For you. My guy. Your guy. >> My guy had a plethora of stuff. >> Everybody that was in there. Everybody's got their own example of preliminary hearing. >> Yes, it was. >> Okay. But I had to remind you of that. And you're in uniform. Get your ass out of here. BACK OUT. >> RHONDA. >> BACK. >> RHONDA. >> What are we going to do today? HOW WE GET? >> IT'S MY RIGHT, B. I ain't disrupting [ __ ] I ain't doing nothing. Round to return. What? Oh, hell no. >> The woman completely lost the ability to tell her legal rights apart from illicit substances. The longer officers engaged with her, the more her unstable state drew unpredictable reactions from the scene. >> Did your pharmacist or doctor ever recommend you to snort it? >> No, they didn't recommend me. >> What was their reason? >> Why did you snort it? I did it with my own [ __ ] left hand. You heard me? >> What's the >> [ __ ] you? >> What was your point though to do that? Were you Why snort it versus JUST TAKING THE >> BECAUSE I WANT TO GET RID OF THE PAIN MENTALLY [laughter] AND PHYSICALLY. >> I understand. >> I'm sorry YOU'RE IN PAIN. >> YEAH. POLICE FORCE [ __ ] KILL MYSELF. >> We're done. We're done. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> We're done. >> We're not going to do that. You're not going to hurt us. >> I'm not. >> You're not going to hurt us, sweetheart. >> I'm not okay. I'm sorry. Can I sit down? Just relax. Just relax. >> Okay, I'll relax. >> Thank you. >> Appreciate that. >> You doing okay? Is that how you normally breathe? >> Rhonda, do you want first responders? >> You have to. >> No, I'm asking you. >> It's law. >> It's not law. That's why I'm asking. >> It is. Well, we're just handcuffing you. It is. >> Would you like to be checked out? >> But what are you handcuffing me for? Because I can't breathe >> right now. It's disorderly conduct. >> Disorderly conduct? >> Yeah. when down in my room >> for your your bail jumping. >> What is my bail jump? >> You can only take >> your prescriptions as prescribed. >> So the doctors don't the doctors don't prescribe to you though to snort them. Okay. They >> look at it. >> That's not how they're supposed to BE TAKEN. >> GET CHILD WORK GANG ASS up out of here. >> Okay. >> Uh-uh. No. >> We're going to walk out here. Do you want us to lock it behind you? Rhonda, >> where's my key? Where's your mom? Where's Miss >> Where do you uh do you want the key? Okay. Okay, we'll get out there. We're going to pull up right here. Prescription medication. >> You didn't tell me that. And you not a [ __ ] doctor or a psychologist. >> Put your butt in first. Put your butt in first. It'll be a lot easier. >> Here you go. Now jump up in there. Can you put your foot on the seat? >> Sit down. We're done with this [ __ ] >> She spit on you. Is >> that a felony? >> Your robo look. Is that a felony, [ __ ] >> You spit on an officer >> TO KILL MY SON AND HANG HIM. >> I know nothing about that. Okay, >> [ __ ] You scrambled. >> The reality of going to jail set her off, and she spat right in an officer's face. That aggression quickly spiraled into her slamming her own head against the patrol car's rear window. >> Rhonda, take a breath. >> Rhonda, >> hey Rhonda, take a breath. Okay. >> Are you okay? Rhonda, can you answer me? Are you okay? No, she's just kind of >> I don't think she'll be safe outside like on the ground and next to the car. She just her head is kind of going into psychosis. >> She's safe. She wasn't hitting her head. She's just kind of like >> Rhonda. Rhonda. >> Rhonda. Hey, it's Officer Myers. Can I see your face? Can I see your face? >> Are you okay? >> All right. Um, she spit on two people already, so just be ready. Can I get a breath test from you? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay, breathe out. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. You're blowing up the balloon. >> There you go. All right. Thank you. These are our first responders. >> Okay. >> What's the fire department? >> Yeah. Talk. What's going on? >> Can I use your camera? Choose a 0.1 192 and a very weak breath. It's your squad phone, right? I'm just going to take a picture of the neck on her head. >> Did she She bumped her head, too. >> Would you like A PICTURE? >> I BUMPED MY HEAD. RELAX. You >> can I see your forehead? >> Can I just wait? Why? I blow my head. >> You got a little little spot. >> My forever pimple. >> Is that what that is? >> Yeah. >> Did you CUT IT OR >> I ALWAYS try to pop it? >> Oh, so you're not hurt? >> None. No, I'm not. >> Okay. Okay. >> Oh, you fine. You're pretty. >> Let me go. RHONDA. RHONDA. >> GIRL, DON'T you see? He look good. >> Okay. I just talk to him. Just talk to him. Just talk to him. >> Is it okay if we get a blood pressure off of you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Solid. >> I'm sorry. It ain't my fault you fan looking ass. >> I want these [ __ ] out. And look at him standing there like transformers. Denise the high looking ass. >> You know Optimus Prime is my husband [ __ ] >> Do you know Optimus Prime is my husband [ __ ] >> Man looking [ __ ] Let me sit down. I'm cold. >> Yeah, you can sit down. That's okay. All right. >> Look at him. Nice. >> Looking like the one from Robocop. >> I like that. All right. >> Robocop. >> Let's step your feet on. Okay. >> There you go. >> Nice and easy. >> Be a lot warmer. >> No. Nice and easy. >> I want to f spit on you, ma'am. >> You want to feel a spirit? >> Feel the spirit. >> She says she's not going to spit on you. >> I want to feel a spirit. >> No, no, no. >> Look who you arrested. In the end, she was hauled off to jail facing charges of discharging bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer, felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. After appearing in court, she was sentenced to 108 days in the county jail. You would think that was exhausting enough, but the next woman was on a whole other level of unhinged. Responding to a noise disturbance call on March 2nd, 2025 in Florida, police were met by a woman screaming at the top of her lungs. Thinking it was just an ordinary domestic dispute, the officers had no idea they were about to confront a mind detached from reality and ready to turn violent. >> Is everything okay? >> I'd be better if I could get out of the house more often. >> Okay. What's going on today? >> What else is new? >> I don't know. I've never met you. I know your office seems to be changing the officers quite frequently. >> Yeah. What's going on today? >> Well, let's start with Erica Schwarzenator's harassment from 24 years of aism. So, I am going to say HI THE AIR FORCE AND ARMY RESERVES. >> OKAY. Do you take any medication or anything? >> I was psychologically programmed in a programmer's hospital in an acting community in Missouri. >> In Missouri? >> Yes, misery. >> Okay. Because my mother decided she needed to be a Missurian. >> Okay. >> Where there's an acting metal detector in the courthouse entryway. >> Yeah. What's your mental health condition? >> Oh, let's start with harassment. >> Okay. >> Well, why don't you find Serenity or Solitire Die or Terry Ingles Perez, whatever the she goes by. Mhm. >> And then there's Erica Schwarzinator. >> Mhm. >> And her relatives known as the Shipley Smith relatives. They're also known as the blonde pro women because I have to go Chadwell because she fantasized SO MUCH. SO, OH GOD, CHADWELL, I'M NOT GOING TO BE YOUR MOTHER FIGURE. And [ __ ] you. >> Hey Virginia, I appreciate you talking with me. Can we try and just keep everything at like a normal tone? I have a hard time controlling my temper because of being ignored. >> Do me a favor. Just try and keep yourself as controlled as possible. I understand. >> I was psychologically programmed to take care of two kids with this problem. >> Hey, >> no. Listen to me. I took care OF CHILDREN THAT WERE PSYCHOLOGICALLY ABUSED causing mental health conditions AND I'VE HAD TO PUT UP WITH [ __ ] I'M 40 YEARS OLD THIS YEAR AND I'M TREATED LIKE A SLAVE IN MY OWN HOUSE. I'M NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A [ __ ] JOB THAT PAYS ME MONEY SO I CAN HAVE A HOUSE OF MY GODDAMN [screaming] OWN. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING LISTENED TO AND TALKED BACK LIKE I'M TREATED LIKE NOTHING BECAUSE WOMEN ARE SLAVES IN MISSOURI. >> Her agitation was blamed on family friction and living off her relatives. The officers then approached the mother to get the full story of what was really going on. >> Is anybody else home with you right now? >> My mother. your mother. She's inside. >> If I really want to call her that. >> Okay. Is it okay if I go up there and knock on the door to talk to her? >> If you want, I'll call her out. >> Sure. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> Oh, that'd be better. >> Well, I can I can understand that. So, obviously, we had a call cuz she's out here screaming and yelling. I've tried talking to her, but I can understand with her me mental health condition, not much is going to be necessarily achieved, >> right? >> Speaking to her. Um, is she taking her medication today? >> She hasn't had medication in over a year. >> Oh, all right then. >> And I've been getting the running around trying to get her into a doctor. >> Mhm. I'm trying to work with you today cuz obviously you said you want out. Do you want to go to the hospital? Like you seem like you're >> No, I'm too paranoid OF GETTING PROGRAMMED IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN. IT WAS A [ __ ] 8 hour session of psychological programming by a psycho. >> Okay. So, you don't want to go to the hospital and that's fine. Do you have any ideas of like hurting yourself? >> No, I'd rather murder the Schwarzinator if she >> Okay. Obviously, uh >> I want an AP Jesus vacation butter cupping mission. >> Got it. Okay. Well, Virginia, I you're not leaving me to too many options like to help you. Like I I'm >> Well, I have nobody to talk to. What do you expect? I'm stuck with her lack of conversation. I don't have friends that conversate. The one friend that I visit, we just sit and watch media stuff when I was able to. >> Okay. And like I said, I we you and I have been talking this entire time, right? >> I've been listening to you, right? >> So, I'm trying to work. You're not a part of the acting facil committee, right? >> No. >> Okay. >> No, I'm here to try and help you as best as I possibly can because I'm worried about you. >> So, apparently she had said something to my other officers that requires her. She's going to be bakered tonight. >> Okay. >> All right. She's probably going to be take due to her hostile nature, she's probably going to be taken to Northport ER. >> Okay. Um, unless >> North >> if she's hostile cuz I don't think she can go straight to >> um Sarasota if she's hostile. >> Her husband and my nephew are in Missouri and then my sister is in a supposed me and are on the same um I'm going to just have you hang back for a little bit. >> Okay. I'm going to speak with this officer for the the time being and then I will relay all information to you. >> Appreciate it. >> The mother was utterly exhausted after endless efforts to help her troubled daughter. The moment the daughter heard she had to go to the hospital for treatment, she lashed out with fierce resistance. >> What kind of doctor would you like to talk to? >> Uh, that's a very good question. I don't trust doctors cuz my asthma is caused by hypnosis programming. So, I don't know. I mean, the same goes for my dental cavities. We had to psychologically program me into accepting a silly cuz it kept dissolving every couple of years. >> Come out here for us. You mind if I take that cup? Is there water in it? >> GET THE OFF OF [screaming] the >> What the I got legs. I got legs. I got legs. I got legs. I GOT LEGS. BRING YOUR OTHER HAND OUT. GIVE ME YOUR OTHER hand now. >> You're all right. You're all right. >> Oh god, my stomach hurts. >> Yeah. What happens when you fight law enforcement? >> You guys stupid. I wasn't doing it. That hurts. I have a shoulder injury. >> Okay. >> Who the heck is calling me? >> Oh, I'm glad the cat's in there. I'm glad this >> really >> Hold on. I >> I need some time. >> You good? >> She bit me. >> You good? >> Yeah, I'm all right. >> Oh, >> we were just talking. Why the are you doing this? >> No, >> you're a part of the acting committee. You're going to take me and [ __ ] me someplace else. >> Virginia, >> I'm going to be programmed again. >> Three over 14. 3 over 10. Can you be 51? >> Oh. Oh. Oh. Stand up. Stand up. >> Do I get my other shoe on? >> Yes. >> There you go. >> Okay. Well, just be aware. I do get dehydrated easily. >> All right. >> And I have asthma type symptoms. >> I'm not going to be a problem. I have a >> It's too tight. It's hurting me. >> IT'S TOO TIGHT. IT'S HURTING ME. >> YOU'RE NOTING LOSING. WE ARE MISSING. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. OH MY GOD, IT HURTS. >> YEAH, WELL, IT'S GOING TO HURT. >> Failing to boss the officers around, she switched to using brute force to hold them off. Her full body struggle made the arrest an uphill battle from start to finish. Oh my god. >> I cut this one. >> I caught it. >> Hold on. We're going to fix it. >> You just can't kick in all that stuff. >> I [snorts] can't breathe. >> You're good. >> No. >> No. Nobody's on you. >> Okay. Hold on. Keep this hand here. >> Oh. Oh. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Hold to your side. >> Okay. >> Bring your knee up to your stomach. >> Sit on your butt. >> Rotate you to your butt. Okay. >> I'm going to need an ambulance. Oh, >> I'm going to go ahead and just get an ambulance to check her out. >> Hey, Virginia. >> Yeah. >> I'm just letting you know regardless, we're going to the hospital. So, you can either go with them or you can go with me. >> I'll go with you. >> Okay. My question for you is it resisting with or is it bat on off? >> Patter. All right. >> Change of plans. >> Okay. She's going to jail. She bit my officer. >> That sounds about right. I'm sorry. >> Um, she's still going to be bakered, but she's also going to jail. Um, what is your first name? Well, she's going to go to the hospital. I have to get her medically cleared before I can transport her anywhere. >> Okay. >> Um, she's going to go to the Northport ER right here off to Blade. >> Okay. >> And then after she's cleared, I have to go to the jail. Um, I will con I will complete all of the necessary paperwork with that. Again, she's being charged with felony. So, it is what it is. If she if it wasn't the degree of injury that it was, would be a different story, but >> she broke the blood. >> Yeah. So, that's where we're at tonight. >> Where where am I at with this? >> Um, she'll she'll be able to make phone calls. I'll give her your I'll give her like a piece of paper with your phone number on it. >> Well, she she knows my number. >> Okay. She can make phone calls as as she pleases in terms of like the jail. >> Following a medical evaluation at the ER, Virginia was booked into the Sarasota County Jail. She faces a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer. The court will naturally order a forensic psychological evaluation, and she might end up in a mandatory treatment facility rather than a standard prison. But that felony record isn't going anywhere. Attacking the police is bad enough, but this [music] next reckless driver was an absolute nightmare. Responding to reports of a reckless driver plowing through a gas station on June 17th, 2020, police arrived to a scene of pure destruction. After smashing six vehicles and shattering the store's glass front, the woman behind the wheel was about to get a welldeserved lesson for her blatant disregard for everyone around her. >> Get out the car. Get out the car. Get out the car. Get out the car. My door lock. >> Okay. >> Open it, please. >> My door lock right here. >> Put the car in park. >> My daddy do voodoo. >> Yeah, that's 38 related. >> He do voodoo. >> My dad do voodoo on my cameras right now. [screaming] >> Get in the car. >> My dad do. >> My dad do. >> Relax. My dad. >> Once they got her secured, the chaos finally started to settle down. That gave the shaken witnesses a chance to step forward and recount the madness from start to finish. >> Black male volante at this like we pulled up right here and literally we seen this lady tripping and there was a white car passing back and she kept >> 13 right there. >> Yeah. And she was trying to like hit the dude or whatever. hit the the car. So she comes around, she starts backing into his car. So we start recording just like this and then like I guess she got mad. Well, I just heard people like like cars going like hitting cars and stuff like that and I just saw like the lady just driving into people's car and people coming inside being scared. >> Where was the car when you first saw when you actually >> Right here. It was all over. >> Okay. You you think that was right here? >> I think so, but she came inside. >> Okay. And then did what happened after that? After the she hit the door, did you see what happened after that? >> Well, I I went to the back to go all the way to the back to go hide. >> Yeah. >> So, did you actually see her hitting any of these cars? >> Can you describe that to me? Like where you said she first started just circling around? >> Okay. The first thing what I saw is she hit the car over there. >> No, no, the car. No, the car that was right here. Were we able to see the uh the video? What happened? >> You should definitely be able to see everything because the way our cameras is, we have cameras facing the so you should definitely be able to see. >> You got cameras outside too or just the Okay. Oh, that's great. >> So, we have cameras facing the pump. So, you probably will see. >> Awesome. >> She >> not here right now. >> But yeah, she backed into somebody's car. They got out the car to say something to her and then she hit this person's car and kept hitting it, hitting it. Backed into another car that was parked. Everybody was like kind of running towards the store to get inside the store and she came to the door. >> Was she backed up into it? Is that what you did? >> Ram from the front. >> From the front? >> Yeah. >> Ram the front. >> She did it like 3 foot. >> What car was she driving? >> The car right there. That silver. >> She was driving the silver car. Her cold indifference made it look like any sense of humanity had completely shut off after the crash. Yet, no matter how unhinged she sounded, she never once forgot to demand her cell phone back. >> Hey, buckle up. Ba, get my iPhone. >> All right, relax. >> Buckle up. Ba down. Get my >> We will calm down. Okay. >> Ba ba. Get my phone. Get my phone. >> All right. We'll get it. We'll get it. >> My back hurts. My feet hurt. My neck hurt. My face hurts. We're We're checking him out and all that. >> I came to the end. You guys are already here, man. >> Okay. >> With bystanders backing away from how dangerous she was, she still had the nerve to shout out slogans. And believe me, the sheer absurdity didn't end. >> Your heart's beating fast cuz you're like talking the whole time. If you stop talking, you could breathe. Okay, they they needed to hurry up and get the names and find out who was in fear and who wasn't. And then >> I don't know why they're all I'm so thirsty. >> Hey, take a deep breath. >> I want water. >> Take a deep breath. >> I'm so thirsty. >> I want water. >> That really hurts. You don't want this anymore? >> Very hot. >> This is water. >> Very hot. >> Okay. Ultimately, she was taken to jail facing six counts of aggravated assault, reckless driving, criminal mischief, resisting an officer, and battery on emergency medical personnel. The court later found her not guilty by reason of insanity. Instead of serving time in a regular prison, she was committed to a maximum security state psychiatric facility. The dust had barely settled at the gas station before this next botched robbery spiraled completely out of control. Responding to a report of a stolen phone charger on February 16th, 2022, police rushed straight to the scene. Instead of running off, the female suspect grabbed a broom and started sweeping, thinking she could pull a fast one on the officers. Well, let's see how quickly reality caught up with her. >> So, go ahead. She came into the store. >> She came in. I know her crazy. She said she want to buy a charger. >> Then we we she she had a car. Then we tried to run it. >> Okay. Okay. >> Then it declined. Then she walked away. She walked outside. Then 2 minutes later, she came back. She said, "Where's my charger?" I told her, "Your card was declined." So that's why you didn't get no charger, >> right? >> So she insisted on getting a charger without paying for it. So after that, she walked around the counter. >> She came around the counter. >> Yes. She went to get a charger. >> Uh-huh. >> Then I went to get her and >> you went to stop her. >> Yes. Then she attacked my coworker. Then she tried to attack me. >> Okay. >> Then she went outside. Then about 5 minutes later, she came back. >> Hang on. She went behind the counter, tried to take the charger. >> Okay. >> And how did he get attacked? >> She had a a Windix bottle. She took a Windex bottle from the counter. >> Okay. >> And she attacked him in his eye as you see his eye. >> Didn't I saw nobody really want to deal with her, you know? >> Yeah. So 5 minutes later, she came back. Same thing. She went behind the counter. She took that supre bottle >> and she tried to hit me and she tried to hit him as well. Then she took her wig off and try to hit it with a with her wig. >> So second time she came back, did she come back for the charge or just to hit you guys? >> I guess she came back over here. >> Yeah, she came back from both. >> Okay. Are you injured? >> No. No. >> Were you hit? >> Oh, no. Okay. >> Okay. Were you hit a second time? >> Just the one time with that. You want to prosecute? >> I really don't care. I just want her out of here and out of the street cuz she is crazy. And >> Okay. >> She's always been crazy. >> Okay. So, you don't know if you want her to go to jail. >> I mean, if if that's what it take, yeah, you can take her to jail. >> Either it's yes or it's no. >> Huh? >> Either yes or no. >> Yes. Yes. Take her to jail. Officers approached the suspect right away, but she acted as if nothing had even happened. Naturally, that blatant nerve escalated the situation faster than anyone expected. >> Okay, I'm going to take it a shot. >> Okay. Period. You know what I'm here for? Matter of fact, do you got iPhone out there? >> You got an iPhone? >> No. >> But miss um I'm 2 and a half months pregnant. And he put his hand on me and I and um yeah, he talking crazy. >> Who's he? >> God. He's touching me right now and he's putting a toll on me, you know. That's why I just started cleaning up, doing my thing. Can I finish doing what I was doing before you guys came here? >> All right. Hold on. Hold on. Let's figure out what's going on first. Right. >> Why are you in Why are you in my face? >> What What Why do you think we're here? >> What was I doing when I was cleaning up? >> What happened earlier? >> Was I doing anything when I was cleaning up? I didn't call you. >> I know. You didn't you you that's how you supposed to approach a person. >> Hi, man. >> You called me. I didn't call you guys. >> We got to call without you. So, >> I didn't call you guys. >> Okay. >> Can I finish cleaning up? >> No, not yet. >> Can I finish cleaning up the store, please? >> Why not, ma'am? >> Cuz that's what I was doing before you guys came here. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And after we leave, you can finish. >> Well, I don't I don't want to talk to you guys. I I don't have nothing to say. I'm kidding. >> You're not free to leave. >> I have no reason to talk to you. >> Well, that's fine. They don't leave. I don't have no reason to go guys. >> Hang on. Hang on. We'll make this easier. >> No. No. >> Absolutely. >> All right. >> Do not stop. Stop. >> Don't move. Stop. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Stop. Put your hands. Chill. CHILL. STOPING. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. >> BACK UP. >> IT'S ALL GOOD. >> BACK UP. >> IT'S ALL GOOD. >> I'M TELLING Y'ALL SHE'S MENTALLY >> resisting us. >> Why would y'all need better training than that? >> She tried to play the pitiful victim for the crowd instead of facing the cold hard facts. Even after being tased, her resistance was utterly relentless. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Yeah, you did. What? I did. What? Huh? That's 13 or 15 out here. >> What did I do? Can you go get my hat? >> The detail is being [ __ ] want to knock your ass out. >> Next time you going to get knocked out, you ain't going to wake up, [ __ ] >> Put your leg on. >> You're being arrested right now for obstruction. Okay. [clears throat] And then you get arrested for battery. Okay. >> Oh, no. No proof of battery. I'm impregnate. I'm impregn. >> No. No. >> Yes, ma'am. No, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Yes. He's trying to be arrested, too. And until he get arrested, YOU DIDN'T GET MY REPORT ON NONE OF THAT. YOU DID NOT JUST TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS GETTING IN THIS CAR. YOU TOLD me you don't know why I'm being arrested. I'm being arrested when I said, "Can I go finish cleaning up the trash can?" You just not coming over the information. They cannot be playing with people mine like this officer. AND THIS IS WHY WE get mad and stuff like that. And then get loud and then you like I know you're not feeling like that officer because I put in all the right the right stuff. I'm not going to GO IN THERE IF I'M NO, I GOT A BATTERY. YOU DIDN'T GET MY side of the story. None of that. None of that. And I'm pregnant AND YOU SLAM ME TO THE GROUND. tag me and spray maze on me. As you can see, y this is not right. And you know, I need to calm down. I need to calm down. I need to start my hair right now. >> I'm just so hurt. Y because I prayed. I was slammed to the ground. I was st I was tased three times. My stomach crimping right now and I'm bleeding. I need to go to the hospital. This is not like right. [laughter] This is not right. She couldn't seem to grasp that the officers only used force because she refused any personal accountability. Instead, she chose to point fingers and use her own body as a tool for manipulation. >> What's the report saying? >> I have no idea. >> Can you click on the report? >> The report's not done. >> That's what I'm saying. Can you delete them? >> I can't do that. >> Well, sir, can you just make it like I got a warrant and next time you find me, you can find me, sir. Like, please. Like, I No, sir. Like, I don't want to go to jail. Like I literally just lost my whole family. >> Well, I just got to take you up there. Okay. >> No, please. I don't I'm not even going to be having to call nobody.
