this young man was just recording while walking down the street totally legal under the First Amendment but then these cops showed up claiming he looked suspicious blatantly violating his rights what happened next might shock you somebody called okay I understand they called but suspicion is not a crime you have to tell me what I have done before you can even ID me am I being detained you let me speak you answer me I get answered first no you don't yes I do I'm a citizen here am I being detained yes you are now where's your driver I don't have it with me I don't drive what's your first name don't have to give it actually you do we have a legal reason to be here about you videotaping how and that's and that's crime suspicious is a crime talk over me one more time you can't do anything we're going to have some problems okay you got two seconds I'm going to put you in Wood bind you understand me we got a call that doesn't matter you don't talk to me like that you're pissing me off okay cuz you're not you're not listening somebody called saying you're filming walking down the street which gives us the right to identify you because we got a legal right what's your first name ain't got to say anything you don't tell me your name I'm going to put you in jail for go ahead okay put your hands yes sir they got sued
