p.m. officers were advised of a car that
struck a parked vehicle then flipped on
its side the reporting party described
the operator of the vehicle as a female
wearing a Cowboys jersey people on scene
also advised that they believed the
female to be intoxicated

an overwhelming odor of alcoholic
intoxicants coming from her

under the arrest for or you didn't read

Rachel was found to be intoxicated and
was arrested for OWI first offense she
was cited for OWI failure to maintain
control unsafe Lane deviation no proof
of insurance she was issued a notice of
intent to revoke her operating privilege
will you submit to an evidentiary
chemical test of your blood yes or
no before I answer this question 163 um
I want answer that until you
uh say what time that you requested that
ad no I don't agree to any of that until
I speak to a lawyer thank you so you're

right Rachel was transported to the
oakair County Jail jail staff attempted
to complete the booking process with
Rachel but she refused to complete with
a body scanner and strip search
requirements so she was escorted
directly to a holding cell
