[ __ ] you. Hey, >> sit down. Sit down. Sit your ass. GET THE THE ASS IN YOUR HOUSE. >> Some relationships don't end with a breakup. They end with accusations and push back. >> Going on. You just said you were at a cop. >> Hey, she's trying to flee from me. >> The next time you do that [ __ ] out your uniform, I'm going be there to kick your ass. >> Some people aren't scared of the cops. They're scared of the truth. So, they try to throw their weight around to shut everything down. And when the evidence finally lines up in a straight line, who's going to crack first? On March 30th, 2024, police were called to handle a [music] serious domestic violence incident. A 35-year-old woman was accused of intentionally ramming her car into her husband's vehicle while the kids were still inside. After that, she tried to take off while officers were investigating. Hi. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> Yeah. >> And then go ahead and turn off the car for me. >> Why? Why are you pulling me over? >> So, I'm pulling you over cuz you guys had an incident at the um OO place or something like that. It's like a coffee shop. The So, your husband called already. Okay. >> So, now we're investigating. So, you're officially detained. Okay. >> Detained for what? >> That means you cannot leave while the investigation is going on. >> I don't know what you're talking about, though. I'm talking to my husband. You want to talk to him? 0 golf center. >> Were you just at the place? Where were you where were where were you at before this? >> What do you mean? I'm doing my things. >> Where were you at before this? >> I went to a coffee shop. >> Okay. Correct. So, you're being detained means you're not free to go. >> Why? >> Okay. Because there's an investigation going on. >> Okay. I don't know what you're talking about. Okay. So, when the other officers come over here, we'll figure that out. Okay. >> [clears throat] >> Detained for what? >> Did you not just hear what I said? >> I got to my mom's house. I don't know where. >> You're free to go. There's an investigation going on. You just said you were at a cop. >> Hey, she's trying to flee from me. Break it off. The moment her good, respectable citizen story fell apart, pure instinct kicked in. She hit the gas and left her kids in the back seat, thinking that saying, "I have to go to my mom's house," would make everything stop. But that wasn't an escape route. The officers were one step ahead and were already waiting at her destination. >> Get away from here. >> Go to the kids. >> Back up. >> Go to the kids. YOU HAVE KIDS. >> Back up. >> Go to the kids. >> Back up. What happened? >> Do you If you don't listen and back up right now, you're both going to go to jail. Back up. >> Lea 52 is 1097. >> Come over here. Come over here. >> Come over here. Calm down. Calm down. Okay. We got it. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. You on the ground. >> Put your hands behind back. >> I'm going on the ground. You're hurting me. >> THEN STOP RESISTING. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. I'm not resisting. You're hurting me. >> Who's got the kids? >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not You speak English? >> Yes. Okay. Let me come up here and I'll talk to you. Okay. You know what? >> Mommy. MOMMY. MRS. DOWY. MR. DOWY. >> Help me. >> I got you. >> I got you. You're good. You're good. Free a sec. Wait a second. >> Oh, I've seen that car crime before. >> All right. Ow. >> Ow. Ow. OW. OW. OW. OW. >> STOP RESISTING. >> OW. I'M NOT RESISTING. I'm not even moving. It doesn't [laughter] hurt me. >> Don't Don't pull and it won't hurt. Okay. >> See the kids. Where are the kids at? >> They're getting scared. >> Are you kids? Okay. >> Yeah. >> Everyone's okay? >> Everything is okay. >> Okay. Why don't you come out here so we don't talk in front of the kids? Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, here's what happened. So, >> Okay. >> There was an incident with her and her husband. Are they having marital problems? >> We shut the door. >> They're getting the door. >> Shut the door. >> Okay. So, the husband earlier today was over off a coffee shop in Maguire. >> Okay. >> Okay. She had the kids in the car with her. >> Okay. Then what she did is she started ramming his car with her car with the kids in the car. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Watching how calm and respectful the officers stayed, her parents slowly went quiet. There just wasn't much left to defend. Meanwhile, she kept pushing back, twisting reality, trying to paint law enforcement as the bad guys in front of children who were watching all of this way too closely. >> She wasn't thinking. >> Well, we can't let that go. Okay. because I let it let let it calm down, but I'll Yes. Hey, Andy. >> Yeah, we're here to Okay, stand your >> Okay, that that's that's the AR that's that's the arm that he twisted. >> Okay, we can help you. >> I'll do it on my own. I I'll get up. I'll get up. I can get up on my own. I don't need your help. >> You're not getting up on your own. I promise I can get up on my own. >> I got to help you. Come on. Come on. Come on. My arms hurt. I'm not falling on the ground. >> No. Both of my arms hurt because like I said, they just twisted my arm. >> They're in pain. Do your best to stand up. We're We're going to guide you. Okay. >> I can get up. I can get up. Let me get on my knees first. Let me get on my knees and I'll get up. >> Stay right here. Nope. That's the car. All right. Spread your spread your legs. The car is hot. Do you have anything that could poke me sharp on you? >> No. No problem with me looking at you. >> Can you face that way? >> It is high on my belly. It is. You want to try your belly? >> You wouldn't be here if you would have just pulled over and stopped when I >> didn't have flee from me when I stopped. >> Okay. >> All right. She's good. 1 2 3 4 5 six seven cops. Damn. I used to think >> you would think I'm a criminal. Real criminals out there with the white Chevy Silverado. That's who you should be looking for. >> Think about 911. >> Even after her behavior crossed straight into criminal territory, she still refused to see herself as an offender. In that warped mindset, the law is just a game. You can cheat with little tricks. And when that fantasy started to crack, sarcasm became her last line of armor, protecting an ego that was already collapsing. >> Saying it takes seven seven cops to do what? I don't even know why you guys are arresting me. >> Shouldn't I know? Don't I have the right to know? >> You're being detained while we're >> then why am I handcuffed? >> We're going to explain all that to you. >> Okay. >> You're still You're still being detained. >> I know. Proven guilty. You're innocent till proven guilty. >> I'm going to read you what's called a Miranda warrant. >> I already know what that is. >> Okay, that's fine. That's still make sure you understand your rights. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I had a friend named Miranda. All right. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in court. >> All right, ma'am. So, just aware what's going on. There's currently two investigations currently occurring. Okay. Officer Kelly is conducting one investigation regarding an incident between you and your husband, ex-husband, I don't know what you guys got going on over there with your children being present during that incident. Okay. >> Officer Quantos is investigating another incident. >> Okay. You mind? >> Yeah. Okay. 3030. Um, so Officer Quantas is conducting the other investigation which is following up off of his investigation where she had probable cause to conduct an investigator stop on you and was trying to figure out what was going on. She confirmed it was you at that point. She advised you were detained. Okay. >> No, she didn't. >> Okay. All this is on her body camera. So that's something you can fight later on if you choose to. >> No. >> Okay. So currently one of the charges you're facing I'm not sure what officer Kelly is working but officer Queros has uh fleeing a lude a law enforcement officer fleeing a lude >> law enforcement officer >> and you were resisting without violence. Well >> was she violent without? >> Without >> without. Okay. So resisting without violence. >> So if I >> resisting without viol what was >> fling a lude was when you fled your vehicle from offer conseros >> over here at uh was it red spruce way >> this year? I told you I was on my way. So, did you I have things pending that I got. >> Well, that's not how that works. Once once we activate our our lights and sirens and we say, "Hey, you're detained. You're not allowed to leave. You can't just decide." >> Say detain. And I asked her why saying our lights and sirens. >> All this stuff is going on behind you there. You can't just leave because you have something. She claimed she was invoking her Miranda right to remain silent. But at the same time, she wouldn't stop talking, constantly questioning officers and cutting in, trying to steer the situation. Her thinking showed a pattern of blaming everything outward, treating justice as real only when it benefits her personally. >> When I call the cops and I say something's going on with my child to talk about my husband, nobody does anything. But when my husband calls, >> did it happen today? >> Uh, it doesn't matter because you guys are >> Well, I'm not aware of any situation other than what happened today. If it didn't happen today or right now, we're not worried about it. We're we're worrying about what happened today. >> So, what happened today with my husband? >> Like I said, so that officer Kelly's conducting that investigation. >> That's what I call. >> You literally just literally what I just That's literally why I turned my lights on, got out the car, told you, "Hey, there's things you asked me why you're being stopped and I told you we're investigating something with your husband. Could be a domestic uh situation." And I told And you were like, "I'm detained. I'm detained for what?" That's fine. >> So, at the moment, we're answering the questions that you directly asked us because >> those body cameras are always on from the moment I see or or do they cut off at the every once in a while? I'm just curious. Are my attorney? >> Not right now. >> Why not? >> Because we're not questioning you. >> But you're detaining me though for something that I don't think I think you're right. >> We're placing you under arrest. >> For what? >> I just advise you of that. >> So, where am I going to be at? >> We're going to jail right now. And actually, we're going now. >> Wait. >> Follow Officer Con. >> Wait a minute. Why am I being detained? Okay. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> I want you to understand that you're already being arrested. Do not make it worse. >> Do not make it worse on yourself. >> That way. My car's that way. >> Why are you >> I've seen you before. >> She wants remain silent. Don't even ask her anything in the car. >> Yeah. >> If she wants to speak, just let her speak. Let her ramble. >> Okay. Let me go. >> Watch your head. >> I don't want to go. >> Why do I have to go? >> You got to go. If you don't get in there willingly, we're going to pull you in. >> There's going to be another charge. Okay. >> Come on. >> Do I have Do I have um Can I talk to my lawyer? >> Once you get down to the jail, watch your head. >> Come on. >> I don't understand why you guys are I don't >> This is your last chance to get in the car willingly before we force you into the car. >> Okay. This is our third attempt at telling you to get in the car. >> It's going to be another resisting charge. Okay. Why am I >> Okay, go ahead. Unlock the door. >> Oh, great. >> No. Get in. Step in. >> Step in. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail on multiple allegations, including four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing/illuting, nonviolent resisting, and child abuse. And even though later paperwork showed the charges were dropped [music] for unclear reasons, the image of a mother risking her children's safety just to feed her own rage is going to live on the internet forever. Do you think [music] that kind of leniency is fair or is it a system loophole? You thought the crash was the peak, but next up is a girlfriend taking a hostage. On July 4th, 2024, Ohio police were dispatched to an apartment complex after a 911 call reported a stabbing. As officers approached, screams echoed from inside, pointing to a domestic violence incident involving alleged knife use and unlawful restraint. with nothing in your hands. Hey, GET [laughter] OVER [screaming] >> towards me now. COME TOWARDS ME NOW. COME TOWARDS ME NOW. >> Don't touch me. I KNOW THE WAY YOU GOT THE PROBLEM. I'M NOT THE PROBLEM. [screaming] FIGURE THIS OUT. I'M NOT THE PROBLEM. WHO ARE YOU? [laughter] >> STOP NOW. >> I'M THE ONE WHO I DON'T CARE. >> WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? I'M TELLING YOU. I'M THE ONE WHO CAUGHT. >> PUT YOUR HAND behind your back. YOU'RE BEING DETAINED. >> WHY? >> BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. YOU'RE >> CAUSING A PROBLEM. STOP. I'M THE ONE WHO CAUGHT. >> THAT'S FINE. CAR [screaming] [laughter] without you. Let's go. [laughter] >> Let's walk down the stairs, please. Come on. [laughter] >> WHY AM I GOING DOWNSTAIRS? I DON'T WANT TO CALL. >> Use your feet so we don't HAVE TO CRACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> You're just being tank. You're just being pregnant. >> We just don't know what >> I'm pregnant. So I got a video. Look at me. I'm bleeding. Ain't nothing wrong with them ladies and nothing. I got a video of them standing in front of the door HOLDING ME AGAINST HERE TALKING ABOUT MY PHONE. LISTEN. WHAT we is the knife. I don't know what she did with the knife. All right, >> settle down. >> We're going to settle down now. We're going to figure out what happened. I'm telling you what happened. I got a video to prove what happened. >> All right. >> I'm the one that I'm on the phone with him right now. Right now. >> YOU SAT THERE. >> In many domestic cases, the aggressor is the one who calls police first, trying to create a false sense of safety for themselves. But once she realized officers weren't going to play along with that script, her frustration escalated fast. >> He keeps taking her stuff. Keep putting his hands ON HER. THAT'S WHY SHE REACTED THE WAY SHE DID. AND I TRIED TO STOP IT. >> AND I TOLD THE POLICE to come in. >> All right. Come on. Let's take a walk. Let's go to my car. >> No. For what? I'm not the problem. I'M THE ONE WHO CALLED AND TRIED TO STOP IT. >> OKAY. WE'RE TRYING TO SEPARATE parties right now. What's going on? >> THIS IS MY HOUSE. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? WELL, WE'RE going to put you in [laughter] >> for what? >> We're trying to figure that out. WE'RE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT JUST TOLD YOU WHAT HAPPENED. I'M THE ONE WHO CALLED. >> OKAY. THE OTHER GIRLS IN CUFFS RIGHT NOW, TOO. HE'S GETTING UP BY A SQUAD RIGHT NOW. >> OKAY. BUT HE'S NOT IN CUFF. >> STAND UP. >> AND HE'S THE PROBLEM. >> STAND UP. Stand up. Come on. >> Can be nice if you ask. Please. I'm already in cup. >> Would you please stand up? >> Cuz we're trying to do our job. I get my phone back. >> I can help you if you like. >> Once we figure out what >> Stand up right now, one step at a time. >> I'm not the problem. Why am I in the back going to THE BACK OF THE POLICE CAR? >> WE HAVE AN INVESTIGATION. >> OKAY, BUT THAT'S TRAUMATIZING. LIKE, Y'ALL ACTING LIKE I'M THE PROBLEM. THAT'S TRAUMATIZING. THAT'S WHY I SEE HER CRYING. >> YOU SHOW UP, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. >> BUT I'M THE ONE WHO CALLED. >> OKAY. WELL, WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO, >> I STILL HAVE MY PHONE IN MY ASS. >> LIKE I TOLD YOU, YOU'RE DETAINED. You're not under arrest. Our call from what we understood is that somebody was stabbed. We don't know who. We don't know who did it. We're trying to figure ALL THAT OUT. >> SO WHAT I need you to do is to cooperate a little bit >> cuz he's the problem. >> Okay. We have everybody in cuffs for everybody. >> OKAY. BUT HE'S NOT IN CUFF. SO I LET HIM WALK DOWN HERE WITH NO PROBLEM. >> OKAY. >> I'M THE ONE WHO CALLED YOU GUYS AND GET THE THE NO [ __ ] >> TELL HER TO GO IN THE HOUSE. BRAGGY ASS. >> YOU KNOW, I can't help cuz I have no idea what's going on cuz the only thing I've heard since I GOT >> DO NOT LISTEN TO ME. >> SHE believed she had the right to block the door and stop her boyfriend from leaving over an argument about a phone. Her need for control swelled to the point where taking away someone else's freedom was framed as getting my property back. When words stopped working, the violence underneath came to the surface. >> Come on. You can walk in or we'll take you. Your choice. Like I said, this is racism. I don't see anybody else going to the back of the cop OR WE WILL PUT YOU IN THERE. WE ARE NOT HAVING A DISC YELLING AT ME. DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. I CAN WALK MYSELF. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> THEN GET YOUR ASS UP. GET YOUR ASS UP. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. I CAN GET MYSELF UP. >> THENING DO IT. >> DON'T YELL AT ME. DON'T YELL AT ME. I CAN GET ON MYSELF. THAT'S ENOUGH. >> That's enough. >> Don't touch me. >> Enough. >> Get up and walk or we can do this. She don't want to hit anymore. >> She's trying to >> I got her leg. >> Why not? >> Don't move it. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not. Just rip her off. >> H pin the feet down. Pin them down. >> Don't bite. >> Oh, now you're getting them up. You got a feet. I >> just won the glove box. >> Get off of me. >> Relatively sort this out. >> Stop. All you got to do is relax and we're going to relax. Okay. >> I don't WANT TO CAUSE >> OKAY, JUST RELAX. TAKE A >> NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. >> WE WANT TO STAND YOU UP IF WE CAN. OKAY, that's our plan. But don't start pulling away or fighting. Can we do that? >> Okay, let's do that. >> Let me uh slide this up close so you can stand. Okay, I'm going to loosen your legs a little bit so you can stand. Do we have the paramedic standing by? [laughter] >> 2832. >> All right. Can you Can you tuck your feet in close to your chest a little bit so we can stand you up? >> Okay. Can you move? [laughter] We're going to have to help lift you up. >> So, we want to get you on your feet. [clears throat and cough] >> Sit up. Come on. Sit up. Sit [laughter] up. >> [clears throat] >> resistance turned into a physical attack the moment the reason completely collapsed. When her ego felt threatened, she reacted with self-destructive behavior to dodge accountability. A prior record tied to similar conduct made it clear this wasn't a one-off meltdown, but a familiar pattern. >> She that's his baby mom. Okay, he's pregnant right now. Um they've had a dating relationship, this and that. Basically, they're arguing over stuff on the phone. Um, she was mad at him about phone this, phone that, phone this, phone that. During the argument, she grabs a knife. She's swinging it around at him. She's standing in front of the door, not letting him leave. >> See the knife in her hand? >> She's holding a knife here. Standing in front of the door. >> Soon as I push over to Ken and try to hide. Okay. >> You talking about this? >> This yours? >> Yes. No, it was another black phone. >> I had two phones. We'll find it. It had a camera on it and the case was built in. >> Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and uh get get situated in the back here. Okay. >> Got your scarf and your your shoes. >> I don't want to go to the house. I just want to go back home. >> Slide in a little bit. >> Slide in. >> Slide in. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Why are you putting seat belt on? >> Scoot in a little bit. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Not the one who did anything. >> Well, right now you're under arrest FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. WHAT? >> FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE? >> I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING. There you go. Get her out of here. Whoever's driving. No problem. >> She um Hey, she's alle allegedly pregnant, too. So, just be careful. >> All right. >> She's going to fight when she gets out. >> Yeah. I mean, I'll I can go in unless you want to go in. >> Yeah, he he's not going anywhere. He's got superficial cuts on his hand and here. >> So, it wasn't >> It wasn't a stabby. It was a little slash, but they've got video of her of coming at him with a knife >> and she's staying in the door. Won't let him leave. So, we got a good DV. >> Who's upstairs? Teamer. >> You good up here? >> Yeah. >> Here's your uh here's your knife. Um she's she's going in for DV. Probably assault on a PO and all sorts of other stuff. >> The sister is >> Yeah. >> Okay. She's coming in for DV as well. >> She did. >> This is the girlfriend. >> All right. Who's this >> sister? I think we just had instructing on her and us hold on a PO apparently. So this is the can I can we bring her out? >> Yeah, she almost gone. >> At this stage, Karen's confidence began to crack as officers took the victim's statement. The narrative flipped when the boyfriend explained it all started as an argument, exposing an extreme need for control that had been baked into the relationship for a long time. >> You guys are children in the comment. >> Yeah, we she pregnant right now. We was getting into it last night. I didn't even come back last night. I called her on the phone and told her like, "Yeah, can I talk to you?" We sat outside for like 30, 40 minutes talking. She told me to come upstairs. We got into it about who we texting. So, we said switch phones. I gave her my phone. She gave me her phone. But she I guess I was getting too close or something cuz she went crazy talking about give me my phone. Give me my phone. So, I gave her my phone. Gave her back her phone >> and I took my phone. >> Here we bring her out. Okay. >> Keep him here while we bring her out. Okay. So, I don't know. So, she doesn't start another argument. >> I'm about to leave. They going to leave my >> agreement. Phones. You swap homes. >> Yeah. Then she grabbed the knife and started swinging it at me. I ain't touching her, push her, nothing, nothing, kick her, nothing, bump her, nothing. >> I didn't want to grab her, move her from the door. >> Did anyone Did anyone get photographs of your hand? >> The other officer, >> I just don't >> I misunderstood the whole thing. >> I can't understand why. >> Hey, I misunderstood the whole thing. The uh the girlfriend is upstairs that's going for DV. So yeah, I I misunderstood it while we were fighting. This one down here is just going for obstructing and probably assault on PO and resisting. >> What happened last day? >> Um so Dr. Beamer it sounds like BVA. He's also standing in front of the door. >> Go ahead. >> I'm going to upload all of that. >> Okay, good. >> Um but you not yet. So he took a small snippet of >> maybe even lawful restraint maybe. >> Yeah. >> The sister miracle. You know where do we know where she's at? >> Jail. >> Okay. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and booked on charges including assault, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. She posted a $5,000 bond. [music] After being found guilty, she was sentenced to 60 days in jail, credited eight days for time served, and ordered to pay court fees. [music] Arrogance can feel like power for a moment, but under a body cam, it becomes the clearest evidence of privilege [music] hitting its expiration date. One rescue barely over, and the next secret call comes in to free a boyfriend from abuse. On October 6th, 2025, police were called to a hotel to deal with a domestic disturbance. A man reported that his girlfriend had sprayed him with pepper spray and thrown objects at him after an argument. [music] And this is what actually unfolded. >> Face with some. >> Ah, okay. >> You see that right there? >> You want to see? Smell it on my face. >> You want an ambulance? >> No, I'm okay. Uh, she just got me right here on my chin. >> Okay, >> right there. >> She woke up this morning and started cussing me out. It's something wrong with She need to go to graveyard. I don't know. Something medicine with her. I feel kind of sorry for her and everything. >> So cuss me out the house. >> We got sprayed. >> Where she at? >> She up in my apartment 7:05. >> I want her dog. Her name last name Paige. >> God damn spray is thick in here. Somebody sprayed it. >> That got me. This not my room. >> Well, you in here. >> Well, I'm not in here cuz I'm leaving. >> Well, you still in here? Cuz I see you. I actually see you. >> Hey, come for me, Miss Paige. Huh? >> Can you stop all that coming for me? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to go ahead and Come here. I'm going go ahead. Right here. Right here. I'm going go ahead and detain you for what? >> Cuz you have a warrant out of Fton County. >> How? I got a warrant to appear. >> Don't resist. Don't resist. You can't. You're not going to win this. >> How do I GOT A WARRANT? >> YOU HAVE A WARRANT out of Fort? >> NO, I DON'T. I don't have a warrant. >> What? What? >> I don't have no warrant, though. How do I have a warrant, sir? How do I have a warrant, sir? >> It's a failure to appear on for the county. You know better than nothing. Yes sir. >> Fail to fail to appear. >> Yep. Just waiting for the confirmation. Okay. >> I don't have no [ __ ] warrant. >> Yes. >> She going to pat you down for me. >> I don't have no warrant though. >> Touch my chest. >> Put the back of my head on you for a reason. >> I don't care. They >> don't care. But I'm going to do what I got to do. >> Okay. Do what you got to do. >> Okay. So what's in your pants then? >> Ain't nothing in my pants. >> Okay. So chill out. Once the darkness of the room could no longer hide her identity, she reached for her last weapon. The situation heated up fast as she began resisting, screaming about her wig, and reacting aggressively to a lawful search. >> Ain't nothing in my pants, man. Let my wig go. Kick again and see what happened. Man, y'all put on my head. >> Stay here. [snorts] >> GET YOUR ASS OFF MY BOOTY. >> SO, JUST stay calm. Stay calm, okay? Just please stay calm, okay? It's okay. She going to be okay. Stay calm. I don't know if she going to let her do that job and she going to keep up. wrong with you? Hold >> tight. We going get we going to get the mailg. >> Get the out my face. >> Not in it. Stay right down. stanking ass got in my face. >> I wouldn't advise that. >> I wouldn't advise y'all to put y'all hands on me. Get your damn hands off to me. >> Going over to the windows. >> That's That's the stuff. Did she spit on? >> Yeah, she spit on him. >> She said spit ON THE WALL. I DID NOT SPIT ON YOU. >> IT SPIT on you? >> No, I did not. I spit on the [ __ ] walls. In many states, spitting on an officer can qualify as assault because of the biological risks involved. With no way out left, she switched to a familiar psychological tactic, role reversal. Blaming law enforcement for what was happening. >> Look at her forehead for just have a seat on the bumper right here. Have a seat on the bumper. Stay. >> Stoping standing before me. You ain't [ __ ] me. Get the [ __ ] away from me. Hurry the [ __ ] up. Is in the front. >> Okay. >> And the bandage. >> All right. >> Yeah. Are you hurting? If you hurt him or anything. >> Okay. >> Not had no [ __ ] way. >> Can we hurry up so I can go? I'm good. >> Big dog though. You mind wiping all this blood off right here? You should never let it [ __ ] happen. You should never let it happen. >> It's happened now. You shouldn't resist it. >> Y'all shouldn't be trying to take nobody to jail about nothing. It ain't that damn serious. I don't need y'all. Y'all should have been did that for y'all yourself. You had no business having no children. You didn't want to take care of no damn body. There was situation that boy been [ __ ] complaining about what been going on. Y came to nobody rescue. We've been calling police all the damn time. He should have had to He should It shouldn't have been like that in the first place. You going to put extra charges on me, sir? >> Say again. >> I apologize. >> That doesn't That's not admissible in the court of law. >> But I'm saying if I already got a charge, >> you going to put you >> got you got a whole bunch of extra charges. >> This went from a little thing cuz you probably would have got out today to you going to be in there for a minute. I'mma be in jail for a minute >> because of your ass. >> She tried to convince the officers and herself that using pepper [music] spray was a natural consequence of the victim's incompetence. By doing so, she flipped the script [music] from attacker to suffering woman, wrapping herself in a self-made image of righteous justice. >> You just said that [ __ ] >> You have one. The reason why I That's how I have cops. >> Yep. >> This was power delusion on full display. A way to soothe the humiliation of being handcuffed in public. When manipulation stopped working, she moved into verbal self-destruction, challenging everything and everyone to avoid facing the truth. She was already wanted on an outstanding warrant. I'll be back. I don't know you throwing my things out or whatever, but I will be back. I promise you I'll be back to beat your ass. I promise you that. I done [ __ ] from y'all. She walked into that day believing she could control a relationship with violence and control the police with arrogance. Instead, what began as an old failure to appear warrant turned into a long list of new charges, including assault with pepper spray, assault on a public officer, violent resisting arrest, and [music] execution of an FTA warrant out of Fulton County. If convicted, she faces up to 180 days in [music] jail and $8,000 in fines. You thought it was just a bad relationship, but the real danger was the illusion of power. On May 10th, 2025 in Ohio, an illegal U-turn kicked off a drawn out standoff. The driver truly believed her personal logic could override the rules everyone else follows. The officer chose a different route. Silence, patience, and letting the truth expose itself. Hello. >> Yeah, just the side. I don't like to be on the side of the road. So, all right. So, my name's Officer Thompson. This is my last stop cuz we made an illegal. >> I know. >> All right. You had anything to drink today? >> No, I got to go to work. >> Where do you work at? >> Yes. Please don't hate me. >> I want to know what your first name is. I'll leave you alone. >> You're so kind. You have a wife. I bet you do. >> I do. Of course you do. >> Hey, chief. We got a little bit of a situation here. Stop nurse. Um, she made an illegal U-turn right there at the first and south. Um, I walked up to the window. She rolled down the window. I could smell a little bit of alcohol. Uh, she's learning her words and she's hitting Lindsay. >> Lindsay. Yep. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, also another thing I want to note is we had a neighbor dispute and uh I forgot my body cam dock on the thing is I asked her what was the purpose for the uh illegal U-turn and she goes my chief police and I can do whatever I want. So >> she's acting drunk. >> Yeah, she's definitely acting like I'll I'll do that. All right. Bye. figure how it goes. >> Dude, please. >> She was convinced her connection to her uncle, a sheriff, meant she could push past any boundary. But when that name didn't shake the badge on the officer's chest, her confidence collapsed and flipped into a rage she couldn't re in. you right here, >> Lindsay. That's enough. >> He don't like you. >> Don't let me out. Don't let me out. >> Lindsay, come on. Let's go. >> Lindy, >> come on. Yeah, he thinks he's got it. >> Oh my god, I'm so scary. Help me. >> Once the law stopped working in her favor, she didn't back down. She tried to burn every bridge with extreme aggression. It turned almost absurd, repeatedly attempting to slip out of the cuffs and flat out refusing every sobriety test. >> Perform SFST, standard field sobriety test. That means >> you want >> No, >> you do not want to perform any field sobriety tests to see if you're under the influence right now. >> Obviously. What do you think? >> You want to manhandle a girl? I bet you do. >> I bet you do. >> You need to get back in cuffs. >> Oh my god. I DID IT TWICE. NO. RIP ME OUT. R ME OUT. >> GET BACK. >> Oh no. OH, HERE HE COMES. KEEP COMING. I'M NOT EVEN doing that thing. >> I'm not even doing that thing. Come on. The other side, you Okay, hold up. Let me get these off. >> An officer's patience isn't endless. Every kick and every profanity just stacked another brick in the jail wall she was building for herself. Back at the station, she stopped arguing the law and started attacking the officer's humanity. Anything to numb the humiliation. >> Please >> get out. >> Give me the direction. >> This way. >> What are you going to do about it? >> Going on. >> I am. I am. >> All right. >> Please take these off. It's super annoying. Sean, I'll just try it on. >> More comfortable. >> Oh, I'm scared. Who is this guy? Who's this guy back here that is not? Okay. This is like some saw [ __ ] >> Isn't that so annoying? >> All right, we have to read this to you. >> You I don't read. >> You don't read. Well, >> I mean, I could type it. Go ahead. Read it. No, read it to me. I want you to read me every word. Every word. >> This is for you to read along. >> Read it to me. >> I'm about He's going to >> Nobody cares about you. You >> But he's going to read it to you. >> Well, look at you and then look at him. Like, literally 255. Okay. Consequence consequences of testing. >> I'm driving. Don't pull me over. >> RC 4511 192. [laughter] You are now under arrest for FBI. >> Good. >> As the paperwork started tightening the legal noose, she retreated into a fake void where stubbornness [music] replaced reason. When she finally realized there was no exit, she shifted from debate to ruthless personal attacks. >> Oh my god, I am so worried. I am so pressed. >> Okay, >> I hope you understand that. >> And you're No, no, I don't understand that. Okay. So, you could submit to a chemical test. >> No, I can't. >> Well, it's just a yes or no. You could submit to a chemical. >> It's a no. It's a no. Okay. You >> Okay, >> Sean. Just imagine that. >> All right. >> You would have cared if I took illegal U-turn. No, you wouldn't have. You So why? You made me lose my job. You will not your camera. Please, please loosen it, dog. Please. >> Oh, good. I won't bite you. You can BEAT ME UP ANYWAYS, DOG. You already did. Loosen it. >> The cuffs are not that tight. >> YES, THEY ARE. >> BUT IF YOU KEEP TRYING >> YEAH, BECAUSE you keep trying to pull out of them. And did I hurt you? No, I didn't. Could you me up? Yes, you could. I'm not doing nothing. Please, dude. >> No. Take it off. >> We already checked the tightness. You're fine. Quit pulling out of them. >> No. >> Because every time you do that, you're messing up your own hands. So, you're doing it. You're not worried about me. >> We're not worried about that right now. >> Clearly, you are cuz you're just asking about it. >> Well, we're wondering about >> You were that pressed about it, Sean? Why are you pressed about it? Tell me. >> Don't worry about it. >> You're pressed about it. You're >> We're not going to worry about it now. Come on. >> Uh tack them on. >> It's hurting. She didn't just lose face. She ran straight into harsh legal reality. She was formally charged with three serious offenses, operating under the influence, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. Even though she initially bonded out at $25,000, her hard-headedness and prior record kept her from outrunning the court's sentence. The truth just stripped away her special exception. Now, it's time for love to strip the mask off a real psycho. On February 28th, 2025, a call brought police to a tense polygamous household. An arrangement that had once been mutually accepted had now become the heart of the conflict. What followed [music] exposed just how thin the line can be between consent and chaos. >> To leave. >> Yeah, I am. >> Okay. I just need >> I am. But he has Can I talk to you right here? Because he'll >> Who is that to you friend? We're just trying to make sure everything's okay. What's been going on? >> I have a ride already on the way and >> he has somebody already in the bathroom. Like I'm bleeding everything over him. Like he's like he's assaulting me and I'm like now he wants her to open the door all of a sudden. Basically he was trying to get me to have a threesome with this person and she came in. She was so rude. Like how do you know him? There's been hours. That's why I said that's by multiple people. >> Multiple. >> Yeah. >> That's why I said I had messages like he's telling me stay here, stay here and I had a ride. And he was like, "No, stay here." >> Was he preventing you from walking out? >> He was preventing me. Like he was like, "No, stay here." >> Okay. >> And I'm like, "No, like I'm leaving. I was drunk by myself." And he's like, "Come drink with us. She gave you a drink." And I'm like, but she was so rude to me. He's like, "How do you know he does?" I'm straight messages now. Like he's >> So was he punching you? >> Like he was like, "Yeah, like kind of he was kind of holding the door from her." So like preventing you from leaving >> like No, she's in the bathroom. Yeah. >> But he was preventing me like I was going to just assault her and just hurt her like she was going to hurt me. >> Okay. >> So I'm like just open the door. You know I'm like we're both women hurt. You're hitting me. Like >> so what I'm hearing, she's been over here for a little bit. He invited another girl over to have a threesome and then she came in very rude. She was not being very nice and then she went and locked herself in the bathroom. room. Is that what I heard? >> The other girl did. >> Yeah, the other girl locked. >> Well, he locked her. She went in to use the restroom and he locked her in. >> Okay. So, he's preventing her from leaving. >> Yeah. He start acting weird like no like like I was just a problem. >> Okay. I'm trying to figure out where it got physical. So, can you explain that part to me? >> We were in the bathroom just hanging out taking pictures and stuff and me and her kind of got >> you want to see her suck me up, babe. And I mean just everything. The woman claimed she had been assaulted and unlawfully detained despite clear signs of intoxication at the scene. She repeatedly pointed to text messages as decisive proof of her innocence, an attempt to manipulate perception and claim the moral high ground in real time. >> So you aren't taking money for, are you? >> No. >> What are you taking money for? >> People that love friends, family members, whatever it is. to just get some money because my >> mind if I read those messages real quick scroll down for me. >> So what happened when it got physical? >> He was just he started acting I was telling him the whole time like y'all acting weird like y'all are >> it's supposed to be three people apparently. But y'all are leaving me out of everything. >> There's no way you can carry all those things out right now, right? >> So what do you want to do? >> I have somebody I have friends that'll come get you. >> Listen listen. I'm trying to give you your options. Like now, but see, cuz she wants cuz she wants him. Did Did you take my pants off? >> Hey, listen. And this is why we're not leaving. See, >> now it's just me. >> So, I'm giving you your options. Listen. Stop talking. Listen. Listen. >> Don't talk to her. Listen. >> All my stuff is in there. That's what I'm saying. >> Okay. We're about to just leave and you're not going to get any of her stuff cuz you're not listening. >> Be the case because, you know, I'm standing here. You have to listen. I live here. She doesn't. I don't even know her. >> Listening still. Okay, just don't talk. >> I heard you. >> We're going to go in and grab your stuff and bring it out here. >> That's fine. That's fine because what she's she wants to It's fine. That's why I told you I have messages. >> Or would you rather leave it in there and come back and get it when you're all >> now? I have to come. You ready? >> That's not even all my stuff. You said to all my to my people get here. I can handle my stuff out here. >> Not right here. Not right here. You're going to go to the lab. >> They're not here. They're not here. >> They're not here. >> Cooperate or else >> truth tends to get twisted when the ego can't handle rejection. Even after officers gave her the option to leave, she chose to stall, counting her belongings one by one, using delay as a form of defiance to prolong her presence in a space that was no longer hers. >> Y'all [snorts] arrest me please before I arrest me. >> We've already read the messages. >> Avoid that because that's how much I will spend. Like I'm not want to go like that. Like no. Hell no. I'm not I ain't going to lie. I'm not going like that because no, the way he did me was wrong. Like he was forcing me into a [ __ ] thrill. Are you going to get the basket? This is your last chance. Unable to accept that she was no longer the center of attention, she shifted to personal attacks, hurling harsh insults to strip the others of dignity. As the reality of intoxication and jealousy became clearer, the victim's mask began to crack and officer's patience started to wear thin. >> About a week and a half, two weeks. >> You told me a week. >> It's been a long That's why I said a week, right? A week, week and a half, two weeks. Same thing. >> This is your last chance. Please grab a basket. >> TAKE ME TO JAIL. I AIN'T GOING TO LIE. NOT RIGHT. NO, I'M JUST SAYING. NO. LIKE, NO. PLEASE. >> When aggression stopped working, she slid into screaming and begging. The collapse revealed a fragile ego. Stripped of verbal control, she turned to physical panic as a lastditch effort to trigger sympathy and protection from those around her. >> Me. They begged me. Man. Oh my god. We're trying to help you out here. We need you to get up and walk. Okay. >> Hey, the sooner we get away from this door, they can't laugh at you anymore. >> I know. But I'm not worried about that. He make me feel like I'm a bad person, man. Like, I hate that [ __ ] >> Here you go. >> Instead of leaving quietly, the option police had offered from the start. She wrote herself a worse ending, earning charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. The bitter truth. While she screamed in the back of a patrol car, the very people she tried to manipulate stood there laughing at her unraveling. She didn't just lose a relationship. She lost her mind over being left behind. And these are the people shaping children. On October 13th, 2024, a speeding violation turned into anything but a routine traffic stop. The woman kept driving for nearly a mile, ignoring lights and sirens. The irony? She was only 24 years old, a teacher [snorts] with a degree in criminal justice. And this is where the truth [music] spoke loudest. >> 412. >> Turn your car off. >> Delta, >> where are your keys? >> 414. >> I didn't know you were following me. You cannot legally drive in the state of Florida without a valid driver's license. This is not a valid driver. >> My ticket. >> Okay. All right. That's how you want to play it. >> So, what you're saying is this license is not valid. >> It's probably expired. Did you look at it? >> Did you look at that one? >> Okay, cool. >> Did you run it? >> Not yet. Y'all are some big bad men. Police yanking a handicapped woman out the car. >> Okay, >> y'all are so bad. >> I see how you feel. I need you to lean on the back of your car. That's what I ask you to do. I appreciate you. She genuinely believed her personal logic could drown out the law, an illusion that only pushed her further from reality. >> Your supervisor gets here. >> Okay, you will. >> Good. I want him to run that video back at you yanking me out the car with my feet out of the car. >> He asked you multiple times to get out your stop. Please stop moving. >> I'm not moving. I haven't even lit a Jay, lit a roach, nothing. There was roaches in the car. Maybe that's what they smelt. But I pulled in here because I have to get medicine. Um, your officer asked me to get out the car. I said, "Okay, why am I being detained?" "Oh, you crossed the white lines." I said, "Okay." I was turning in here. I seen the Walgreens. I'm not from this area. I just got this job in May. So, when I seen the Walgreens, I said, "Oh, let me turn into Walgreens." They're like, "Oh, you turned in here for a reason." >> No, I didn't even know you were behind me. I didn't sleep. >> Okay. >> So, he asked me to get out the car. So, as I'm getting out the car, see my leg? That's the prosthetic. >> Okay. By the time that both my feet hit the ground, he drugg me out the car. Like I went to the ground. Like if you could roll that back. >> Your officer mishandled this whole situation >> a lot. Like no, no, no. I'm I'm willingly getting out my car. So if you could roll that back real quick so you could see how your officer just treated me. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, I'm not able to roll it back until it's actually downloaded, but I will definitely do that. >> That was just very, very mishandled by you. >> Okay. Did you explain what? >> So I I did I So the thing is we tried to explain it, right? She kept on talking over us. She actually was talking over this officer. So then I said, "Finally, I'm your >> No, you wouldn't even allow me to." That's what he kept. >> I'll review it, but typically if somebody asked you to do something animosity from him, >> facts aren't something you can rewrite on the fly. With a supervisor now on scene, every inaccurate statement worked against her, tightening the legal consequences already taking shape. >> So, did they told you that they smelled? >> No. They was like, "Get out the car." I was like, "Why?" He's like, "Oh, cuz we smell weed." And I'm like I'm like, "Okay." So, I went I sat in the mic cuz my per my license without knowledge already. So, they took her ID the first time, the driver's license, cuz she had it without knowledge. She was aware that she was driving with identification cuz I said I actually drive and I gave you that. You said when you when you came up >> it's on property now. >> Um so >> what's going on? >> Sure. >> I'll be happy to if I can finish. Okay. So we pulled you over, right? It was a traffic violation. Okay. >> Cross the white lines. >> No, ma'am. Can you shut up and listen? >> I'm asking you because I cross white lines. No, this is what happened. >> Because that's what you said when you pulled me over. >> No, that was one of the many things that I said out. >> Do you want to hear them talk? It's their turn to talk. >> Go ahead, sir. >> The reason we stopped you, man. >> And there's no rebuttal here. He's going to explain to you so you understand where you're going. Okay. So everybody will be on the same page, >> right? >> We were behind you. Okay. >> When we ended up behind your vehicle, you just swerve and cross the white line, right? We ran your tag. Turns out your license is suspended. Okay, with the knowledge. Okay, that is a criminal. >> Okay, you can get arrested. You can get arrested anyway. So, as you try to pull away after we pull behind you, you blow the red light because you must come to a complete stop at the stop bar. Okay, when driving a motor vehicle, which you did not. Okay. So, then we conducted a traffic stop. We came in here, right? So, we wanted to see who was driving the vehicle, right? Cuz we don't know who's driving the vehicle, but they were vehicle violations, right? So now we roll up to the car, see you in the car, right? >> Which is my name on the car, >> right? He's talking to you, asking reasons for the why you stop. He's answering your questions, right? So then this officer says, "Do me a favor. Step out of the car." What do you say? >> I said, "No one." >> As the good person role finally collapsed, discriminatory and prejudiced remarks spilled out as a last reflex. stripped of control and unable to manipulate the moment. A distorted ego surfaced, revealing the darkest side that had been hiding underneath >> there. Let them continue. So, I apologize. I I lost track. I just heard the rebuttal. So, that's my bad. Okay. Again, court is in session even though this is not court. This is an explanation to you. This is an explanation. Okay. >> So, now >> you said no. Right. >> I'm not getting >> We don't know that you got a prosthetic leg, right? We treat everybody the same. Right. Right. We treat Stop. We treat everybody the same. We treat everybody saying you said no and I saw you reaching to the center console. Stop and listen. >> When you reach to the center console, I pulled you out of the car and yes, you fell on the ground 100%. Listen to lawful commands. Everything was recorded on body camera. So now you'll be going to jail >> for resisting officer without violence and driving with a suspended license with knowledge. >> Are you kidding me? >> There you go. >> Could you put my coat back in my car, please? or something. >> Could I get >> You're resisting right now. >> Could you roll up my windows before I leave? Driver's license. My driver's license was in my bag. >> After receiving medical treatment, the woman was arrested and taken to jail on charges, including driving under suspension, nonviolent resisting, and refusal to submit to a breath test. They were walking down the aisle and they have crab legs and all of a sudden they disappeared in their purse. Me and the store managers approached them and asked for the receipt because you could see them through the purse and she just kept walking and said, "No, I'm leaving and just kept going." He didn't say not to come back. He said don't come there. >> He said don't come there. That's the same thing as don't come back. >> Don't come back today. Basically, is what he was saying. >> Okay. So, now you're kind of contradicting yourself now cuz first you said he didn't say anything like that. Now you're saying he said >> no. He said not to come there. >> So, >> stop talking. Not you guys. The woman's statements quickly revealed contradictions. At first, she denied the trespass order, then admitted the manager had previously told her to leave. This inconsistency weakened her credibility. When officers spoke with the manager and McDonald's employees, their testimonies provided a clear context for the incident. >> Were you involved at first? >> Yes, we were both involved right here. >> Okay. >> So, long story short, I called it might have been a little over a week ago now. Yeah. >> Uh I had her removed from the property. Yep. She is not allowed here. She knows she's not allowed here. She keeps coming back. She claimed she was here yesterday. She was not. >> Mhm. >> Um I saw her try to walk in. I just so happened to be walking in order out and I looked at her. I stood in front of the door. I said, "Ma'am, you're not allowed down on my property. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." I was here yesterday. I'm allowed here, [ __ ] I'm allowed here. Blah blah blah. I was like, "Ma'am, I'm going to need you to leave." And I grabbed the door. I grabbed the door. She grabbed it. Tried to open it. I tried to pull it closed. And with that, it kind of like she was pushing against it, so I was like pushing kind of on her, I guess. Okay. Like with the door, you know what I mean? So I could close it. And then she started hitting me in the head. So he pushed out, got out the door, stepped in front. Um he took her to the side. I was able to close the door. I called the police. >> Literally like this. Never laid hands on her. Literally just my body to >> No, this is from somebody else. But she did cold me, dude. Like she cold. >> She did this. This is from something real cold. He did this right here. All of this down here. >> A customer recorded it and air dropped it to me. I have the video of it >> of the whole incident. >> Not the whole not the whole incident, but the incident of her punching me in my eye. >> Yeah. >> Oh, she's water. I feel dehydrated. >> Just Just hold up for a second. >> I'm like really dehydrated. >> That's how that's what I'm there for. >> There's a water bottle in there. Can you grab that for >> Oh, this is my boss. Give me just one second. >> Do you guys want to go with charges or >> do you want to arrest? We're technically not allowed to press charges, but me personally. >> Well, did she hit you? >> Yeah, she hit her. >> Yes, we us personally, yes. McDonald's, no. But us as people, like, yes, I want to press charges against her. Am I going to jail? >> Hold up. I'll explain. Just put that on there. >> They put their hands on me when I was open. >> Put the water up there. >> Okay. I'm going to jail. Just >> put your hands behind your back. Can I just go home? >> Hands behind your back. >> Okay. They're taking her to jail. Okay. That's what you're on. Yes, that's what she's on. Who? That girl. They I went to open the door and they grabbed they pushed me and [ __ ] They did. Yes, they did. >> I told her not to touch me. >> She keeps coming back and it seems to always be on my shift. >> Do you guys have a a camera out here that records? >> No, not in this this one right here. But I have a video. I do have a video of her assaulting him. >> Okay. >> Her act of coming back to assault the manager clearly reflected a lack of self-control. Instead of finding a way to resolve the issue, she chose violence as the tool to impose her will. This was reckless and dangerous, especially since she seemed to forget that cameras could record every move she made. >> I just go home. >> We'll explain that in a second. >> There cigarette butts in my pocket. You can leave them in there. >> No, I'd rather not. I'd rather leave them in there because I smoke them. She does. Yes, she does. You're taking me to jail. They are. Yes, they are. >> You're gonna smoke these? >> Yes, I am. Unroll them. You roll them. >> Why are you guys taking me to jail? >> Why are you guys taking me to jail? It's the question. >> We'll explain in just a minute. >> No, I want to know now. >> I want to know why y'all taking me to jail. And you can calm down with me. >> Hold up. Just relax. No, you guys can calm down because I want to know why you guys are handcuffing me. >> So, you were kind of just trying to push her away from her. >> I literally She started swinging on her. She literally started swinging. So, I stepped in front and literally just like bodyed her away with my body like this. Just like that. >> You doing that? She clocked you in the face. >> No, no, no, no. That was a completely separate incident. >> Open doors and she pushed me. So, I said, "Don't put your hands on me." And he got in my face. And I'm a female and I've been abused and everything. So I did swing back. He was in my face. >> No, I'm going home. My home's right down there. I'm going home. >> Do me a favor. Take a seat inside there. >> Why? For what reason? >> Explain once on Why Once you get in the car, I'll explain. >> No, I want to know why. Now >> get in the car and I'll explain. >> At least one count of assault. Yeah, at least one count of assault. I want to see if the manager has any injuries before cuz she said that she also got hit in the head >> and I was just in a car accident literally three two days ago. >> That accident that happened on Thomas Avenue. I was the driver. >> Like I just got into a car accident. She's sitting here hitting me in my head like >> my god. >> Even after the facts were clear, the woman kept insisting she was the victim of an unjust system and that the manager treated her unfairly. Her behavior became a perfect example of an impulsive emotional reaction when someone is forced to face consequences head on. >> All right, Destiny, real quick. I just got to read something real fast. Okay. All right. >> Why am I going to jail? >> Just Just hold up. Give me a second. I'm going to read something to you real fast. We'll go from there. Okay. All right. >> So, am I going to jail? >> One second. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Yes. >> Having these rights in mind talk to us now. >> Is that yes or no? >> What' you say? having these rights of mind would like to talk to us now. >> Would I like to talk to you about this? Yes. >> Okay. So, what what happened over there? >> What happened over there? I was going get ready to go through the door. They was coming out it and I was going through the door >> to uh I opened it like this. >> Okay. >> To go through it. >> Yeah. >> To get something to drink. And they was coming out and she said, "You're not allowed out here." Started pushing on me. And he was getting in my face. >> Okay. Did you ever >> I'm scared I've been abused. >> Did you ever strike them? >> Huh? Huh? >> Did you ever punch them or slap them? >> Huh? >> Did you ever strike them >> before? No. >> I'm talking about like today. >> Yeah, because he because he was in my face. I'm scared to death of it. Jeez. Yes. I've been abused by people and hurt and killed and stabbed by people. >> Well, if you were killed, you wouldn't be here right now talking to me. >> No, I was survived. >> Okay. All right. So Destiny, as of right now, what you're going down, you're going to go to jail for assault and the criminal trespass >> because he has injuries. >> I didn't know it was criminal trespassing. You don't have injuries. >> Them injuries on his face was already there. >> Well, he has injuries. >> They were already there. >> He's claiming that happened today from you. So, >> as of right now, you are going down there in jail for the assault and trespass. Okay. >> Wow. >> Just hang tight. >> Where where exactly on the head did she hit you? Right here in the same spot I got hurt in the accident, too. >> Is it okay if I feel >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're good. There's >> I didn't have a L before, but there's a little Yeah, it's real tender. Like right Yep. Right there. That's the spot. That's the spot. >> Once she lost the ability to persuade, she resorted to anger and irrational blame. However, the marks left on the victim became direct evidence, forcing her to confront the truth. What stood out most was that even after being arrested, she showed no remorse, only defiance. >> Wow. Wow. Someone's happy. I bet he is. I'm not happy. No. No. I didn't want him to go to jail. I set this up, Destiny. You did? Yeah. For me to go to jail? Yeah. I saw them walk outside and all I did was grab the door open and she punched me and I saw it flipped out. You happy? Yes. You happy, Tone? You happy, love? Yes, I'm happy. Are you? No, I'm not happy that she's going to jail. Why'd you set this up? >> Can you update the 31 to 167 street? the one that I never told I was banned from there. Sir, I'm reading this. I wasn't banned cuz I was never told. She wasn't? No, >> she wasn't. >> How is a criminal trespassing if I was never told? I was banned from there >> because you were told not to come back the other day. Yeah, but they never said I was banned from there. >> Huh? >> No, but that's not how it works. >> No. Yeah, it does work like that. They never said I was banned from there. >> Being told >> You're being really rude, dude. >> Being told you're not allowed to come back means don't come. >> They didn't say not to come back. They said you got to leave. >> Okay. All right. I don't know where you get out of your >> Hold on. I'm just trying to stand up. Can I stand up real fast? My legs. >> You're fine. >> Sleep. It's asleep. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with two offenses, trespassing and assault. Because this was a repeated behavior and supported by video evidence, the likelihood of conviction is very high. Both charges could lead to consecutive jail sentences, meaning she could serve time for each offense. >> Watch your hand. >> No, I'm telling you, turn around. >> What I'm telling you is what >> I don't wear prison shoes. Somebody come save me. You going to find it? >> On November 21st, 2024, Florida police responded to a disturbance report at the airport. An angry woman accused Spirit Airlines of losing her luggage, sending the situation spiraling out of control. From there, a dramatic confrontation unfolded right in the middle of the terminal. >> What's going on? >> Where's my stuff? >> I don't know. You haven't told me anything. What are you missing? >> But did they tell you stuff? >> They told me you're missing your suitcase. >> My suitcase and my backpack. >> Okay. Hey, do you remember where you where you left it? >> Hi. >> Hold on. >> Come on. Let's Where did you think you left it? >> Turn around. >> Just tell me where. But watch your hand. >> No, I'm telling you, turn around. >> But what I'm telling you is watch your hand cuz it's kind of close. >> No, I'm telling you. Women's bathroom. >> Women's bathroom. I don't care. Where's my stuff? >> I already went into the bathroom. You find it. >> I'm calm. But how would you feel? >> Put your finger down. Let me talk. Don't put your finger into your finger. >> My My finger is not an insult. >> Where is my stuff that disappeared? >> Hold on, man. Relax. What's going on? >> Okay. She's not going to >> She can't show you nothing. >> She's missing her carryon. >> Exactly. >> And a backpack. >> She's saying that a Spirit Airline thing followed her in the bathroom, but there's not. One of them went in there. There's nothing in the bathroom. >> We're trying to help you. All right. >> Are you? Yeah. Yeah, you yelling and screaming. That's not going to help. So, what you need to do is calm down and let me >> Do you promise me you'll help me find my stuff? >> Yeah, that's what we here for. Promise. >> I don't need all that. Just sit down. I don't have time. >> No problem. >> Ma'am, listen. If you keep on, you're going to go to jail. All right. I'm telling you that why >> I'm going to jail for my messy stuff. >> Yeah, you need to calm yourself down. That's all I can tell you. Calm yourself down. >> Find my stuff. >> Where you left them? Is that yours? >> So, where you find it? >> Pause. Where you find it? >> You pause. >> Where you find it? Okay, she's not close to jail. You need to calm yourself down at >> the restaurant >> so nobody else could find it. >> You left it right there, ma'am. >> I wasn't in that bathroom. Ma'am, >> in that bathroom. >> I wasn't in the bathroom. >> Her conflicting state revealed instability. From confusion over the missing bag to rage even after it was returned. Negative emotions kept her clinging to the belief that she was the victim. That anger clouded her ability to judge objectively and stripped away the rational thinking she needed. >> Are this your bag? >> Where did my stuff go? >> How did she find my stuff after it was not? >> Ma'am, listen. >> You happy? >> Have you been drinking? Cuz you seem to be intoxicated. You need to calm down. All right. You left your stuff somewhere. >> It's okay. Don't worry about it. >> All right. Grab your stuff cuz we're leaving. >> Grab your stuff cuz we're leaving. Ma'am, >> don't worry about it. >> Come on, let's go. >> Grab your things. >> Grab your stuff. Let's go. >> We're over there. >> Where did you find it? By gate three. >> I went to the bathroom. >> Where was it? By gate three. >> I went to the bathroom to the restroom with the bag. She left it over there. >> By gate three. >> No, she left it right there. >> Listen, I don't care where they found it. Let's go. >> Come on. Grab your stuff. >> Oh, hell no. Why you love? >> Because I will. His boy hated us. Okay. >> We can make it a situation. >> Y'all must not know who my mama is. And her this this her. Okay, let's go. Hold on a second. She's going to try to help you rebook. >> Flies already paid for. >> I know. They trying to get you reboot for another flight. >> I don't care. You let my stuff go missing and when I tried to make it go I wasn't even there. >> Pause. When I tried to pause about my stuff going missing, you ignored it. Missing. My stuff went missing. My stuff went missing. >> I don't know. >> All right, listen. >> Okay, just shut up. >> Yeah, >> I want to surprise this. >> The luggage was found, but she insisted there was an invisible culprit. Instead of admitting she'd left it behind, she chose defiance. And when she heard her flight was cancelled, her emotions exploded like a ticking time bomb. In her mind, the whole world was now conspiring against her. >> They are rebooking my flight till tomorrow. They lost my [ __ ] And then they're rebooking my flight to tomorrow. So which means I have to spend the night in Chicago, Cy. I have to spend the night in Chicago. >> Yeah, that was the name on that. I have to spend the night in Chicago. >> Hey, >> I didn't fly out of here. Why don't you I'm not talking to you. >> Calm down. Let him help you. Or am I? >> He just told me how he was going to help you. >> Okay. He told me he was going to fly me out tomorrow. I didn't fly from here. Listen, I don't work for the airlines, so I I don't have no say in that. That's something you're going to have to do. >> Stupid [ __ ] Oh, you stupid [ __ ] >> Are you changing it or are you refunding it? >> Um, you mean to tell me I just tell >> I don't I don't work for the airlines. So, >> okay. So, get out of my face if you don't work for the airline. >> Good news. So, the next available one I can put her on is 7 a.m. if she can collect herself. >> Listen, it's going to try to explain. >> So, the next flight to Chicago is at 7:00 a.m. >> 7 a.m. tomorrow. That's off. >> No. >> No. >> Take your jacket off. >> You see you just it up. >> Drop your phone. Drop your phone. >> Just so you know, this Deputy Castillo, she's under arrest. She tried to plow right through one of the officers. So, she's probably going to get charged with battery on the police. >> Stop resisting. Relax. >> Got it. >> Make me relax. >> Shoving the police showed she had lost control, letting her emotions completely overtake her judgment. Her resistance while being handcuffed didn't just reveal her unwillingness to cooperate. It also exposed the inner conflict of trying to cling to the victim role despite her own violent behavior. Oh no. My arm. My arm. >> Relax. >> My arm. I just in my arm. >> Call let down. Come down. >> Stay right there. >> Stand right here. Relax. >> I'm trying to kick you. You're not too hurt, are you? >> I'm calling my police. >> Tell them how bad YOUR ATTITUDES. >> ALL RIGHT. All right. She's going to pat you down. >> [laughter] >> lady that originally I asked her when I came from the bar that's right next to my terminal. I asked her to walk me to the bathroom. She had a Spirit Airline uniform and I asked her to walk me to the bathroom. She hid me. Okay, please just listen to me. I have never been in trouble and I'm sorry for kicking you, but my stuff was missing. >> You didn't get in trouble for kicking me. You got in trouble for pushing him out of the way. >> Okay, now take him over here. Stay >> inside. Okay, I'll stay inside. Listen to me. >> What? Were you drinking something today or >> she had a few drinks? >> Oh, you had a few drinks. >> My Listen, >> how old are you? I'm 23. >> You can you can grab my ID. I'm legalized to drink. I'm legalized to fly. I have never been in trouble. But my stuff went missing. >> Yeah, but then you found your stuff. >> Listen. >> And And you know where your stuff was? At the gate you were sitting. Cuz you were not flying out of G5. You were >> I was flying at a G3. >> At a G3. And that's where they found your thing cuz you left it there. >> Listen. Please just listen to me. My stuff was not at >> inside the patrol car. She slipped back into her victim mindset and kept making excuses. She blamed the canceled flight and the drinking as reasons for her behavior. It was her way of fishing for sympathy, but at the same time, it showed her lack of awareness about the seriousness of assaulting a police officer. >> So, get off the car with these shits on. >> Yeah, there's nobody here. So, at least it's not going to be taken light. >> Going to run away. Where am I supposed to go? >> We're going to go this way. >> Down here. Hold on. >> Right here. >> You ever been arrested before? >> Oh god. >> Yes. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Like this once. >> Is it like this? >> Once. >> Barely. Like what? >> And you're telling me I belong with these people? >> You don't. That's why we're going to get you out of here. Okay. >> How you going to get me out of here? I just All right. Turn around. Hell, I just went to these people. What do you think I'm going to do? Run away? >> I hope not. >> Jesus. >> Yeah, cuz I definitely want to run away from you guys. A >> Yeah, it's not. It's not there anymore. Now, you can fix your hair and you go. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs. I want you to tell me it's not that bad. >> No, I'm saying it's not in your hair. Your hair. You can fix your hair now. Step back a little bit to the gate so you're not near him. We're going to get you some slice. I got some slice. I don't give a damn about no goddamn slice. You've >> worn these before. >> We're not that bad. >> What do you think this is? Orange is the new black. >> Orange is the new black. What does that mean? Were they orange when you wore them the first time? >> No, it's a TV show. >> Oh, I don't watch >> like Oh my god. >> You watch that stuff? >> You need to get alive. >> You watch that stuff, Jordan? >> Come on. >> Yeah, because I don't spend time in prison, so I like to learn about prison through TV shows. >> Let me see this. >> No, >> this is your property. We're going to sign here for you. >> Oh, and I'm going to read it. texting. >> Uh, one of the deputies that's going to be inventorying >> the deputy not arresting me. >> No, he's >> tell him he can go suck a fat >> Don't say it. We're still on camera. You don't want to be doing any of that. >> Tell him go suck a fat dick. >> Are you First of all, y'all have me in prison shoes. Does it look like I wear prison shoes? >> Wait, pause. Do me a favor. Look at me. Look at me. Turn this way. I don't wear prison shoes. Somebody come save me. >> In the end, the woman was taken into custody and charged with assaulting an officer in disorderly conduct while intoxicated. If convicted, the maximum penalty could be up to 60 days in jail, 6 months of probation, and/or a fine of up to $500. On November 18th, 2023, Orlando police responded to a report of chaos at Taco Bell. A [music] woman was accused of assaulting a customer and causing a disturbance. But when the police arrived, the incident quickly went far beyond an everyday problem, unfolding into an unpredictable and dramatic situation. >> So this lady comes around my car. No, no, my daughter. I'm the one she >> and like those two cars right there like they saw everything. So she So the first thing she came around my car, she's got a glass of wine and she's screaming and yelling and getting in the face of the girl at the drive-thru and I was like, "You need to calm down." She's like, "Great." >> Which which car is it? >> I mean, I'm not sure. I don't know if it's driving or not. I just want to go back there and work on the situation. >> What is she wearing? >> She's uh a turquoise shirt. >> You want You want to walk towards his car? >> I actually want to walk back to her by myself. >> No, you're fine. car. >> This one right here. >> This one. >> Yes, sir. >> Step out. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Go ahead and step out for me. >> Sure. >> Not in trouble. We got to figure out what's going on. So, go and go and step over here. >> No, I just asked the people. What's taking so long? Taking a long time. >> Okay, >> that's it. Well, that's not it because that's not what they're telling me that more occurred. >> Okay. >> Did you get out of your car and walk up to the window? >> I did. I got out of the car. I walked up the window. Then I asked, "What is the problem that it's taking so long for us to get the taco?" >> Okay. Were you yelling at the people in the drive-thru? >> Yelling? >> I don't think so. I was asking. >> I have large orders in front of you. That could be why, but I don't know. >> I understand. So, >> what happened with these other two people that are also customers? What happened with them? I have no idea. >> Did you get into an altercation with them? >> Not to my awareness. No, >> not to your awareness. Did you push anybody? >> No, I did not touch anybody. >> Is there any Is there any reason why >> I did not touch >> Is there any reason why multiple people are saying >> heard multiple people say you >> I did not. >> By asking open-ended questions, the police patiently gathered every detail to complete the overall picture. Meanwhile, the woman insisted she was innocent, but her statements kept contradicting the other witnesses. This very contradiction made her words lose credibility. >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Crystal. >> Crystal. So, I just want I just want to be honest with you. Okay. >> Sure. >> Um, if >> Richard Hush. >> If you're not telling me the truth, that's not going to that's not going to be a good thing. >> What's your name? >> My name is Deputy Moore. Okay. >> Hello, Deputy Moore. >> So, if you're not telling me the truth, that's not going to be a good thing for you. Did you push her? Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. >> I did not touch any person. >> Do you know that there's video cameras on the side of this building? >> I don't care. I did not touch anybody. >> Okay, >> good. >> So, >> don't look at the cameras. >> I We intend to. >> Okay. >> I'm a retired major in the United States. Air Force. >> That does not matter. >> I am not lying. I would not What the hell? >> So, let me ask another question. Um, have you had anything to drink today? >> We We've been here for a long time trying to get a taco. >> I got a little upset. I went up to the front and talked to the kids. It's like, "Why is it taking so long to get a taco?" That's all I did. I didn't hit anyone. I didn't push anyone. I didn't do anything besides ask the guys, "Why is it taking so long to get a taco?" >> And you don't remember how these other people got involved at all. >> They didn't like me um talking talking to the guy at the window. >> Simple. And then what happened? What did they say or do? Nothing besides being mean to me. >> How are they being mean to you? I'm just asking because I wasn't here. I'm just trying to understand the the picture of what happened. >> This is absolutely >> alleging a crime has occurred. So, we're investigating that. >> What did I do? >> They're alleging that you pushed someone. >> I pushed someone. >> Oh, well, that is definitely not true. >> I hope not. I hope that it's not true. >> That is definitely >> So, we're going to find out if it happened or not and then we'll go from there. >> Are you a policeman from Escambia? No, you're in Santa Rosa County. >> Santa Rosa? >> Yeah, this is Santa Rosa County. >> Okay. >> Cuz I have friends in Santa Rosa. >> Okay. >> Through her behavior, the woman revealed instability and a lack of emotional control. Her confusion and defiance became even more evident when she admitted she had been drinking. This small detail became the key point, helping the police determine the motive and reason for her disruptive behavior. >> I promise I did not push anyone. I did not touch anyone. I promise that I'm a retired major in the Air Force >> and I did not hit push. >> I don't understand why, but I'm standing here and taking it. >> Okay. Well, I appreciate >> what you want me to do. >> Right now, we're just waiting to find out uh what the outcome is going to be. >> That's what my partner's doing. He's talking to folks who witnessed what happened and getting their their version and then he's going to come let us know what's going on. >> I would like to see some time of anything that said I pushed someone. I didn't touch anyone. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, when my husband actually gets our food, am I allowed to leave? >> Not until we're finished. No. >> I'll try to make this as quick as possible, but >> Okay. But do you realize how silly this is? >> Well, if someone's alleging a crit, it's not silly at all. >> A crime? >> Yes. >> What is a crime? >> I've already told you about your crime. >> I pushed someone. >> Yeah. >> I did not push someone. >> Also, that's kind of silly. Also, if the employees tell us that you created a disturbance, then >> I might have done that because I was trying to say, "How long is it going to take to get a taco?" >> As a person, do you realize how silly that is? >> Do you have your ID in the car? >> Yes. >> Can we grab it real quick? I'll walk with you. >> Why? >> Let's grab your ID. >> No. >> You have to tell me your You have to give me your ID. >> I gave it to you. >> It's not coming back. So, I need to see your actual ID. So, let's walk to your car. Walk to your car and give me your ID now. >> Go talk to my husband. >> No, I'm about to put you in handcuffs because you have to identify yourself because you're suspected of committing a crime. >> So, this is the last chance I'm going to ask you to get [laughter] your driver's license. >> HOW SILLY THIS IS. >> Walk to your car now. >> Go talk to my husband. Go talk to my husband. >> He has my ID. It's in the car. >> Let's go. Richard, >> get your ID for me, sir. >> This man is manhandling me. >> Can you open the door, please, sir, so we can get her ID? >> When the police had reasonable cause, requesting identification was a legal procedure to verify the situation. However, the woman's refusal and verbal resistance not only cost her the chance to explain, but also immediately put her in the position of a suspect resisting law enforcement. >> Grab your ID for me. >> Sir, give him my ID. I have no problem with that. >> Is that her you're grabbing for me? Yes, he is. >> Excellent. Thank you very much. >> Mine. >> Okay. Wonderful. We're going to be down here by my car. Okay. >> Be careful. >> Let's go. >> Be careful. >> Yeah. Temple. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> We're slow down that way. >> I haven't done anything wrong besides have a problem that it took an hour to get a taco. >> I didn't push anyone. >> Okay. >> I didn't hurt anyone. I did nothing besides have a problem. Literally took an hour to get a taco. >> Okay. >> Yeah. She's going to have a seat. >> What? >> You're being detained. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained. >> What? >> Who are you? >> Who are you? >> Don't talk to her. >> I don't know who she is. >> You don't need a word. >> I've never seen that woman. >> What does IT MATTER? >> WELL, IT MATTER. I No. >> Stop. You're about to catch another charging. You're about to go to jail for sure. If you wait a minute, >> resist obstructive. You don't go in this car. >> Let my husband come to me. >> Please let my SIT DOWN. >> LET MY LET MY HUSBAND COME TO ME. >> LET MY HUSBAND >> YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL.
