on numerous occasions Super One liquor
store had informed police that two
unidentified individuals stole bottles
of
liquor officers had meant to view
surveillance footage of suspects and
also had a vehicle description with the
plate number
43 e
it was learned that the same female was
seen shoplifting with a female and a
mail on different occasions in duth as
well as Keyport
liquor uh I saw that it up
officers were called when the female
suspect was seen shoplifting once
again so we got a couple shoplifters
here he s up her struggling all on me he
didn't have to do all that want to go
can he go can he come to the office with
us no we can talk out here the police

minute let go he was with me they don't

of 51 she says they're fine they're just
inside the doors to the Lor store
so uh Keyport has a photo of the two of
you for shoping that's the liquor store
that's by the other super one where the
V is to go to the oh okay so they have
given us this photo as an attempt to
identify cuz you guys have a prior
shoplifting there
okay and then do you have one from super
one before okay I
don't this is the only super one store

do you guys have IDs with you no I don't
have my ID okay but I will tell you my
name 48 can you look at uh 72s
shopliftings and let you know if there
is like

to 72 shopliftings from Keyport for
these

at what they are I'm fairly certain
there it's going to be that and like
trespassing they don't want you back
with the two um but it was an attempt to

they're allowed to use reasonable Force
but at the same time understand when
somebody is grab on you that's not

four bottles of Hennessee and some beer
okay loed out similar to what they did
she had a purse put it on purse walked
out without pay for anything I stopped
her here we had both the doors
locked cuz we didn't want them to go out
and I had notified that there was a stft
in progress since theyve been multiple
times and they've been wanted so okay
called ahead but I stopped her
identified myself as last prevention
then he talked to her about some unay
merchandise she may had on her and other
incidents that have occurred recently um
I told her I want to see what if she had
any liquor ins P her backpack she made
it she handed me these two bottles yep
peny um I told them they were under
arrest for sh and they weren't free to
leave mhm um they open they unlocked
that door and kind pushing it I grabbed
grabbed her arm had to bring her back
into the I want to bring them back into
the office instead of in the middle of
the entrance exit
way they continue pushing
resisting um end up but they for the
most part ended up like pushing the rail
they didn't swing back or anything no
they didn't swing it they were just
trying to get away they weren't trying
to hurt me or they just wanted to get
away so they didn't they weren't
aggressive they just trying to get away
but they were resisting most okay
the ones it I have the case numbers for
all them in my office but this is one of
the ones that recurred
that there was PC for them for those
ones before too they haven't been
handled or dealt with at all no they've
they've been looking for they've hit the
West Lu Super One liquor Keyport they've
been five or six incidences just from
our
records okay with the same car same
people same descriptions okay has he
taken anything or has it been her he
came in Once by himself and took some
things I can't remember what exactly was
but every other time it's been with her
okay so and there's all those different
incidences yeah okay I have a complete
list to my office over in grocery store
but okay let me I'll deal with them and
then I'll how will I ear your here till

if you would check in her bag cuz we're
missing two bottles of Hennessy I can

all have incidences with you guys

are Tana's identification was confirmed
and showed that she had an active
warrant from Lacrosse County for failure
to appear Franklin's return also stated
there were two warrants from Ramsey in
Dakota
County arrested them for all the
shopliftings that we have documented so
I think there was two with you one with
Keyport three with mine today mhm so
they all had shopliftings on there both
of them have warrants from various
places and then the resist obstruct so
they're not leaving anytime soon well if
they do they're going to go back to
their respective counties yeah so I was
planning I can I could compile all three
of the ones from Wisconsin for and send
it to you yep um and then I'll probably
just have contact Luth and have them uh
find them at the
jail yeah however they I don't know how
I'm not sure how they're going to do it
not a not a clue but yeah I can get all
three of these compiled in the one like
one add them all in the one report and
send it off to you yeah if you want to
do that and then I can just dissect it
and it'll all get put under one Mass
case number cuz I can go through each
report and be like 231 here 22096 but
when it comes to the evidence it's just
all going in one cuz they're all
connected okay um Franklin was charged
with retail theft times 5 he was found
guilty on two counts of retail theft He
was ordered to 90 days in jail and Joint
restitution in the amount of
$940 he was also extradited back to
Minnesota so we're not going to be able
to do the book and release because of
the warrant so before they uh take your
phone let's have them let you pull the
numbers out so you can call people to
pick up the
kid 51 you know where that warrant for
Tatiana is
from we're just going to go straight in
cuz she
already Tana was charged retail theft
Time 5 Bale jumping times 5 resisting
and obstructing an officer and warrant
arrest she was found guilty of one count
of retail theft and bail jumping she was
ordered to 160 days in local jail and
Joint restitution with Franklin in the
amount of
$940 Lacrosse
